Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Cripes it is almost 2024, can you hear the bubbling in the background?

That noise is two Christmas puddings which I am steaming. It being almost 2024 is relevant to shares as I discuss. I look at Genflow Biosciences (GENF) – target 0p – MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC) – target 0p, Versarien (VRS) – target 0.1p first stop after a placing before Advent at that level, then 0p next year – Deepverge (DVRG) – target 0p – Global Petroleum (GBP) – target 0p – and Trainline(TRN) – target more than 0p but lower than today’s 288p.

GOTCHA: Gerry the “arse” Brandon resigned again!

I might have, now and again, referenced the tweet below from Gerry “the arse” Brandon about me. At a time, just under three years ago, when Deepverge (DVRG) and MicroSaic (MSYS) were AIM sewer high fliers, Brandon dismissed my analysis, research and lack of accounting knowledge and trolled me till I blocked the shyster who was widely celebrated on the Bulletin Boards for putting me in my place and exposing my ignorance ….34 months later….

Deepverge: the Fat Lady is gargling and has Gerry Brandon knicked the website too?

Oh dear, Oh dear as disgraced share tipster Mike Walters used to say as yet another of his disastrous share tips went horribly Pete Tong. At Deepverge (DVRG) things go from bad to worse. You almost could not make this up: The company says that “Unfortunately”…

Oi Gerry Brandon you arse – the clock is ticking where is that Microsaic Update?

Shares in Microsaic (MSYS) remain suspended on the AIM sewer as it cannot get its accounts out. But with the company now within weeks of having to call in an administrator, surely its repellent and disgraced boss Gerry Brandon owes the company’s owners a statement. Here is the problem. Following accounting fraud emerging with regard to revenue recognition while Brandon was in charge at Deepverge (DVRG) its shares have been suspended pending clarification and all its operations closed down. It now has just one employee but owes Microsaic c£1.3 million.

Turning £1.1 million to 1 Euro in 17 months: the magic of Gerry the arse Brandon

The wind-down of the POS that is Deepverge (DVRG) continues with its 1 remaining employee clearly working hard. Today we discover that Glanaco, bought for £1.1 million in March 2022 under the stewardship of disgraced Gerry Brandon, has been sold back to its original management team for just 1 Euro. Actually, it was worse than that.

Deepverge now has just 1 employee, no cash and no operating business – when does the Fat Lady arrive?

BREAKING: Who coined it in as Deepverge collapsed? Did Zak Mir collect any brown envelopes

From £70 million to nothing, as Deepverge (DVRG) awaits almost certain administration investors in this company will have lost everything. But did someone make a packet? Microsaic suspended, running out of cash and probably fucked (by Brandon) but did it mislead investors?

On Monday of last week shares in Microsaic (MSYS), run by Gerry “the arse” Brandon whose fraudulent revenue recognition and breaches of AIM Rules had already seen Deepverge (DVRG) shares suspended and the company teetering on the brink, were suspended from AIM It could not get its 2022 accounts out on time. The collapse of Deeepverge Part 2 – is Microsaic also toast? Of course it is given the curse of Brandon

Earlier I suggested that today’s news means that Deepverge (DVRG) is a slam dunk zero and by the time the last rites are read, it is clear that those owed money will not get it all back. And that brings me to fellow AIM POS Microsaic (MSYS) , run by Gerry “the pustule” Brandon, the man who made Deepverge the company it is today. Nigel Burton who is now CEO of Deepverge also sits on the Microsaic board and the two company’s also share a broker: Turner Pope.

GOTCHA: Deepverge suspended pending clarification, its game over with £50m spaffed, as the curse of Brandon strikes, ouzo for the Sheriff

It is ouzo on my strawberries for breakfast at Sheriff of AIM Towers. For Gerry Brandon who broke AIM Rules in hiding a profits warning before a placing then published fraudulent interims before his next placing the imminent demise of Deepverge (DVRG) should be the end of his AIM career. He should be in jail as £50 million invested goes up in smoke.  Brandon may have “been resigned” just before Christmas but he was the architect of Deepverge’s failure.

Ooops I did it again – another screwup from Gerry Brandon at Microsaic

Having committed fraud at Deepverge (DVRG), (publishing bogus numbers just before a placing) as well as breaking AIM Rules about non-disclosure of price sensitive information ( a move from profit into loss) just before a placing, Gerry “the arse” Brandon is clearly not fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company. Letter to AIM Regulation Regarding Deepverge’s latest deceit of investors

Deepverge (DVRG) published a trading update on 17 April in which it admitted that more than half of the calendar 2022 sales boasted of in its previous update were, in fact, fiction. Microsaic & Deepverge: the curse of Gerry Brandon, it gets far worse for BOTH companies

BREAKING: Deepverge & the curse of Gerry Brandon who should be in jail– up to 50% of promised 2022 sales were fiction

