Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 29 January: Wandisco needs to issue an RNS NOW!

Is Wandisco (WAND) negotiating a trade sale as I hear or is it going bust? Either way it needs to issue an RNS now. Elsewhere I wander back to the days of Turnip Townsend to discuss why deflation could be the new norm in light of news from Tokyo overnight. At a company level I cover ITM Power (ITM), Proxama (PROX), Condor Gold (CNR), Peer TV (PTV) and the over ramped shite that is Glenwick (GWIK)

PeerTV - shares suspended, Weitzman quits, please may this be game over?

The CEO Avi Vermus walked a few days ago and now the only credible player left at PeerTV (PTV), Ossie Weitzman has also stood down as a director. Nomad ZAI Finance is begging him to stay but unless he changes his mind it says that it will quit so the shares have been suspended. Great news.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 27 January - Please Mr Lenigas stop lying to your mad followers

Bears are the new regulators, in fact the only regulators. Jabba the Hutt wants shorting banned. Worse still he is telling his deluded followers that shares in Afriag (AFRI) and his other dogs fell because of shorting. That is untrue as I explain in this podcast. I also cover: the after effects of ouzo, Frontier Resources (FRI), FastForward (FFWD), TrakM8 (TRAK), PeerTV (PTV), Sirius Minerals (SXX), London Capital (LCG) - in detail - and Jiasen (JSI)

Tom Winnifrith BearCast 21 January - Surreal chat with TrakM8 PR and Frontier day of shame

Warning: This podcast contains bad language throughout. I start with a quite surreal chat with the PR for TrakM8 (TRAK). Either he is on acid or I am. Anyway a follow up to yesterday's expose HERE is on the way.  Then there is a detailed analysis of Fusionex (FXI) which is a red flag delight. Then it is onto the disgusting events and flagrant market abuse at Frontier Resources (FRI) and some scathing comments on the dog that is Bingo, Bongo, Bango (BGO). PeerTV (PTV) gets a lashing - I have a cunning plan for this one. Then a comment on how bad news is good news at Pearson (PSON) and finally considered words on MX Oil (MXO)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 19 January Marechale is the laughable ramp de jour & Laughing at Lenigas Cuba

Today's ramp de jour is Marechale (MAC) which I debunk completely. The same rampers were active in Peer TV (PTV) - see earlier -  and Glenwick (GWIK). They are scumbags. I laugh at Lenigas Cuba (CUB) have you seen the latest trade? Then it is onto Environmental Recyclying (ENRT), Octagonal (OCT), LGO Energy (TOAST), Greatland Gold (GGP), STM Group (STM), Phorm (PHRM), Quantum Pharma (QP.), XCite Energy (XEL) and Bahamas Petroleum (BPC), both in my 11 oil stocks to go bust list.

PeerTV - the great pump and ramp - this is a mockery

PeerTV (PTV) has lost $32 million since it joined AIM just under 5 years ago. It continues to burn cash and lose money. Its sales are trivial and it is drowning in debt. Its shares therefore have no value at all. Even as a cash shell it would have no value since it has no cash and vast borrowings. It is worthless. Full stop. Yet recent weeks have seen the pumpers in full flow in another sordid and shocking tale from the AIM casino.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 11 December - I prove I'm an optimist - putting cash in a Greek bank

Yes I have indeed done just that, or I think I have. The olive harvest saga continues and the snow has started on the mountains above the Greek Hovel, pictures later. In this podcast I look at Jabba The Hutt ramping Afriag (AFRI) and warn you what will happen next. Then a comment on LGO Energy (LGO) before heading onto PeerTV (PTV) and - in an unusual manner - I cover ValiRx (VAL). You see Satu I am a man of my word, Halosource (HALO) gets "the treatment" as does Gary Newman for buying into corporate bullshit speak. Then it is onto Photosntar Led (PSL), Fitbug (FITB) and finally InternetQ (INTQ).

PS I see that Evocutis (EVO), a David Lenigas related dog out of cash is off by 10% at 0.09p. Placing ahoy!

