Happy Christmas One and all. This podcast follows on from A-E HERE, F-J HERE, K-O HERE and P to T HERE. Okay I cheat a bit here but with these letters it is tough but, inter alia, I cover: the USM, Uramin - my old pal Jim Mellon's company, United Cacao (CHOC), Worthington (WRN), the three Ex's , Xcite Energy (XEL), Xtract Resources (CTR), Yolo Leisure (YOLO), Zeus Capital and the late lamented Gable (GAH)

The FCA has put out a statement confirming that it is all over at Gable (GAH). William "piggy" Dewsall has made £15 million, but shareholders have lost everything and now it seems that policy holders will be screwed too. Gable issued statements while its shares traded that were simply not true but will there be any action against piggy or hapless Nomad Zeus? Whaddya think? The FCA confirms the worst:

PriceWaterhouseCcoopers, PWC, is acting as administrator to the subsidiaries of Gable Holdings (GAH) and has published a damning report making clear the black hole that has existed there since the start of the year. The shares were suspended only on September 12. This is a scandalous failure on the part of Nomad Zeus and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation.

The Insurance Times Article of 12 October 2016 HERE makes clear some insurance brokers were always wary of using Gable (GAH) for many years and were concerned that it was selling insurance cheaper than its main rivals and this might end badly.

Slung off AIM yesterday, Gable's (GAH) main subsidiary is now in administration and the PLC will surely follow, as I explained HERE. No doubt Marcus Stuttard and the oxymoronic clowns round at AIM Regulation will no doubt just dismiss this as "one of those things" that happen now and again on "the world's most successful growth market". The CEO has made £15 million in the AIM years but investors have lost everything. There must be an major and formal enquiry and here is why.

Gable and its loathsome scumbag gives capitalism a bad name CEO WIlliam Dewsall have yet to inform shareholders of the latest bad news but bad news there is aplenty. According to the publication Insurance Age, Gable Insurance AG was placed into administration by the Lichtenstein Regulator

The reason for that is revealed at the end of the podcast. Before that I look at Gable (GAH), Entu (ENTU), Gulf Keystone and a stock ramped by Justin the Clown, Global Energy Development (GED). Does an endorsement from the Clown mean that the shares might not be cheap?

At 2.30 PM on deadline day, Friday, disgraced insurance outfit Gable (GAH) published its results for the six months ended 30 June 2016 and they were true to recent form - that is to say total Turkish. William Dewsall, Chief Executive commenting on the results stated the horseshit spin, our ShareProphets translation is in bold.

Are there any rules at all governing the withholding of damaging price sensitive information by AIM listed companies? Yes there are. The FCA under market abuse directives and and AIM Regulation both have the power to throw the book at CEOs and Nomads who offend. But will they? Gable (GAH), its CEO William Dewsall and, almost certainly, Nomad Zeus have broken the laws. I have written the letter below to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation and its boss, the bogus Sheriff Marcus Stuttard, as well as to the chocolate teapots at the FCA demanding urgent action

Gable (GAH) says that it wants to stay on AIM and its CEO William "Piggy" Dewsall seeking a new Nomad following the resignation of Zeus Capital on 12 September. In which case why is it NOT informing investors of the regulatory mess it is in? Is that not an AIM Rule breach? Is it telling prospective Nomads the bad news? Why did it not announce the information below on 9 September when its shares still traded? Is this why its chairman walked on 9 September? Answers Piggy, give us some frigging answers!

On 16 September, AIM Cesspit posterboy Gable (GAH) run by William "Piggy" Dewsall, made the following announcement:

I have been warning you that Gable (GAH) was a zero for a good while - indeed my most recent warning came over the weekend as I discussed the resignation of three NEDs within 40 days. Now the Nomad has quit as have the remaining two NEDS and the shares will be suspended ahead of a delisting on 12 October. This is a scandal. Shareholders will almost certainly lose everything but CEO William Dewsall has made £15 million since the IPO and will now plunder whatever is left.

Happy Wedding Anniversary said the email from Memery Crystal lawyers to African Potash (AFPO). Actually it did not, I made that up. Just like African Potash makes up its press releases ahead of a placing. I shall reply to Potash in a "formal" manner tomorrow. Elsewhere I look at Cloudtag (CTAG), Edenville (EDL), Zincox (ZOX), Gable (GAH) and Mayan (MYN), the former Northcote (NTC).

Still no lawyers letter from African Potash (AFPO) has arrived at Sheriff Towers. It really is like waiting for Godot. But at least my mother in law has remembered that it is my wedding anniversary tomorrow. I discuss another thing happening tomorrow, that is to say African Potash which has no cash having to repay $1.1 million to its FD's Mrs, Katrina Clayton. I look at Highland Natural Resources (HNR), Gulf Keystone (GKP), Glenwick (GWIK), Opera (OPRA) and then Gable (GAH) which really has posted a most enormous red flag today. Sell - target 0p.

