Cloudtag (CTAG) was a bulletin board darling which we exposed as a bankrupt fraud on this website numerous times HERE. Eventually the company’s Nomad, Liam Murray at Cairn Financial, arrived at the same conclusion and gave his notice of resignation. However the company then raised £975,000 via broker Novum without telling Novum or anyone else about that resignation. Murray thus resigned with immediate effect and Novum unwound the placing while, with no other Nomad prepared to take on this toxic client, it was booted off the AIM sewer in March 2017.

Over the weekend I flagged up more questions that are begging about the purchase of DMS Holding 2017 Limited announced by uber dog Toople (TOOP) on Friday. So far no response. So here are a couple more for financial advisor Cairn, of Cloudtag infamy, to ignore completely.

You supplied numerous good entries in last week’s contest as you can see HERE. I particularly liked the Cloudtag (CTAG) morons, the triumph of hope over experience, spotted by Warren Boofit

I want to get in there before my colleagues and flag up that the valuation of the ramp du jour AFC Energy (AFC) is absurd and that the company is drowning in red flags. Reading some of the Bulletin Board posts this smells just like Cloudtag although obviously it is not a Norfolk. Natch. I want to makle that clear.

I despair at the stupidity of some investors. I detailed earlier a series of threatening and frankly idiotic tweets from Iconic (ICON) shareholders to me encouraging me to stop doing my job, with threats and abuse. But one moron stands out for his stupidity.

Hapless Nomad Cairn Financial of Cloudtag (CTAG) infamy has been contacted by both email and phone, to establish whether it has done, as it should do under FCA Rules and contact the FCA regarding suspicious share trades ( i.e. insider dealing) in ADM Energy (ADME) by Dubai Royal Shaikh Ahmed Bin Dalmook Al Maktoum. There has been no reply. To focus the attention of Tony Rawlinson, Liam Murray and Jo Turner round at Cairn, here is what appears to have happened. A timeline.

Shares in ADM Energy (ADME) are almost certainly, more or less worthless, as Gary Newman explained here. Those who paid c20p at peak “Sheikh on the Make hype” for the shares must be spitting nails. The object of their anger should be Nomad Cairn Financial, of Cloudtag infamy, to whom I have written today cc’ing in AIM Regulation and the FCA. The letter follows.
ADM Energy: Investors Deceived and Possible Insider Dealing – request for formal investigations.
To Cairn Financial
cc: AIM Regulation & the FCA

In today’s podcast i look more at the Sheikh on the make at ADM Energy (ADME) and the failure of Nomad Cairn of Cloudtag (CTAG) infamy. Just how big is that failure? Then a few words on Neil Woodford and finally I discuss the full extent of the possible regulatory horrors which follow on from today’s shocking breaking news on AIM “superstar” First Derivatives (FDP) . Update First now says the lawsuit that could have bankrupted it was withdrawn ( it has not said why) on Friday. That does not explain why there was no RNS on Wednesday.

Over on the LSE Asylum they are getting terribly excited about a Parliamentary Petition to ban shorting AIM stocks. If they can just find another 98,000 morons to sign (I’d start with the Frontera (FRR), Quindell (QPP) and Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholder lists) then this idea will be debated. Fraudsters must be praying they do.
2259 days ago
In the end the chaps at Nomad Cairn walked from Cloudtag (CTAG) when it was clear that it was a fraud run by liars. Frontera Resources (FRR) is a shit show run by liars and a fallout with death spiral provider Yorkville (YA) today could be the final straw for Cairn – might it resign leaving the (worthless) shares suspended? Or will Frontera just go bust?

In our relaunched Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest, there were some fine examples of moronic activity by investors in Tern, UK Oil & Gas, Cloudtag, Whetstone and other great British Companies nominated by ShareProphets readers as you can see HERE. But there has to be a winner.

Amit Ben Haim does not like to be at the helm when one of his enterprises goes belly up. He always quits and leaves a gent called Massimo Ventimiglia to pick up the pieces. And hence we come to Cloudtag (CTAG) subsidiary CT Technology Services.

Hat tip to reader A for bringing my attention to an industrial tribunal which shows Amit Ben Haim, the CEO of the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG), which was booted off AIM last year, caught lying blatantly. Amit...your pants are on fire.

Remember the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG), booted off AIM after its Nomad quit after it told just one too many total lies? Perhaps this is a spoof but it seems that fitness bands are not the place to be, Cloudtag is getting into blockchain. Natch!

The winner of the 2017 prize competition will be revealed tomorrow. We now though open the competition for 2018 - and once again the prize is a meal with myself. If you dislike me, you can fob that meal off on someone else. All you need to do before midnight on January 1st is to post in the comments section below your stock to buy and your stock to sell for 2018 (from the LSE or AIM Casino and the stocks not to currently be suspended). Steve Moore will monitor and report back monthly on how the competition is faring. Good luck all and especially, should they enter, to our favourite semi-naked Quindell & Cloudtag owning twins Hayley & Kate Whittaker, pictured below.

The fraud du jour of 12 months ago Cloudtag (CTAG) continues to pretend it is a real company with real operations. Its website even has a year end message from CEO Amit Ben Haim. It doers not have FY 2016 or H1 2017 financial results but who cares about numbers when you have Amit spouting 100% bull. Amit tells his moronic followers:

I start with a trip down memory lane this October 13th. It's back to 1987. can you remember why? Then, if you thought punters in Cloudtag (CTAG) or MySquar (MYSQ) were bonkers ( well they are) then meet Helios & Matheson. This tale will have you in stitches. Unless you are a MySquar moron in which case you will probably see it as an investment opportunity. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), the Frogs selling and the slump to 2p or less. BTW Lucian Miers is now well in the money and added to his short yesterday. I explain why i3 Energy (i3E) is doomed and will crater soon and also go into the mounting woes of Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR) after this morning's news.

The bit about naked women explains itself but is of course a cue to link to the photo articles on Quindell's & Cloudtag's daftest shareholders, semi naked sisters Kate & Hayley. China and the UK property crash elaborates on the points I made in the property crash bearcast HERE. And then we turn to the question of can you find a thousand bagger, the new ASOS (ASC) . I ask this because of Malcolm's words on IQE (IQE) HERE and because I am just about to make a large new investment - could it be the next ASOS? It won't be but I explain why that does not mean I am not excited.

This has massive implications for the AIM Casino. We saw last week that the London Stock Exchange was washing its hands of tackling Nomads who sign off on frauds and so allow investors to lose all their cash to shysters. Now the private sector moves in. I can reveal today that Cantor Fitzgerald will be sued by investors who lost money on the African Potash (AFPO) fraud because it was negligent in signing off on fraudulent releases. If this case wins the floodgates are open...

I started the PLC death list in June 2015 with 21 members. The aim is to pick stocks that will either go bust or get slung off the AIM Casino. Each departure requires a nreplacement. With nine new entrants today 40 names have joined this select group. So far there have been two outright failures on my part, Mariana Resources (MARL) and Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG). There was one volte face but I was ahead at volte face point and it was a great call both short and long - Wandisco (WAND), two near kills, InternetQ (INTQ) and Monitise (MONI) and thirteen slam dunk kills: Cloudtag (CTAG), Worthington (WRN), African Potash (AFPO), Jiasen (JSI), Camkids (CAMK), China Chaintek (CTAK), JQW (JQW), Afren (AFR), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Sefton (SER), Outsourcey (OUT - boy I enjoyed that one - Afriag (AFRI) and Auhua. Rather surprisingly, at her suggestion, I have just had a coffee with PR Genius Steffi and I take everything I have said back. She is actually quite smart in absolute terms and relative to most in her industry she is we, er.. a genius. What a nice lady. I have resolved to be nice to her going forward even if she does spin for Golden Saint Resources (GSR) which is worthless. Elsewhere I look at the remarkable naivete of some Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders even now. This is not a sin but I suggest they wise up a bit.

So the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is today booted off the AIM casino. I did warn you but this podcast is for those who have lost out as a result of owning these shares. I do feel genuinely sorry for most of you. I explain why and where your anger should be directed. You may not want to hear this but I go through a few lessons you may want to learn from the disaster, for if we do not learn from when we lose we will keep on losing.

Cloudtag (CTAG) has fessed up to dismal results and to the fact that it cannot get a Nomad to act for it and sign off on its lies and thus its shares will be booted off the AIM casino tonight. It talks of a relisting in the future but then it was telling us just the other day that it would get a new Nomad. But having had since January 10 it has failed. No one will act for this fraud. It is game over.

The fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is almost certain to be booted off the AIM casino tonight. I will also miss it such have been the deranged comments that it has prompted. But the winner, spotted by Warun Boofit was in a class of its own as you can see below.

The Mrs (on maternity leave) is off galavanting somewhere. Eight days ahead of UK Investor, the busiest time of the year, I am babysitting. I am such a god damn frigging feminist. Anyhow I record this in terror lest Joshua wakes up. In today's podcast I explain why you cannot finesse a trade on a fundamental play and discuss Minoan (MIN) and Wishbone (WSBN) in that vein. I look at Digital Barriers (DGB) the latest triumph from Cloudtag (CTAG) moron in chief Liam Nichols. I discuss Tethys (TPL) which like Cloudtag is soon to leave the AIM Casino, Nyota (NYO) and London Capital (LCG).

If no Nomad is prepared to act for the FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG) then its shares, now suspended, will be booted off the AIM Casino. No AIM = no death spiral funding so it will - very soon - run out of, other people's cash, and will go bust. But the first step is being booted off AIM. And, inspired by liar Amit Ben Haim, we have a useful countdown clock until that ouzo moment. Enjoy.

