I start with an unlikely bromance as Brokerman Dan and Richard “nobody apart from Dan Levi likes me and I don’t care” Jennings walk for cats - as you can see here. Then the mother-in-law joke. actually my mother-in—law is a top banana so maybe I should not be so rude. Then a go at BBC Radio 4’s Today programme as I comment on events in Russia. Then the woolly thinking on inflation and home owners. Finally Gary’s excellent piece on Contango (CGO) today and why he is bang on the money.

I have no skin in this game, though I wouldn’t wish to own shares in Flip Flop’s Kavango Resources (KAV). However, as the two men go to war, it is time to grab some beer and popcorn and enjoy from the sidelines. Then, I look at Asimilar’s (ASLR) cash crisis, and Red Rock Resources (RRR) where, despite Andrew Bell pulling his usual trick, I hang on. Finally, I take a detailed look at Ince Group (INCE), where I am now 90% vindicated, with the shares crashing to c. 5p. I await an apology from its PR man, who suggested that, at 52p just before Christmas, I was wrong to be such a bear. To watch my next hat eating, go HERE.

If you wondered where the fantastist penny share spiv Chris Oil had got to, I fear that news from the man who lives with mummy and daddy in a fake castle does not seem good. I revealed that he was on the hook to his erstwhile pal Brokerman Dan Levi for £150,000 a year or so ago. Luckily for all the talk of shotguns and past villany, the reality is that Dan is too much of a nice guy for his own good and has yet to issue a formal statutory demand against Mr Oil which would lead to the fantasist being declared bankrupt. But

96% of you are yet to get your credit card out. I really do have a Dan Levi in his underpants picture and am not kidding about publishing so please do donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks now HERE. Then it is onto NFT Investments and NFT’s and the scandal I covered HERE. I look at previous bubbles and try to put it into context. All those involved: the promoters Jonathan Bixby & Michael Edwards, scumbag broker Novum and Aquis should hang their heads in shame. They won’t. They are preparing to do it all over again and soon.

For the second year on the trot, the Woodlarks camp for the disabled cannot run low cost unique holiday camps for folks who would otherwise, almost certainly not get a holiday. This unfashionable charity is another victim of lockdown and so now needs £48,000 to ensure it survives iunto 2022 when we hope it can re-open. So for the 4th year the Rogue Bloggers will be walking and begging!

We are now up to eight rogue bloggers for Woodlarks with J, the son of reader Jonathan Price joining the party. That means one more person for the “having to talk to Dan Levi rota” so spreading the misery of hearing about the evils of Brexit and why disgraced Guardian fantasist Carole Cadwalladr is a genius, more widely. That is all good news. But think of how we will suffer on the day, even if it is now for less than 2 hours each and make a donation HERE. Meanwhile we continue with our training walks. As I look at the snow falling here in Wales I am glad I did my weekly walk yesterday. But here is a photo from Robert in Cornwall as he made it up to 15 miles.

This podcast is mainly on the pot bubble looking at Cellular Goods, Kanabo (KNB), Path Investments (PATH) and the odd goings on at Voyager CBD and strange share price moves ahead of today’s placing and Zoetic (ZOE). I also look at Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV), Yourgene (YGEN) and naughty Manc scallywag Dan Levi. Finally a comment or two on Scancell (SCLP). The Path/Voyager screenshot is below.

Reader SB asks if there are any forecasts for MyHealthChecked (MHC). There are not. Not even from the UK’s leading healthcare analyst Mr Brokerman Dan Levi. However the company does give indications of what sort of sales it might achieve in a corporate presentation video below. There is more and I am not sure what this means and think MyHealthChecked should clarify

Dan Levi makes grave charges about Peter Brailey today but has no proof. Peter says he will swear on oath the accusations are false so how on earth can I sack him? I am off to Shipston today clutching a DNA test kit but before going leave you with some words on Dev Clever (DEV), Urban Exposure (UEX), Eurasia Mining (EUA), Kefi (KEFI) and Red Rock Resources (RRR) where I hope Andrew Bell appreciates the literary imagery.

The threat of a photo of Dan Levi's Y Fronts post sore bottom training walk remains, so please donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE. In today's podcast I look at Condor Gold (CNR), the struggling explorer backed so heavily by my good friend Jim Mellon. It looks to be in real trouble. Then good news for Neil Woodford. As of today I am a loyal shareholder in his Patient Capital Trust (WPCT) and looking forward to the AGM greatly. I have a favour to ask of Bearcast listeners living close to Oxford who fancy a day out in the City of Lost Causes in late May or early June.

