Photo Article from the Welsh Hovel - the fruit bushes looking good for 2021

At the back of the area once known as the jungle, there is a wooden fence along which I planted a row of fruit bushes last year. Starting with raspberries at the top, there are also gooseberries, blueberries and blackcurrants. With the exception of one raspberry, all have survived the winter so far and are thriving as you can see below. The plan?

I have bought another half dozen raspberry bushes and I might either extend the row at the top or put in a second row parallel so that I can put netting over the lot in the summer. Longer term, at the bottom of the row is the asbestos shed and when it is demolished, that area will also be reserved for more raspberries.