The fellow or lady from the Costa del Crime is yet to tweet but he (or she) has a cracking portfolio, as you can see on his/her profile, headed up by the fraud Cloudatag (CTAG). In light of that I wonder if you would care to suggest a first tweet as our caption contest with a twist. Submit your entries in the comments section below. The deadline is midnight tonight, 23rd March

Well fraud fans, the first day of reckoning for the shabby fraud that is Cloudtag (CTAG) looms. If it has no Nomad in place by Monday night next week then its shares will be booted off AIM. Unable then to raise even death spiral funding and with no sales it will go bust pretty quickly. If it was not already close to going tits up it would not have attempted that last gasp discount placing with broker Novum. So, as no Nomad will sign up to act for an obvious fraud the Fat Lady is waiting in the wings. When this does go bust the video below, recorded with morally bankrupt rampers for hire Proactive, should be examined very closely by the Serious Fraud Office as it is damning..

Poster wiids on the LSE Asylum should not be confused with our own in-house loon Wildes. Frankly Wiids makes our in house pet loon look like Warren Buffett. The LSE Loon is a strong contender for BB Moron of the Year with this classic from last week but it is a bit like Ed Sheeran and the top 10 (heck kids I know what is hip & trending!), Wiids is dominating the Bulletin Board Morons chart. You can see a number of postings by this loon in last week's contest but the winner, nominated by a number of you, is:

Not to be confused with our in-house loon Wildes, Wiids posts on the LSE Asylum and is long and strong Cloudtag (CTAG). This post may be an attempt at parody but the insanity of the long & strong Cloudtag loons is beyond satire. Who knows. Anyhow from last week this is potentially an early winner of Bulletin Board Moron of the Year:

For the nth time not all Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders are morons. But some are. I discuss how one defines a moron but also responding to "Rachael" I discuss why my combative style is needed and will not be changing. It cannot be an excuse for some of the things that have gone on. Yesterday's Cloudtag moron has now noticed my wife is of Indian origin and is emailing me accordingly. Then I look at the EU. The issue is not Wilders or Le Pen but economics and I present some data that will truly scare you. The can cannot be kicked down the road forever.

I have been greatly distracted not least dealing with this utterly brain dead and vile Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholder who has been spamming me with the most ghastly abuse all day. I look at the Bob Diamond bid for Panmure Gordon (PMR) and what it means for the wider broking/corporate advisory sector. I then turn to Premaitha (NIPT) and the wider issue of the pointlessness of commissioned research. I touch on Management Resource Solutions (MRS) in light of the news earlier HERE but now the way it is really trying to screw shareholders with a 5p placing. There is comment on Jubilee Platinum (JLP). Then it is back to two old favourites: Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and Milestone (MSG). Woof Woof.

It has only just dawned on me that in exactly two weeks time, at 4.30 PM I shall be cracking open the ouzo to celebrate the fact that no Nomad on AIM is so desperate for cash and morally bankrupt that it will act for the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). And there will thus be an RNS issued to say that it will be slung off the Casino. As that day looms, how will the Bulletin Board Morons spin that as good news? Happy hunting on Cloudtag threads - and others - as we ask you to nominate the most moronic BB posts or tweets in the comments section below. The deadline is midnight Sunday 19th March and, yes, Wildes our pet in-house loon - can nominate his own posts if he wishes.

Having been cc'd in on a list of shareholders in the AIM listed ( pro tem) fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) leaked in breach of Data Protection laws by the company itself, I could not resist sending them an email pointing them to some high quality covrerage of the stock. I received a few replies. Here is the best of the bunch. I wonder if this clown, a Mr John Simpson, thinks this will help him get his cash back and if his wife and employer knows that he spends his days sending such emails. I have to feel sorry for the chap who obviously deeply troubled.

This morning AIM , for now listed, fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) had an announcement which was comical and is torn to shreds by me HERE. But it gets better, it sent an alert to all those folks who had registered with it to receive alerts. Then panic stations....

In 11 days time if no Nomad is prepared to act for the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG), that is to say to sign off on the lies it likes to tell investors, its shares - now suspended - will be booted off AIM. Unable to raise cash it will go bust. Just to placate the fools who ignored countless warnings and are trapped in this stock and to amuse the rest of us it has today made an announcement. It is horeshite natch and I offer a translation service in bold.

Repeatedly, during the past six months, the London & South East Bulletin Board ( aka the LSE Asylum) has removed posts within minutes which offered any criticism at all of Cloudtag (CTAG). Right up to the point that shares in the fraud were suspended on AIM no dissent was allowed. But it appears that the LSE does believe in free speech when it comes to inciting violence against me. My crime, natch, calling out the fraud and so yesterday the post below appeared.

Well thanks to Big Gib and the Glenwick (GWIK) ramping crew for sponsoring last week's Bulletin Board moron contest which served up a raft of entries as you can see HERE. Good try Waseem. The great Bear raider and professional Northern git nominated himself as the Bulletin Board Moron of the week for expressing sympathy with Cloudtag Morons who had lost money on the fraud. In normal circumstances I would give Waseem the prize. But his was one of 50 entries last week. As you can see HERE many of them were splendid as the Cloudtag (CTAG) loons went into meltdown. The winner arrives late in the day and displays such a string determination to ignore all the known facts, that I almost admire this moron.

Some bear raiders are on the pitch...they think it is all over: it is now! Nope not West Ham winning the World Cup but the stockmarket career of AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). Nomad Cairn has brought forward its resignation from April 10 to last night, the £975,000 placing announced last week has been pulled and it is ouzo time for me while on the council estates the LSE Asylum rampers gnash their teeth. Come on guys, say it slowly "Yet again Tom Winnifrith was right and we are morons, we apologise for all the abuse we gave him, the Sheriff of AIM rocks!"

Ah diddums all those morons on the LSE Asylum who have spent months insulting and abusing me over Cloudtag (CTAG) are all of a sudden feeling a bit poor now that shares in their darling little fraud have crashed and been suspended. I start and end with Cloudtag (CTAG) - so far today no news which I take to mean it is bad news and explain why. At the end I discus who disgruntled and out of pocket punters should sue over this fraud and when. In the middle of the Cloudtag fraud sandwich I look at Andalas Energy (ADL) which really is fucked whatever it says. I reckon Justin the Clown will have to sell the cardboard box and sleep in the open air before long. I also look at Starcom (STAR), Servision (SEV) - which is a major scandal in the making - Union Jack Oil (UJO) and Milestone Group (MSG) which remains non investment grade crap as CEO Deborah White should be wearing an orange jump suit and doing a perp walk.

I expect shares in Cloudtag (CTAG) to resume trading on Monday and then to tank. I explain why. I look at the issue of portfolio allocation something too many folks ignore at their peril. Then I look at executive pay at RBS, Unilever *(ULVR) and elsewhere. I wonder if Theresa May means it about looking after ordinary working people. Surely RBS is an easy test for her. As a capitalist I find blue chip executive greed distasteful and worrying.

I detailed earlier how some moron had registered on ADVFN as tomwinnifrith and then posted a lot of piffle making it clear that it was meant to be me. Among the more ridiculous assertions was the statement that: " I will remain selfishly against CTAG, even when it bounces back to previous highs. But not as active as before. We need it to get back to £40m-£60m market cap, at which point we will do it all again." were the biggest Cloudtag bear (target price 0p) be saying he "needed" the shares to get back to a 9-13.5p level and that he expected that because "at that point" would be dramatic. But of course...

I know some folks want to blame others if they have lost money on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud. Well it is fair to hold some to account and make adverse comments and some folks should be doing a perp walk. But ultimately we are all accountable for our own trades whether winners or losers. Moving on this debacle has raised issues which call for two MASSIVE changes to the AIM Rule book: the announcement of Nomad departures and the disclosure or banning of placings based on T+ trades. PS Does anyone have an address for Cloudtag ramper David Greece. Please post in the comments section below in case I get bored and find myself in his locality.

Cloudtag (CTAG) the fraudulent AIM Company which has repeatedly raised money by telling lies to investors says that with Cairn Financial no longer prepared to sign off on its lies it is in advanced discussions about finding a replacement to avoid its shares being suspended on April 10. Really? Who do you think is so morally or financially bankrupt that they will sign off on lies for a fraudster. I am now starting a poll, if any of the Nomads's below want to deny that they are morally bankrupt and will not take on this work I will update the article. Vote now, deadline midnight Sunday 26 February. Update 1. It is not Allenby.

But some folks want to hear lies and to reprint them, the BBMs. Please nominate the most moronic bulletin board post or tweet in the comments section below. At 4.18 PM trading in the shares of AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) were suspended ahead of an announcement. I do not know what the news will be but if it was good it would have been rushed out. I assume it is yet more bad news. As I pointed out earlier HERE, Novum Securities has every reason to walk away from the £975,000 placing at 3.75p announced this morning.
2828 days ago
With the shares now suspended as a 4.18 PM so more ( almost certainly bad) news on the way it has not been a good day for the morons who own shares in this company without a product. Or so we thought....But apparently the Onitor heart rate tracker was used by some shareholders today as they saw their life savings wiped out and we have a photo of it in action.

