In today’s podcast I discuss: gold, bitcoin, Argo Blockchain (ARB) and why it is still burning cash, FCA failings, statements needed from Chill Brands (CHLL) and Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and the latest shocker from Vast Resources (VAST), Roland “fatty” Cornish and his pal the sex therapist.

Wish me luck for tomorrow, you may get an early Bearcast ahead of my date with the Shipman’s. In today’s podcast I look at Technology Minerals (TM1), Chill Brands (CHLL), Powerhouse Energy (PHE), Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) and Inspecs (SPEC).

Late on Thursday night the final placing letters were received and Allenby wrapped up on a 3.75p £1.2 million placing for Chill Brands (CHLL) having missed its targets by a country mile. Within hours the press was reporting Government plans to ban disposable vapes, Chill’s product. The placing only actually settles on Wednesday 31st so should places be able to get it reversed and get their hard-earned back?
As first reported in the early hours of last Friday, the Government has outlined plans to ban disposable vapes and to crack down on the whole vaping sector. Chill Brands (CHLL) has responded. Natch it dissembles and omits. And the omission is material

For more than a week Chill Brands (CHLL) tried to raise between £3 and £4 million in a placing. On Thursday evening the final placing letters arrived with advisor and broker Allenby and the placing closed at £1.2 million. The placees were locked in, a disingenuous RNS was prepared, and folks went to bed. Within hours there was a bombshell report in the Daily Telegraph which other publications were able to verify as accurate. The company’s entire product range will soon be banned. Oddly there has been no RNS about this.

Chill Brands (CHLL) is this morning boasting of how it has managed to issue £2.4 million of new shares at 3.75p. As ever, this company is wholly disingenuous. It is almost as if it and its disgraced adviser Allenby, of NightCap (NGHT) infamy, gets a strange sort of sexual pleasure from misleading investors and has become addicted to it.

In today’s Bearcast I look at Chris Cleverley’s fraud Tingo (US:TIO) where it may be D Day, Versarien (VRS), Chill Brands (CHLL), TMT Aquisitions (TMTA) and Belluscura (BELL) and finally at Ceres Power (CWR)

There are two simple questions that Chill Brands (CHLL) will not answer but the scale of evasion suggests that the answers will be disastrous for shareholders. Let us start with the issue of repeat orders in UK retail for its nicotine free vapes. There is hard data on how many stores have received a first order.

In today’s bearcast I discuss Optibiotix (OPTI), Bushveld Minerals (BMN), Diversified Energy (DEC), Audioboom (BOOM) impoverishing poor Gary Newman as is Jadestone Energy (JSE), Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) and Chill Brands (CHLL) and the looming placing.

In today’s podcast I look at Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and the bell-ends at Cavendish, Cellular Goods (CBX)< Premier Miton (PMI), Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Burberry (BRBY) on behalf of road sweeper Chris Bailey, Chill Brands (CHLL) and Supply@ME Capital (SYME)

In today’s podcast on a day of travel drama for the Mrs and Joshua I discuss: Chill Brands (CHLL), Ben’s Creek (BEN), VSA Capital (VSA) and Reabold Resources (RBD).

I start with the crackpot socialism of my pal Brian Basham who wants us all to pay more taxes. Indeed he told me today that paying taxes is a privilege. Then a moan about BBC Radio 4. Then Chill Brands (CHLL), Bidstack (BIDS) and Vast Resources (VAST). Finally, it is that time of the year again, the View from Readers Windows at Christmas. If you can take a snap please send it to Darren at [email protected]. I shall miss Steve Holdsworth’s view from a Paddington Dungeon this year. He was a good man.

I explain why my old friend is to blame for the state I am in. I then move on to Helium One (HE1) and why its advisers and CEO should be strung up with piano wire, Chill Brands (CHLL) and why it should do the placing it so clearly needs before March, Alien Metals (UFO) and then more on Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), surely a cracking idea for a tip of the year?
I have never disputed the ability of Chill Brands (CHLL) to get its nicotine free vapes into stores. My pal Ray Ingelby is a magician in that regard. The issue, as ever, is reorder levels and while Chill says it has had some it continues to dissemble on how many. It is also strangely silent on how little cash it has left.

In today’s Bearcast I look at Chill Brands (CHLL), MusicMagpie (MMAG), Vast Resources (VAST), Eurasia Mining (EUA) and the bent and corrupt world of paid for research, Supply@ME Capital (FRAUD) and Regtech Open (RTOP) asking when will the taxman pull the plug, Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) and Optibiotix (OPTI)

A full report from the Greek Hovel will appear later. I am a bit tired for reasons I explain. In today’s podcast I look at Upland Resources (UPL), Microsaic (MSYS), Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and out of touch City folk, Bezant Resources (BZT) and Chill Brands (CHLL).

I am a bit of a Chill Brands (CHLL) groupie and have been ever since it was Zoetic (ZOE). That does not make me a fan. I published a massive bear dossier when the shares were 76p and, despite my colleagues, a friend and me facing active harassment from a paid thug, have been bearish ever since. The shares are now 3.45p. Yesterday afternoon something really weird happened.

