How many times has the Mail shown pictures of Russian tanks being blown up telling its readers that Ukraine just needs more guns and money for victory? Of course Ukraine is, and has been all year, retreating on all fronts.

Anyone believing a single word the Mail writes about this war which is grinding to an inevitable end is truly dumb. In encouraging Western voters via its catalogue of lies, not to push our leaders for peace but to continue a war that cannot be won, the Mail has the blood of hundreds of thousands of young men and women on its hands. Its staff should be held to account.