In the main bearcast today I touch on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud but that is really covered in its own bearcast HERE. I do look at RapidCloud which was suspended today and will lose its AIM listing in a month. Who warned you that this would face a "terminal conclusion" 149 days ago? Was it PR wankers Walbrook or Nomad WH Ireland or savants on the LSE Asylum? Er no, it was me HERE. I then look at Challenger (CHAL) a zero in waiting, Iofina (IOF) and IGAS (IGAS) both of which should also be zeros. I commend today's excellent piece from Nigel, the Deputy Sheriff of AIM, on the Servision (SEV) scandal HERE. I take Nomad Allenby to task for failing to comment on this and for allowing Servision to mislead mug punters. AGAIN. Finally I take apart overvalued ramp Wey Education (WEY). Its shares are up 33% today. That is a ramp not a reflection of value.

One of the main, if not the main, ramper of shares in the worthless fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is a Bristol based fellow called Liam Nicholas, the author of this ramptastic blog. Liam works for a company in the white van hire rental business and his ludicrously partisan commentary is one reason so many folks are nursing huge losses on this AIM fraud. I have spoken to the Mrs and she has agreed to hold the camera if I visit Liam this weekend as we too live in Bristol.

I think I need make no comment on this tweet from a fellow who does not like me unravelling the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud. It shows just how thick some mug punters are. Do you think this chap has a wife & kids or an employer? What would they say about this? Would they be proud of him?

It has today been announced that Nomad Cairn will cease to act for AIM listed (pro tem) FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG) on April 10 at which point the shares will be suspended if no other Nomad is prepared to agree to sign off on lies issued via RNS. The shares have crashed to 2.75p to sell which means that those clients of Novum Securities who were stuffed into a placing at 3.75p THIS MORNING must be well pissed. But fear not... I have a shocking revelation that gets them off the hook.

I waited until 10 AM before drinking a bit of my father's ouzo in celebration of the Cloudtag (CTAG) take-down described earlier HERE. That is the sort of restrained guy I am. Boy does the ouzo - pictured below - taste great and its only 51 days and I shall be back in Greece for a lot more. Today has been a 100% vindication for The Sheriff of AIM and my fellow bears and the Bulletin Board Morons and fraudsters are now in undignified retreat. I had brought the bottle below back from Greece for my father. But I know he will understand. It gets worse and it is going to get worse still. Bulletin Board Morons and Aidan Earley who smeared and attacked The Sheriff of AIM for repeatedly calling this out as a fraud line up and apologise now you bastards!

Don't you just love our new Cloudtag (CTAG) countdown clock on the right hand side of this page? I am already assembling material old and new for this presentation at UK Investor but the clock is a jolly jape is it not? Elsewhere I never cease to wonder at the stupidity of some investors. I look at Amur (AMC) in this respect. I then look at Weatherly (WTI) which is telling you, plain as day, that its shares are worthless. I explain a few hard facts and ask new questions about Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and then have a butchers at Rosslyn Data (RDT) shares in which have just hit a new all time low. I wonder why? Smiley face, smiley face.

For a company with revenues of exactly nil despite all the lies about guaranteed sales of $5.2 million etc, the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) takes an awfully long time in publishing its (bound to be dire) results for the year to 30 September. If you want to win a bottle of Distil's finest Red Leg Rum then it is time to enter our Cloudtag results competition. Here is how.

As you can see HERE there were many half decent entries in last week's contest but the winner is a stand out and is, natch, from the LSE Asylum. Did you know that on that Asylum it has been arranged so that you cannot provide a link to an article on this website? Yup not only is it rampers only but you cannot even link to a counter point of view. Je suis LSE eh? So the winning entry is spotted by Juicin and is ( from the Cloudtag (CTAG) thread natch):

Normally PR firms, being so utterly 100% morally bankrupt, only resign an account for an AIM PLC if the client can't pay its bills. Just now and again a PR firm finds a client so utterly fraudulent that to protect its own reputation, it walks - think the FRAUD African Potash for instance. And so that brings us to the FRAUD Cloudtag (CTAG).

Many of the Cloudtag (CTAG) Bulletin Board Morons believe that Amit Ben Haim has the Midas touch. However, just like many entrepreneurs not all he touches turns to gold, as the following four companies’ filings at Companies House show.

After the Slater & Gordon (SGH) bearcast earlier you may have thought that I was sleeping off half a bottle of ouzo. Au contraire, I have been touring the Mani with George the Architect, the man who helped me to expose InternetQ last year. We went past Killers Gorge. Why can't you kill unsuitable boyfriends of your daughter or sister any more? As my daughter prepares to turn 16 this year I sadly conclude that this is yet another example of political correctness gone mad. In terms of stocks I offer a couple of corrections on Tracsis (TRCS) after yesterday's bearcast then look at Xtract Resources (XTR), Ascent Resources (AST), FastForward (FFWD), the over ramped hype company with which my good friend Jim Mellon is involved, Cobham (COB), Infrastructure India (IIP) and also the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). And I refer to a drooling Evil Knievil ref THIS ARTICLE.

Over on the LSE Asylum and elsewhere in Bulletin Board Moron land there is some excitement that Hargreaves Lansdown appears to speak for a large number of shares in the AIM fraud that is Cloudtag (CTAG). The dreamers reckon this is good news as the post below shows. Au contraire mes amis...

For many Bulletin Board Morons their unswerving belief in the fraud that is Cloudtag (CTAG) is partly rooted in the belief that CEO Mr Ben Haim is a man with the midas touch. I agree, Mr Shlomo Ben-Haim based on numerous media reports is a self-made billionaire from the medical related companies he founded or co-founded and then sold. Has his younger brother, Amit Ben Haim got the same Midas touch?

If one looks at the volume of shares traded in the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) in the last four months (from LSE’s AIM statistics) you can see that almost half the shares in the company changed hands in the month of December, reflecting the run up to existing launch of new exciting product at CES show in Las Vegas (hmm sounds rather familiar didn’t that happen in 2016 as well?).

I was not the only person to go to the Spring Fair last week to check out the Onitor, the "product" of AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). The great bear raider Waseem Shakoor sent along someone too. Waseem reports back:

There will be no bearcast today as I am fully engaged on Vlach hunting in the Pindus mountains. One tearful reunion is complete but the big one will happen soon. The internet is not fast enough to transmit back to the UK from the little village of Anelion but I shall try to post a podcast tomorrow before I travel the length of Greece down to the Mani. Pro tem I guess you were wondering if Cloudtag (CTAG) CEO Amit Ben Haim has got any balls.

I have stated repeatedly that AIM Bulletin Board darling Cloudtag (CTAG) is a fraud. It has repeatedly lied to investors to help it raise cash. But I have an offer and a challenge to its CEO Amit Ben Haim which is worth £5000 to Cloudtag
2845 days ago
I have not heard back from Amit Ben Haim, CEO of the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) about the generous offer I made him earlier HERE. I am just such an all round nice guy am I not? The bad news for him and lyin' Chris Cleverley CEO of the African Potash (AFPO) fraud is that I met with lawyers today to try to see if their is a case for those who have lost money buying shares in either fraud. We think there is and Potash will be first in line. If you have lost money on Potash my email is [email protected] and follow the instructions in this podcast AT ONCE. I also look at Management Resource Solutions (MRS) and Igas (IGAS) and remind you what it means if bonds in a company trade at a big discount to par.

My head is still spinning from the sheer tackiness of the Spring Fair at the NEC which I attended today. Whatever you say about coca cola flavoured penises at least they work, unlike Cloudtag's Onitor. But this event has at least spawned more Bulletin Board madness. So to enter this week's contest just post the most idiotic twitter or Bulletin Board post of the week in the comments section at ShareProphets Deadline midnight Sunday 12th February.

In today's podcast I look forward to tomorrow and a meeting with lawyers to discuss legal action on behalf of shareholders in Cloudtag (CTAG) and the fraud African Potash (AFPO). I look forward even more to a night-time flight to Greece. I look in some details at Rosslyn Data (RDT) and in even more detail at Israeli tech dog Techfinancials (TECH). At a personal level I have been much distracted today by writing up my thoughts after a meeting yesterday to discuss physical abuse at Warwick School 38 years ago - more on that HERE

Bear raider Waseem Shakoor has let rip again on the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). The great Waseem, currently recovering from a sporting injury common among middle aged athletes, has served up a real reality check to the morons on how quickly, if ever, Onitors appear in British stores. This is a strong follow up to yesterday's coke penis photo report from the Spring Fair. What is fascinating is how the LSE Asylum is applying selective censorship of Waseem who says that he has received a message from LSE asking me to refrain from saying "I've spoken to a Cloudtag source" as it couldn't be verified. Since when did everything you write on a bulletin board have to be verified asks the Bear. Indeed. Waseem's two posts, which will no dount be removed altogether soon, read:

The things I do for you dear reader: go to the Spring Fair and read the Mail on Sunday. Truly what sacrifices I make. We are in the tail end of a bull market for low grade AIM stocks. So I discuss events and share price movements at Amur Minerals (AMC), Arian Silver (AGQ) with its shit head of a PR man - Nu Oil & Gas (NUOG), Cloudtag (CTAG) and the truly incestuous events at Glenwick (GWIK)

If only I had known that there was a Spring fair at Birmingham's NEC this weekend just ended for I have been up near there visiting my dad in Shipston and could have attended. Luckily a number of Bulletin Board folks did pitch up as AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) or rather its UK distributor ( non distributor) Second Chance had a stand. The following BB post rather sums it up and it reads badly for the fraudsters.
2846 days ago
As luck would have it I was in Warwickshire this morning and so why not visit the spring fair to check out Cloudtag's (CTAG) Onitor product? Why not indeed, my camera was with me and so the Pizza Hardman Darren Atwater registered me as a delegate at the "Spring Fair" and I headed to the NEC. As it happens I could not print out my badge but a full ISIS brigade in full uniform and carrying machine guns could have breached the security. I pinched a guide and wandered past the guards reading the thick booklet attentively as if I belonged, and I was in.

