Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Shell faces up to the idiots at the Church of England, here's my solution

Tomorrow is an 18-20 mile training walk for Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks. Please do think of how that will hurt, and to avoid more about Brokerman Dan’s underwear donate HERE. Then I look at the Chill Brands (CHLL) Blackpool spoof after today’s shocking expose HERE and why this can only happen on the Sub Standard List on the FCA’s watch ( no sniggering at the back!) Then woke campaigners like the wretched Church of England, Shell and light beers ( two of them).

BOMBSHELL EXPOSE: Roquefort Thereapeutics – more red flags than a May day Parade in Moscow

Roquefort (ROQ) was a Standard List shell brought to market by the scumbags at Optiva as s shell in March 2021, raising a Bernie at 5p - I did warn folks about it HERE. Its shares are now suspended at 6.75p as it could not get its accounts out on time. But the history of the main player, CEO Ajan Reginald should be telling you that this is a monumental bargepole and everyone involved, from the FCA downwards should be highly concerned.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: a failed and humble fund manager offers advice to a conceited successful one, Crispin Odey, over Advanced Oncotherapy

I discuss both Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) where my target remains 0p. And I say that as the loyal owner of one share. Then also the green idiots suing Shell (SHEL) for not being green enough. Words almost fail me but, as usual, in the end they do not. I forgot to mention it but I commend to you my article on the utter bastardisation of democracy and Orwellian use of language by the Committee of the MCCHERE

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: explaining North Sea oil economics to comrade Malcolm Stacey and the Probiotix nightmare continues

I start with the economics lesson for Red Malcolm, looking at the North Sea, BP and Shell and his Marxist scribblings of yesterday. Then it is onto Probiotix (PBX) and where we stand.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: why is 2nd February a big day for me? I just cannot remember

I struggle to remember why I should remember 2nd February. Then, with Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) shareholders again jamming my email in box with pointless emails, I squeeze in time to discuss Purplebricks (PURP), Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) where Lucian is – sensibly – adding to his short, Cineworld (CINE), Vast Resources (VAST) and the daft economically illiterate suggestions about extra windfall taxes for Shell (SHEL) and Centrica (CNA).

Powerhouse – can anyone explain what is the USP of its unproven tech is now? HUI goes Dutch

On a day when Ceres Power (CWP) hooked up with Shell and promised to spend £100 million on its tech which will produce Hydrogen from waste far more cheaply than anyone else on this planet I ask someone, anyone, to explain why Powerhouse Energy (PHE) is not pointless as its bastard offspring Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) goes Dutch.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: making the local Beauty Queen cry

I am not in the slightest bit apologetic. In fact I think she is rather pathetic and she deserved exposing for raising money on a false prospectus. But I am the pantomime villain of the Holt facebook page yet again today as I explain HERE. I then discuss Roquefort Investments (ROQ) a proposterous Standard Listed shell, Kefi (KEFI), Chill Brands (CHLL), and Nanosynth (NNN)

Ridgecrest – now it is forced to make a statement but still the morons don’t get it. An RTO explained for morons including Zak Mir.

I warned you on Friday that with the scoundrel penny share spivs at LSE Sharetalk, the house of Zak Mir, ramping away, the 3p share price of AIM shell Ridgecrest (RDGC) was insane and that even broker Peterhouse which has only last Wednesday raised £2 million (gross) at 0.6p would be vaguely embarrassed. Indeed, that seems to be the case as now the company has been forced to issue a statement.

Hawkwing – update

I flagged up Hawkwing (HNG) as worth a punt last week at a 5p offer and at up to 5.5p. The shares are now 8.5p-9.5p as folks too mean and stupid to subscribe to this website pile in on the momentum.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Don't laugh, there is good news about Big Sofa

I am absolutely exhausted. Recording videos is pretty draining. You have to remember not to pick your nose and to be alert at all times and right now I am recording four or five a day plus bearcast. That is all for the ShareProphets Shares Conference where, I promise, you will be dazzled by the content so BOOK YOUR TICKET NOW HERE!!! In today’s podcast I discuss Big Sofa (BST), Shell (RDSB), ValiRx (VAL), Catenae (CTEA) and James “Dracula” Parsons, Cheryl Cole and Ascent Resources (AST). Suffice to say only one of that trio excites me in any way.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: so where should I invest my SIPP Windfall?