Surely now there must be a full regulatory investigation into Gerry “the arse” Brandon, former boss of Deepverge (DVRG) and still the BSD at AIM sewer posterboy Microsaic (MSYS). Deepverge has admitted that the revenue guidance given on 9 January was pure fiction. The clear implication is that interim numbers were also fiction and given that Gerry raised £10 million in a placing on the back of those bogus interims surely he should be going to jail. Another tweet that has not aged well - Gerry "the pustule" Brandon of Deepverge trolling me

On November 27 2020 shares in Deepverge (DVRG) traded at 27.5p and I challenged the company on its ropy accounts and over-optimistic trading statements. The CEO Gerry Brandon took to twitter to say that I did not understand accounts. He aggressively trolled and insulted me. I replied but in the end did block him. The shares are now 1.75p, Brandon was forced to walk the plank, the trading performance has been dire and even former advisers admit that he broke AIM rules. As such the tweet below has aged badly.

Deepverge £2m cost savings from thin air – what on earth was Gerry Brandon up to? How soon is Microsaic toast?

Gerry the arse Brandon has only “been resigned” from Deepverge (DVRG) for two weeks and yet already the new bosses have managed to find annualised cost savings of £2 million from thin air. As CEO of AIM listed Deepverge (DVRG) made two schoolboy errors: trolling me on twitter and then breaking AIM Rules by hiding a profits warning before doing a placing at 30p last June. Deepverge raises £10-12.5m at 2p: everyone (apart from existing shareholders who are utterly screwed) is happy.

Everybody connected with the POS Deepverge (DVRG) is happy, except shareholders who have, again, been royally screwed. As I oft predicted. Deepverge shares tank another 17% - now just 2p to sell: statement needed asap!

The silence is ominous. If Deepverge (DVRG) cannot get a placing away it will have no cash and £4 million of debt (plus interest) to repay. It is, in short, screwed. Toast. Kaput. A dead parrot. Bulletin Board Moron of the day contest – can you beat this idiot commenting on Deepverge?

I take an old fashioned view that an asset has value if it generates or will generate cash. In my view the assets of Deepverge (DVRG) do not fall into that category and thus have no value making the company worthless. Mr. Market may or may not disagree but where I stand is clear. Hence I have never owned the shares, never would and have always been 100% bearish. Simple eh? Not simple enough for one poster on the ADVFN asylum…

Argo Blockchain – off another 7% at just 11.25p – how is that 27.6p fund raise and the Deepverge bailout going? Deafening silence!

This is clearly a disorderly market. If the investor flagged up by Argo Blockchain (ARB) who was thinking of investing £24 million at 27.6p is going ahead the shares are dirt cheap as a trading buy. If not then, ceteris paribus, Argo will have gone bust by Christmas. It is a binary bet and Mr Market is telling you that it looks more like the adverse outcome than the positive one. But we can all agree the market is somewhat disorderly. So what the feck are the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation playing at?

BREAKING SHOCKING EXPOSE: Deepverge on week long roadshow seeking £8 million at just 3p

Last year, AIM sewer poster boy,  Deepverge (DVRG), did a placing at 30p. It had misled investors on trading, and its ghastly CEO, Gerry “the arse” Brandon, slated me as not understanding investment. Today, the shares are 10.5p, after awful finals in which, as I explain in this bonus podcast, the company again – by omission rather than act – materially misleads investors. If you own this stock, lube up; there is more pain coming your way.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Tortilla Mexican Grill just does not taste right and as for Chilango

I start with the usual. 94.5% of you have yet to donate despite the cows, nettles and thorn bush of the weekend. Go on, just a tenner for Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks, you know it makes sense. Please donate HERE. In today’s podcast I discuss Vin Murria and M&C Saatchi (SAA), the scoundrels at Ince (INCE) and Deepverge (DVRG), Vast Resources (VAST), Audioboom (BOOM) and then I take a very detailed look at Tortilla Mexican Grill (MEX) as it buys Chilango. This looks all wrong and another membr of the 2021 IPO hall of shame.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Special Agent Dick Barton fecks it up

In today’s podcast, I suggest 3 questions you should ask of a certain speaker at UK Investor, and I shall be very proud of anyone who has the nerve to do so! I look at Eurasia Mining (EUA); Kavango Resources (KAV), run by flip-flop, Ben Turney; Strip Tinning (STG); Deepverge (DVRG); Audioboom (BOOM); and Nanosynth (NNN), where I slash my target price to 0.1p. 95% of you have yet to donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks. Come on, I am sure you can spare a tenner – please do give HERE.