There is a convicted criminal & twice bankrupted man who is barred from being a company director who wants to shut this website down and me with it. Events today at Cloudtag (CTAG) - where the shares will, as I explain, now tank fast - and in the Courts regarding Darren Winters show how vital our work is. And frankly it requires gonads of steel to see off fraudsters and criminals who do not like what we do. I also cover Stratmin (STGR) and Management Resource Solutions (MRS) today and thank you all for the supportive messages. We are 100% vindicated today. Certain convicted crims should just send me a case of ouzo and STFU
2851 days ago
With a hat tip to the pizza hard man Darren Atwater, I start with the sad tale of the demise of wearables darling Vinaya. Does this hold any lessons on investing or warnings for Cloudtag (CTAG) and Fitbug (FITB)? Oh yes! Then it is on to London Capital Group (LCG), Kennedy Ventures (KENV), Autins (AUTG) where - in my view - the now ex CEO Jim Griffin should face a full stewards at the FCA, insolvent dog Andalas (ADL) and finally a look at Corero (CNS) where I crunch the hard numbers for you and the results are not good.
2852 days ago
On the LSE Asylum Cloudtag (CTAG) Board, some punters were excited that their new product, the Onitor has now finally received some reviews based on this website . What a joke, the site had a total review feedback of 9 user reviews and also states under market status about the product “Unreleased”. I put it to you that a review of a product not released has got to be "fake news" - you can't review something you cannot use.
2853 days ago
I take a detailed look at fad investing covering the big California drone fraud but also Fitbit which had a shocking profits warning today, Fitbug (FITB) and Cloudtag (CTAG). I look at two China frauds on AIM in big doo doo, Jiasen (JSI), which is definitely a kill for the Sheriff of AIM, and Taihua (TAIH) which will be. Then I look at Guscio (GUSC), Greatland Gold (GGP), Andalas (ADL), Golden Saint (GSR), Amur Minerals (AMC) and finally LGO Energy (LGO)

If I sound more like my father that is a good thing for he is honest and precise in his use of language, although he would not use some of the "french phrases" which occur in this podcast. I discuss the use of language and how wording has an exact meaning - this is in relation to Coral Products (CRU) which needs to clarify something. I do not think it is a fraud and it can easily blame its useless Nomad Cairn. After what it has signed off for Cloudtag (CTAG) few will fail to accept such an excuse. I then move onto deliberate lying by AIM Companies which is actually quite rare. Gross over-promotion is quite common. I explain the difference. Cloudtag and Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) are mentioned in detail in this section. In discussing what is a fact I refer to my article of yesterday on Holocaust Memorial Day which is HERE
2856 days ago
You think that following director share buys is smart? Not always. I start with Coral Products where old Joe Grimond really is spoofing us all with a recycling of a dividend that really should not be paid. Coral also highlights those scallywags at Cairn signing off on another RNS lie just like they do for the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). Then I look at Quindell (QPP) in that vein and at Avanti Communications (AVN) commenting on its refinancing completed today. Then it is onto the hot gossip of the cash crisis at Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) where I have another story breaking this weekend. Finally I touch on the troubles at Guscio (GUSC)
2856 days ago
So what if Cloudtag (CTAG) is a fraud which lies to investors, has no revenues (other than bogus made up ones in RNS statements) and is running out of cash? So what if its shares are now just 4.75p to sell ( down from 25p a couple of months ago) and are heading to nil. The ramper in chief Liam Nicholas is undeterred. His lie packed website about the fraud may not be getting much traffic these days but the man who works for a white van rental company and lives, like me, here in Bristol has a message of hope for the deluded. Forget fundamental analysis or impending news....

My attention is drawn to comments on the ADVFN Bulletin Board (Cloudtag thread natch) where various savants who, one suspects, are not classically educated accuse me of not pronouncing ceteris paribus correctly. Just to clarify.

Joshua is off at PC Nursery Ryhme class so I am free to record. In this webcast I look at Fitbug (FITB), Cloudtag (CTAG) - Waseem is just wrong! - Challenger Acquisitions (CHAL), Ascent Resources (AST), Aquatic Foods (AFG), China frauds in general and in detail - to help Andrew Monk - Haike Chemicals (HAIK).
2859 days ago
Criminal Aidan Earley says thatmy work destroys great British Companies. That is what Rob Terry used to say too. What is the difference between those two fraudsters? About £50 million and so far only one has served time. I discuss Winnileaks triumphs today on Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) and Strat Aero (AERO) and why they vindicated my work so much. Then I look at BT (BT.A), Rosslyn Data (RDT), Cloudtag (CTAG), Sunrise Resources (SRES) and LGO Energy (LGO).
2859 days ago
La la land, I refer not to the LSE Asylum but to the film of that name which I watched today in a mother & babies viewing session, Hence the late bearcast. I have some bad news for those Cloudtag (CTAG) morons funding the legal action convicted criminal and undischarged bankrupt Aidan Earley'swishes to take against me. I look at Cloudtag, Braemar Seascope (BMS), Amur Minerals (AMC) and look forward to tomorrow - more tea vicar?

Shares in the AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) have dribbled lower to 6.5p to sell today but what is noticeable is the volume, or rather lack of it. In the face of a complete lack of orders from CES as well as minimal evidence that Cloudtag even has a sales ready product, buying interest seems to have tried up. Even the Bulletin Board threads are going quiet as the company appears to have stopped issuing lies about orders, potential orders and shipments of product. So what happens next?
2867 days ago
Weekend press reports (not in the UK natch as the British press is ignoring this £2 billion City scandal for reasons one can only imagine) suggest that the FBI is now investigating. Already in France there have been arrests including that of the CEO of Areva - Atomic Anne - which bought AIM & TSX listed Uramin for £2 billion and had written all of its assets off as worthless within three years. There is also a major new investigative book out on the scandal due out on Thursday. I am sure my good friend Jim Mellon will be ordering an advance copy. Elsewhere I look at Vislink (VLK), at the train wreck waiting to happen at Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), at Fitbug (FITB) and Cloudtag (CTAG) and then finally at SalvarX (SALV) - placing ahoy on this related party express train to planet hype.

I revisit the seven stages of grief in relation to buying shares in frauds and other disasters. I look at which stage shareholders in the frauds African Potash (AFPO) and Cloudtag (CTAG) have got to and what the psychology of grief tells us about where share prices are heading.

I was watching an old video today in which the great bear Marc Cohodes was interviewed about Concordia a fraud he called as a fraud. The shares were just over $100. They were c$37 when this interview went live. They are now sub $3. Listen to what he says about how investors and fraud companies react to him. This sounds very familiar to me as I discuss in the bearcast below which compares Cloudtag (CTAG) and my life to that of Marc and Concordia.

With shares in the AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) having slumped from a peak of 25p to c7p there are already many investors who have lost money. Over the next few months as the share price dwindles towards zero there will be legions more. But help may be at hand from Grant Thornton's fraud insolvency and recovery team.

I know I have slammed death spirals but they can actually be a "cheaper" source of equity funding for some PLCs. But not all spirals are the same and the L1 facility is a disaster for Cloudtag (CTAG). I explain in this podcast how the warrant kicker will crush the Cloudtag share price and when. Perhaps after listening you want to enter the Cloudtag share price guessing contest HERE

A wide ranging bearcast today covers: Aurum Mining (AUR), Range Resources (RRL), SpaceandPeople (SAL), Harvest Minerals (HMI), Rosslyn Data (RDT), Cloudtag (CTAG) in the post fact era - Adrican Potash (AFPO) and Avanti Communications (AVN).

New Year's resolution number nineteen. If a Cloudtag (CTAG) moron who does not follow you on twitter tweets at you ten times or more in a couple of hours do not bother replying. A person like @PhilipHomer is obviously deranged so just block the loon. Meanwhile for those wanting to set their clocks by the annual CES ramp, Nigel Somerville has a Cloudtag calendar just for you, below.

I am not an expert on the intracies of technology and so I often seek outside advice when my speciality (sniffing out AIM frauds) comes into contact with tech. And thus I asked an expert to review the dynamite CES video on Cloudtag (CTAG) we published yesterday. The expert watched it and wrote:

A lot has happened since the late sixties when Neil Armstrong took his one small step on the moon. The word lunatic is derived from the Latin word "luna" meaning moon since it was believed, in the middle ages, that a full moon could induce insanity. And that brings us nicely to last week's Bulletin Board Moron of the week who, natch, owns shares in Cloudtag (CTAG). There were many fine entries as you can see HERE.