Look I am serious. Start donating to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE or I will show a photo of Dan Levi's underpants after his latest training walk which caused sores in places you do not want to think about. On the markets I look at Goals Soccer Centres (GOAL), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Mirriad (MIRI), Debenhams (DEB), Optibiotix (OPTI), and Online Blockchain (OBC).

In today's bearcast I speculate how Neil Woodford's flagship dog, his Equity Income Fund, appears to have lost £90 million since the weekend. I look at RM2 (RM2) - largest shareholder Mr Woodford - where a statement is needed as insolvency beckons, at Motof Bio (MTFB) and at Big Sofa (BST). I also discuss Dan Levi's bum and the problems generated by his latest 20 mile training walk for Woodlarks. If you'd rather I desisted from any further discussions of this nature make a donation to the Rogue Bloggers walk for Woodlarks NOW HERE

Dan Levi reckons that I was being beastly about Dev Clever PLC to sell it a stand at the UK Investor show. He says so without listening to what I actually said. Maybe I am also trying to flog stands to Telit, Accesso and Westminster Group? Oi fatso Baldry if I mention the 3DM fraud again will you take a stand at a show I don't actually own. Whatever... In this podcast I also cover Telit (TCM), Blue Rock Diamonds (BRD), Jim Mellon's SalvaRX (SALV), Accesso (ACSO) and Windar Photonics (WPHO). It is silliness like this that make me want to call it a day sooner rather than later.

Two caveats. Firstly, the analyst producing this note is Dr Michael Green who as PR man to the fraud Sefton (SER) earned a fat wedge protecting that fraud by, inter alia, masterminding a dirty tricks campaign against myself and Dan Levi. He is a motherfucker with no place in financial services and he should be cold shouldered by anyone with any sense of morality. Secondly, Align is a paid for research provider. Notwithstanding that I reckon Wishbone Gold (WSBN) shares, which we own and bought more of at 0.1p, are very cheap. So here is the Align research. The morally bankrupt Green who Align should fire on principle, opines:

Brokerman Dan Levi has again today insisted that Angus Energy (ANGS) is doing a placing. It will clearly have to do one at some stage soon but right now Daniel is being played, as was I last week. I sense market abuse here and once again the name Chris Oil, a man with form when it comes to market abuse and other nonsense, comes to the fore. As a reminder

A reader says that if I invite Julie Meyer MBE to join myself and Brokerman Dan Levi on our sponsored 30 mile walk for Woodlarks on July 28 he will donate £400, if she turns up he will donate an additional £600. Why not? I am sure that Brokerman Dan would be happy to share some of his past experiences with her and that might prep Ms Meyer for her life going forward. The letter is below. Now how about you all donate a tenner each HERE.

As I head off to Greece later this week it will be to start training at altitude in the Taygetos Mountains. Only kidding. But i have been taking to the gym and starting some modest walks. ADVFN (AFN) has today published its list of big advertisers on its website, oops I meant to say its awards for outstanding contributions to financial services. As ever I take the list of winners with the gravity that is merited. They really are the cornerstone of the financial calendar these days. But one fact screams out at me: BrokerMan Dan Levi was on a hat-trick as share blogger of the year - surely he had the title in the bank. But he's been robbed.

The publicity hungry, failing, fund manager Neil Woodford is all over the papers. On the markets he's right ( and bearish) but when discussing his own (failing) funds he is talking utter bollocks and I explain why. Brokerman Dan (Levi) has formed a shareholder action group on Ascent Resources (AST). I discuss his case against them and make a few suggestions to the company. I comment on R4E (R4E) on the disgraceful behaviour of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP), look at RM2 (RM2) and then finally at Sabien (SNT) which look either to be on the brink of a last gasp fundraise ( at a more than 99% discount to the IPO price) or of insolvency. In the same breath I mention Inspirit (INSP), another AIM boiler room dog that should be shot.

The only real question at AIM Casino uber dog Andalas Energy (ADL) is who exactly is the devil? On the one hand there is the incumbent board led by disgraced Dave Whitby and on the other hand you have a shareholder action group set up by the colourful Brokerman Dan (Levi). In the old days of the Troubles those prisoners in Northern Ireland who were not operating alongside fellows such as the blood stained murdering bastard Gerry Adams, were referred to as "ordinary decent criminals" or ODCs.

On 23rd October 2015 as the old board of Sefton Resources (SER) handed over power to Clem Chambers, Mike Hodges as directors and Daniel Levi as a consultant it stated that the cash position was $504,300. The new board claimed that it was in fact materially lower. What is it now? That is unclear but what we do know is that the number of shares in issue has rocketed from 4,796,618,397 to 8,949,299,416 as that was announced at the weekend.

