‘twas the night before Christmas and Julie Meyer was hanging up some particularly expensive stockings, naturally bought on expenses from her Ariadne days, in the mock fireplace of her rented Zurich apartment. “I know that I have been a good girl this year and if there is nothing in there in the morning that just shows that Santa is just a horrid old misogynist like the rest of them” muttered Julie to herself.

As I revealed HERE with a letter from the FCA, it is still conducting a criminal investigation into whether Julie Meyer MBE illegally used client funds. My source who is assisting with that investigation tells me that it is still live although, for reasons you may speculate about a find upstanding Member of the British Empire is slowing things down by refusing to co-operate. But this is not the only enquiry into Lingerie on Expenses.

Ariadne Capital, the flagship vehicle of Julie Meyer may now be in administration but with the Insolvency Service and the FCA (as well as the IRS, HMRC and others) formally investigating Ms Lingerie on Expenses, whistleblowers should surely be cherished and protected? Er…

To give her credit, Ms Lingerie on Expenses is still fighting and has published a new post on the Ariadne website “the facts”. Even in the post fact era she is ‘avin’ a Turkish. It is, as you can see below, laughable.

Oh dear, oh dear, the cutlure of legging over regulators with false submissions at the Ariadne ponzi scheme headed up by Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer seems endemic. In this email thread below followed by the filing submitted by Meyer herself we see Malta employee Chris Cachia and ex in house lawyer Peter Bradley discussing how to avoid financial penalties for Ariadne in Malta by not telling the truth about the date a key officer, Peter Hale, actually resigned. Natch I have passed this on to the MFSA for it to consider as part of its ongoing and wide ranging investigatiuons into Ariadne and Ms Meyer.

As you may remember the lyin’, tax evading fraudster Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer MBE, currently avoiding the Police in Malta where she faces criminal charges, has tried to rebrand by dropping references to Ariadne ( her main ponzi empire) and promoting the name of Viva Capital LLP. Uh Oh – a new problemo has emerged. Oh dear Julie…it never rains…..

Another email arrives at Winnileaks which shows how Julie "Lingerie on Expenses" Meyer is, not for the first time, running rings around Andrew Duncan of Leonard Curtis who is supposed to have had sole charge of Ariadne Capital Limited since it went into administration on 18 December 2017. But laws are for little people. Julie and her finance gopher Steve Piper were still taking decisions for Ariadne, moving assets out of it and backdating documents to cover their tracks well into 2018. Is Mr Duncan aware of this? Well I have made sure he is now. Surely this is a crime, in this case a £4.5 million one.

I note that Julie Meyer is still keen to tout herself as a guest speaker as you can see below. But she now appears keen to distance herself from the Ariadne name, something she has been pushing for a decade and a half. Does she think Ariadne has toxic associations? She now links herself to her private company Viva Capital - the one that has not filed accounts for 2016, 17 and 18 and whose last accounts were clearly bogus but showed cash of nil. Whatever...

In his time as General Counsel to the Ariadne Group run by Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer , Mr Peter Bradley had occasion to send me three lawyers letters on behalf of his boss who is now being investigated by the FCA, the MFSA, the SFO, Action Fraud, the IRS, HMRC and is wanted on criminal charges by the Maltese Police. I had thought that Bradley had parted company with the charlatan, liar and fraudster Meyer in April but the Ariadne website, as you can see below, suggests otherwise.

Oh dear. Oh dear. Losing her Maltese regulatory license yesterday was bad enough for Julie Meyer MBE. Having the HMRC open an investigation on Thursday was also bad. And having Maltese magistrates blast her on Wednesday about her fleeing criminal charges was really bad. Now it gets worse as an email from the devout Christian has emerged (see below) which begs the question as to whether Julie Meyer attempted to defraud investors in 2017. Did she commit fraud? Judge for yourself...

Praise be the Lord! This evening the Maltese Regulator, the MSFA, has finally acted - as I predicted it would two days ago HERE. It has stated that, having been investigating devout Christian Julie Meyer personally as well as Ariadne Capital Malta Limited - her regulated operation - since last November, it has today suspended its license to operate with immediate effect. The statement is no holds barred. The MSFA opines:

I was reminded today about numerous ways Julie Meyer has bullied her critics to silence them - defamatory internet posts, lawyers letters, the works. Thanks to the Winnileaks service we can now see confidential emails which show how she managed to silence ex employees posting on the workjplace review site Glassdoor.co.uk. First up is an email from Julie to key lieutenants within Ariadne including lawyer Peter Bradley. It is dated 26 November 2017.