This is a very long podcast, covering: Optibiotix (OPTI); Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX); Kefi (KEFI); Bluebird (BMV); Ten Lifestyle (TENG); CakeBox (CBOX); Deepverge (DVRG); Petropavlovsk (POG); Eurasia (EUA); and Amur Minerals (AMC).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 3 dogs and an arse

In today’s podcast I look in detail at Deepverge (DVRG) whose CEO Gerry Brandon is a 100% arse and whose most recent RNS is utterly deceptiive. I also look in detail at musicMagpie (MMAG) where a placing will be messy but is a slam dunk cert if the Fat Lady is not to make an appearance and at Cineworld (CINE) which remains a slam dunk short.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: $60 does not make you a Russian asset nor does chucking Russian vodka make one a hero

I discuss with reference to Tulsi Gabbard, who I admire immensely, and Nigel Farage, who I don’t, what makes someone a Russian asset. Neither Nigel or Tulsi are but that won’t stop certain loons from saying they are. Then a bit more on dangerous fake news. Then I look at Pearson (PSON), Novacyt (NCYT), Nightcap (NGHT), Deepverge (DVRG), Chill Brands (FRAUD) and Supply@ME Capital (FRAUD).

Journalist trolling arse Gerry Brandon fools the morons (again) – production orders are not revenues &certainly not cash!

As Deepverge (DVRG) burns cash and prepares for this year’s bailout placing, the journalist trolling arse of a CEO Gerry Brandon is playing his usual game of spoofing the morons who comprise his shareholder list and ramping the shares with announcements that are designed to mislead a group of investors with a collective IQ of less than that of a cheese sandwich. Last year Gerry the arse broke AIM Rule 11 with the pre-placing ramp, this year it is more nuanced spoof.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: two penny dreadfuls dying a slow death

I am shortly off to Tesco then will be in action as the family cook. Ahead of that I look at Deepverge (DVRG) run by the arse Gerry Brandon, wondering which will come first, the next trading warning or the next bailout placing, at Mirriad (MIRI) where I disagree with comrade Stacey, Amigo (AMGO), Chill Brands (CHLL), Jubilee Metals (JLP), Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Cellular Goods (CBX), oil, gold and Ukraine and finally at Argo Blockchain’s (ARB) latest news.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: what about World War 3 and the Ukraine & why Zak's cunning plan will not work

I start by considering events in the Ukraine where my sympathies are, naturally, with Mother Russia but what could it all lead to? Then I consider why shares in Zak Mir’s Lift Ventures might fly but why his plan is flawed.  Then onto THG (THG), Deepverge (DVRG) and Union Jack (UJO) and CEOs who say the shares are too cheap too often or who “fear” a takeover at this price.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Looking forward to a spectacular own goal from Team David Beckham

In today’s podcast I cover Chill Brands (CHLL) and Guild E-Sports (GILD) as both prepare to publish results.I look at lessons learned, or rather not learned by the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, from Deepverge (DVRG) and I comment on Union Jack Oil (UJO), its disgraced boss David Bramhill and its inevitable cashburn.

AIM Rule breaking, journalist trolling arse Gerry Brandon and Deepverge serve up a NY lack of profits warning- shares uninvestable

As I explained in detail HERE, Gerry “the arse” Brandon and Deepverge breached AIM Rule 11 ahead of last June’s bailout placing. That AIM Regulation has allowed “the arse” Brandon to keep his job shows what a joke market the Casino is. For today, six months after that bailout placing at 30p, the shares are 20.25p, sliding and still monstrously overvalued. Had the Oxymorons publicly censured this company and Gerry the arse, investors might have got out before today’s shambles.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - this just smells all wrong

I refer not to life at the Welsh Hovel where I have more workman issues but to Dev Clever (DEV) and my exposé of earlier HERE. I also comment on Verditek (VDTK), Deepverge (DVRG) run by journalist trolling arse Gerry Brandon, the serial AIM Rule Breaker, and Kefi (KEFI) where I remain a loyal, if somewhat trappist, shareholder.

Gerry Brandon of Deepverge – who has been a very, very naughty boy then?

The journalist trolling arse of a CEO, that is Gerry Brandon of Deepverge (DVRG), has already been exposed by this website for breaching AIM Rule 11 and misleading investors ahead of his last bailout placing. But today comes news that such deception has happened before. Gerry, you are a very naughty boy indeed and if you had a shred of integrity you’d be quitting in disgrace right now.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 5 shorts with balance sheet nightmares looming

Tomorrow, I shall tell you about a young man in despair, naming no names but what it says about this country. Today, I look at Powerhouse Energy (PHE) options and warrants, Zoltav Resources (ZOL), Sensyne (SENS), Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Parsley Box (MEAL), Deepverge (DVRG) and Chill Brands (CHLL).