It was almost four years ago to the day that Jimmyliar Ellerton of the fraud Sefton (SER) arranged to do a ramptastic presentation in London to try to lie to enough people to get another bailout placing away. Sadly for him both Brokerman Dan and I attended and we absolutely wiped the floor with the old rogue. It was the start of his downfall. LinkedIn, aka Facebook for grown ups is where those in the business world connect with each other and oggle good looking PR birds from the world of commerce or humourless left wing lawyers who look like a squirrel. Whatever else you say about him, Levi can be quite amusing.

Post the Dragon's Den sessions we found ourselves owning shares in Berkeley Energia (BKY). Steve and I reckon these shares are worth at least 45p, watch the video to see why we are so excited. I look at Marechale capital (MAC), Fitbug (FITB), Arian Silver (AGQ), Wishbone (WSBN) and in detail Servision (SEV). And I have had a complaint to the FRC rejected. Drat.

Today's Bearcast contains bad language. Brokerman Dan Levi is not the only four letter word used. In it I cover Avocet Mining (AVM) and Waz Shakoor, Rose Petroloeum (ROSE), Outsourcery (OUT), Golden Saint Resources (GSR), Wishbone Gold (WSBN) and bullshitting by Brokerman Dan, New World Resources (BWR), African Potash (AFPO), the china fraud Jiasen (JSI), Blenheim (BNR) and Andalas (ADL) and bullshitting by Flip Flop Ben Turney, Big Gib and other rampers. City law firm Pinsent Masons acted for Sefton Resources (SER) as it attempted to gag myself and Brokerman Dan (Levi) from exposing the fraud at the heart of that company under Jim Ellerton. We stood up to Pinsent Masons bullying and won that libel case. Sefton caved, Ellerton was fired and we had our costs and damages paid by Sefton. Now I have obtained a leaked email which shows how Pinsent Masons partner Russell Booker urged Sefton to make fraudulent internet postings to discredit myself and Dan. Pinsent Masons claims to be an ethical firm. How can it be ethical if it does not fire Booker at once?

Last year in ADVFN's financial services awards the share blogger of the year was Dan Levi, Brokerman Dan, aka the business partner of ADVFN head honcho Clem Chambers. Natch I was gutted not to win so what about this year. Shucks. The awards were announced this morning and once again I am not even mentioned. Double shucks.
The blogger of the year is Robbie Burns who wrote a best selling book about 15 years ago. His website appears to feature a new diary entry about once a month. These days Robbie earns his living charging an arm and a leg for his trading courses. He who can does he who cant teaches but am sure it is different for this guy. Anyhow well done Robbie. Maybe if I stop breaking the biggest stockmarket frauds on a regular basis and cut down to one article a month I might win next year?
I note that Robbie is in good company in the award winners. The best research analysts are Edison. You mean the folks who are paid by companies to churn out shite bullish notes to ramp stocks ahead of placings? Yes indeed,

We all knew that at the October 6 EGM, team Chris Oil would win and that the current directors – bar Jossy Rachmantio would be booted out to be replaced by ADVFN’s (AFN) Clem Chambers and Mike Hodges. Sefton (SER) has now thrown in the towel but the drama is far from over.
Oil and Comrade Dan Levi have now withdrawn their EGM requisition and Jossy has agreed to welcome Chambers and Hodges to the board at some time in October. At that point Nomad Allenby will quit.
If no new Nomad steps up then Sefton will be slung off the casino. Today Sefton stated:

In this podcast I answer yesterday's quiz question and then celebrate the election of Comrade Jeremy Corbyn to the leadership of the Labour party. The Tories are in thrall to big business and crony capitalists and Comrade Corbyn at least ensures real questions are asked as we sleep walk over the abyss on so many fronts. I then put Comrade Dan Levi straight on insider dealing laws with relation to his latest spurious allegations about flip flop Ben Turney. Then there is a wider look at the markets.

Oooooh you are awful said market abuser Chris Oil, played by Kenneth Williams, this morning as Sefton Resources (SER) slammed into him and bank robber Dan Levi, played by Sid James. Barbara Windsor, Raylene Whitford, put on her undersized swimsuit and giggled as she waded teasingly off towards a swimming pool to plan how to spend her redundancy money. Welcome to another episode of Carry On Up the Sefton.

What a total waste of a day, dealing with Dan Levi (the bank robber, reformed) vs Ben Turney (the legal drug dealer, reformed). Dan's expose is HERE. Ben's response is HERE. What a total waste of my day, I am so tempted to just give up altogether. But isntead I outline why the prohibition never works and how I am responding to the allegations: by wasting money on bringing in a barrister to investigate them in full for a report we will publish here. Then I turm to Audioboom (BOOM) and NorthWest Investment Group (NWIG). If the world was different I'd be booking a one way ticket to Greece and throwing my laptop in the sea. Surely both Dan and Ben can go after real villains and just leave me in peace.

