I start with my training walk of yesterday for rogue bloggers for Woodlarks i managed 12.5 laps before the sun got to me. In two weeks I must do 50. My next big walk is Tuesday - we are at 36% of target so please do donate HERE. Next up in hargreaves Lansdown (HL.), why not screw your customers as they seem to like it? Then onto share sales in Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) by Optibiotix (OPTI) and what appears to be a scandal involving broker SP Angel. I shall be going to the FCA tomorrow to ask for an enquiry. Finally is Steve O’Hara a liar like Lyin’ James Draper of Bidstack (BIDS). Drunken Sailor who is suffering a GroupThink induced lockdown dementia thinks so and also that I am a ramper and should tell folks to sell. I discuss Drunken’s concerns in light of a chat with O’Hara and an email from him which I read out.

Yesterday Burford (BUR) served up a risible response to questions about the Napo case as I detailed HERE and Drunken Sailor took apart HERE. Today the case in question is that of Epicenter which begs all sorts of questions, notably about a $200 million claim against Burford by its own client!

Bear raider Muddy waters credited ShareProphets reader Drunken Sailor for his work in discovering the Glenmark case fought by Napo and funded by Burford (BUR). Yesterday Burford released a report which tried to explain the seemingly bogus profits booked on Napo in 2013. I tore that release to shreds in a special Tom Winnifrith bearcast HERE. Now Drunken Sailor has posted his response which is devastating. The great man writes:

There a good few great entries in the Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest as you can see HERE. But there has to be a winner of the non existent photo of Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer filling in her tax return. Now call this vanity but…

Thanks to Drunken Sailor for his scientific study of Bulletin Board Moron behaviour which he posted in the comments section last night in the wake of the Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) hornets nest. His research is invaluable and merits a wider audience. The great man writes:

I start with a rant about Barclays (BARC) banksters and how much I despise and loathe them. I then discuss Anglo African Agriculture (AAAP) a Big Dave Lenigas lobster pot from which I escaped today. I move onto Andalas (ADL) and have a challenge for a sad geek with time on his hands, I nominate Drunken Sailor. I look at Xaar (XAR), Crawshaw (CRAW) and finally at Optibiotix (OPTI). I owe cynical bear a glass of ouzo but drank it myself on his behalf. Warning, this podcast contains bad language throughout.

Juicin Drumroll demanded we bring back the contest but after two weeks we haveb the same winner both times. drunken Sailor has now won two prizes of a semi naked photo of Britian's thirstiest share blogger, Paul Scott. Come on Juicin, this contest is all about you getting a chance to win, time to up your game, man. You can see all the entries HERE but the winner from DS is, I think, from the ADVFN UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) Asylum:

In our relaunched Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest, there were some fine examples of moronic activity by investors in Tern, UK Oil & Gas, Cloudtag, Whetstone and other great British Companies nominated by ShareProphets readers as you can see HERE. But there has to be a winner.

Oddly enough Britain's most conceited fund manager Neil Woodford has yet to agree to appear at UK Investor Show to answer some simple questions from me. What is he frightened of? I will have to go ahead with the session without him but I hope that he does not bleat on about how he had no right of reply! Anyhow, I discuss my futurology piece of yesterday and how it should be viewed if you are, like Nomates Neil, a big holder of auto related stocks. I cover BCA Marketplace (BCA), The AA (AA.) and Northgate (NTG) in this section. I also look, en passant, at another Woodford dog RM2 (RM2). Then I cover Milestone (TOAST) and finally pick up on the most excellent post on the comments section of this site by Drunken Sailor on POS Andalas (ADL)

You may remember that ShareProphets poster Drunken Sailor and I were co-defendants in a libel case a couple of years ago ( which we won). Mr sailor is not a drunk and he is a great sleuth when he wants to be. My pressing concerns about uber ramped Bushveld Minerals (BMN) are its balance sheet, but DS has unearthed another major issue which, for some reason, Bushveld has not covered in an RNS. Perhaps it might do so now? Drunken's post merits a wider audience:

At home with Joshua, the Mrs and i regale our son with the nursery rhymes we knew as children. I guess we both grew up in households that were, in many ways, small c conservative, whatever my mother's views on self sufficiency and other throw offs from the hippy world of the late sixties. To these rhymes we add my own creations. The first verse of yesterday's was:

In today's late bearcast I relay a stressful experience in the Post Office and the discovery of ouzo in my local Sainsbury. Is it just for me do you think? Cloudtag (CTAG) was caught telling porkies AGAIN, this time by Nigel, and I discuss that. I discuss React (REAT) shares in which we own. Then I look at Servision (SEV) and finally note Drunken Sailor's revelation on United Cocao (CHOC). And there is news about what is in store between now and Boxing day.
