BREAKING EXPOSE: Argo’s new CEO and his murky Delaware past

Yesterday, with assistance from Evil Banksta I exposed HERE and HERE, just how pungent is the latest acquisition and bailout of Argo Blockchain (ARB). It stinks to high heaven and the FCA should be all over it. It is the first deal announced by Argo’s new CEO Justin Nolan. But what of his last masterstroke at Argo on his first tour of duty there.

KERBOOM: Argo Blockchain and the stinking GEM deal, Evil Banksta has more, surely the FCA must intervene?

Earlier today Evil Banksta pointed out that the maths on today’s refinancing and acquisition by technically insolvent Argo Blockchain (ARB) just made no sense at all. The deal stinks., Now he pipes up with added detail which is just damning. The FCA should be all over this. Evil Banksta notes:

EXPOSE: Argo Blockchain $21.7m acquisition: the numbers just do not add up, do the maths with Evil Banksta

Technically insolvent Argo Blockchain (ARB) has today announced a conditional deal with the owners of GEM Mining and the maths just does not add up. Evil Banksta calls the proposed transaction “skanky” and that is an understatement. Here’s why.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: As Powerhouse does bailout placing, the differences between myself and Evil Banksta

Obviously I am better looking and better educated than Liverpool's greatest numbers man since Ken Dodd and what with his fine dining funded by Adam Reynolds there is an ever increasing girth gap between myself and the portly bear, Evil Banksta. On one matter Evil Banksta is far too harsh on Powerhouse, just because its IPO was a castle built on lies

Yesterday’s article from Evil Banksta on Powerhouse (PHE) was damning. It cannot show its product works, it is rapidly running out of cash and, at 0.65p, a £27 million market cap is a complete rum ‘n’coke. Powerhouse has not responded, its silence screams out at you and you should be short. This could be a zero. But Evil now tries to make a second point. Argo Blockchain: where is the FCA approved prospectus?

On 2 December 2024 Argo Blockchain (ARB) raised £4.2 million at 5.5p from one “institution” when it was actually offered more at 6p. I flagged that up as odd at the time. But though the cash came in to keep the lights on, the shares issued could not be admitted to market as Argo did not have sufficient headroom. For that it needed an FCA approved prospectus.

Who says that it's "best-in-class"? A lesson on basic research from Evil Banksta

Liverpool’s greatest numbers man since Ken Dodd is still celebrating the 2p bailout placing at Belluscura (BELL). Not only has Adan Reynolds yet again made Evil Banksta even richer but it shows, once again, how jolly clever he is With Belluscura, all Banksta needed to do was look at its financials and the type of debt it was forced to take on board, invoice discounting, and it was certain that a placing was coming. But there was an even bigger smoking gun which clever clogs spotted.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 1: more ballet tickets for Evil Banksta, Ouzo for the Sheriff as 2 pals of his bow out, GOTCHA Belluscura!

Oh dear, oh dear as disgraced ex tipster old mother Mike Walters would say as yet another of his disastrous tips went horribly wrong. In this podcast I discuss Belluscura (BELL), the sort of POS Walters would have tipped and also where we stand now with Nigel Wray, Adam Reynolds and David Pountney. Belluscura shares now hit new all time low: what is the bad news that dare not speak its name?

I do not wish my new best mate Adam Reynolds any grief but Belluscura (BELL), a company he chairs, is in trouble and needs to ‘fess up. It is only not already gigging with the Fat Lady because it secured $4m of invoice discounting loan shark rate debt in the Autumn. But, with the shares today hitting a new all time low of 6.25p, there needs to be a ‘fess up. Is it:

Has Adam Reynolds got one more present from Belluscura for Evil Banksta before Christmas?

Evil Banksta keeps sending me pictures of the enormous City Christmas lunches which he attends on a daily basis. It is now more than six years since I ignored a certain amount of pressure and published the Bloody Dossier HERE. Under the Roger Lawson rules I would not have published. I am, again, vindicated.