A few house points on Chris Oil, Dan Levi and flip flop Ben Turney then onto the stockmarket crash. Yes I called this right and comrade Malcolm Stacey er...less right. I knew about this last week, but yesterday afternoon ex Sefton (SER) boss Brokerman Dan (Dan Levi) outed himself and revealed that he had in a former life spent 16 years in high security prisons for a variety of offences some involving firearms. Essentially as a young man he was a member of drugs gangs in the slums of Manchester. He is now coming clean, I believe, because he got a call from a National Paper asking for comment about a story it was planning to run.

Last Friday it was announced that Dan Levi (Brokerman Dan) and the market abuser Chris Oil (HERE, HERE and HERE) had upped their stake in Sefton Resources from 9.4% to 10.2%. Sources tell us that this is a prelude to them calling an EGM to ditch the board and install Clem Chambers & Mike Hodges of ADVFN as directors with Levi as a consultant.
Talking of installing, Levi now appears to have an office at ADVFN. And Chris Oil’s foxy PR bird Stefania (formerly PR to Sefton) is now doing ADVFN’s PR. What a happy bunch of campers.

Before I turn to Sefton and the wider issue of impairment (or not) on the AIM casino I am still bristling after being rubbed up the wrong way last night by an apologist for convicted felon Charlie Gibson and so until I get bored I wish to remind you of why Gibson is a felon (HERE). Then onto today's business. To give flip flop a break there are a few comments on Sefton's results and why I am still a bear. Then the issue of asset impairment and today's Kansas news vindicates a lot of what Dan Levi and I said about Jimmyliar Ellerton. But it raises the wider issue of inadequate impairment reviews on the AIM casino.

On Friday Sefton Resources (SER) received an email from Daniel Levi, aka Brokerman Dan, requesting that it make wholesale boardroom changes. Levi states that he wishes to spare the company the uncertainty and cost of an EGM and so has made this approach to avoid such unpleasantries.

Brokerman Dan (Levi) and the market abuser Chris Oil are letting it be known that they are going into Sefton Resources (SER) to "save it" by calling for boardroom change. With their known associates among the bulletin board moron and PR totty community I am sure they already have 10% of the enlarged equity and could call an EGM. Dan has already told me by email that he wants to oust directors. Questions questions.

There is no Bulletin Board Moron of the week thread but I felt compelled to pass on this gem speculating about what the market abuser Chris Oil and his manservant Dan Levi were up to at Sefton. The mind boggles. Over to some loon on twitter who speculates:

You may well remember the dirty tricks camoaign that Sefton Resources (SER) under Jimmyliar Ellerton waged against myself and Dan Levi when we exposed his lies and fraud. One smear was to plant a suggestion/lie with a "friendly journalist" - or scab as I would call her - in the Daily Telegraph suggesting that Dan was short of the stock. Now it seems as if New Sefton is waging the same campaign against me.
The old dirty tricks are revealed in full in Sefton the True Story video from UK Investor HERE
That Sefton shares are overvalued is clear to one and all as I pointed out yesterday in BearCast HERE
But Sefton does not like it and its minions are smearing. There is a blogger known as California Joe who states on his blog:

If life at AIM's most entertaining stock could not get any more bizarre we learn today that my pal Clem Chambers, the boss of ADVFN (AFN) - our business partner - has joined Brokerman Dan on the board of Sefton Resources (SER). Clem is not an oil man but will no doubt offer Dan valuable guidance on corporate governance issues.
Meanwhile Sefton (net assets minus a few quid) has raised £900,000 from lucky clients of Cornhill at 0.55p and a few more bits of confetti to clear some of the liabilities left by Dan’s predecessor Jimmyliar Ellerton who had to fall on his sword after he sued Dan and me for libel for calling him a lying crook. Jimmyliar’s great problem in that case was that we were bang on the money.

