The cost of smoking by country - there are some great smuggling arbs here

A pack of 20 costs 25.43 Euro in Australia. Who on earth can afford to smoke down under. Given that a packet of 20 is only 2.11 Euro in Indonesia I can see a great arb if you have no qualms about breaking the law. I bet there is a roaring trade in “under the counter” fags in Oz. The table below is fascinating.

Andalas Energy (ADL) the AIM dog created to fund the lifestyle of Dave "Rule Breaker" Whitby has announced that it has signed a legally binding deal to develop the Jambi-1 30+MW independent gas-fired wellhead power facility in Jambi Province, Indonesia and to procure gas from Pertamina, the global fortune 500 national oil company. Andalas will have a 49% stake in the project and state owned construction outfit PT PP Energy will have 51%. So far so good but hang on Henry!

Weekly postcard #110 - thoughts on the death penalty and a plea to UKIP supporters - vote Tory

I was struct by the executions in Indonesia this week. Aged 47 I have finally been convinced that the death penalty is wrong and explain why. There are a few thoughts on the futile war against drugs and then a plea and an explanation to any folks thinking of backing UKIP. Think again, vote Tory in the General Election.