I have a stack of dessert gooseberries. I know they should be in a fruit salad but I can't buy into that so want to put them into a crumble but with what? I seek answers from any gourmands or gourmets who are listening. Then I look at Alba (ALBA) in detail, its placing ahoy! I move through Northbridge Industrial (NBI), Gable (GAH) and the mystery of the dog that barked in the night, Gulf Keystone (GKP), Keller (KLR) and FastForward Innovations (FFWD).

I spent the morning at an ante natal class with the Mrs. Hell's teeth I am a feminist don't you know? But the whole experience left me feeling just rather old and I discuss why. Then it is onto today's ramptastic news from Horse Hill and I explain what it actually means. I waltz through Gulf Keystone (GKP) - bear squeeze - Stanley Gibbons (SGI) - recovery play? - and Guscio (GUSC) - Nigel Wray play. Then it is onto Tern (TERN), Gable (GAH), IGAS (IGAS) and Golden Saint (GSR) where I discuss why today's RNS really is just bollocks and how bulk sampling really works.

I was pruning my first olive tree of the day and heard a noise behind me. Fearing the worst I turned and it was a tortoise which just sat there blinking at me. It was a special moment. That tortoise is smarter than idiots buying Circle Oil (COP) shares today. FFS how thick some folks are. Then I move onto Nature Group (NGR), Boxhill (BOX), Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR), Gable (GAH) and Wishbone (WSBN). Then a section on a PR man telling me what I should or should not be writing about Watchstone (WTG) The fecking cheeky bastard should stick to being an evil spinmeister and leave journalism to the professionals. Maybe PRs dont want us writing about an admission of £100 million fraud on AIM and would rather we just eprinted their lies/press releases? It is just not the way I work!

I start off with Avanti Communications (AVN) the spoof share purchase by uber bombastic CEO David "taffy" Williams and Lucian celebrating as the shares slide. Then it is onto a bad day for the Bick brothers. Baby Bick spins for Gable (GAH), Thirsty Bick spins for UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and I comment on both. I touch on POS Magnolia (MAGP) where it is almost certainly placing ahoy then it is onto LXB Retail (LXB), Prospex Oil (PXOG), Hostelworld (HSW) and finally a detailed comment on Nyota (NYO).

As a long term bear on Gable Holdings (GAH) yesterday's late in the day RNS of doom is a clear vindication and the shares have crashed to 6.75p. But I cannot see how the Nomad, Zeus, manged to sign off on what was said as the RNS makes claims that seem fanciful with regard to a capital injection.

More stilly tweets from free speech deniers Paul Scott prompt a further defence of an unmuzzled press. I deal with Paul's bizarre conversion to totalitarianism and Cyan in a seperate podcast here. Lorne Ebony of FastForward (FFWD) asks you to accept that black is white. It isn't and his shares are a sell. I look at Gable (GAH) where a free press that warned you all is vindicated. Maybe some folks think I should not have let you know? I cover Marks & Spencer (MKS) and its problems before dealing with grossly overvalued Nyota (NYO) and its boardroom coup.

A short bearcast as I am set to fly back to the UK soon. Shame, shame. I start with earnings visibility looking at Gable (GAH) and Asian Citrus (ACHL). One is a shite investment the other is going down the pan completely. Then it is onto LGO Energy (LGO) which, with the curse of Lenigas, is in the latter category. I explain why BP rumours are just bollocks.

On today's regular bearcast naturally I do comment on a few Jabba The Hutt stocks - notably Afriag (TOAST) as they are tanking but the main David Lenigas leaves the AIM Casino bearcast is HERE. Elsewhere I look at 88 Energy (88E), New World Resources (NWR), Rightster (RSTR), CH Bailey (BLEY), Iofina (IOF), ECR Minerals (ECR), Gable (GAH), Concha (CHA), Conroy Gold (CGNR), Petropavlovsk (POG) and Alba Minerals (ALBA)

A relatively short podcast today from Shipston in Warwickshire as I am recovering from falling down the stairs. No. Before you ask, I was sober as a judge. On the agenda today: a chat with Nigel Wray, Sefton Resources (SER), Gable (GAH), Herencia Resources (HER), China Chaintek (CTEK) and Tern. I forgot to mention Audioboom (BOOM) - more on that tomorrow.

I have been toiling in the fields since before you lot got up and so need a break. With the internet mended at the Greek Hovel that means a bearcast covering the madness of filthylucre, Plus500, Tungsten, SeaEnergy, Northbridge Industrial, Golden Saint Resources, Optibiotix and Gable.

In today's bearcast I sing happy birthday to you for Marimedia. Ok it is not such a happy 1st birthday on the AIM Casino. What a shocker. Then onto Sareum, Sefton Resources (see HERE), Gable, JQW, Jiasen and Northbridge. Now into the fields to poison some frigana.

I first recommended shares in Gable Holdings (LSE: GAH), a European non-life insurance company underwriting a range of specialist commercial sector policies, in July 2006 when the shares traded at 18.5p. This has been something of a slow burner – the shares having commenced 2012 trading at just above 22p. However, they have moved sharply higher since early summer to currently trade at 31.5p – a near high since my original recommendation. Now sitting on some meaningful gains here, the following takes a renewed look at the investment case.