As the leaves start to turn brown you may not be thinking about next April but we are as we plan the biggest and best UK Investor Show ever. The speaker line-up gets more impressive by the day and already 90 of the 110 Growth companies attending have booked in – and I am delighted that there are a raft of new PLCs attending, and almost as delighted that some of those who attend every show are NOT attending!
So some things stay the same. I shall be there but will be doing different sessions in smaller rooms – such as the Sefton story with Dan Levi – and a PLC fraud session with a special guest. Nigel Wray, Mark Slater, Evil and Lucian Miers are back as are Vin Murria and Ben Edelman. But we are mixing up the speakers with new names such as Jason Drummond and Cassandra Harris on tech and Luke Johnson is also on board as well.
In terms of companies, you can see many of the big names at www.UKInvestorshow.com

Oh dear, The Quenron (QPP) shareholder list does contain more than its fair share of complete and utter nutters. On an almost daily basis I am alerted to a post which has been made by someone who really is truly bonkers. I was entertained to see some cretin on ADVFN discuss the “TW Red Flags” on Quenron – apparently having a strong opinion which is not buy is deemed a Red Flag. However, The Bulletin Board Moron of the Day is “Mr Palmer” on the LSE Board. On a day when another Quindell nutter who boasted on twitter of having a "hitlist" which included myself and Dan Levi has been reported to the Old Bill (not by me as I regard the Met as useless), Mr Palmer takes centre stage.

Doriemus (DOR) became an oil company via a RTO of AIM listed TEP Exchange. On Friday it was announced that the TEP business is to be sold to managers for £1. My friend Brokerman Dan (Dan Levi) reckons this is a gross cheek and says he is bidding £1000.
Dan is right about most things. On the matter of Middle East politics he stands firmly with Hamas whose formal charter talks of sweeping the Jews into the sea and which last week described Jews as cockroaches. He is profoundly wrong on that matter as I explain HERE. He is also wrong on Doriemus and the sale but on pretty much everything else he is correct. And I should say that the self appointed spokesman for hs fellow Manchester slum dwellers is generally a thoroughly good chap.

Greetings from Greece. As you can see I am now feeling a bit more relaxed in the Greek Hovel. I seem to have curbed the wildlife diversity (touch wood) and explain why I can now wander around barefoot.
A lot has been achieved whatever comrade Dan Levi might suggest on twitter. But there is a lot of work still to do so a summer of sweat and graft still lies ahead.
Moving on from the hovel I turn to Gaza, You know where I stand - #IstandwithIsrael – but I explain again why Israel and Hamas

Oh dear, I thought that I was making progress on eradicating wildlife diversity at The Greek Hovel but it just got worse. I am sure that it is just a temporary blip.
My new best friend, and business partner in the olive business, Foti and a friend of his were clearing out the two first floor rooms again this evening. Another truck load of rubbish has now gone and still we are not finished.
However in the room under the snake veranda we discovered not one but two rats. This time I did not run, my fear of these creatures is diminishing. But Foti was more proactive, grabbing a broom and thrashing wildly.
3783 days ago
According to my new best friend Foti the Greek Hovel yields about half a tonne of olives a year. But we have plans to expand that greatly. There are a couple of very low yielding trees that will perish once we reach the burning season and post-harvest, in December. And there are some gaps where we can plant new trees.
But more importantly the trees have been neglected for years and need some TLC. That means applying manure in December post the harvest and pruning them back now. And so at 8 AM this morning Foti and a friend arrived for work and I insisted that I joined them. The friend headed off in one direction with a saw on a long pole and Foti grabbed a small handsaw and olive axe (a small axe about a foot long) and strode off in the other direction. I followed Foti glad that any snakes disturbed would meet him first.
Given that Foti speaks no English and me very little Greek communication is an issue. He speaks to me in Greek and I reply in English with neither of us gaining great knowledge from the conversation but in a strange way we understand each other completely. And so I watched the master to learn the science of olive tree pruning.

I have a terribly guilty confession. It really is shameful. But I am open with you and so confess that …I have started watching Coronation Street. It is really quite gripping to discover what life is really like in the Grim North.
The Mrs – hailing from the entrepreneur free, economic wastelands of the welfare addicted Grim North, that is to say Nottingham – is a lifelong Corrie fan. Until recently we have agreed that when I am there she records and when I am away she gorges and catches up. But then I started watching. It really is fascinating.
I had no idea that life in the North was so interesting. Apparently there is a murder on the Street about once every six months. Folks disappear for unexplained reasons (because the actor who plays them is on trial accused of being a nonce, a rapist or both) and no-one lives with their actual parents. In the North it is apparently compulsory for kids to live with a step parent and their new partner while their actual parents both live with new partners and the children of other folk.
It is all very confusing but since The Mrs is a sociologist she is able to explain it all to me. Right now someone called Tina who seems to have had sex with every man in the street (apart from the large numbers of homosexuals camped out in Corrie) has been murdered. The main suspect is a white man whose son by his first marriage appears to be black and lives with his white ex-wife. Go figure. The main suspect lives with the wife of his father (currently a “disparu”) who is not his mother. The other suspect is the main suspect’s wife (not yet divorced). In fact the killer is the brother of the main suspect’s wife whose girlfriend is the sister of the main suspect. Or is it half-sister? Whatever. As you might gather it is all gripping stuff.
My wife says hat Corrie is set in the traditional small c conservative part of Manchester

I will tomorrow ask my stockbroker to buy me £10 of shares in Vialogy (VIY). I expect to make a 100% capital loss on them but am buying so that I can attend the AGM on October 29th. This company is a posterboy for the AIM Cesspit: executive greed, misleading investors, a failed business model and whopping losses. Its board needs to be fully exposed and held to account before bankruptcy, which could be within weeks. Dan Levi will also be buying £10 of shares. Vialogy is now officially in the sights of the gruesome twosome.