Hapless Nomad Cairn has so far refused to resign as adviser to the AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) despite incontrovertible evidence of house it has misled investors with RNS statements that are outright lies throughout 2016 and in doing so has committed blatant securities fraud. Today's shock video from CES where an Onitor spokesman admits that there is no release date yet is surely the straw that breaks the camel's back in that it directly exposes as a lie every statement made in November & December about 2016 sales that was used to get away a £4.1 million death spiral fund raise. I have written to Tony Rawlinson & Liam Murray at Cairn and cc'd in that useless poltroon Marcus Stuttard, head of the oxymorons at AIM Regulation demanding a statement and action.
2875 days ago
And now to the CES show in Las Vegas where AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) paid to get interviewed by a bird called Andrea.Questions in paid for interviews are not exactly tough, Andrea makes Justin the Clown look like Jeremy Paxman. The highlight is about six and a half minutes in when Peter Griffith of Cloudtag cannot even remember where his own stand is. But there is more.
2875 days ago
Fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) was the company guaranteeing orders of $5.2 million in 2016 but uh oh, now we have it on tape saying there is no release date yet while the guru of fitness bands has tweeted - after interviewing Onitor's Peter Griffiths at CES that he reckons this is still in R&D. Oh dear.
2878 days ago
in this bonus bearcast I compare the ramp de jour of the moment (Cloudtag (CTAG)) with that of eighteen months ago, African Potash (AFPO). It is shocking how similar the two cases are and the results will also be the same. In this podcast I reference the work of Waseem Shakoor in exposing both frauds and of my hero, Sam Antar, on the psychology of stockmarket fraud and how it plays out here

I admit that i am too lazy when it comes to reading report and accounts. I should be more of a geek like Steve Moore. In today's podcast I explain why my sloth is a sin and why we should all read from the back to the front. I also look at investment versus trading, Sirius (SXX) vs Cloudtag (CTAG). Other companies mentioned include African Potash (AFPO), Inspirit (INSP) and Strat Aero (AERO). I am now offline as I tidy up the mess created by Oakley and the different mess created by me before the Mrs and Joshua return home.

At the CES show this week Cloudtag (CTAG) will be launching its product and Amit Ben Haim will go on Proactive to promise that this will translate into hard sales by May. Oh, no that was 2016 and total sales were nil. But maybe it will be different this time eh? In honor of the morons who think it will be, please post in the comments section below the most idiotic comments on twitter or on Bulletin Boards from the first week of 2017. The deadline for entries is midnight on Sunday 8th January.

I am watching high quality TV like Midsomer Murders as the Mrs is away. I am bombarded with adverts for online fashion and holiday booking and am terribly confused - I need health guru Paul Scott to help explain what is going on as something is just not right. Then I look at when the criminal gangs at Quindell (QPP), Globo (GBO) and Worthington (WRN) will face justice. At least one might be in 2017. And I ask why Cloudtag (CTAG) morons want to send cash to a convicted criminal who appears to be living in a £3 million house despite BOTH he and his wife going through bankruptcty. It's all very odd.

Lucian is still on his grand tour of Eastern Europe but before he left he told me his two sell tips of the year for 2017. The first, natch, was Cloudtag (CTAG) HERE. The second, at 384.5p, is Plus 500 (PLUS).
2881 days ago
Convicted criminal, multiple bankrupt and barred company director Aidan Earley claims I brought the firm of Worthington (WRN) - of which he was a shadow director and which is now in liquidation - to its knees. But here is an odd factoid the criminal pea-brained shithead, who is now the pin up boy of Cloudtag morons, ignores.

I start by looking at the RNS releases from Friday, the LSE really must change its rules. Then it is on to AIM - how many companies will be there at the end of 2017 and is the Nomad system just viable any more? In this section I look at Cloudtag, Quindell, African Potash and Globo among others. then I have a couple of New Year's Resolutions and I wish you all a happy New Year's Eve and prosperous 2017.

Honestly you could not make this up. Convicted felon & libeller Aidan Earley, of Worthington (WRN) - now in liquidation - infamy, has responded to his new found fans, largely Cloudtag (CTAG) owning morons, by setting up a crowdfunding appeal to help fight me in the Courts. Used to chucking their moiney down the pan so far, 28 morons have sent £1,114 to Mr Earley. He won't believe his luck in finding folks who are so stupid.

In the long run buying shares in companies that break accounting rules, commit fraud and which are running out of, other people's, money is a recipe for poverty and thus AIM listed fraud Eden Research is my second share tip of the year, like my first (Cloudtag HERE) it is as a sell. The shares are now xxp but this is a sell at any price down to 0p. Frauds are always worthless in the end.

My mother killed herself in 1976. I did not write about the incident until a couple of years ago when her brother, Christopher Booker, wrote about it in the Daily Mail so pushing me to publish my thoughts. I kick off my contribution to the 24 share tips of the year for 2017 that ShareProphets writers will be publishing between now and January 3 with one of the four sells I shall deliver. And I start with the most obvious: sell AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) at 7.125p with a 0p target.
2891 days ago
The fraud African Potash (AFPO) now sees its shares trade on the ISDX lobster pot as it is still yet to find a replacement Nomad to act for it on the AIM Casino following the resignation of Cantor Fitzgerald. Not even Cairn Financial - which pro tem acts for the serial liars at Cloudtag (CTAG) - will act for lyin' Chris Cleverley. So on January 7 the relegation to ISDX will become permanent. The pledges of CEO Cleverley that he was optimistic of finding a new Nomad will be shown to be...er... lies. Quelle surprise. But it gets worse and will get even more worse on Christmas Eve.
2891 days ago
It seems like an eternity of lies ago but the EGM of AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) was in fact just 11 days ago and at that meeting shareholders approved two motions relating to share issuance that allowed the L1 death spiral to go ahead. But they were lied to.
2891 days ago
In today's late bearcast I relay a stressful experience in the Post Office and the discovery of ouzo in my local Sainsbury. Is it just for me do you think? Cloudtag (CTAG) was caught telling porkies AGAIN, this time by Nigel, and I discuss that. I discuss React (REAT) shares in which we own. Then I look at Servision (SEV) and finally note Drunken Sailor's revelation on United Cocao (CHOC). And there is news about what is in store between now and Boxing day.
2892 days ago
And so today we have another revelation, this time from Nigel, showing how the rotters at Cloudtag (CTAG) have once again lied to investors in an RNS. I say once again because we have now lost track of the number of times this has happened. And the lies have been told with deliberate purpose: to pump the share price to allow both insiders and those backing placing after placing to dump stock at inflated prices. This is fraud. Yet Nomad Cairn continues to sign off on these lies issued via RNS, to tolerate CEO Amit lying in podcasts and videos to ramp the shares. So I have written once again to Cairn and cc'd in AIM Regulation

I am not in the best of moods today. But that is not the fault of JK Rowling as her film (see yesterday) was actually not bad. In the firing line a detailed look at Avanti Communications (AVN), a lot of questions about the Worthington (WRN) fraud now in liquidation and questions for the FCA/UKLA about that. I look at Cloudtag (CTAG) another fraud and another zero in waiting, at 1Spatial (SPA) and at the bastards at Mkango (MKA) - and how they legged over punters at the Mining Maven seminar. The bastards.

In an article earlier today by Nigel Somerville, we raised the question of how and when Cloudtag (CTAG) incurred £50,000 of costs on the issue of the first part of Tranche 2 of the L1 loan notes and whether it was an additional fees levied for the restructuring the L1 Loan notes. Since this fraud and its hapless Nomad Cairn have not been forced to put out a statement clarifying prior deceptions for five whole days, I fear its time for another one. You see...

It is an open secret in the City that Cairn Financial will, at some stage, cease to act as Nomad for Cloudtag (CTAG). And given that the AIM listed company has lied to investors on a serial basis and also committed securities fraud no other Nomad will take this account on. As such, when Cairn quits, the shares will be suspended and a month later booted off AIM. That will preclude any more fund raisings and so will mean shareholders lose everything as the company goes bust. This situation is unfair on investors and so I have written to Cairn. That is because I am just a nice guy.

The notice of the £75,000 fine by AIM Regulation on an un-named company, levied last Thursday is HERE. That company not Cloudtag (CTAG) - it should be. Whoever it is should fess up. This is a dark day for AIM as it has fined the wrong party (the shareholders not the board) and in not naming the company it also screws the shareholders again. Regulators have form with private censures that let everyone down. I compare this to the 3DM scandal.

Nomad Cairn has not resigned as adviser to Cloudtag (CTAG) even though it has lied to investors on a serial basis and committed Securities fraud. Cairn's reputation is thus in tatters. It thus begs the question of how any of its other clients are frauds, how many are simply not investment grade material and how many of the few good clients will want to be associated with the disgraced Nomad for much longer as it will not help their share prices to be linked to this rotten, stinking adviser. The clients are listed below by AIM or ISDX category.

Now for the drill down in detail on the horseshite served up by liars and fraudsters Cloudtag (CTAG) and morally bankrupt Nomad Cairn in yesterday's disgraceful RNS - the overall take is HERE. Let us now look at the new distributor in the UK and Europe Nemesis. It will work alongside Second Chance which used to have an exclusive deal and was guaranteeing 2016 sales of $5.2 million, It has delivered nil. So will Nemesis do any better?

In this podcast I revisit the vexed subject of Xtract Resources (XTR) which begs the question of when exactly I should sack Gary Newman and Steve Moore. Having seen a Christmas Carol last night I am inspired by my hero Scrooge, that is to say before he got all soppy, Guardian reading and pathetic in his old age. I also comment on Management Consulting (MMC) before returning at length to Cloudtag (CTAG). This time I play the ghost of Christmases yet to come with a warning for hapless Nomad Cairn. I also comment on Sula (SULA) with whom I met up yesterday.

Yesterday I was explaining how silly it was to say I was bashing Cloudtag (CTAG) because its CEO is Jewish. I am an ardent zionist and very keen on the Jews. The Welsh however, that is another matter altogether. Where do I start when it comes to the race of short, untrustworthy, bone idle, sheep molesting, welfare addicted whingers who blame all their woes on the English? Oh yes, I met a nice Welshman yesterday. Don't get me wrong some of my best friends are Welsh. Well my daughter anyway.

