The paper that told us about the Ghost of Kyiv, the defenders of Snake island, the Auschwitz style gold teeth and the Russian soldiers given Viagra tablets for industrial rape has fallen for yet another Ukrainian hoax. It brings you pictures of North Korean soldiers sent to die for Russia and they are birds!. Except…
It emerged almost as soon as the article appeared that they were Russian birds, from the far East. Once again the Ukrainians had used the Mail as an all too willing promoter of crude propaganda.
How many times has the Mail shown pictures of Russian tanks being blown up telling its readers that Ukraine just needs more guns and money for victory? Of course Ukraine is, and has been all year, retreating on all fronts.

In a manner worthy of 1984 this article was just deleted with no apology or correction. Winston Smith might have got away with that at the Ministry of Truth but the internet does not allow for such crude rewriting of history!
Anyone believing a single word the Mail writes about this war which is grinding to an inevitable end is truly dumb. In encouraging Western voters via its catalogue of lies, not to push our leaders for peace but to continue a war that cannot be won, the Mail has the blood of hundreds of thousands of young men and women on its hands. Its staff should be held to account.
Their only defence is that nearly all of the Western media has behaved almost as badly.
