Silverwood Brands – More Monkey business as a third of the VSA tangible balance sheet is now suspended

Oh dear, oh dear. Its more bad news for we loyal – or in my case unwitting – shareholders in VSA Capital ( Very Sexy Andrew) run by the egomaniac graduate of Oriel College Oxford (lower second in name dropping), Mr Andrew Monk. More than a third of our balance sheet is now tied up in shares which are now suspended for a reason that just does not wash. Oh dear, oh dear.

Ashington Innovations – and they say Germans don’t have a sense of humour

Ashington Innovations (ASHI) shares are suspended on the Standard List pending the proposed £135 million RTO of a company that is insolvent and mired in wrong-doing. The middle name of its sole director, the struck off dentist Ajan Rejinald is “scandal”. If the FCA allows this deal masterminded by, clearly morally bankrupt, SI Capital to go through it will be a massive stain on its reputation. However…

BDO LLP & suspended shares – What is going on?

Historically, it was rare for listed companies to delay publication of their audited results. However, it is becoming more common for UK listed companies to have to delay the publication of audited accounts because their auditors have not yet completed their audit work. In the event of severe delays this can result in the suspension of their shares. I have listed below 4 companies which have had to delay the publication of their audited accounts and have had their shares suspended from trading as a result.

Yesterday at 7.40 AM, an RNS appeared saying that trading in shares in Eurasia Mining (EUA) had been “temporarily suspended pending an announcement.”  24 hours later we still have no news. Shares in Salt lake Potash (SO4) have been suspended on the ASX since 27 July although on AIM they have traded since 29 July allowing anyone with half a brain cell to get out. The cause of that suspension was an admission of technical issues which meant a delay in production which, in turn, meant that without new funding Salt Lake would crash land in tits up alley by Christmas. The latter happened at 7.15 AM shortly after Lookers published its delayed accounts. By 9.35 AM Friday Lookers had applied to the FCA under rule 5.4 and its shares started trading again. BREAKING: Reddit Conspiracy to "Fuck the London Stock Exchange" and make the con SYME London's GameStop!

Shares in the outright con Supply@ME Capital (SYME) remain suspended on the London’s Stock Exchange despite its very belated posting of two missing sets of accounts. In my latest letter to the regulators at the FCA I explained why the shares should stay suspended until Supply’s lies in those two accounts are addressed. But here’s another reason, plotters on Reddit are aiming to attempt a mass buying of the shares on Monday, if they are unsuspended, to destroy, what they believe is a massive shorting conspiracy. They think Supply will be the UK’s GameStop, taking down evil hedgies and shorters.

Letter to the FCA regarding Supply@ME Capital and why its shares should stay suspended until it truly 'fesses

It was a letter from myself, as an honest and upstanding member of the financial community, to the FCA, the regulators of the Standard List, that got shares in con Supply@ME Capital (SYME) suspended. Now technically, having finally published audited numbers for 2019 and unaudited half calendar 2020 numbers, it should have the shares unsuspended. But what has emerged has been so nonsensical, both for 2019 HERE and for 2020 HERE that I have written to the FCA urging it to maintain the suspension for a while yet.  Now I reckon the floor shitters are so useless at regulating, if not defacating on their own carpets, that they may well unsuspend the stock. But here is why they should not.

Why is Eurasia still suspended: letter to morally bankrupt Nomad SP Angel & the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation

The continuing suspension of Eurasia Mining (EUA) makes no sense at all, at least not without another statement from the company on why it is still suspended. Quindell the Death March accelerates – when will the shares be suspended?

To win a bottle of freshly pressed olive oil from my Greek place enter our “when will Quindell shares be suspended sweepstake” here. This is fascinating as so many parties are involved.

One thing that could cause an immediate suspension of the shares is the resignation of Nomad Cenkos. Which AIM Cesspit Companies will be suspended at 4.30 tomorrow …some runners and riders

By 4.30 PM tomorrow all companies listed on the AIM Cesspit with a December 31st year end must have published their results or their shares will be suspended.  And here are a good few likely contenders as you can see below.

Generally any company that leaves it to the wire to publish its results is a piss poor company. Thus I note that of those publishing at the last minute last year, two (RAM Active Media and XXI Century) are no longer on AIM. And not for good reasons.

Two Cesspit posterboys have already suspended their shares because they have already ‘fessed up to an inability to publish calendar 2013 numbers on time: Bodisen Biotech (BODI) and Conexion Media (CXM). I covered the farce that is the Bodisen POS here.

So who will join Bodisen and Conexion in suspension in time for the AIM Cesspit awards dinner. The list below is not comprehensive but there are a good few runners and riders:
