Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Playing the Chris Akers game & another Versarien question for Bobbie Hilliam of Quindell infamy

In today’s podcast, interrupted by the pest Lucian, I look at Chris Akers and what he knows about Dev Clever (DEV), at Versarien (VRS) and an RNS from February 2017 which I urge its hapless Nomad Bobbie Hilliam at Canaccord to consider carefully as his client runs out of money again, at Andalas (ADL), Eurasia (EUA) and Tesla (TSLA). I consider the woes of Bidstack (BIDS) and a company with even less money, the curious trading statement from Zoetic (ZOE) and then do the maths, again, on UK Oil & Gas (UKOG).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Joshua & I discover another clown called Justin but there are 2 big differences

One clown is Justin Waite from Vox Markets the other is Mr Tumble who entertains folks Joshua’s age on CBeebies. I explain the two big differences betweeen the two Justin the Clowns. I look at a classic feck up by London’s worst Nomad Roland “Fatty” Cornish. poor man, he has a lot on his plate right now. I look at Andalas Energy (ADL) what the broker coverage of Petards (PEG) shows about the cesspit in the City and I cover just wholly unacceptable executive greed at Coro Energy (CORO). I forgot to mention crony capitalist greed at Toople (TOOP), a coke and hookers event for City spivs but you can read about it HERE. I do, however, comment on NMC Health (NMC) and Finablr (FIN).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: ValiRx is a false market - why it must issue an RNS now!

In today’s podcast I discuss freedom of expression with reference to Alistair Stewart, Andrew Monk, Schroders and a whore’s drawers.  I look at ValiRx (VAL), the joke that is NEX Exchange Regulation, Oracle Power (ORCP), Andalas Energy (ADL) and Haydale Graphene (HAYD). Finally I defend No Gold ( please donate to the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks old chap, HERE) and report back on my Optibiotix (OPTI), Slimbiome weight loss programme.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Jeremy Hunt's kind words for a fraudster who stole from you and me

I start with a few words on comments from Jeremy Hunt showing why the entire political class deserves an encounter with an asteroid, his contempt for the victims of crime (you and I the taxpayer) and his support for a fraudster. I look at IQE (IQE), Nanoco (NANO), Agronomics (ANIC), Andalas (ADL), Thin Film (another Neil Woodford disaster) and RM2 (RM2). And now I must rush, more tomorrow.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: happy International Women's Day with Myra Hindley

I trust that you are celebrating this day in a culturaly appropriate manner. I merely commend to you the tweet of the activist Titania McGrath and also commend to you her book "Woke" which out yesterday. I have given copies to the Mrs and daughter Olaf to celebrate IWD with them. I also look at Own Goals Soccer Centres (GOAL), idiot knobs and Big Sofa (BST), Andalas (ADL) and Flybe (FLYB).  If you enjoyed this bearcast, follow Jim Mellon and support the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: AAOG £4m placing at 10p? And what do IFA's who have stuffed clients into Woodford do now?

In today's bearcast I bring you a hot rumour. The King of the spiv bucket shops Jon Bellis of Novum is apparently trying to raise £4 million at 10p for Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG). I look at Sound Energy (SOU), Andalas (ADL), delays in selling houses and in a similar vein what IFA's who have put clients into Woodford funds do next. I also look at Gear4Music (G4M) and director share buying which is a sell signal. I make a brief comment on Optibiotix (OPTI) and almost tie it in with a mother-in-law joke but resist the temptation.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - when does forced selling by fund managers become a flood?

I start with the issue of fund managers and redemptions and thus forced selling of shares. Not just Neil Woodford, a special case, but generally. I look at this in the context of what corporate newsflow I expect in January.  I also look at Urals Energy (UEN), Telit (TCM) and the FCA, Andalas (ADL) and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) answering a point posed by our own in house Bulletin Board loon Wildes HERE.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Hungover, travelling & Big Sofa - what a day

I had far too much to drink last night. But it really was not my fault. Thus as I travel across Greece today and back to Bristol I feel a bit worse for wear. In this podcast I comment on Hollywood Bowl (BOWL) in light of yesterday's corrupt journalism bearcast. I look at Andalas (ADL) forced to make a belated statement by this website's expose on Saturday HERE. I cover Big Sofa (BST) and LB Shell (LBP) another AIM Casino dog whose sole purpose was to support the lifestyles of crony capitalists.

Andalas – why the hell has it not made an announcement about its Eagle Investment?

I have given Andalas (ADL) a week to fess up to what looks like bad news but there has been no RNS. And so though my patience is legendary and I am trying my hardest to be a nice guy, enough is enough. I know this is the AIM casino and Rules, like 10 and 11, do not really matter but surely there are some limits.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Redcentric why can't you mothers just be honest about firing your CEO?

Ahead of a trip to the zoo and Barclays (BARC) with Joshua I look at Redcentric (RCN), Juridicia (JIL), Veltyco (VLTY), Integumen (SKIN), Urals Energy (UEN) and the shame of the bosses at the AIM Casino - Andalas (ADL), BlueJay (JAY), Chesterfield (CHF) and Mothercare (MTC) which will just NOT be around in five years time.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Frontera, Andalas, Justin the fecking Clown, AIM really is a cesspit and I'm not sure I care anymore

Heck: maybe it is time to give up this game and become a goat-herd here in Greece after all. I despair at today's AIM Cesspit antics involving market abuser Justin the Clown and his employers at Vox markets who appear not to care, Andalas (ADL) and Frontera (FRR) as they all mislead investors who appear happy to be duped and to lose money as the bandits prosper.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Justin you really are a total clown, why do you want to own shares in a company that misleads?

Justin the Clown was one of the victims of Andalas Energy (ADL) during its first -99% stint although in an amazing podcast today, 25 minutes of bollocks in,  he appears to say that last time around he was selling shares while telling folks that he'd be "homeless if they don't go up". But now the fool is buying again! In an email just now he says that if a company releases results on August 31 it only comments on events up to the period end (June 30) - he refers to statements made by Atlantic Petroleum. Does Vox markets realise that the Clown is so ignorant of how the stockmarket works? All is discussed in today's podcast. Let's hope AIM Regulation lance this horrible boil (Andalas not Justin) tomorrow.

A Letter to Marcus Stuttard and AIM Regulation – suspend Andalas now and stop the bailout placing

Almost out of cash, Andalas Energy (ADL) is gearing up for a bucket shop placing c/o joint bucket shop brokers Novum Securities & Optiva in the usual way: a ramptastic podcast with PR genius Steffi, 2 ramptastic RNS announcements and a ramptastic paid for podcast with Vox.  The trouble is that its claims have now been directly contradicted by its partner in the North Sea Badger field, Atlantic Petroleum (see HERE). If it turns out that Andalas was making unverifiable fantasy claims, as it appears, and raises money at an artificial price on the back of that, this would be a clear case of Securities fraud. In order to stop that the shares must be suspended at once pending a statement.  I have written to the fake Sheriff of AIM, Marcus Stuttard at AIM Regulation as you can see below.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the mounting Andalas Badger scandal, a real test case for the AIM Casino

Today I explained HERE the mounting Badger scandal at cash-strapped Andalas (ADL) as it gears up for a bailout placing. In this podcast I explain why all involved should be concerned that they are not party to Securities fraud, notably Nomad Beaumont Cornish and broker Novum Securities - home to scallywag Gavin Burnell of Globo (GBO) infamy. This is a real test case for the integrity of the AIM Casino and I explain why.

BREAKING: Andalas – the growing Badger scandal, is Nomad Beaumont Cornish happy to see investors misled as Atlantic goes on the record?

I have already flagged up comments by those close to Atlantic Petroleum, which showed that in a desperate attempt to ramp its shares ahead of yet another bailout placing, Andalas (ADL) was over-egging the Badger Pudding. Now Atlantic has gone on the record in a way that exposes Andalas big time and surely Nomad Beaumont Cornish must now force Andalas to issue a correction and stop its misleading pre-placing ramping?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Barclays Banksters are wankers - piano wire is what they deserve

I start with a rant about Barclays (BARC) banksters and how much I despise and loathe them. I then discuss Anglo African Agriculture (AAAP) a Big Dave Lenigas lobster pot from which I escaped today. I move onto Andalas (ADL) and have a challenge for a sad geek with time on his hands, I nominate Drunken Sailor. I look at Xaar (XAR), Crawshaw (CRAW) and finally at Optibiotix (OPTI). The stupidity of UK Oil & Gas owning David Lenigas sycophants on twitter - meet Donato Perretta

I trained as an oil analyst 27 years ago and have been writing about the sector ever since. Those morons who thought they knew better, as they filled their boots with Gulf Keystone (GKP), Xcite (XEL), Magnolia (MAGP), Andalas (ADL) and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) always thought they had greater sector experise and on twitter came up with devestating responses to my hard analysis. Andalas – The greed of scum City advisers laid bare as another post ramp bailout placing announced

That insolvent Andalas Energy (ADL) is undertaking a placing is no shock. It is insolvent with negative net current assets of  at least £400,000 but thanks to some fairly sordid share ramping it has managed to raise a gross £1 million at 0.02p. The ramping of shares in this company with worthless assets is pretty unpleasant but what is laid bare in the news is the sheer greed of City advisers notably brokers Novum – of Jon Belliss and Gavin “I made £750k from Globo - Burnell infamy – and Optiva.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: what is loathsome ex Tory MP Tony "Fatso" Baldry of 3DM infamy really saying

In this podcast I reflect on how the UK is going to the dogs commenting on South West trains and the award of the Orwell prize to a proven specialist in fake news. George will be laughing in his grave. I cover boardroom shenanigans at Telit (TCM), shameless ramping at Andalas (ADL) which is really worth 0p, Frontera (FRR), D day looms, Westminster Group (WSG) and the ambiguity of loathsome ex Tory MP Tony "Fatso" Baldry of 3DM infamy, Rossylyn Data (RDT), Dillstone (DSG), Cluff Natural Resources (CNR) and its pomopus arse of a founder and Optibiotix (OPTI). now I see that evil PR spinner and crony capitalist Reg Hoare has donated to Woodlarks in support of the my sponsored walk with Brokerman Dan. we are now just £31 short of £9,000 and 45% of our target - go on, do the decent thing and chip in HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Despite being a staunch feminist, I reckon the birds who run FootAsylum must be fired NOW!

I explain why the FD and CEO of FootAsylum (FOOT) must be fired at once after today's profits warning. I forgot to say that any company holding and announcing an "analyst teach in" - as Rob Terry used to do - is almost an automatic sell in my book and FootAsylum is an offender in this respect. I also look at FastForward (FFWD) and explain why I think Jim Mellon has sinned, albeit legally. I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Andalas (ADL) and McCarthy & Stone (MCS). Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: cheering on anyone playing the fecking Argies

I record with Argentina and Iceland in the background on mute. Hell's teeth who on earth could support the fecking Argies? I explain the sheer torture Brokerman Dan Levi has in store for me in six weeks time and give him a reason to add to that. Andalas (ADL) is utterly worthless crap and his commentary on Friday and the statement that resulted utterly stinks. In the podcast I look at Stratex (STI) where the wrong management is following the wrong strategy and which is a dog with fleas. I look at MySquar (MYSQ) where Nomad John Meyer of SP Angel needs to stop turning a blind eye and come clean - tell us about the Court case looming in Singapore John! I look at Andalas (ADL), defend Neil Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) over share sales and then have a long discussion on CyanConnode (CYAN) where I fear an OW is implicated in a looming cash crisis accompanied by the the stench of boardroom greed with grotesque rewards for failure. It is shocking stuff.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Steffi needs a spanked bottom - win a bottle of olive oil thanks to Clem

I explain why Steffi has been a naughty PR girl (again) as I consider Andalas (ADL) - a worthless and insolvent dog which is still not coming clean. The prize is for anyone who can explain the Online Blockchain (OBC) gibberish spouted today. It really is nonsense is it not? I also want to know how it is doing in terms of cashburn and there is no pointer to that. I look at FastJet (FJET). Its PR firm - Citigate - once tried to fight off my legitimate - and now vindicated - critique of its (lack of cash) position and its failure to answer questions by saying I was motivated by a hatred of Greeks - its PR bird being a bubble. Oh the irony. Citigate, employer of fragrant Eleni Menikou, your bosses are still free speech denying, journalist smearing wankers and your client is still fucked. I also look at Westminster (WSG) and Pantheon Resources (PANR). Right I am now off on a training walk. Brokerman Dan and I have now raised more than £5,000. We are seeking to raise £20,000 for Woodlarks. That will be a game changer for a great charity. 95% of listeners have NOT donated. To those who have I say thank you. The Four Questions that Andalas still will not answer

Andalas Energy (ADL) is a company that even after its recent placing has NEGATIVE net current assets of $1-2 million and no assets of any value. I think it is worthless but its management wishes to meet me to explain why I am wrong. Hmmm. Well for starters I am a hermit who never goes to London other than for UK Investor and secondly I simply will not meet until the company answers four questions and it is still refusing.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - The Fat Lady arrives at Nighthawk and Dave Whitby's payoff question

And were mugs who backed the latest placing told where much of their cash was going ( i.e. to Whitby). Feel free to contact me if you are an Andalas owning mug. The fat Lady arrives at Nighthawk (HAWK) and looks to be in the wings at Nature Group (NGR) while new problems emerge at Imaginatik (IMTK) - a former Rob Terry fave but I speculate on bigger worries that the Quindell fraudster faces - and at Management Consulting (MMC). I think the fat Lady may well also have an appointment with Widecells Group ( WDC) shortly. Yesterday I pointed out that Andalas Energy (ADL) was almost insolvent and that house broker Beaufort was in denial. But now let us turn to something which Nomad Cantor Fitzgerald somehow thought it apppropriate to omit. Sarah Wharry at Caantor you should be ashamed and if/when Andalas goes tits up you may well get sued just as your firm is over its negligence at the African Potash (AFPO) fraud.

Andalas - read the notes - it's bust & its house broker Beaufort is in denial

Andalas Energy (ADL) has today announced the departure of its, once greatly hyped, chairman Paul Warwick. How will we live without his blog? It has also served up a set of accounts which show that it is without doubt completely and utterly insolvent. If, like its house broker Beaufort whose comment to clients today is a disgrace, you can't read a balance sheet, the notes to the accounts make that 101% clear to all.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 8+1 may not be worth 9 at Bushveld

In a wide ranging bearcast I ask whether the demerger of Afratin by Bushveld (BMN) will necessarily create value for shareholders. Then it is onto the rfead acrosses from Pendragon's (PDG) statement, not least for BCA Marketplace (BCA). Then I look at the scandsalous cash-piss by the evil fake news poll tax funded BBC on Interserve (IRV) and what it means for Interserve. I look at MySquar (MYSQ) and how soon it is a zero, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Andalas (ADL) and then onto SalvaRx (SALV) where, the fugitive from justice in South Korea, old Jim Mellon has pumped in more cash but where a real crash crunch clearly looms.  Finally a few words on TrakM8 (TRAK)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - If it sounds too good to be true...

If it sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true. That brings me to the Cascade (nothing to do with Bill Gates) ramp and Servision (SEV) and a detailed look at why it is utterly worthless. I look at the bogus French bid stories at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and how the Froggies are actually dumping the shares ahead of a bailout placing and because they are monstrously overvalued. Its also placing ahoy at Magnolia (MAGP) and Andalas (ADL) which is so shite it makes UKOG look like BP. I look at Blenheim (BNR), the boardroom departures and why its shares are 50% overvalued. Finally I try to work out how soon Condor Gold (CNR) will have yet another placing and why I would not back it at any price.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The Horse Hill Maths that just don't stack up for UKOG and that $15 million placing by Cornhill "outed"

On the agenda today as I prepare for my weekly coffee morning with my baby son Joshua and the fit young mums is: Andalas (ADL) a joke broker note, MySquar (MYSQ) another RNS which is all smoke and mirrors and a desperate attempt to prop up the shares but SP Angel refuses to force the company to come clean on the lies in the last RNS and the fraud. Pathetic. I look at Interserve (IRV) and its latest dire news. We did warn you. I "out" the company that was truing to raise $15 million via Cornhill yesterday. I look at former ZAI clients whose days on AIM are numbered and finally I read across from yesterday's Horse Hill trade involving Regency (RGM) and Alba (ALBA) to show just how monstrously overvalued is, out of cash and desperate to place,  UK Oil & Gas (UKOG)

The Andalas Dilemma: Shareholders are caught between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea

The only real question at AIM Casino uber dog Andalas Energy (ADL) is who exactly is the devil? On the one hand there is the incumbent board led by disgraced Dave Whitby and on the other hand you have a shareholder action group set up by the colourful Brokerman Dan (Levi). In the old days of the Troubles those prisoners in Northern Ireland who were not operating alongside fellows such as the blood stained murdering bastard Gerry Adams, were referred to as "ordinary decent criminals" or ODCs.

Andalas Energy: Open letter to FCA & AIM Regulation - Market Abuse & Breach of AIM Rules

I am deeply troubled by events at AIM uber dog Andalas Energy (ADL) on Monday afternoon. This is a company that has form when it comes to breaking AIM Casino Rules but on this occasion it is the advisers at Cantor Fitzgerald, whose actions have alreday cost some folks 50% of their money, who should be hung, drawn and quartered. Sadly we have gone soft on crime but at least they should be clobbered by the FCA for market abuse and AIM Regulation for breaching AIM rules. I have sent a letter.

Andalas Energy you are scum - a day of shame for AIM from this worthless crap

Andalas Energy (ADL) and its loathsome boss Dave "the rule breaker" Whitby represent all is worst about the AIM Casino. The company is worthless and its sole achievement has been an industrial scale transfer of wealth from the many to the few. Even by its own tawdry standards yesterday was a low point and it is a matter that I shall now be asking the authoriies to investigate as, blatant, market abuse. But first we must rewind to August 8.

Andalas - great news about the jam tomorrow, shares soar 45% but folks do know that it is bust don't they?

Credit where credit is due. Andalas Energy (ADL) the AIM dog created to fund the lifestyle of Dave "Rule Breaker" Whitby has announced that it has signed a legally binding deal to develop the Jambi-1 30+MW independent gas-fired wellhead power facility in Jambi Province, Indonesia and to procure gas from Pertamina, the global fortune 500 national oil company. Andalas will have a 49% stake in the project and state owned construction outfit PT PP Energy will have 51%. So far so good but hang on Henry!

Andalas Energy pays 150% interest on loan extension - insolvency postponed for one month - placing ahoy?

A year ago I thought that loans taken out an annualised rate of 30% such as that African Potash (AFPO) obtained from the fragrant wife of its hapless FD were a rum and coke. But that is nothing to the stunning admission today from Andalas Energy (ADL) - a loan repayable in one month at an annualised rate of 150%. Even by the standards of AIM Casino junk - Wowee.

How to lose more than 50% of your cash in 2 weeks - ask an Andalas owning moron: placing imminent? £550k Loan to be repaid by deadline today? er....

Two weeks ago exactly AIM Casino listed crock of shit lifestyle company Andalas Energy (ADL) announced some more hot air and jam tomorrow news sending its shares spiking to a peak of 0.14p to buy as Bulletin Board Morons whipped themselves into a semi-orgasmic frenzy of innumeracy and filled their boots. Today the shares are 0.065-0.07p meaning that the paper loss for those buyers at peak moron is already 50%+. Time for a podcast with long term Andalas groupie and well known cardboard box resident Justin the Clown methinks? The bad news for Justin and the morons is that things can only get worse...

