Yes i did have a long chat with Harry Adams of Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) yesterday but I was not lied to and, put it this way, I am not going to sell my shares. I also ad a long chat with someone close to BlueBird Merchant Ventures (BMV) and am not selling there either. It is all go. I start with the lying and it was blatant lying by the BBC on Ukraine. Then it is onto how morally indefensible it is for loss making companies to spaff cash on vanity, ref John Lewis and what was Wandisco (WAND). Finally with reference to those high yielding FTSE 100 stocks, I am in no doubt that Labour will bollocks it all up even more than the useless Tories but think that risk is also discounted.

Currency dealer Argentex (AGFX) issued an RNS this morning headlined “Board Change”. That sounds bland enough but something made me look at it, call it a sixth sense, and sure enough, CEO Harry Adams has “left the Company with immediate effect.” I bet there are many looking at their voodoo doll covered in P45s attached with sharp pins this morning and shouting at the poor doll “FFS that’s the wrong Harry Adams.” But back to Argentex…

I am plagued with emails from fellow shareholders in Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI). Majid who I told I was not going to respond to after he repeatedly sent email after email where he called out myself and Harry Adams as wrong un’s asks my view. FUCK OFF! You abuse me and then pretend you care what I think? Straight to spam. Another emails to say:

I am back with these bonus video shows, this is number 33. In this show I interview two CEOs: Eldur Olafsson of Amaroq Minerals (AMRQ) and ‘arry Adams of Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI). I own shares in both, indeed buying more Amaroq this week. Both CEOs impressed me greatly and I am excited about my holdings. I hope that you enjoy the show.

I start with a TV recommendation, Murder in Steeltown, it is superb. Then it is Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks where, with gift aid and a kind – as yet unbooked – pledge, we are now 25% of the way to target at £12,500. If you are among the 91% of listeners yet to donate please do so HERE. Then it is onto the Universal Basic Income pilot. Gosh the Tories are idiots. Then it is Versarien (VRS), Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Chill Brands (CHLL), ASOS (ASC), Deepverge (DVRG), Microsaic (MSYS) and the moral bankruptcy of Turner Pope.

Can you list them in terms of long term career value destruction? I start with Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) and some of the daft comments made. The to More Acquisitions (TMOR) and Doc Holliday’s cunning EGM plan which will surely destroy the company and lose it its quote. Then Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Red Rock Resources (RRR), Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) and Tern (TERN) which looks to me to be almost bust and where I look forward to reporting its auditors to the FRC when the Fat Lady appears on stage. I should add what I forgot to say in the podcast: Tingo (US:TIO) is the most obvious zero from the province of Norfolk that I have see for ages. And it is shortable.

Another after hours placing from Kefi Gold & Copper no doubt has many of you crossing Harry Adams off your Christmas card list. But I try to justify it, discuss what the fundamental value is, the upside and downside risks and conclude that with the shares at 0.84p and the Primary Bid offer at 0.7p you should take it up not to try and flip but to double or treble your money or more. If you are not a Primary Bid member and want to take the offer up, sign up HERE and this website will get a small payment to put towards the goat fund. I also mention Amaroq (AMRQ) in this podcast.

In today’s Bearcast I look at Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) on what is a great day for we loyal shareholders, Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT), Graft Polymer (GPL) – should that be Grift Polymer – and MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC). Then it is onto Versarien (VRS) and the Neill Ricketts payoff and bailout placing and Pensana (PRE) which must by now be at death’s door: a £55 million market cap looks full in the circumstances and a statement is needed. Finally, that old scallywag Lenigas of Pennpetro (PPP) has doubled down after my earlier expose. He would not dare behave like this in America.

It is just two days until Rogue Bloggers, and we have raised more than £20,000 (with gift aid). Let’s try and reach £25,000. I discuss rain, nettles and the inevitable pain on Saturday. Please donate, HERE. Then, the twit of the day contest: Boris v Harry of Kefi (KEFI) v Mark Steward, who has disgraced himself on Genflow (GENF). I then discuss Nostra Terra (NTOG) (praise be the lord), with a target price of 0p; the fraud, Supply@ME Capital (SYME); another Steward screw-up; and ITM Power (ITM).

Even by the standards of other paid for interviewers, Proactive’s Katie Pilbeam is in a class of her own, making Juston the Clown seem like Jeremy Paxman on Steroids. This week she met up with Harry Adams of Kefi (KEFI) where I am a loyal shareholder and expect great things. But , suffice to say, Harry was not exactly sweating like Prince Andrew as he dealt with Katie’s quizzing. Enjoy.

