Breaking: Smears and Sinister Threats from Worthington PLC and its shareholders

The fraud Worthington (WRN) has sent me another quite deranged lawyer’s letter on which more later. But suffice to say that I have supplied it with an address on which it can serve papers as I am happy to see the bitchez in court. However….

I note the statement made by Worthington and its CEO Doug Ware on Monday and it is defamatory in that it suggests that I have financial interests in Worthington shares falling if they are unsuspended and may have had financial interests in other shares which I have write about falling.  This is a lie and it is defamatory.

I am growing tired of frauds trying to cover their evil ways by peddling the lie that I expose fraud because I am short or my “associates” are short. I expose fraud because I am a journalist. My legal team is now considering its next step with regard to Mr Ware and Worthington and have thus requested addresses for him and Wothington PLC where we can – if we wish – serve papers. We have received no addresses.

I rather want to teach the entire London fraud community a painful lesson in Court – that such smears are not a legitimate business tactic but will be an expensive folly.

While Worthington’s lawyer has demanded that I provide an address where I can be served, since I have nothing to hide I have complied.  Why are Ware and Worthington not reciprocating?

Worthington shareholders have responded  to the Company's smears by smearing myself and Free Speech & Liberty Pizza. The screenshot below from the LSE shows quite clearly that we will be getting more bogus reviews and worse.

The Morons are also banging on about us employing illegal immigrants. We do not. Our staff were all born outside the UK but reside here legally, paying TAX and NI as legal immigrants. The tone of that smear really is vile.

And on twitter others have responded in a menacing manner. I bring you this tweet with a charming picture of a knife.

I am not backing down. I have a stack more to reveal about Worthington and am not going to be bullied into stopping.

If you wish to support our fight against fraud you can do so in several ways and TODAY I ask that you do so - all is explained HERE