Amit Ben Haim and Cloudtag appear happy for me to call them liars over the events of last week. They have not sued me for libel so let us assume that it is now a given, accepted by all that they are liars. But then for a company that has committed wholesale securities fraud as has Cloudtag, is telling grotesque lies really such a concern? So what to discuss today? Well how about one of the ways CEO Amit takes cash out of the company. The serviced office trick.
2897 days ago
No! We are attacking a company whose CEO Amit Ben Haim happens to be Jewish because that company has committed securities fraud and lied to its investors. This is a pathetic play the men - because apparently we are all anti-semites here even our writers who happen to be Jewish themselves - not the ball technique. My own writings on matters relating to both anti semitism and the state of Israel should leave you in no doubt where I stand. One of my favourite videos of recent years was recorded in Berlin and is HERE. Another article which moved me greatly was when I visited the synagogue in Corfu. This has a personal link for me.

A key plank in the case for the value inherent in Cloudtag (CTAG) made by Bulletin Board Morons led by the ramper in Chief, Liam Nicholas, is the self-proclaimed leading edge medical grade technology behind the Cloudtag product. I am rather less sure that the liars have such a product but to humour the morons...

Cloudtag (CTAG) lied not once but twice by RNS last week so it repeatedly lied to investors. Either Nomad Cairn was in on the lies (plural) in which case it should lose its license or it too was lied too in which case it must resign. For the avoidance of doubt Cloudtag are liars and its CEO Amit Ben Haim signed off on the release. So he is a liar too. I invite both to sue me for libel and if Cairn won't quit it is then complicit in the lying so it can sue me too. Over to you liars... On Wednesday 7th Cloudtag Inc issued the following lie via an RNS titled “Movement in Share Price”

With her 5 low grade GCSE's and diploma in media studies Cloudtag (CTAG) moron Hayley reckons she is better educated then (sic) me as part of a storm of tweet insults she sent me. Poor Hayley must be feeling a bit down given that shares in Quindell (oops, that is what her dim twin Kate backed & insulted me over), I mean Cloudtag, are suspended. So to make her feel better here is her promo photoshoot from the modelsfor facebook site. Always happy to support someone at the start of their career I bring you it in full. I warn you that Hayley is not dressed for going outside in these chilly winter days.

Steve Moore has passed on the task of judging this contest since we had 96 entries including my own. The EGM of AIM fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) was delayed because the plane carrying CEO Amit Ben Haim was held up by fog on its approach to the Channel Islands. Once the great man arrived all resolutions allowing the issue of vast numbers of shares to death spiral providers, and anyone else who will stump up cash, were duly passed. No shock there, most morons can't afford an air fare so voted by proxy pre suspension at a time when the shares were flying so, natch, they backed management. But....

The share options which were in force when Cloudtag (CTAG) was admitted to AIM in March 2013 contained certain vesting conditions. These included a product launch date of 20 March 2014 plus other specified criteria including turnover exceeding £750,000 in a month! and a specified share price being exceeded for a five day period starting at 40 pence and increasing to 60 pence.

Over the weekend we published details of Hayley Whittaker who abused me on twitter saying she, with 5 low grade GCSEs and a diploma in media studies, was "better educated then (sic)" I am. She also called me a perv and much else and has now threatened to call the Old Bill in to deal with my "harassment". But guess what? Hayley has a twin sister who we have met before. Twin Kate was a Quindell moron who harassed me on twitter by, intera alia, sending me semi naked photos of herself.

In today's bearcast I look at the A to E of AIM fraud. It covers Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Boxhill (BOX, Cloudtag (CTAG), Daniel Stewart (DAN) and Eden Research (EDEN). Can you remember which two of those have sent me a fascist lawyer's letter?

Boy was the competition fierce. Those looking to hoover up African Potash before suspension on the AIM Casino, those Worthington believers all gave it their best but it was the Cloudtag loons wot won it. You can see many splendid nominations for our BB Moron of the week contest here. But the winner is, again, supplied by Juicin Drumroll with a celeb posting on the LSE Asylum from the ramper in chief.

Cloudtag (CTAG) morons are getting terribly excited about the CES show in las Vegas which their boys are paying to attend next month. Now let's rewind a year to January 8 2016, 21 days before the company launched a blizzard of placings. Here is a ramp video Cloudtag paid IR hookers Proactive Investors to record. The really very foxy Charlotte Kan of Proactive quizzes lying Amit Ben Haim about CES 2016 where he launched Cloudtag's products. Ms Kan maybe uber foxy but she is not exactly Paxman.

In the greater scheme of the litany of financial crimes committed by Cloudtag (CTAG) you may well regard this as small beer. Sure. But it is a clear breach of AIM Rules and yet another thing for hapless Nomad Cairn to address if it has not decided that it has had enough of putting its (increasingly less good) name to outright lies, and resigned. So what is AIM Rule 26 and why has Cloudtag broken it?

Cloudtag (CTAG) has released an after hours RNS. It beggars belief that Nomad Cairn has signed off on this shite, More lies to compound earlier lies but also an admission of more breaches of AIM Rules and that 2016 sales will be zero, contrary to earlier lies. It is all utter horseshite and in this special podcast I take apart this statement bit by bit. It is a bad day for AIM. Cairn you should be ashamed and is beneath contempt. Cloudtag has lied and committed fraud and its shares are a sell with a 0p target.

After day six of the olive harvest I am shattered but it looks as if tomorrow may be the final day which means a late night at the press in Kambos, ouzo and no bearcast. You have been warned, the Sheriff may have the whole day off so tomorrow is a good day for shysters on the AIM casino to issue dodgy press releases. I take two reader requests. One is on Sirius Petroleum (SRSP) the other on my specialist subject - what is ISDX. In terms of companies I cover Cloudtag (CTAG), African Potash (FRAUD), RedT Energy (RED), Bilby (BILB). In the ISDX piece I mention Chapel Down and Mechan, we own shares in the latter.

Of all the Cloudtag (CTAG) lunatics out there, Greg Brittan has to be the stupidest and also the most homophobic. It seems quite common among Cloudtag supporters on twitter to label someone "gay" as a term of abuse but Greg is obsessed about the subject. Almost every other tweet refers to a homosexual act, someones anus or a claim that someone else is gay.

My day at the olive harvest was tiring and curtailed only slightly by Vreki - details HERE. But that explains the late bearcast on a day of stockmarket insanity. I discuss Santa rallies and some true indicators of the lunacy that abounds. Amid frantic speculation by the most moronic of bulletin board morons which saw shares in Cloudtag (CTAG) up to 15.5p the company has, for the second time this week, been forced to issue a statement. I am just so tired after day 4 of the olive harvest. You can see today's report - into the lair of the snake - HERE. Staff at Cloudtag's (CTAG) hapless Nomad (Cairn Financial) must be going bonkers. My friend Liam Murray does not have much hair but he must be tearing out the little that he does have. A CEO who communicates not only via RNS statements that are totally untrue but also via private emails to members of a shareholder base from Bedlam who will at 2+2 to make 27 is a toxic mix. It is not how a regulated orderly market is meant to work. And so yesterday shares in Cloudtag zoomed ahead by as much as 35% peaking at 8.5p. So Cairn forced the CEO, Mr Amit Ben Haim, to make a statement. The shares closed at 7.875p. The statement is a total joke.

Naturally it is the Cloudtag (CTAG) morons who provided us with the most sport in the week gone by. But in case you think that Cloudtag threads are the only place to search for lunacy - other than comments by our very own Wildes on his beloved LGO Energy & FastJet - think again. I am utterly wiped out after day one of what looks like being a cracking harvest. A full photo report is HERE. In the podcast I discuss votes tomorrow in Austria and Italy and what they mean and why we bears are feeling good about the lack of a Santa Rally. Trump was Santa this year and that rally is over. I explain why I disagree with Malcolm Stacey's article today. I then look at a number of AIM stocks set to slide and why, as I refer to Steve's piece earlier. In focus: Avanti Communications (AVN), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Telit (TCM), Boohoo (BOO), Tungsten (TUNG), Fastjet (FJET), Cloudtag (CTAG), African Potash (AFPO) and I have a few words about Worthington (WRN)

I shall pop into the small church on the way to the Greek Hovel tonight to say a prayer for their safe arrival as if they arrive some folks are in deep deep merde and it will certainly be an ouzo o'clock moment. Please join me in my prayers. Elsewhere I look at Boohoo.com (BOO), Avanti Communications (AVN), Cloudtag (CTAG), Mosman Oil & Gas (SHITE), African Potash (FRAUD), 88 Energy (HYPE) and with that I wish you all a happy weekend.

The post below shows just how paranoid some of these morons are, but also their bloated sense of self-importance. Do they honestly think that our writers have the time let alone the inclination to go posting on God damn BBs anonymously. But the regulators at Canary Wharf as well as Marcus Stuttard's team of Keystone Cops at AIM Regulation must be awqare of this fraudulent company by now. I have spent the morning reading a few Bulletin Boards. I feel dirty in admitting to doing this as it is something I do very rarely and only when no-one is watching. We wait patiently for AIM-listed Cloudtag (CTAG) to get its fitness device off the production line - if either actually exists. Then it can meet the $5.2 million guaranteed order during 2016 from Second Chance which has morphed into what looks more like an £880,000 expression of interest which might lead to sales some time this year or next, if ever. Until then we can rely upon the death spiral funding package announced on 7 November to keep the company from taking a one-way trip to the corporate knackers’ yard. Or can we?

The winner is....

Cynical Bear has already put Cloudtag (CTAG) to the sword after yesterday's no-one is watching O'Clock profits warning but I think he is going soft in his old age in that he is far too generous about this worthless fraud. There is a massive question which remains unanswered as the shares head to an eventual zero.
2938 days ago
As we wait for the lies and fraud to be exposed at Cloudtag (CTAG) as it fails to deliver guaranteed sales or even targeted sales in 2016 those morons who have fallen in love with this stock need to keep themselves occupied. Clearly the fact that the shares have retreated from 25p to 14.25p and are not at £25 or wherever the fantasists think they should be is nothing to doi with gravity or the fact that Cloudtag is a worthless fraud with no product but all to do with wicked bears like myself and Waseem Shakoor.

Yes my royalties have arrived. I comment on Audioboom (BOOM), Andalas Energy (ADL), Inspirit Energy (INSP) and Cloudtag (CTAG). My other podcast on why Hillary Clinton is the World War Three candidate is HERE.

I have written to Santa and think that I have been a jolly good boy this year and so I have made him a list of presents which you can see HERE. One of them concerns Cloudtag. But the matter of Cloudtag (CTAG) and Christmas is praying on my mind - when will the fraudsters admit that the guaranteed $5.2 million of orders for this year is not going to happen?

There are many smaller companies on AIM that are heading for zero as they are either almost out of (other folks) cash - Avanti Communications (AVN), IGAS (IGAS) or are plain frauds like African Potash (AFPO) nor Cloudtag (CTAG). But if you are a looking for a big company with plenty of borrow that is ripe for a share price collapse look to Israeli tech stock Telit (TCM). At 278p the market cap is a monstrous £321 million, call it $400 million. That is a rum n coke.

The major international distributor based in a shed in Blackpool Second Chance has finally filed its accounts for the year ended 31 January 2016 with Companies House and they show quite evidently that the deal with it announced by AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is sheer fantasy.

It is not that she wishes me to lose a few llbs, it is that she wants me out of the house so that she and young Joshua can watch rubbish on the TV without me sneering. In that vein I bring you this podcast but also another on why the Tory conference nauseated me (HERE). At a company level I look at President Petroleum (PPC), Wandisco (WAND), Ageittera (RUN A MILE), Cloudtag (CTAG), Fastjet (FJET), EasyJet (EZJ) and the bankrupt fraud Servision (SEV),

This morning's article on Cloudtag (CTAG) should be yet another red flag and Lucian and I should served up one more soonish. Just how many red flags to the morons need to see? I ask this after a fellow asks me what he should do about his collapsing investment in TrakM8 (TRAK). Answer you should have listened to me when the shares were double today's price! I also look at Impact Holdings (IHUK) and then offer warnings about Blur (DOG), Rosslyn Data (RDT), Strat Aero (AERO) where, in all three cases, I'm sure it is placing ahoy and I explain why. And I look at why the Footsie is heading through 7,000 and where next.

My attention is drawn by a member of the Global Shorting Conspiracy to three most excellent posts by a chap called Nod4 on the ADVFN Bulletin Board. I have no idea who this fellow is but his digging on the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is most excellent. This company is all smoke and mirrows and Lucian and I have another matter of real nsignificant to raise later today. We've done a bit of sleuthing ourselves. But on the offshore stink, I can do no better than bring you Nod4's posts. Suffice to say the shares remain a sell at 19p with a target - as is the case with all frauds - of 0p. Over to Mr Nod4:

Yes I am beginning to miss George Osborne. No I lie, he really was useless. But so too is Hammond. I comment on him believing the boy who cried Euro Wolf (Nissan) and handing over taxpayers cash as a result but also on the way that he is set to allow the deficit to balloon again - this man is a danger to your wealth. At a company level I look at Inspirit (INSP), Cloudtag (CTAG), SKIL Ports and Logistics (SPL), Quantum Pharma (QP) and my pals the fraudsters as African Potash (AFPO) - Lord Peter Hain when will you blink and quit?
2972 days ago
Malcolm's article today, HERE, suggests that the men in flapping white coats will be coming for him soon. He is madder than a convention of morons at the Cloudtag (CTAG) AGM. But it is all symptomatic of late stage bull market self delusion. I discuss this phenomena and give explicit advice of how to protect your wealth ahead of the shit storm that is coming. The reference to safe spaces for dippy and pathetic millennials is HERE.

I start with the woes of Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank. Then on to why dogs leave it to the last minute to report results. As such I look at Strat Aero (AERO), Vislink (VLK), IGAS (IGAS), and Wolf Minerals (WLFE). I touch on Inspirit (INSP) as it runs out of cash and is - I gather - not paying suppliers. I then look at the two frauds: Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) and Cloudtag (CTAG) where the morons are as happy today as the Quindell (QPP) Morons where when those shares hit 650p. How the morons laughed at the silly old bears as they told us that £20 was on the cards. But of course those backing the Cloudtag fraud insist that it will be different this time.
2976 days ago
In this bearcast I refer to my article on the Trump & Clinton debate overnight and what it means HERE and the latest shocking expose of Quindell fraudster Rob Terry HERE. I warn about bad things happening in Euro land and the worst of tem all is Deutsche Bank. There is a Radio 4 programme tonight on AIM fraud at 8 PM. I am not involved but some fine upstanding members of the community are. that is irony in case the loser Roger Lawson thinks I have forgiven him and ShareSoc for defending the blinkx law breakers by smearing me and Ben Edelman.Elsewhere I look at the role of certain NEDS who are Tim not so nice but fucking dim. I cover the Cloudtag (CTAG) scam, Northern Petroleum (NOP) - placing ahoy _ and Imaginatik (IMTK) as well as China fraud Jiasen (JSI)

In these times of austerity we are all in it together but sometimes one needs to consider a bit of budgetary restraint one must always look at ones overhead. In that vein, while Graham Neary said "sell" Fastjet (FJET) yesterday many of us feel that he was still too charitable. And then there was his article on Cloudtag (CTAG) where he failed to conclude that it was a worthless fraud. Is Graham just too nice to work at ShareProphets. I have a P45 with his name on it but should I use it? It is up to you to decide, the deadline for voting is midnight today (Wednesday 21st).

Today Cloudtag (CTAG) has announced yet another placing and also an operational update. It is all horseshit and if you think carefully about what Cloudtag claims it just does not make sense. Clearly Nomad Cairn is more interested in banking its retainers than in verifying claims made that cannot logically be correct. That, and more, in this bonus podcast.
2996 days ago
I look at the SFO decision on Tesco (TSCO) and examine what exactly it means for the fraudsters such as Rob Terry & Jon Stretton Knowles of Quindell who are now under investigation. And where does it leave smaller AIM listed frauds such as African Potash (AFPO), Cloudtag (CTAG) and Eden Research (EDEN). Then I look at the demise of crowdfunded new media darling of fuckwit millennials - Pronto. This is a massive scandal if anyone cared to look. Did anyone backing the funding back in June of this year know the company was already bust? Companies house shows that is the case HERE. Does crowdfunder Seedrs feel no responsibility to flag up such matters? There are also read acrosses to listed tech plays such as Clouldtag to consider.

I start with an update on the baby, the frigging cot and that smug bitch on the internet. Then it is onto Optibiotix (OPTI), Minoan (MIN), Nighthawk (HAWK), Strat Aero, (AERO), Botswana Diamonds (BOD), a grammar lesson for the City's top oil analyst and finally a new golden rule for shares: the inverse relationship between the number of homophobic lunatics on a shareholder list and the long term prospects of a company. I refer of course to, drowning in red flags, Cloudtag (CTAG)
2998 days ago
I start with the cot which is still driving me mad. Meanwhile it looks like the Mrs is going to term and is coming home tonight so I must cover up evidence of two days of bachelor life, that is to say myself & Oakley not being that tidy. In company matters I comment on Strat Aero (AERO) but will do a longer piece later, on Wishbone Gold (WSBN), on Tower Resources (TRP) and on Cloudtag (CTAG). The mad nutters who ramp this on twitter are now accusing poor Lucian Miers of being part of a paedophile ring (he is not) for daring to suggest that this over-ramped POS is not a buy. I am reminded of when I first came across the man behind this worthless company.

In a while I must go asremble a cot. It won't be like a cot of old but is bound to have 85 parts, six types of screw, an Allan Key and instructions designed for a Nobel Prize winner. It is like a heroic task from Greek mythology and I expect to be in a bad mood soon. So for that reason and one other I record early. On the agenda: Cloudtag (CTAG), Gulf Keystone (GKP), Pantheon Resources (PANR), 88 Energy (88E), Vipera (VIP), XCite Energy (XEL) and Strat Aero (AERO) and only en passant the fraudsters at African Potash (AFPO). This podcast is long and detailed.

Yesterday I explained how AIM listed Cloudtag issued an RNS four days before a placing boasting of $5.2 million of guaranteed orders which was simply not true. To me this is blatant fraud and as such I have written to AIM Regulation (the Oxymorons) and the FCA (The Chocolate Teapots) asking both to investigate both Cloudtag and also its Nomad Cairn which appears, at best, to have been asleep at the wheel for almost nine months. I know that Cairn boss Tony Rawlinson goes skiing each year with a senior figure in AIM Regulation but this scandal cannot be brushed under the carpet.