First up I met up with Darren to film a comic video at the offices of uber expensive bully boy City lawyers Pinsent Masons. It will go live next week when an agreed statement between myself, Dan and Sefton is published. V is no longer for Vendetta, V is for Victory! I think the video is funny. I am not sure that our pals at Pinsents will be so amused.
Then to Real Man Pizza in Clerkenwell to drop something off before heading off to the Grim North for a weekend with the in-laws. Damn. Super cook Leo was not there and was running very late. And so Maribel and I opened up and pondered whether we would rather have a customer before Leo arrived or not. Shucks a cute young American arrived. We played for time but eventually she summoned me over to order food.
I prayed to God that she wanted pasta which I am pretty damn good at serving up. But maybe he was punishing me for becoming an Islamic spiritual mentor because the bird ordered a pizza. Damn. The chaps have tried to teach me how to make pizza but it is really hard. But I rolled my sleaves up and gave it a go.
I rolled the dough, pushed it out with my fingers and after a while produced a pretty excellent base. I added the toppings and Maribel and I struggled to get it onto the pizza spade and into the oven. “Yes, yeeees, yeeeeeeeeees” gushed Maribel (in a somewhat disturbing manner) as I managed to get the pizza into the oven. Three minutes later it was on the table.
After a while the girl asked for her cheque and said “that was amazing pizza I am so glad that I found you.” I ‘fessed up that it was my first ever commercial pizza. On that high I now announce my retirement as a pizza chef.
And now off to the Grim North…

I am sorry not to report back before on my latest High Court appearance vs. Sefton. Dan Levi and I were up before Master Kay in what is termed a case management conference and nothing much was settled officially. But a lot was said and Dan and I emerged very much on top. I am, in soccer terminology, “over the moon” and Sefton’s lawyers must be “sick as a parrot.”

Hi ho, hi ho it’s off to court we go – at 2.30 today Dan Levi, myself and Sefton Resources (SER) crack team from Pinsent Masons and a barrister on £1000 a session will be up in the High Court for another procedural hearing in the great libel cases.
I cannot see this lasting much beyond November 13th as I shall explain below, and it may all end sooner, but for now the Acid Trip with Pinsent Masons continues.

Suddenly I was awake. I was back in real life. There were no dormice. No Mad Hatters. No white rabbits. And I was just wandering down from my Clerkenwell Rabbit Hole to the High Court on the Strand, documents in hand. I duly handed in my documents and some for Dan Levi and popped outside. Ahem said a small voice. I turned around and it was the Dormouse who offered me a small piece of cake. I was feeling rather peckish so gulped it down. Shrooooooooooooooooooooom.
Suddenly we were floating through the air over to Crown Place in the City of London the global headquarters of law firm Pinsent Masons. We floated through the door and were swept up to a plush but empty meeting room and hovered in the corner. Suddenly a team of well-fed lawyers wearing large top hats stormed in, dragging foxy Pinsents Partner Julie Herriot through the door by her hair.
“Why did you publish that memo on security of costs” screamed Russell Booker, acting in his capacity as legal counsel for Sefton, when not advising the litigation team, when not preparing to act as a witness against Sefton in the forthcoming trail. “Don’t you understand the idea of conflict of interest” he screamed, as he gulped a swig from a flask of smoking green liquid. Poor Julie was in tears.
“Hmmm”, I said to the dormouse, “do they realize they may have to stump up £275,000 which they have not got and so are fucked?”. “Sssssshhhhhh” said the Dormouse, “they can hear us!”
Indeed they could. The Mad Hatters looked up. “Cripes” thought I. But improvising hastily I announced “ we are the ghosts of Christmas past, we want to take you back to all those billings you have made to Sefton Resources for a case you could not win and which paid for your fucking great £2 million townhouses in Islington, please examine your consciences.”
In unison the Mad Hatters said “Do not use obscene language in our offices.”
“But he always uses the word fucking in his blogs” said the dormouse.
“Not fucking, that’s fine by us, but around here, conscience is a four letter word” chanted the Mad Hatters.
I could see I was getting nowhere fast. Noticing some sugar lumps with a strange topping sitting next to the coffee pot I swooped down and grabbed a couple and swallowed fast.
Shroooooooooooooom. The skies were marmalade, we floated past tangerine trees and we were back in the rabbit hole. Standing in the corner was an old man, gazing at pictures of sheep. He was wearing a jumper with a big circle on the front and had a vaguely persecuted look about him….
To be continued.

I mean this most sincerely. I would like to thank uber expensive City bully boy lawyers Pinsent Masons for producing an invaluable publication which Dan Levi and I have read thoroughly today, covering the issue of Security of Costs.

A year ago tomorrow t1ps.com, the website I set up in my bedroom published a defamatory and malicious piece about me in the name of Steve Moore, James Faulkner and Richard Gill. Our connection was utterly severed and I found myself working alone in the world running just this, my personal blog. Boy has the world changed.
As you may know Steve Moore was on holiday when that piece appeared and when he discovered what had gone out in his name and without his consent or knowledge, he resigned on principle. Then there were two of us. Soon after Darren Atwater took a pay cut, quit and moved to join us. Then Lucian Miers followed suit. Then Robert Sutherland Smith. Paul Nicholson, from the Isle of Man has hooked up with us since. And tomorrow, a year to a day since that infamous episode Malcolm Stacey – the founder of ShareCrazy.com joins our merry band with his debut piece on www.shareprophets.com

Oh dear, oh dear, - as the great Mike Walters used to say – it appears that whoever has access to Sefton Resources (SER) emails is again leaking some pretty toxic stuff. This time it is the email from Pinsent Masons partner and legal advisor to Sefton, Mr Russell Booker, in which he warns that the libel case against Dan Levi and myself should be dropped. Quite amazingly Pinsents litigation team are still ploughing ahead with the case regardless so racking up yet more fees for Sefton’s poor shareholders to swallow.

I was once again back in my Clerkenwell rabbit hole. The dormouse was again pouring some tea of a herbal nature and produced a tray of cakes each one saying “Eat Me NOW or Pinsent Masons will frigging sue you.” “Surely we have been here before?” I asked the dormouse who just smiled and pushed the tray gently towards me.
A small mole appeared in the corner of the room, winked at me, grabbed a cake and gulped it down. Shroooooooooooom. Suddenly the mole was ten foot tall and was holding a smoking gun. He laughed, devoured another cake and was then carried away on a magical boat back to the Pinsents bunker on a journey past tangerine trees and under marmalade skies.
Curiouser and curiouser I thought. What might the mole have in store for us next?

Let me be clear I have offered to allow Sefton pay a modest sum, in shares, covering my costs and the damages it owes me for its libellous RNS of 24 February. The company could have been off the hook by now wasting no more of its limited cash on settling this legal battle which it has lost. That would clearly be in the interests of shareholders who have suffered enough already. What or who is stopping this? Bully boy lawyers Pinsent Masons.
Round at Pinsents Associate Helen Skinner (£500 an hour) has been removed from leading the case and replaced by a partner on £750 an hour ( a Mr. Twemey). And what did they spend the weekend doing? Sending letters to Dan Levi (at £750) an hour demanding that he allow an extension to the disclosure process which Pinsent Masons has already agreed with the Court weeks ago.
It is not as if Dan wants many more documents than the ones he wanted on July 27 when Pinsents agreed to the original timetable. Just one: The opinion of Russell Booker (Pinsents partner) presented to the Sefton board stating that Sefton’s sole witness (Jimmyliar Ellerton) was not credible and that the case would be lost and should be dropped. I am sure Pinsents can find that memo without too much trouble.
I feel sorry for Sefton shareholders and so have offered the company a way out that eases its very tight cash position. Shareholders should be begging their board to accept my offer and tell Pinsents to fuck off and stop billing for what little cash is left in the depleted corporate coffers. I should warn Sefton shareholders

To misquote Charlotte Bronte in the last chapter of Jane Eyre, and having been outed on twitter, I come clean and reveal that the Deluded Lefty and I tied the knot in the Grim North on Sunday. Hence the relative silence from myself and best man Darren, the driver of shareprophets, since then.
Resplendent in the same golden sari that her mother was married in 47 years ago, the DL looked amazing and following a full on sermon from Rhona, the minister at the DL’s parents church,a Byron poem and what seemed like a zillion photos we enjoyed a great celebration.( at a Byron family home as it happens). As the DL said in her speech there was fruitcake for my UKIP friends and, as I pointed out champagne for her lefty pals. Greek, Indian and English food left something for everyone. I hope everyone had a good time. We both did.
After spending a night in a secret location in the GN, the Mrs, is now off to a sociology conference at Warwick University. Hmmmmm. A Right-thinking person free zone on the outskirts of the post industrial wastelands of Coventry. Not exactly my cup of tea. In fact the word purgatory springs to mind so I am back to work until the weekend when a delayed honeymoon kicks off. I am sure that you can guess where I shall be spending a week writing little and NOT having ten phone conversations a day with Dan Levi.