Andalas - the Neville Chamberlain of the AIM casino: placing ahoy

I have in my hand a little piece of paper which means peace in our time said Andalas (ADL) boss Dave "the rule breaker" Whitby as he announced yet another great deal for his company. But like all the other pieces of paper that he has waved in front of his labotomised army of groupies led by cardboard box dwelling sheep shagger Justin the Clown, it is just a worthless piece of paper - just like an Andalas share certificate. Hat tip to Brokerman Dan for that joke.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Wringing the Vicar's Neck, he is a mad Guardian reader

Dad and I got back from the hospital and were sitting down to lunch. water for me, wine for him. After a morning with a range of Shipmans he deserved it. Who should bound in but the vicar from our old village of Byfield. I told him that I had recently written an article about wringing his neck HERE. He then gushed out a stream of left wing views on Trump, Brexit and other matters that were so barking mad that even my Guardian reading father was a bit taken aback. A bitter attack on Uncle Chris Booker was the final straw. No wonder the CofE is going to the dogs.  On the podcast that followed I cover Orogen (ORE) where we are in and backing Adam Reynolds again, Nyota (NYO), Audioboom (BOOM), Andalas Energy (ADL) and Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - who and when should you sue over the Cloudtag fraud? Also Andalas deathwatch ahoy!

I start and end with Cloudtag (CTAG) - so far today no news which I take to mean it is bad news and explain why. At the end I discus who disgruntled and out of pocket punters should sue over this fraud and when. In the middle of the Cloudtag fraud sandwich I look at Andalas Energy (ADL) which really is fucked whatever it says. I reckon Justin the Clown will have to sell the cardboard box and sleep in the open air before long. I also look at Starcom (STAR), Servision (SEV) - which is a major scandal in the making - Union Jack Oil (UJO) and Milestone Group (MSG) which remains non investment grade crap as CEO Deborah White should be wearing an orange jump suit and doing a perp walk.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Hard number crunching on Corero and Jim Griffin for the slammer?

With a hat tip to the pizza hard man Darren Atwater, I start with the sad tale of the demise of wearables darling Vinaya. Does this hold any lessons on investing or warnings for Cloudtag (CTAG) and Fitbug (FITB)? Oh yes! Then it is on to London Capital Group (LCG), Kennedy Ventures (KENV), Autins (AUTG) where - in my view - the now ex CEO Jim Griffin should face a full stewards at the FCA, insolvent dog Andalas (ADL) and finally a look at Corero (CNS) where I crunch the hard numbers for you and the results are not good.

I look at two China frauds on AIM in big doo doo, Jiasen (JSI), which is definitely a kill for the Sheriff of AIM, and Taihua (TAIH) which will be. Then I look at Guscio (GUSC), Greatland Gold (GGP), Andalas (ADL), Golden Saint (GSR), Amur Minerals (AMC) and finally LGO Energy (LGO)

Andalas - the clock is ticking ahead of potential insolvency in April - how is the placing going?

Pre Christmas the ramptastic stream of RNS statements, corporate presentations and interviews with homeless clowns told you all you needed to know: worthless Andalas Energy (ADL) was in full ramp mode as it prepared for a rescue bailout. Now, though most oil shares have risen sharply in recent weeks, Andalas stock is still just 0.12p to sell and is falling again today. So how is the £1 million placing it needs faring?

On the bearcast today I look at Red Leopard (RLH), Formation Group (FRM), Mobile Streams (MOS) and its charming CEO - Andalas (ADL) - whose CEO is a tosser - Strat Aero (AERO), Finnaust (FAM), Inspirit (INSP), Plus 500 (PLUS), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO)), TrakM8 (TRAK) and Cloudtag (CTAG) plus one way of looking at it which sees 300 companies on AIM as a sort of fraud.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Ryanair's Michael O'Leary hoisted on his own fecking EU £315m petard - rejoice!