The Mail on Sunday is such a truly vile publication that as a service to this website, I read it so that you do not have to, just in case it contains anything of interest. This week amid the usual nonsense about how immigrants give you cancer and a scoop about loathsome crook Keith Vaz MP playing away from his Mrs with a couple of Polish rentboys, the paper covers ramp de jour Cloudtag (CTAG). Needless to say the coverage is shocking.
The weekly small cap round up is penned by Ian Lyall of Proactive Investors, a company which earns its money taking money from small caps to help them ramp their shares. As such this column does not go big on investigative fraud busting or hard hitting analysis. It mght as well be written by Justin the Clown or Zak Mir so packed is it with sacharine piffle.
And so we come to Cloudtag where Lyall notes:

I start with a dedication to Maurice Byrne, a friend of my family for more than 40 years, a true eccentric and a bearcast listener who sadly passed away on Thursday. I will miss him, not least as a bulwark against the raging political correctness of my family. Then I turn to Cloudtag (CTAG) and African Potash (AFPO) two companies now exposed as having lied to investors in a material way just days before placings. What does this say about investing in frauds? What does it mean for the shares and what does it mean for AIM? as the Potash story now starts to head towards the Nationals (oh yes St Brides PR brace yourselves, you can smear me but will you continue in that vein?) what happens next in both cases? Maurice would have enjoyed these battles in so many ways.
3003 days ago
Hell: who cares if a company on AIM tells a blatant lie about a big order a few days before a bailout placing? African Potash (AFPO) reckons that is okay and now it appears that the most ramped stock of the moment, Cloudtag (CTAG) thinks that it is just part of the game too. Does anyone care about the rules any more or is fraud now acceptable on AIM?
3003 days ago
Yes my day is dominated by the suicide note penned by Memery Crystal for the fraudsters African Potash (AFPO), aka its fascist letter sent to me yesterday. I am preparing a response. What is it you say? Aha...wait and see. I also look at Glenwick (GWIK), Eckoh (ECK), Cloudtag (CTAG) and McCarthy (MCS) and what that says about the impending house price crash. I explain why this really is a global asset class and refer you to what is happening across the pond.
3003 days ago
Happy Wedding Anniversary said the email from Memery Crystal lawyers to African Potash (AFPO). Actually it did not, I made that up. Just like African Potash makes up its press releases ahead of a placing. I shall reply to Potash in a "formal" manner tomorrow. Elsewhere I look at Cloudtag (CTAG), Edenville (EDL), Zincox (ZOX), Gable (GAH) and Mayan (MYN), the former Northcote (NTC).
3005 days ago
Over the past week I have demonstrated quite clearly that African Potash has engaged in securities fraud as lyin' Chris Cleverley has, on a serial basis, lied and misled investors in order to get away a bailout placing. In this podcast I make it clear: lyin' Chris must sue me for libel or must resign in disgrace. I shall up the ante later as more documents fall into my possession. Elsewhere I look at Strat Aero (AERO), Tlou Energy (TLOU), Avocet Mining (AVM), Cloudtag (CTAG) and in a detailed way at Pressure Technologies (PRES).

The message to my daughter on why I'm rooting for Donald Trump really is now live now and can be found HERE. Meanwhile, over the past week we have demonstrated clearly that there is an almighty stink about both Cloudtag (CTAG) - HERE - and also African Potash (AFPO) - HERE. I have presented the evidence to the FCA and AIM regulation, I explain why this is now an acid test for the credibility of the casino and who exactly is in the firing line.

Yesterday I pointed out that the RNS relating to the supposed $5.2 million order that AIM listed fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) had secured from UK distributor had, within months been shown to be a lie - as you can see HERE the guaranteed quarterly order just had not occurred. Now let's move on to whether Second Chance has any chance of fulfilling the "guaranteed" $5.2 million order for calendar 2016. Let's go to Companies House.

I start with an apology to Ms Jo Hart of Midas in the Daily Mail who I termed a silly witch who shames our profession last week. She is, in fact, clearly the world's greatest tipster for today she has lavished praise on a stock we own shed loads of- Concepta (CPT). I end with a note that I have put my daughter straight on Donald Trump HERE. The bu;t of the podcast discusses bigger fool investing with reference to Cloudtag (CTAG) and I explain why Cynical Bear was far too kind on the POS company earlier today and why I am reporting Cloudtag and its Nomad Cairn to the regulators for either lying to investors or misleading them in a material way four days before a bailout placing.

A rushed day, back to hospital in five minutes. Ahead I discuss why mug punters and Justin the Clown love blue sky rubbish like Cloudtag (CTAG) but not value plays. I discuss three value plays I know well two of which we own: San Leon (SLE), Obtala (OBT) and Guscio (GUSC). Boring is sexy. Then I look at a non value stock mugs like, North River Resources (NRRP). Then I discuss how one plays the game: fraud hunter vs fraudsters and yes that might involve producing mugs!

Sheep shagging buffoon Justin the Clown is unrepentant after the Andalas debacle and yesterday transmitted a podcast with the CEO of Cloudtag (CTAG) which is the Bulletin Board Moron ramp de jour. In this podcast I tear into the Clown but also into Cloudtag explaining all the reasons why it is a sell and flagging up the issues the Clown would not tackle as he sucked up to another CEO on the ramp and his moronic audience.

Firstly I have a problem with my box set of "The Omen" and ask for your help. I then discuss in light of today's three legal scoops with documents falling into my paws ( Strat Aero - HERE, Iofina - HERE and Golden Saint Resources - HERE) the 3Xs who help investigative journalists do their job and my encounters with all three on Quindell and other cases. At a company level I look at: Card factory (CARD), Iofina (IOF), Noricum Gold (NMG), Avanti Communications (AVN) and xCite Energy (XEL) and i also discuss why Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders are like a swarm of wasps and what that means.

Time and time again this year Cloudtag (CTAG) has been able to raise funds at a small premium to the prevailing mid. It did so again today raising £580,000 at 5.8p, a 5.45% premium to the closing price yesterday of 5.5p. Questions, questions, questions.

I have met with an unprecedented barrage of hate and harassment from folks in Liverpool as I describe here. Moving on from that I ad my thoughts to those of Gary Newman on Sound Energy (SOU) and Graham Neary on FastJet (FJET) and chip in with a few ideas on Motif Bio (MTFB), African Potash (FRAUD), GLI Finance (GLIF) and Cloudtag (CTAG)

Cloudtag (CTAG) the AIM listed jam tomorrow producer staged its last placing on July 14 but will again have negative net current assets by September 1 and is thus serving up more ramptastic PR bollocks to its moronic shareholder base to ramp the stock ahead of the next confetti issue. Today's "Binding Heads of Terms Signed with US Partner" RNS puffery was a classic.

Thanks firstly to those kind folks who showed some appreciation for the introduction to yesterday's bearcast - praise is always welcome. I am still in a bad mood so watch out for some choice French as I discuss Cloudtag (CTAG), Starcom (STAR), ECR Minerals (ECR), Kibo Mining (KIBO), Conroy (CGNR), Iofina (IOF) - in detail - and Sunrise Resources (SRES) and its broker Belfort Securities. Watch out it is placing ahoy at Sunrise as I explain in detail. Just do the math!

As I noted earlier, Friday really could be Worthington's (WRN) last stand. No doubt its supporters on the LSE will have all sorts of excuses and will be blaming the usual suspects (me, Brexit, Evil) for their losses. This is too much of an opportunity to miss for we voyeurs of the moron community. But posts from other threads can also be submitted in the comments section below with a deadline of Sunday 24th July. I reckon Cloudtag (CTAG) and Highlands Natural (HNR) on the LSE and ADVFN asylums will prove happy hunting grounds.

CloudTag (CTAG), the company that produces jam tomorrow and is ramped by a legion of pea brained inbred imbeciles with a collective IQ of less than your average tomato has announced yet another placing, this time raising £800,000 (before costs) at 5.25p. Hmmmm.
3055 days ago
This is so shoddy. As I have pointed out on a number of occasions, Cloudtag (CTAG) has negative net current assets and is burning cash. Hitherto it has managed to persuade mug punters to buy into placings done at a premium to the prevailing share price on the basis that there was lots of jam tomorrow.
3055 days ago
In this podcast I discuss pruning here in Bristol, an update on the Gooseberry crumble and then the lessons about how folks behave as investors or rather gamblers we can learn from the Worthington (WRN) fraud which must now be brown bread as explained HERE earlier today following news on Friday. That section also mentions Cloudtag (CTAG) and tech stocks. Then I look at commercial suicide, the curse of the tipster and Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV).
3058 days ago
Thanks for the messages about the family issues - hence the lack of bearcast yesterday. There will be other days like that in the next few weeks. I start with a look at Vislink (VLK) where I imagine no-one has any sympathy for the greedy bastards in charge. Then I try to explain why it is never "different this time" as I look at three bubbles bursting: tech, commercial and residential property and I discuss Cloudtag (CTAG) in the midst of that.

The sort of folk who not only believe every word that the war criminals Blair and Straw say about Iraq but are also lobbying the BBC to have Chris Evans appointed as the new presenter of Top Gear, are heavily concentrated on the shareholder list at Cloudtag (CTAG), an AIM listed company that is almost insolvent and whose valuation is a joke. Its shareholders are possibly the stupidest folks I have encountered on twitter with the possible exception of the England soccer team.

Fifteen years ago today my daughter was born weighing just 1lb 4 oz. Jim Mellon still has the photos on the old t1ps server but for some reason his organisation refused to send them back despite repeated requests. Miserable bastrads the lot of them. Anyhow this bearcast is dedicated to that miracle baby, my daughter. On the agenda, the numerous AIM suspensions today, including the FRAUD Environmental Recycling (ENRT) which is now on a double suspension, plus Fitbug (FITB) and a detailed look at CloudTag (CTAG) and the strange nutjobs ramping the shares which are a storming sell.