I had to check that this announcement was not dated April 1. It is surely a spoof. In short, an ecommerce website with bugger all traffic generating bugger all sales belonging to Chill Brands (CHLL) is now going to stock a range of overpriced products made by Cellular Goods (CBX) for which there is not, and has ever been, any material demand. It really is totally pointless. The gross profits generated by either party will be less than the cost of publishing the RNS. So why tell us?

The ramping continues with news that Chill Brands (CHLL) is to plug its nicotine free vapes via a wholesaler website. With almost zero brand awareness it is hard to see many small independent stores placing orders via this channel but in the absence of any positive financials to ramp the shares ahead of the next bailout placing any news will do. But it is what it is NOT saying that matters.

I start with a 3rd anniversary which I mark HERE. Then I look at Versarien (VRS), Chill Brands (CHLL), Westminster Group (WSG) and SIG (SHI).

I start with a tale of two former babysitters, one of whom is dead as of the weekend and the other who has family in Israel. I do feel rather depressed today. Then it is Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Belluscura (BELL), Chill Brands (CHLL) and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) and flagging up an interview tomorrow with Liverpool’s finest: Doc Holliday. Questions please.
It is a start for Chill Brands (CHLL) with its rollout of non-nicotine vapes. But so far the numbers really do not look very impressive. Not that those ramping the shares ahead of the next placing care about that.

There has been no RNS but i am told it has happened so I discuss all matters Victoria (VCP) in detail. I also look at Alpha Growth (ALGW), reported to the FRC today, Tintra (TNT) to be reported tomorrow and to the FCA as well, Vast Resources (VAST), Ben’s Creek (BEN), Horizonte Minerals (HZM), Imperial Brands (IMB), Chill Brands (CHLL), HS2 and my date tomorrow with the Cheshire Filth.

Chill Brands (CHLL) today boasts at its AGM that the products on its website “contribute to the overall well-being of our customers, delivering the social and recreational benefits they enjoy while minimising the potential harm associated with traditional substances like tobacco and alcohol.” So that would include vaping products that bring kids into the word of inhalation , a pathway to smoking, and which can cause Lung and other organ damage, breathing problems, asthma, lung scarring and chronic bronchitis. Next up, Russell Brand on why he has always been a feminist.

I explain what I mean in the opening salvo. Perhaps I am paranoid. That brings me to Chill Brands (CHLL), then AMTE Power (AMTE), Supply@ME Capital (FRAUD), Regtech Open (JOKE), and finally a long segment on Tortilla Mexican (MEX) where the valuation is surely a rum ‘n’ coke?

I start with a question: £100 + 3 points or a speed awareness course by Zoom? Then I look at the track record of the new bird CEO at BT (BT.A) and ask why she is worth £1.1 million ( plus up to 200% bonus) a year? Then Wandisco (WAND), Chill Brands (CHLL), Optibiotix (OPTI), Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and IOG (IOG)

I start with a housekeeping announcement on the Probiotix video before turning to the woke economics lunacy that is Woman’s Hour. Then it is onto Chill Brands (CHLL), could it be another Dev Clever (DEV)?, Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), Versarien (VRS) and finally Avacta (AVCT), is it trying to do another placing and the other reasons why its shares are such a strong sell.

I start with bollocks talked all round today about bailing out those suffering mortgage misery. Blah, blah, blah. Then it is on to bitcoin and Argo Blockchain (ARB), a deep dive into the stinkiest deal done in eons, Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) is the culprit. Then I look at Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR), more nonsense from Chill Brands (CHLL) and why Bidstack (BIDS) may go bust and why I hope it goes bust. En passant, I mention Cook’s Coffee (COOK) and the disgraced Andrew Monk who IPO’d it.

I start with a TV recommendation, Murder in Steeltown, it is superb. Then it is Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks where, with gift aid and a kind – as yet unbooked – pledge, we are now 25% of the way to target at £12,500. If you are among the 91% of listeners yet to donate please do so HERE. Then it is onto the Universal Basic Income pilot. Gosh the Tories are idiots. Then it is Versarien (VRS), Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Chill Brands (CHLL), ASOS (ASC), Deepverge (DVRG), Microsaic (MSYS) and the moral bankruptcy of Turner Pope.

I start with the IRA man who is hopping mad at me yet again. Then I look at how the whole political/media class should be in the dock in the Covid enquiry as they all called for what has caused our inflationary crisis. Then it is Tingo (US:TIO), a detailed look at Audioboom (BOOM), Purplebricks (PURP), Versarien (VRS), Tern (TERN), Chill Brands (CHLL) and the regulatory threat to UK vaping. Finally, my last big Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks training walk this Sunday will be c22 miles. On Saturday, Ray, the owner of The Vaping Group Ltd – the new UK distributor for Chill Brands (CHLL) nicotine free vapes – sent various messages about how he wanted to talk urgently. After 4 onerous hours of family chauffeuring duty, I called back and we had a long chat. It was most illuminating.

Then I look at the Chill Brands (CHLL) Blackpool spoof after today’s shocking expose HERE and why this can only happen on the Sub Standard List on the FCA’s watch ( no sniggering at the back!) Then woke campaigners like the wretched Church of England, Shell and light beers ( two of them).

I am not finished with the ramptastic release from Chill Brands (CHLL) last week about its UK distribution deal with The Vaping Group Limited which is owned and controlled by a Mr Ray Ingleby. The morons think this will be transformative but I have already shown that Vaping is a loss making smaller company HERE and that it operates from a small business unit in Blackpool HERE. But there is far more to come on this…

Yesterday shares in Chill Brands (CHLL) raced ahead as it signed a distribution deal with The Vaping Group Limited. I called it a spoof now here is a photo which rather makes my point.

Faking a product demo to gain funding is fraud and Williams boasted about doing that so the Tory scumbag should not threaten me, as he has threatened others, with a lawyers letter for calling that out as an act of fraud. I discuss his antics at Avanti (AVN) and then Arqit Quantum (US:ARQQ) about which I warned at $37.41 on December 3 2021 HERE and at $5.65 on 17 June 2022 HERE. Its shares are now 73 cents but the company is still valued at $90 million. My target is zero. I discuss in detail. Then it is onto IQE (IQE), Mirada (MIRA), Future (FUTR) whose £1.06 billion market cap is a joke. I looked like a right prat on this one for a while but you cannot defy gravity forever. Which brings me to Cineworld (CINE), Cellular Goods (CBX) and today’s total spoof from Chill Brands (CHLL) which the morons have fallen for hook, line and sinker. Do they never go to Companies House? Finally: it is 30 days to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks and less than 4% of you have donated. I repeat the Brokerman Dan underpants threat, please do make a donation HERE

It is a simple question and one that I have put to Chill’s (CHLL) financial adviser, Mr. Nick Harriss at the fine firm of Allenby Capital. Oddly Nick has declined to reply but as 1.5 million shares were issued at 4p ( a nice discount to the 6p share price) surely investors have a right to know who has been paid £60,000 for what? The statement reads:

Pump. Dump. Pump Dump. And so it goes again and again. Today’s its another dump as Chill Brands (CHLL) has raised £2.6 million just one trading day after a vape-tastic,ramp-tastic RNS with no numbers natch. But before then rewind to the last pump and dump smash and grab on 16 March.

Before we get to today’s spoof from the rogues at Chill Brands (CHLL), let’s look at the last one from a fortnight ago.
At 2.45 PM yesterday Chill Brands (CHLL) announced that it had raised £560,000 at 3.5p. It claims that this “followed the receipt of an unsolicited offer from the financial institution concerned.” Hmmm so at c6% of the enlarged equity we will see a Tr1 soon? There is more chance of Cheryl Cole wandering down my drive in her Birthday suit demanding my sole and undivided attention.

Shares in Chill Brands (CHLL), pumped by a spoof-tastic announcement the other day, are now sliding fast. 2+2 =4. The first 2 is that attempted ramping.

The last time we had a figure for the, rapidly falling, cash position at Chill Brands (CHLL) was 30 September when cash was £1.8 million after a £2.2 million loss in the six months prior. There were one offs in that period but you can do the maths. By the March 31 year end the cash will largely be gone and so yet another placing is on the way. So today a prize spoof.

In today’s podcast I look at Afentra (AET) and Gary Newman’s patience with obvious cretins, ScotGold (SGZ), Chill Brands (CHLL), Guild ESports (GILD), Genedrive (GDR) – a £62 million short – Kavango Resources (KAV) and BAT Industries (BATS).

I am sure you can guess the sport related reasons for the fragility. Blame my pal C who you may have met at ShareStock last year. It is all his fault. I start with that and a milestone this website reached on Friday. Then onto pot/CBD stocks including Seed Innovations (SEED), Chill Brands (CHLL), Oxford Cannabinoid (OCTP), Love Hemp (LIFE) and Cellular Goods (CBX) and “investment expert” Clem Chambers of ADVFN (AFN) infamy. No sniggering at the back please

In today’s Bearcast I discuss Chill Brands (CHLL), which fesses to another TW Gotcha, as it serves up piss poor numbers. Then Cellular Goods (CBX) which I cannot see digging itself out of a hole of insolvency. Finally Argo Blockchain (ARB) which has merely postponed death by 8-15 months with today’s announcement. The target is still 0p.
The last time we knew the cash position of Chill Brands (CHLL) was at March 31. The company neglected to give any update with its (piss poor) finals or in a trading update a few weeks ago. You can thus guess that the position is pretty dismal and the company is close to running on vapours. Hence 6 RNS ramptastic announcements since September. Today’s is the most wretched yet.

It is day one of the harvest and feeling rather wet and very tired I explain a bit of what has gone on. Then it is onto Versarien (VRS), Chill Brands (CHLL) and musicMagpie (MMAG) two of which I expect to go bust in 2023.

I start with the reason for no bearcast yesterday and end with my virtue signalling siblings lining up to be mugged. I start with proof below of what an “earth mum” I have become and the blue tick issue on Twitter. Then I look at Avacta (AVCT), Chill Brands (CHLL), Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT), Pure Gold (PUR) and ouzo for Nigel and then Argo Blockchain (ARB) a triumph for the forces of good, transparency, honesty and hard analysis. That is to say myself & Boatman Capital. And a disaster for certain named individuals who are drawn from the forces of evil.

When I started exposing the fraud at Zoetic, now Chill Brands (CHLL) the shares were 76p. They are now 2.4p and, FWIW, running out of cash again so a sell. The other side fought hard. Seth Freedman – who had harassed Harvey Weinstein’s victims for Harvey - was engaged by a shareholder to threaten, menace and harass me and also two other writers here and a PR girl who is known to be a friend of mine. Shame on Freedman and those who defend him like Evil Knievil. I was not bullied into silence and so, after the massive Worthington vindication earlier, here is another one a, a letter from the Financial Reporting Council.I complained to it about Chill’s accounts. Hey presto, the FRC took action and – as you can see below – forced Chill to restate.

Normally I am envious of Robert, today I am not. On that note and now with the blessing of Aunt L, I tear, once again, into Colin Bird and Tiger Resources (TIR) after interims from Bezant Resources (BZT), then onto a shocker from Chill Brands (CHLL) and finally a laugh at former Neil Woodford dog Xeros (XSG) which is still spunking half a Bernie a month seeking to revolutionise the world of washing machines. Versarien (VRS) also gets a mention as I increase my forecasts of cashburn.

We have not had any hard sales data from Chill Brands (CHLL) for an eternity. We had interims to 6 months 30 September 2021 then an admission that much of the H1 revenues booked may have to be backed out when FY to March 31 numbers are eventually released. In early May there was an admission that offline sales through retailers were essentially zippo and a claim that online sales via Chill.com were up by 30% in the three months prior. 130% of SFA is still SFA.

Oh dear. Another day and more bad news from the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) emerges and another lie. Last September Chill announced that it had launched a new line of synthetic nicotine products, that is to say tobacco free product which contained nicotine. Today it claims that the launch was actually in December – which makes the September RNS another lie whicxh adviser Allenby seems happy to be associated with - but says that this venture has been wound up with immediate effect.

he comedy shit show from the liars and fraudsters at Chill Brands (CHLL) continues. Earlier this week I complained to the FRC about the grotesquely misleading interims published by the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) on 28 January. Given that the company has now undertaken a bailout fund raise on the back of them, if my compliant is upheld (as it will be) surely the hapless poltroons at the FCA will have to act. Moreover…

In today’s bearcast, I discuss the different regulatory failings of AIM and the Standard List, referring to 2 companies worth 0p – Vast Resources (VAST) and the fraud, Chill Brands (CHLL) – and the lies they tell. I look at Amur Minerals (AMC); Eurasia Mining (EUA;) and in detail, Novacyt (NCYT). Finally, I mention Jubilee Metals (JLP), where I am a loyal shareholder.

How investors wish that the FCA had dealt with my previous letters as a responsible regulator of the Standard List would have done. But it did not, and thus, earlier this week, the fraud, Chill Brands (CHLL), announced a bailout placing at just 2p. Unfortunately, it is clear that on a number of grounds, investors were deceived ahead of that fundraise. I have written to the FCA.
One of the reasons the fraud, Chill Brands (CHLL), had to do a bailout placing this week, is the ridiculous purchase of a domain name. I can now reveal how the company has deceived investors about this fantastic money spunk.

Last time, the complainant was anonymous; this time, it was Julie Meyer. I describe my chat. Suffice to say that Ms “sex toy on expenses” Meyer will again be frustrated. I contrast these Police visits with the way they failed me when I exposed the Chill Brands (CHLL) fraud, and was then harassed and smeared – I wonder how the guilty men, notably those at Buchanan Communications, feel this afternoon. Today, I deserve a shed load of ouzo after numerous triumphs and, in turn, I look at Chill, Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Bidstack (BIDS) and Vast Resources (VAST). Actually, I am joking about the ouzo: the kids and I are off to buy a hosepipe extension, some lavender plants, and an ice cream for Joshua. That is our reward.

Excuse me if I crow, but all the threats, harassment and smears I have received from those paid to attack me, as well as from dumb investors, enraged that I had dared to expose this crock since 3 February 2021, must now be viewed in light of a bailout placing, announced yesterday, at just 2p.

The fraud, Chill Brands (CHLL), is almost out of cash. It is existing on vapours and is not paying bills. But if it is to get any refinancing away, even a massively dilutive one, the existing board must change, as it is just not credible. Hence today’s night-of-the-long-knives announcement.

I explain why the podcast is late. Apologies. Then I look at a bubble which is clearly bursting, what caused it and what happens next. I mention a number of companies including: Cellular Goods (CBX), Seed Innovations (SEED), Eden Pharma and Chill Brands (CHLL)

Forgive the voice. Last week’s cold has left me sounding like I have been swallowing gravel. I start with a few words about distractions today which included ordering 72 blackthorn plants and 12 wild blackberry bushes and fetching antique Welsh furniture to go to Greece. Then I ponder whether Nigel is reinvesting his Ariana (AAU) dividends in Ariana (AAU).I explain why I am not and where I am putting the cash. Or rather I am sitting on the fence between Optibiotix (OPTI) and Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX). The 3x company I mentioned on Saturday, is a well known one and will be exposed via a multi-part series kicking off tomorrow at 8.30 AM and it is, I am sure, a zero. Ahead of then I discuss what makes a real bear market and how it affects rubbish stocks out of cash. Until you see a good few RNS statements each month saying that “shares are suspended pending clarification” you are not in a bear market. In that vein, I mention three POS companies which RIGHT NOW have no cash and are burning it: Vast Resources (VAST), Chill Brands (CHLL) and Supply@ME Capital (FRAUD) and I discuss the next steps for that trio and why the net is tightening on them.

Auditor PKF LittleJohn will already be considering the unenviable task of auditing the accounts of its fraudulent client Chill Brands (CHLL) for the year ending March 31 2022. Given that Chill is now already teetering on the brink of insolvency I would suggest that PKF asks for payment up front. In light of the shocking admission today, I felt it wise to mark the card of PKF and my good friends at the Financial Reporting Council on two matters. My letter is below:

This is awful. After a number of communications between myself and the FCA, the regulator of the Standard List, the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) has been forced to come clean on its related party “loan”. And the truth is awful. Chill now admits that nearly all of its H1 sales were in fact booked to a key shareholder which has not paid for the product bought. This is a pig and pork fraud as I suggested in THIS podcast sent to the FCA the other day.

Obviously I do hope Chelsea goes bust and is docked 500 points and finds itself playing next season in the National League so allowing two clubs to be promoted which might just include Wrexham. But what is happening to the Abramovitch sets a dangerous precedent. I discuss this with reference to Evraz (EVR). I look at Parsley Box (MEAL) and the role of certain institutional investors and also FinnCrap (FCAP) in some detail. I predict Parsley will go bust by the autumn notwithstanding today’s dishonest bailout. I look at Oxford Cannibinoid (OTCP) and the growing scandal there and also comment on Eurasia (EUA), then at Chill Brands (CHLL) and that other Standard Listed fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME). I discuss Summerway Capital (SWC) and Argo Blockchain (ARB) but I start with a parents dilemma.

I start with a recovered Joshua learming a new word. Then it is onto Gfinity (GFIN) and Nigel Wray, Guild ESports (GILD), Parlsey Box (MEAL), the markets and Ukraine, Chill Brands (CHLL) – the day’s biggest gainer (pro tem), a true dead cat bounce and Cineworld (CINE). There is also a history lesson for GCSE student, our in house Euro loon, my friend, Jonathan Price.

I am shortly off to Tesco then will be in action as the family cook. Ahead of that I look at Deepverge (DVRG) run by the arse Gerry Brandon, wondering which will come first, the next trading warning or the next bailout placing, at Mirriad (MIRI) where I disagree with comrade Stacey, Amigo (AMGO), Chill Brands (CHLL), Jubilee Metals (JLP), Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Cellular Goods (CBX), oil, gold and Ukraine and finally at Argo Blockchain’s (ARB) latest news.

On Saturday I explained in great detail why the $1million loan made by Chill Brands (CHLL) to Ox Distribution has almost certainly been recycled as revenue which makes this a classic pig and pork style fraud. But even if it is not a pig and pork it still breaches the rules and here is why.

The gardening photos from the Welsh hovel will appear later on my own site. Before then I review the 4 retail stocks of the Lucian Miers apocalypse: Versarien (VRS), Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Eurasia (EUR) and Chill Brands (CHLL) and then my 10 stocks to collapse by Christmas. One has fallen so far it is probably not a short now though I would not buy it while three look set to go to zero, possibly as soon as next week in one case. My 10 are Supply, Chill Brands, Versarien, Avacta (AVCT), Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT), Amigo (AMGO), Cineworld (CINE), Argo Blockchain (ARB), Verditek (VDTK) and Tern (TERN). I also look at the oil price and consider whether those sitting on gains might bank a few profits.

With Chill Brands (CHLL) the only question is when the end game is played out. In this podcast I discuss the nature of fraud and suggest how it is possible that the company is a 100/100 fraud on the spectrum of crime becuase it may have committed a pig and pork type fraud for c£1 million. This podcast has gone to Mark Steward and his team at the FCA asking that it makes an urgent enquiry and if the answer is yes it is suspension and game over. If the FCA is as useless as ever the auditors will cry fowl in the summer and it is game over then. But i am 99% sure that this is a pig and pork and I believe the smoking gun is there for all to see.

I start with a look at wider stockmarket sell offs in the UK, US and especially Germany and what we – who will all be down – should be doing about it. I warn that if you go full bear you could be burned when most shares spike or rebound as will happen at some point. I comment specifically on the frauds Chill Brands (CHLL) and Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and on Ukranian hookers and fake news and also on Ten Lifestyle (TENG). And I discuss pen Orphan (ORPH) vs Braveheart (BRH), the saintly Cathal Friel vs the spiv chancer Trevor Brown. It is all to do with returning capital or not.

What I show you below, is not the sort of post one sees every day on the LSE Asylum, especially on the Chill Brands (CHLL) board. As yet there has been not one apology for industrial scale historic abuse received from Chill owning morons. Maybe next week, after what I shall be serving up after lunch on this nailed down fraud, more sinners will repent.

I last wrote to the FCA as regulator, no sniggering at the back, of the Standard List, about the almost insolvent fraud that is Chill Brands (CHLL) on 31 January, just five weeks ago when for a second time I flagged up how it was deceiving investors with sales announcements that are bogus. Npw it is a 3rd strike on this count and the FCA needs to suspend trading in Chill shares pending an enquiry and sanctions against its management team and advisers Allenby. I have gone to the head of enforcement Mark Steward with the letter below.
Oh dear. Oh dear. Oh dear. Just when you thought things could not get any worse for the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) they have. A trading statement signed off by adviser Allenby is a total shocker and exposes more deception by a company heading rapidly towards insolvency. Surely the FCA must, this time, act? If it does it is a quick death. If it does not the cash crisis means it is still a fairly quick death.