The link is in the side bar but Ryanair (RYA) Euro loon Michael O'Leary  is today hoisted on his own £315 million EU petard. Fecking excellent news. Elsewhere I look at the piece of Turkish that is Golden Saint Resources (GSR) - still pissing away £3k a month on PR genius Steffi - as it heads for insolvency again. Then it is onto Nighthawk (HAWK) and Trinity Exploration (TRIN) and the problems for banks that lend to oil companies. Then I refer to HSS Hire (HSS) and cover Andalas (ADL) again as its shares sink like a stone. They have a lot further to sink, sell now!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast special - the delightful symmetry of Andalas & LGO Energy

There is so much delightful (for we bears) symmetry between LGO Energy (LGO) and Andalas (ADL) as both sink to a level where flippers in the recent placings must now take a loss. Right down to the CEOs both having facial hairs. It is uncanny and the subject of this podcast which also makes general points about stocks where the share price dips below a placing price in short order. It is all about human psychology.

Andalas Energy - Disgusting Greed, Cornhill, gaps in the AIM document & cash crisis looming

I suspect that few of those idiotic enough to take part in the 0.2p £2.6 million placing by Andalas Energy (ADL) will have bothered to read as far as page 113 of the AIM readmission document. Prepare to be horrified.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - e-Therapeutics this stinks like a pile of rotting kippers at the height of summer

In this podcast I start with Baby Bear, Graham Neary, and why he is wrong on Fastjet (FJET). The trouble is that he is being too nice. Baby, try to remember that we bears are meant to be complete and utter bastards. I then discuss my own Greek planning woes and those of Minoan (MIN). Then it is onto e-therapeutics (ETX) and today's RNS which stinks to high heaven. This is now an A1 bargepole stock. I then cover Atlas African (AAI), Andalas (ADL) - what price the next placing?  - Hague London (HNL) and MX Oil (MXO) again what price its next placing? 0.1p looks about right to me.

Andalas Energy, who will take all the cash on the off chance this company works? Guess?

For reasons that I have explained in full I really do thing there is more chance of me getting to shag Cheryl Cole this weekend than there is of Andalas Energy (ADL) ever being a cash generative beastie. But on the remote chance that Andalas does start to generate cash who do you think will benefit?. This will shock you.

Andalas - Damned by its own words - when's the next placing? A disgrace to AIM

How many of the poltroons buying Andalas (ADL) shares at c 0.3p have actually read its AIM readmission document? Indeed I wonder, since only the congenitally moronic would be buying this stock, can they actually read at all? Maybe a grown up can help for the document is a shocker..

Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest sponsored by Ben Turney & Zak Mir

The Dave Whitby fan club (life presidents Ben flip flop" Turney, Justin the Clown, Doc Holiday and Zak "Judas" Mir) are delighted to be sponsoring this week's Bulletin Board Moron contest in honour of events at Andalas Energy (ADL) which are generating some cracking comments on the LSE Asylum and elsewhere as well as on twitter. Of course you can nominate a post on any subject or company and African Potash (AFPO) clearly has a shareholder list made up of complete imbeciles. The deadline is midnight Sunday May 1st. Or as they say in Greece: Easter Day.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast Special - Andalas past present and if it has a future

In this podcast special I look at Andalas (ADL), the lessons for folks and also the future if it has one and where should the shares go and where will they go. All the clowns are in there, flip flop Ben Turney, the Sith Lord Zak "Judas" Mir,, Dave "rule breaker" Whitby and of course the crown prince of clowns, Justin the Clown himself

Andalas & the Clown: Don't mess with Major Tom..Ive heard a rumour, oh no don't say its true: 0.2p placing ahoy!