City law firm Pinsent Masons played its part in the Sefton dirty tricks campaign against Dan Levi and me with its infamous letter to the FSA trying to stop me writing about shares. To protect its bent client it tried (and failed) to deprive me of a living. And it then (at great expense to Sefton shareholders) tried to bully me in the libel courts. As such you might understand why I am not its greatest fan.
Pinsents tried to destroy me on its chosen playing field (the law). It failed. Now the rematch is set to take place on my chosen playing field – the internet and new media.
Pinsents disgraceful behaviour is now all over the internet. Those responsible for its new media promotion cannot be enjoying what they read. Its role in the Sefton scandal is now laid bare and my triumphant visit to its luxurious office with a glass of champagne is now a well watched video. The Times newspaper mentioned it in full and Pinsents must be squirming.
In case you missed it or ( better still) wish to pass on the link to everyone you know it is here
But still the fuckers will not withdraw their law suit (which they admit is in tatters). Still there is no apology. I am not asking senior partner Chris Mullen (hey Chris you now feature in google searches alongside a pic of a scantily clad Cheryl Cole which is not pornography and the word fraudster thanks to liar and fraudster Jim Ellerton) to come and grovel personally. But Chris, you could send along a few of the other partners to buy me a slap up dinner at RMPC or just write a public letter of apology.
Oh shite, Chris now appears on google searches next to the word pornography. Welcome Pinsent Masons to my chosen battleground of new media.
Meanwhile I know Pinsent Masons has spent a great deal of effort building up its twitter presence so if you are bored just head off to @pinsentmasons find any one of its worthy tweets and draft a suitable reply. As an example earlier today I found a tweet from PM
Financial firms to set targets for female board members - Linda Jones of @PinsentMasons talks to @BBCNews http://bbc.in/13cGpRN #ukemplaw
So naturally I replied (including both @pinsentmasons and @bbcnews)
@PinsentMasons @BBCNews how about as a priority ensuring boards do not have contain crooks like Pinsents star client Sefton @TomWinnifrith
If you having nothing else better to do this weekend, feel free to go and tweet a reply to one of the numerous dreary tweets sent out by Pinsents and bring some life to its twitter feed. I am sure that they will appreciate the gesture.

My old pal Dan Levi named the Downing Street shaggers on his website last night and so since we are both being sued elsewhere (by a cesspit oil company Sefton) for libel I am happy to stand in the dock with him again and also name them. As it happens numerous other websites and folks on twitter have done the same so it will be a packed Court.
I am Spartacus and I hope others will today be Spartacus forcing Cameron to come clean and admit what vast numbers of people already know.
The Government has bullied the mainstream media into silence by suggesting that revealing this may prejudice the forthcoming trials of Brooks and Coulson. Both face separate charges in relation to phone hacking. I fail to see why allegations that the two were shagging is relevant to that.
The reason the Government and David Cameron personally is terrified about this appearing is that he appointed Coulson as his spin doctor in chief instead of a safer pair of hands from the BBC on the advice of….the charming Rebekah. Rebekah was a good pal of his, lending him her horse to ride as they partied together in rural Oxfordshire. LOL.
And of course Rebekah’s lawyer is….David Cameron’s big brother Alex.
Cameron looks like a buffoon with incredibly poor judgment. Chatting to Christopher Booker about this yesterday we remarked how this seemed eerily reminiscent of the last days of the MacMillan Government. An out of touch elite just cannot help but make itself look dirty and shabby as well as incompetent. While the Country faces appalling problems, Tory MPs like Patrick Mercer take bribes and then “do the honourable thing” and stay in Westminster trousering salary + expenses for another two years and Call Me Dave tries to hush up an episode which makes his judgment look incredibly poor.
The honourable thing for Call Me Dave to do is to make a personal statement: “these are the facts, I made an error of judgment for which I apologise – I was hoodwinked, and regret it all.”
If he did that I suspect many of us might almost feel sorry for him. Trying to hush up something that, by the weekend, even crofters married to their cousins on otherwise uninhabited Scottish islands will know, arouses only contempt.
Parliament works for us not the other way round...or had you forgotten that Dave?