A year ago shares in Chill Brands (CHLL) the fraud then known as Zoetic (ZOE) were 76p as I published a 60 red flags dossier. Here is how one moron responded – natch by abusing me. The shares are now 9p. I guess this tweet has not aged terribly well. Meet Stocks Gazer. He is a moron.

I start with two attempts to restrict what I say, one HERE and another to be discussed later. This is the sort of day when I consider packing it all in, chucking my laptop in the river and spending the rest of my life gardening and keeping goats. Then onto Capital Metals (CMET), Chill Brands (CHLL) and Optibiotix (OPTI)
1014 days ago
Set to run out of cash and go bust within weeks, the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) is again deceiving investors with news of a “landmark partnership” which is neither a landmark or a partnership. The deal is with a company called Fabric.
1020 days ago
Do you remember all the abuse that this site and I got when publishing the 60 red flags dossier on Chill Brands (CHLL), Zoetic as was, exactly one year and one day ago? I was part of a short selling cabal, the FCA would have my testicles roasted on a fire by the weekend, I did not know what I was talking about, etc, etc, etc. The shares were them 76p mid. Today they are 7.625p mid. – a near as damn it 90% fall. The next 90% fall will be far quicker and it could be far greater.
1021 days ago
Since the Standard List is regulated – no sniggering at the back – by the wretched FCA, lying to investors about the nature of a transaction is probably not considered to be a problem. Here is a deception and rule breach served up by the soon to be insolvent fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) on December 20 2021.

In today’s bearcast I discuss Cineworld (CINE), Gulf Keystone (GKP), Chill Brands (CHLL), Omega Diagnostics (ODX), Vast Resources (VAST), Joules (JOUL) and the dreadful grammar of the younger brother of London’s worst Nomad, Roland “fatty” Cornish. How many BP’s does Michael think there are 2, 3, 27?
1025 days ago
The real issue with the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) is that it could run out of cash within two weeks. It is teetering on the verge of insolvency: the FCA IS NOW looking closely at interims from last week which imply that THREE trading statements in 2021 announced, what are now, clearly bogus sales and meanwhile its main ramper, the lying rule breaking John Story who said the shares would go to £25 is bailing as fast as he can. Today we have news from Spreadex.
1025 days ago
As I write, four of the top 12 fallers are stocks that I have exposed as total wronguns and one of the four even coughed up that I had gpt a scoop on Friday. In today’s podcast, which should please Matthew and his dog, I cover: Omega Diagnostics (ODX) and its porkies, MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC), a Turner Pope dog still valued at £40 million even now but not worth a fraction of that, Guild ESports (GILD) & the greed of David Beckham, Vast Resources (VAST) and the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL ) which could be going down the plughole for good within a couple of weeks. I forgot to discuss the latest news from Zak Mir and Lift Ventures. That will have to wait for another day.
1026 days ago
Shares in Chill Brands (CHLL) were 76p when I published that 60 red flag dossier last February – they are today at just 9.25p, the lowest since July 2020. They are falling sharply again today on the back of Friday’s interims which showed sales in the six months to September 30 which were only about half the level of sales already announced in three separate RNS statements covering the same period. I have again written to the FCA.
1029 days ago
Being shown to have deceived investors in a material way about your sales is a hanging offence as I explained to the FCA earlier. But drill down into today’s interims from the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) and more red flags emerge. Let us start with note 8.
1029 days ago
In light of interims today from Standard Listed Chill Brands (CHLL) which show clearly that the company has lied to investors in inventing bogus sales which it then announced via RNS, I have written to the FCA which is the regulator – no sniggering at the back – of the Standard List. Surely announcing bogus sales cannot be acceptable?
1029 days ago
Chill Brands (CHLL) has today issued results for the six months to 30 September and quite simply what it says does not tally with numerous RNS statements about sales. This is slam dunk fraud but it gets worse.
1029 days ago
We will come to the latest deception by the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) later but first a lesson for Buchanan PR and its China fraud specialist Henry Harrison-Topham. It seems Buchanan was fired in November.
1029 days ago
When shares in the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) surged towards a quid, spiv John Story told folks they were going much higher. He gave ramptastic interviews where he told lies about the company then known as Zoetic (ZOE). He ostentatiously bought a few more shares. He engaged with the man who helped Harvey Weinstein to silence his victims to harass and troll myself, Gary Newman, Peter Brailey and others to try and scare us away from exposing this con. But now with the shares barely into double figures Story is bailing. And here’s why.
1030 days ago
Ahead of what will be dismal interims and a catastrophically bad update on current trading due within 11 days and with a bailout placing needed PDQ, shares in Chill Brands (CHLL) are again lower today at 11.8p. My target price is still 0p and still the idiots who have ignored my numerous warnings from 76p down as they know better still play the man, me, not the ball, my data and bear thesis. Meet kaka47 on the ADVFN Asylum who posts:

Will Joshua ever make it back to school? There appear to be suggestions that Wales’s bone idle teachers will postpone his education in why white privilege makes him an automatic victim by yet another day. In the podcast I discuss why Cliff Weight is wrong about share options, the Chill Brands (CHLL) spoof and then took a detailed look at AIM China play Univison Limited (UVEL) which looks tome to be a zero. Have you looked at what this loss making indebted POS spunked £949,000 on during the first half? In signing off on interims,Nomad Spark Advisory is ‘avin’ a bubble.