Deepverge Placees now 25% down in three months – AIM Regulation MUST act on pre bailout deception & rule breach

It has been three months and ten days since places in a £10 million offering at 30p from AIM listed Deepverge (DVRG) got their stock. At mid they are now 25% down with the shares at 22.5p.  Folks who took part in the placing were misled by the company as to its trading position as it breached AIM Rule 11.  I have again written to AIM Regulation demanding that formal action be taken. That letter is below. Meanwhile should punters hang on?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Stagecoach and National Express, how times change

I start with one big story, the Stagecoach (SGC) & National Express (NEX) bid talks. The other big story is the word “bird” being dubbed sexist at an insane Barclays (BARC) employment tribunal which I cover HERE. I also look at Versarien (VRS) ahead of its AGM, Chill Brands (CHLL) ahead of its AGM and at regulatory issues for Eurasia (EUA) and Deepverge (DVRG) where the wrongdoing is as plain as day.

Letter to AIM Regulation re Deepverge PLC – clear breach of Rule 11 ahead of bailout placing, public censures needed

This should be an open and shut case and, if only pour encourager les autres, Deepverge PLC (DVRG), its Nomad SPARK Advisory and its journalist trolling arse of a CEO Gerry Brandon should be served up with a severe public censure. I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation below.

I smell panic from arsehole CEO Gerry Brandon of Deepverge – non news today

Last week’s interim results from Deepverge (DVRG) demonstrated how it had misled investors as to its lack of, even EBITDA, profitability and its near insolvency in the run up to the June 7 £10 million rescue placing at 30p. Now wonder the shares have been sliding ever since, they are now just 26p to sell. Anyone holding this stock is insane in backing a company that, through omission not act, misleads folks as to how it is trading. Good companies just don’t behave that. Only bad companies run by scumbags like Gerry Brandon.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - what about the victims?

I discuss a fascinating article about XL Media (XLMHERE in the Times of Israel. If I wanted to list a fraud I’d be big on ESG as was XL. Chris Bailey’s fund manager pals would love it as I stole all the cash. I look at gender targets and ask what they should be, referencing Principals of Cambridge Colleges. I look at Mercantile Ports (MPL) and PrimaryBid and then what I plan, or hope, to do next about the fraud Umuthi (UHS), ask the victims to tell their stories. I look at Paul Johnson’s Power Metal Resources (POW) and its latest news which takes me back to 2007 and Mark Watson Mitchell’s Yellowcake. I comment on Asimilar (ASLR) and then go to town on Deepverge (DVRG) and its journalist trolling cock of a CEO Gerry Brandon explaining why I believe investors were materially misled in the run up to the £10 million June 7 placing and why the company is, for a variety of reasons, a total bargepole. It is just not investment grade material.

DeepVerge dire results expose what a poseur and a prick is its journalist trolling arse of a CEO Gerry Brandon

For pointing out what an overvalued crock is Deepverge (DVRG) and how the maths of cashburn did not stack up, its arse of a CEO took to trolling me on twitter, a medium he uses to ramp his shares in an alarming manner.  Today’s interims vindicate me and show why anyone believing Brandon deserves all they get. Notwithstanding the company’s Covid play based, literally, on piss and pooh, the valuation is a joke.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Been there, done it, bought the T-shirt

I end with another appeal for brave Ian Westbrook. We are now just over £7,000 from making Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) sweat like the loathsome pig he is. Please do donate HERE. I start with a comment on Kefi (KEFI) from the horse’s mouth, and a look at the fraud Zoetic (ZOE), Deepverge (DVRG), Moonpig (MOON), Uru Metals (URU) and the Zak Mir top of the market call.

Tom Winnifrith Video ShareShow Number 13 - a man with a hundred bagger and a man with a zero

And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch, some sparky interviews with Richard Poulden of Wishbone Gold (WSBN) where – no sniggering at the back – there is a case made why this could be a hundred bagger, and bear raider Gabriel Grego on the markets, shorting and on Penumbra, a potential zero. Plus I have a few thoughts on Deepverge (DVRG), pillow talk at dog Powerhouse (PHE and other matters. You can access the show HERE

That put an end to his nursery day half way through the practice for the Carol service. Anyhow he is now back here with me and Maddie Moate and recovering. In today’s podcast I discuss a change of name from Concepta (CPT) to My Health Check (MHC) and Wishbone (WSBN) en passant then am upset that Powerhouse (PHE) is still not answering my questions about related party (no sniggering at the back) transactions. Then in more detail DeepVerge (DVRG) and Zoetic (ZOE)

Deepverge and that December 1 Presentation at Turner Pope – no wonder the shares are tanking: read it and weep

Much ramped DeepVerge (DVRG) has very kindly put the presentation it gave on December 1 to lucky clients of its corporate broker, the esteemed house of Turner Pope, on its website. Have you read it? I have rarely seen a more compelling sell case in my life. No wonder the shares are tanking. Off another 10% today to 23.5p I am slashing my target price from 10p to 5p.