It looks like the cash that I did not realise until a few months ago I had, will finally arrive in my SIPP this week. so where will I invest it? I discuss my outlook for equities in general, what I shall avoid and then Optibiotix (OPTI). R4E (R4E), Imperial Brands (IMB), Centamin (CEY), Tesco (TSCO), BP (BP.), Shell (RDSB), Wishbone Gold (WSBN) Red Rock (RRR) and Fox Marble (FOX).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: More red flags than flutter on Jeremy Corbyn's bedroom wall

I start with a look at dividends in general and why they should be cut or axed but I discuss  as per today’s most excellent article from Chris “Three Brains” Bailey  Imperial Brands (IMB) and Shell (RDSB) in particular. I am tempted to buy both becuase i think their shares will go up AFTER an inevitable dividend cut. I discuss what a moron Jeremy Corbyn is and my anger at an Oxford institution wanting Government cash. I look at Zenith Energy (ZEN) wondering if it has found more fake sheikhs drawn to the AIM Casino and also at AIQ (AIQ) – which continues to amuse.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: if you want to feel suicidal, buy oil shares then talk to Peter Brailey

I start with my family and Coronavirus as I discuss in full HERE. then should we taxpayers bail out all businesses? Even frauds? Or the Mob? I explain why folks like our in house Euro loon J Price are so badly wrong. I then look at Laura Ashley (ALY), Itaconix (ITX) and then the oil stocks. Could oil really hit $3 a barrel? Or $10? I look at Echo Energy (TOAST), Nostra Terra (TOAST), Premier Oil (PMO), Tullow Oil (TLW), BP (BP.) and Shell (RDSB

The Only Fund manager worse than Neil Woodford - the BBC doubles up on Tesla

In the old days ( i.e only three years ago) the BBC pension fund was invested, as it should have been in safe dividend plays like BP, Shell and BAT Industries. But that sort of portfolio played badly with the uber politically correct state funded broadcaster. So its all change. The new top 20 holdings as at 31 March 2018 are below.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 31 January - Is it time to buy oil shares aggressively?

The weekend press is full of stories of doom and gloom and dividend cuts for BP (BP.) and Shell and clearly there are a stack of smaller companies that are totally screwed and where shareholders are likely to face total wipeout. In that vein I discuss Magnolia (MAGP), Igas (IGAS), Gulf Keystone (GKP), XCite (XEL) and, of course, LGO Energy (TOAST).  But is there a case for buying oil shares as a long term invester. I look at a few cases from BP down to Union Jack Oil (UJO). Perhaps there is no rush but the time will come.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 24 January: Himex this is jail for Rob Terry & bad news for Watchstone + crap AIM investment companies

I am sorry for the delayed podcast but I am only just back from time in the Grim Northern welfare safari with the mother in law and thus can now let myself go with a volley of bad language.  I end with an explanation of who benefitted from the £150 million + Himex fraud at Quindell (QPP) laid bare earlier HERE and how it also affects Watchstone (WTG). Before that I talk of my annoyance on the silly blogger spats and the explain the difference between a cash shell and an investment company and why I regard our work on exposing the latter as invaluable. In the middle segment I have more bad news for oil companies such as XCite (XEL), IGAS (IGAS), Petroceltic (PCI) & Gulf Keystone (GKP) and for the sector as a whole but also for the markets. Dont blame China, we bears are still in the driving seat.

Market abuser Chris Oil: Watch out BP and Shell - Sefton's coming for you

The man who claims that his family discovered the North Sea, who modestly describes himself as Britain's Buffett, the market abuser Chris Oil has today issued a stark warning to BP and Shell - their position is under threat...from Sefton Resources (SER) - net cash £300,000, no assets and set to be booted off AIM in less than a month. Well you heard it here first. Did his PR genius Steffi sign off on this tweet:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - 8 April: Defending NonDoms and more

I start by defending NonDoms. Do not get me wrong the owner of Chelsea FC is not my fave guy but the politics of envy is self defeating. Then to stocks - I start with the China Norfolks and then it is onto Coms, blinkx, Trinity Exploration, the BG/Shell deal and what it means for smaller oil stocks and Starcom.

PS My ticket for UK Investor Show arrived today. I hope yours have too - if not email [email protected] to find out why and chase.