PPS: Warning, the pain killers are working brilliantly...extreme bad language alert.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 10 December - having problems doing business in Greece, can InternetQ help me

I seem to be struggling to do business with my olives here in Kambos, Greece. I appear to have sold the oil - all bar 16 litres which I am taking back to the UK. But so far I have paid the press 16 Euro for the transaction which now sees it owning 200 litres of MY oil. Surely this is not right? Perhaps InternetQ (INTQ) runs the olive press? In this podcast I also cover LGO Energy (LGO) just to keep Wildes happy - Jabba the Hutt fave Rare Earth Minerals (REM) and European Metals (EMH), Concha (CHA), Tern (TERN), Imaginatik (IMTK), Peer TV (PTV) and the looming debacle at Chris Oil fave Mkango Resources.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 3 November - call the Financial Ombudsman Now

This podcast ends with me thanking many readers for making me laugh. Before that I look at Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) and suggest that all 2p investors contact the Financial Ombudsman now. Then I discuss the - unfashionable - idea of taking responsibility for our own actions. Then I cover the fraud Globo (GBO) before looking at LGO Energy (LGO) and Inspirit (INSP) where placings loom very soon indeed. Then I cover World Careers Network (WOR), Standard Chartered (STAN), PeerTV (PTV) and Getech (GTC).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 30 October - Insider Dealing IS a crime

I start wth Marlowe (MRL) and a debate here about insider dealing. Then it is onto Quoram (QRM) and its delisting and Nakama (NAK) and its dire results - it should be delisted. Then it is onto Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) - another confetti issue, Fitbug (FITB) which needs a confetti issue, Peer TV (PTV) whose board need shooting as does Tim Coffman its disgusting POS Nomad and finally UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), David Lenigas and the truth about ISDX as opposed to Big Dave's PR bologny.

PeerTV – the day the AIM Casino told investors “fuck you”

Earlier this week PeerTV (PTV) – IPO’d at 45p a share four years ago now 0.02p – accepted that four shareholders had the right to stand for election to its board at an EGM on Monday. Today shareholders were told that they no longer had the right to decide who runs the company they own. AIM has allowed PeerTV to execute shareholder democracy. It has sent a message to all investors – FUCK YOU: the crony capitalists run the show.

Details on what to do can be obtained by emailing [email protected] - but the rats are already deserting but the confetti issuance also continues.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 28 October - CEOs who suck up to me win no favours

It is one month to Gold & Bears and we now have a A1 bear speaking line-up. I hope that all bearcast listeners will be coming along - details on how to get a free ticket are HERE. I then discuss the new Bond. Political correctness gone mad. Then it is onto Meggitt (MGGT), Chemring (CHG), Plutus Powergen (PPG) - a total ffing disgrace - Petra Diamonds (PDL), DJ International (DJI) - my heroes of the day - CEB Resources (CEB), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Auhua (ACE) and the other China Norfolks, PeerTV (PTV) , LGO Energy (LGO) and I have a warning for the board at Minera (MIRL), I have a "treat" for you guys later. Smiley face.

PeerTV – sack the board on Monday, back the rebels

PeerTV (PTV) has been a complete disaster story of the AIM Casino. Its first (lack of profits) warning came within weeks of its IPO at 45p per share in December 2010 and in fact related to events prior to the IPO which it had neglected to mention at the time. The shares are now 0.03p. And so it is now time to sack the board at the AGM on Monday. If you own any of the 2.4 billion worthless pieces of confetti in issue here is how to vote and why you should.

Tom Winnifrith's BearCast 4th December - Once again Angry Edition

Once again I am angry for reasons that I shall go into another time. But on that basis I let rip in this podcast at African Consolidated, Acta SPA, Quindell and then review the various clients of disgraced Daniel Stewart whose shares may be suspended soon: Valirx, Peer TV, Naibu (a cert), Pressfit and China Chaintek.I also discuss the abject failure of AIM in dealing with those individuals responsible for listing frauds.

We have 50 free copies of Tom's Book "The 49 Golden Rules of Making Money from Shares" which covers these issues and others to give away today. For your cooy fill in the form HERE