Oh dear it seems as if the Andalas (ADL) Placing is not going to have Justin the Clown singing joyfully in the valleys. It is very bad news for Justin the clown, the top podcaster in the homeless Welsh Community, but I've heard a rumour from ground control, Oh no, don't say its true. As ever the late David Bowie is just so prophetic.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 25 April - In a very bad mood

I can't say why but it concerns a greedy and selfish individual and I am now in a very bad mood indeed. In this brief podcast I cover Andalas (ADL), Avanti Communications (AVN), Outsourcery (OUT), African Potash (AFPO) and Butterfly Corporate Finance.

Andalas Energy: Where's the RNS? Justin the Clown now homeless thanks to rule breaker Whitby

Anadalas Energy (ADL), the much ramped piece of Turkish, once called CEB Resources, and run by Dave "rule breaker" Whitby had until close of play on 22 April to publish a re-admission document or it should - if anyone gave a FF about the rules these days - have been booted off the AIM casino. It is now 25th April. There has been no RNS. So...

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast : Mr Bagot is coming to town la la la but where's frigging Andalas

Sorry for the late bearcast - just back from the 20 week scan. All on track, fingers crossed. I end with news about Mr Bagot, the penioner mugged by WH Ireland. I start with Metal Tiger (MTR) and my story of earlier and the comments of morons. I then move onto African Potash (AFPO) and Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) before ending on Andalas (ADL) - where's the RNS Mr Dave "I break the rules" Whitby? I also cover Strat Aero (AERO), see HERE,  and Goldenport (GPRT).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 19 April - God I am productive as 88 Energy Dumps

I am still a tad under the weather but still I am jolly productive on the article front. In today's podcast I cover a valid point made by a UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) owning moron, look at Andalas (ADL) and 88 Energy (88E) - you were warned folks. Likewise Northern Petroleum (NOP) where I have no sympathy for CEO Keith Bush. He deserves a black bag and a P45 pronto. Frankly after his 2014 bonus piano wire is called for.

Breaking: Andalas: Crim Dave Whitby using Cornhill to try to raise £2 million at sub 0.55p - AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

In a mad rush given that it could be booted off the AIM casino on Friday, Andalas Energy (ADL) is - according to my sources trying to raise £2 million at between 0.45p and 0.55p - that compares to 1.3p just prior to suspension. Rule breaking low life dirtbag CEO Dave Whitby has engaged  commission hungry/ethics light brokers at Cornhill to bring in the cash, promising them market beating commission plus warrants - a package worth several hundred thousand quid if they can stiff their clients and back this issue. For mug punters the maths just do not stack up.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The bank robber is spot on re Andalas ramp and Project Fear Brexit lies on fuel prices

Dave Whitby of Anadalas (ADL), what was once uber ramp CEB, should be in prison for his crimes against AIM. I have linked at the side of ShareProphets to an article by someone who was in prison once, Brokerman Dan, on Andalas and the old bank robber is bang on the money. In five days this company could be booted off AIM. It wont, I think, but will survive only by doing things that stink to high heaven. I also discuss today's Project Fear lie, this time on fuel prices

Could Andalas Energy (aka dog CEB) be booted off the AIM Casino in two weeks time after raising the most expensive debt in AIM history?

I am only asking but the much ramped Andalas Energy (ADL) formerly the much ramped CEB Resources has got two weeks to pubish an AIM readmission document or it will be booted off the AIM casino. It would be farewell to rule breaking ramper Dave Whitby, no great loss.

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast: Andalas (CEB) questions questions for this over-ramped crap

A statement today from the disgraced AIM rule breaker, Dave Whitby of Andalas (ADL) - formerly ramptastic CEB Resources - begs a stack of questions. Not least is "how soon will Andalas go bust?". The rampers may love this but this bonus podcast sees me fire off a raft of queeries for Dave, his army of advisers and for this POS company.

Is Andalas (CEB Resources) already bust or just very close?

Oh dear, things look utterly grim for the grotestquely over-ramped Andalas Energy (ADL) formerly CEB resources (CEB) - interims out today imply that it is now more or less bust and its shares remain suspended.