I discuss the arrests made on 29 December in the USA and why the FCA should look at some of the activities of folks in the UK small cap world. Case studies include Eurasia Mining (EUA) and Chill Brands (CHLL). I then move on to Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and its news today, Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) and also Verditek (VDTK), which I reckon is a zero for 2022 but since it can’t be shorted is not one of my tips of the year. To JP, sorry I have no idea why Peel Hunt quit as broker to Bushveld (BMN) but I suspect it gave three months notice. Leaving SP Angel as sole broker can’t be seen as good news. It is like firing our beloved West Ham as joint broker to retain the sole services of Chesterfield Town.

The fraud that is Chill Brands (CHLL) is running out of cash fast with sales at levels that are almost statistically insignificant. Rather than update us all on that tale of woe there is another spoof. This is all part of an attempted ramp to get a deeply discounted bailout placing away as soon as is possible. Todays spoof is laughable. I offer a translation service

We knew John Story was a proven liar and a lock-in rule breaker but we thought he was smart so would have been dumping his holding in the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) as it rapidly runs out of other people’s cash. Au contraire, if he is telling the truth, Story has been catching the falling knife.

There is news of an interesting new shareholder today at ADVFN (AFN). I discuss what is, I think, going on and why you should not bet the ranch on a formal bid emerging. Then I look at the crackers acquisition made by Nightcap (NGHT) as La Willingham refuses to address the manifest corporate governance failings at her firm. Finally Chill Brands (CHLL) has been relegated to the Spartan South Midlands Division One and I explain what that means.

Shares in the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) have raced ahead today by 53% to 17.25p on the back of news of a new distribution deal. Yup, the market cap has gone up by c£12 million on the back of a transaction worth £275,000 or less. Insane. You bet. But of course Chill does not give any numbers in its release and morons buying this stock have not done the maths or checked out Google Earth. I have, as you can see below.

I record from the Welsh Hovel which is once again a building site. Excuse any background noise. I look at Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) and its uncorrected and untrue 4 October RNS. Then at the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL). In both cases the regulator, the hapless FCA, should be acting right now. Then it is onto Cineworld (CINE) and, with the graphic below – hat tip EB. I explain why its trading statement is so deceptive and why the shares are still a sell. Finally a few words on Optibiotix (OPTI) & Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and today’s confirmation of what a good journalist I am. What does it mean for both stocks?
1102 days ago
Yesterday, in Bearcast, I explained in detail why the Chill Brands (CHLL) website is misleading with regard to major shareholders and why the proven liar John Story must have reduced his interest but has not filed a TR1. Sadly, there appears to be no corrective RNS so I have written to Nick Harriss of Allenby Capital, Chill’s retained adviser, suggesting that if he has a shred of integrity he will correct the situation. I cc in the FCA
1102 days ago
It was, of course, John Story who engaged with Seth Freedman, causing the harassment of myself, Gary, Peter, and a poor PR girl some months ago. We know he is a proven liar and also a rule breaker. So has he been dumping shares in Chill Brands and not telling anyone via TR1? You bet. And I prove it in this podcast. I also suggest what Chill, its shamed advisers Nick Harris of Allenby, and arsehole journalist smearer Henry Harrison-Topham of Buchanan as well as the FCA need to do about this mess.
1112 days ago
There are suggestions today that Chill Brands (CHLL) next bailout fundraise will be at 5p. I would suggest that this is the bull case. Rapidly running out of cash and with a business model that is a proven failure I cannot see why this business will be rescued until it is on the brink and the spivs at broker Peterhouse do a friends and family offer at 0.1p turning it into a cash shell. What is clear is that the shares will collapse as stale bulls dump and that anyone hanging on is insane. But what of the FCA?
1113 days ago
A second podcast on the US elections, analysis results I predicted so accurately yesterday can be found HERE. In this Bearcast I cover Chill Brands (CHLL), what the FCA must do NOW and why Chill is now officially fecked, Darktrace (DARK), Trainline (TRN) and shocking news from Parlsey Box (MEAL) flagged up by Sherlock – surely this demands a formal statement.
1113 days ago
Shares in Chill Brands (CHLL) have fallen by almost 20% since the start of the week and it is not yet Tuesday Lunchtime, unless you are Roland “Fatty Cornish in which case Tuesday lunchtime started just after elevenses. In such a situation many companies would be tempted to issue a “we know of no reason for the share price move” statement. But Chill cannot and it cannot for two reasons.
1114 days ago
Yesterday saw two trades of 2,005,106 and 2,550,000 Chill Brands (CHLL) shares dumped well below the offer at 14.25p. That is more than 2% of the equity. There were other big sells below the bid on Monday. Was a major shareholder at last accepting that I was right or was this just canny de-risking as today there is a trading statement which is so terrible it is hard to know where to start. No doubt the FCA will ensure there is no story of insider dealing to tell. So how bad is the statement? It is dire.

