Confused? Remember this is 2021 and on the pyramid of victimhood, women – even if they are lesbians- are now pretty much on the bottom rung. Meanwhile members of the transgender community are pretty much at the top of the pyramid so their needs trump those of a common or garden lesbian.
And thus the BBC reports today on the pressures being felt by lesbian women to have sex with transgender “women” who are still in the process of transitioning and so have a penis. There is only one study on this issue so BBC reporter Caroline Lowbridge struggles with this detailed article. That study had 80 respondents of whom 56% (that would be 45 women) from what seems a self selecting group said they had been pressurized into having sex with a “woman” who had a penis and was born a man etc.
One of the lesbian women quoted said she experienced verbal abuse from her own girlfriend, a bisexual woman who wanted them to have a threesome with a trans woman. When Amy explained her reasons for not wanting to hop into bed with someone with a penis, her girlfriend became angry and called her transphobic.
Here are a couple of other quotes:
“I thought I would be called a transphobe or that it would be wrong of me to turn down a trans woman who wanted to exchange nude pictures – Young women feel pressured to sleep with trans women ‘to prove I am not a terf’.”
One woman reported being targeted in an online group. “I was told that homosexuality doesn’t exist and I owed it to my trans sisters to unlearn my ‘genital confusion’ so I can enjoy letting them penetrate me,”

This is all so 2021. These lesbians are suffering peer pressure and intimidation simply because they are lower down the pyramid of victimhood. And when they object those of us on the right are normally sympathetic. But the left dare not speak out against those at the top of the pyramid however unreasonable their demands so lesbians protesting against this were told by the organisers of London’s Pride march that they were displaying “bigotry, ignorance and hate.”