Oh dear it seems that the myriad of Ariadne companies just got that bit less complex with two more biting the dust for failure to submit accounts for the year to March 31 2017. So what were they hiding as they have now been formally struck off as you can see below...

Julie Meyer MBE is being pursued by a string of former employees and trade contractors who are demanding that her Maltese holding company pays tens if not hundreds of thousands of Euros of unpaid bills stretching back many many months. Yet apparently all is well and Ariadne is hugely profitable. So says Meyer.. I say BULLSHIT! Fake News!

An ex employee of Ariadne Capital, terming him self John Galt after the Ayn Rand character has already exposed the truth behind the myth that is First Tuesday. In his second post on LinkedIn he now exposed the series of scandals and lawsuits that have marked the career of Julie Meyer MBE of Ariadne. His punishment, someone complained and his account has been suspended. Luckily I copied the posting before that happened and so since I really am a free speech supporting libertarian unlike some folks I could mention...

Given the administrators bombshell report into the demise of Ariadne HERE, the administrator's shocking report into the demise of Taggstar HERE and all the other shocking exposes on Julie Meyer we have run HERE would you be rushing to hand this woman any of your cash? But it seems she wants it.

Is it that it is the organisation that threatens poor people ( and disproportionately women) with jail if they don't pay the BBC poll tax so that very rich women can get pay rises? Or that Neil Woodford is such a big shareholder and has said so many funny things about what a great investment this is? I discuss the woes of Capita (CPI). I also look at Rosslyn Data (RDT), and its interims which are out today and show that it is 100% fecked. I discuss the Ariadne bombshell of today and the red flag lessons for those who buy shares in listed companies. And remember today is tax deadline day!

There is a new kid on the twitter block, @ariadnecapitals seems to ask a lot of questions of the Ariadne Group and Julie Meyer as you can see below. How long before Julie sends a lawyers' letter to get it shut down?

In today's podcast I consider Julie Meyer and Ariadne, Provident Financial (PFG), another Neil Woodford dog, UtilityWise (UTW), OnlineBlockcrap (OBC), Mayan (MYN) and Carillion (CLLN) and how we capitalists keep on scoring own goals.

Lawyers for Ariadne Group and Julie Meyer have demanded that I withdraw an article of 9th January about Ariadne Capital Ltd (in administration) and Ms Meyer - a letter to the FCA and publish their statement. I am always happy to help those doing God's will and have removed the piece.

As you know I got a lawyer's letter from the Ariadne Group run by Julie Meyer yesterday. I explain why the in house lawyer poodle chap is a very confused young man. He has not, as he said he would, got back to me to clarify his confused position. I urge you to read Nigel's AIQ expose today as it is most excellent. I discuss Haike Chemical (HAIK) and why it is by definition a bad company as is - as per today's article here - Purplebricks (PURP). Then it is onto the looming bun fight at Paternoster Resources (PRS) - if any of Nick Lee, Amanda Van Dyke and Melissa Sturgess which to dish dirt on the oppo, I am here and happy to publish it all. You see I am everybody's friend.

The woman branded borderline "hysterical" and accused of giving evidence that was "not credible" by a High Court Judge in 2016, Ms Julie "Praise The Lord" Meyer MBE has lashed out at the administrators of Taggstar Ltd accusing it of misleading folks over allegations that Meyer is a thief and a fraudster. She is the victim, natch. Poor dear.

To misquote a fellow Anglo Irishman, to have one company called Ariadne go into administration is understandable but two would look like carelessness. I flagged up 4 days ago that Ariadne Capital Entrepreneurs Investments Limited was an accident waiting to happen. It looks like we will not have to wait that long...

In the UK the former Dragon's Den star who is a fully paid up member of the great and the good, Julie "Praise be the Lord" Meyer MBE stands accused of fraud and theft as we revealed HERE. The FCA has now said that it is looking in to her and her flagship company Ariadne is in administration. But what of her offshore bolt hole in Malta where she runs five companies and is, pro tem, regulated to run her fund?