In today’s Bearcast, I ask how much would you be prepared to do to break LSE Rules to stop your company’s share price from crashing – ref Chill Brands (CHLL). I look at Versarien (VRS) and its latest spoof and the track record of it spunking your cash via Innovate UK grants. But the meat here is on HK360 Limited Brian Basham, Net Zero Infratructure (NZI), the FCA and what appears to be amassive failure of corporate governance, as outlined HERE

I have again written to the FCA as it is meant to be the regulator, no sniggering at the back please, of the Sub Standard list on which the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) is listed. The company said that it was going to publish quarterly sales updates. It has not for the three months to September 30 and as the interims will, in due course show, that is because quarterly sales were sod all. Thus, having claimed that it was profitable the company is sitting on a profits warning. That is a breach of market rules. The letter follows.

You can get borrow and you should. There is a collapsing long position on margin but the real reason to go aggressively short of Chill Brands (CHLL) is the deafening sound of silence. Let me explain.
1136 days ago
This is a shocking revelation which I discuss in detail. It shows the Big 4 accountancy firms are actually incentivising partners to engage in risky and incorrect business practices by indemnifying them against all costs if they are found out. The Big 4 then treat such fines as just another cost of doing business. What is going on is a disgrace which expses the moral bankruptcy at the heart of the accountancy establishment and must force the FRC to rethink punishments. I also discuss Ariana Resources (AAU) and why it needs no PR but especially the shysters it currently uses, the deafening silence at Chill Brands (CHLL) which marks it out as a zero and Union Jack Oil (UJO) where I suspect it is tme to give up and look elsewhere in the sector.

I sart with the unhappy young man. Actually he is in his 40s. But it is a tale which, I suspect, is being replicated across the UK. It will trigger abrain drain as we go back to the 1970s. Then I discuss the scumbags at Abingdon Health (ABDX) screwing PIs ahead of an inevitable placing, I ask when Sosandar (SOS) will warn as it surely must, I look at share trades in the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) and what they mean and then ask what the xxxx (Matthew & dog please insert word) Luke Johnson is doing investing in the lifestyle business run by the upper class twit of the year that is Marechale Capital (MAC). I am sure it will do better as an investment than Patisserie Holdings (CAKE) but not that much better.

Advisors should have their interests aligned with those of shareholders. Not so Virdian Capital Partners, announced today as the new strategic advisor to the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL). Strategic advisor my arse, Viridian is a broker and corporate financier. The results for the year to March 31 2021 came out on August 31 but the audited annual report is not out until today, the day of Chill Brands (CHLL) AGM so a second AGM will be needed to approve this sad document. I can see why Chill does not want folks reading the report for it contains multiple horrors all of which indicate that the shares are going to crater. My target price remains 0p-5p but, after today, 0p looks far more likely.

I receive an invitation to an online pot conference. More signs this sector is hot and thus one I shall avoid. I mention Chill Brands (CHLL) which is not hot and which could see its shares suspended by Friday. I discuss why the Tiger Royalties (TIR) portfolio is toxic and could implode. Surely its Nomad Roland “fatty” Cornish can peer over his ever expanding belly and see the danger? I discuss en passant Go Ahead (GOG) and in more detail interims from Powerhouse Energy (PHE). Then to why HEIQ (HEQ) numbers today are so dripping in red flags as yet another recent IPO ( 10 months ago) comes crashing down.

Shares in the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL), formerly the fraud Zoetic (ZOE), are falling again and now trade at a new year low of 24.75p to sell. With suspension possible as soon as Friday, with almost no sales now in the US and with the market cap still a bonkers £53.3 million, of course, anyone with half a brain cell should sell. But then nobody with half a brain cell would own the shares in the first place. The big question is when will the long delayed annual report arrive? What do you think. Vote below:

Appointment of strategic advisers shouted the press release. What, thought I, a strategic review to understand why sales are SFA and the company still can’t get it annual accounts out? Er no. Perhaps the incredibly dim, journalist-smearing, PR man Henry Harrison Topham advised his clients that sneaking out one of the worst results statements I have ever seen at 6.25 PM on the last day of the month on which it was promised would mean that nobody noticed. There is a reason why, despite all those expensive Harrow fees, Henry only managed to gain acceptance at Northumbria University when it was still Newcastle Polytechnic. For the sneaking out of what is an abomination only attracts attention to how bad this all is for Chill Brands (CHLL), the fraud formerly known as Zoetic (ZOE).

Chill Brands (CHLL) , the fraud formerly known as Zoetic (ZOE) blames covid for delaying its results which, in May, it said would be out in July until August. We all know the reason is its battle to persuade the auditors that it has enough cash to survive for 12 months. Which it does not. Anyhow we are now almost at the end of August and good news travels fast but bad news is always delayed so where are the results which are bound to be truly absymal? When do you think Chill will sneak out the bad news?

Canadian and Aquis listed Yooma (YOOM) has today bought the leading British CBD brand Vitality for, depending how you look at it, £8 million or £10.2 million. The read across for the valuation of Chill Brands (CHLL), the fraud formerly known as Zoetic is a disaster.