Today we have great news from Kefi Gold & Coipper (KEFI). The Ministry of Mines in Ethiopia, not always the greatest battler for “the cause” has confirmed that Kefi has until July to secure funding for Tulu Kapi and get the project underway. I know that Harry Adams is dotting the “I”s and crossing the “t”s on the funding now and expect an announcement within the next couple of months, if not far sooner, that funding is secured. That will drive a big re-rate and I am a very happy holder for that reason. But what of the mystery of the $1 company?

I was made an insider on today’s placing a while back and I am not selling my shares in Kefi (KEFI) for reasons I explain. But I am pretty angry with Harry and understand the ire of many of you. I discuss this. Then it is onto Verditek (VDTK) which looks to owe us all a trading statement and is almost certainly bust already. The target there, at 2.9p, is 0p. I also have words for the FCA here on Financial Promotions and why it should be sending Richard “Gollum” Gill to jail. Finally I look at Eurasia Mining (EUA)

BBMs are buzzing over another Ethiopian press article claiming that Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) is set to lose the Tulu Kapi license, this time on 23 June. I have corresponded with Harry Adams who says:

On Monday morning, Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) boss Harry Adams said he was unaware of anyone opposing a plan which would have seen him trouser a $1.5 million cash bonus – on top of his annual drawings of £337,000 – within two years just for doing his job. I made it bloody clear that I was livid and would vote against all proposals at the forthcoming AGM if Harry did not think again. Today he did the right thing and thought again.

In today’s podcast I look at Alien Metals (UFO), have a lot more thoughts on Kefi (KEFI) where I agree with PL’s plan to align Harry Adams’ interests with ours as shareholders and have urged the company to consider it, at Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and at NightCap (NGHT), the financial creation of La Willingham.

I am a loyal shareholder in Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI). Its boss Harry Adams is my friend. Or at least he was until today, he may not like me after this. And I think that the shares at just under 2p are incredibly cheap with the clear potential to multi-bag from here. But news of a potential $1.5 million cash handout for Harry is a bridge too far. I want to protest and will do so at the forthcoming AGM.

There is a report in the Ethiopian press that Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) will receive a letter threatening it with the loss of its Tulu Kapi asset. The shares will slip on Monday and an RNS will be needed. I’d use that as an opportunity to average down as I have a company statement and I have also chatted at length to Harry Adams.

It is such a good joke I think I make it about 5 times in what follows. And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch, some sparky interviews with Harry Adams of Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), where i am a loyal shareholder expecting the shares to double or more by mid year, and also Dominic Frisby. The singer, songwriter, comedian, gold guru, bitcoin expert and libertarian is on great form especially on the bitcoin/gold issue and tips the only AIM stock he owns and explains why. You will laugh and learn with him. You can access the show HERE

And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new, I hope, weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch, some sparky interviews with Chris “3 brains” Bailey on his dirty secret, the real economy why UK shares are so cheap, on gold and his 3 top picks. There is also a detailed interview with the boss of AEX Gold (AEXG) who is not really 13 years old plus I discuss a new stock I have bought into heavily and also why Supply@ME Capital (SYME) has this week hoisted its biggest red flag yet, is a scam and is worth 0p. And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new, I hope, weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch, some sparky interviews with bear raider Matt Earl on the markets, the real economy and on 2 stocks where he is short (IQE & Boohoo) and one where he might be soon (Future PLC). we focus on Boohoo. There is also a detailed interview with Andrew Bell of Red Rock Resources (RRR). Its shares are 0.82p and what Bell says is ground breaking. I am on record as saying I shall eat my hat on video if the shares are not 1.26p before Christmas. I now reckon 1.65p is achievable and this is explained very clearly. Finally I return to the liars at Verditek (VDTK), why it is drowning in red flags and more. You can access the show HERE

And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new, I hope, weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch, some sparky interviews with bear raider Lucian Miers on the markets, the real economy, his longs and shorts and gold and with Harry Adams of Kefi (KEFI) ahead of the most exciting six weeks of his career. Listen carefully to what Harry says, having just bought more Kefi a couple of weeks ago I am delighted with certain matters he raises. Finally, I look at Dev Clever (DEV) and why it should face a full stewards!. You can access the show HERE

My main podcast today was a history lesson for the loathsome BBC HERE. In terms of bearcast I am not so inpired today, I promise I shall be more on fire tomorrow but do comment on why Harry Adams of Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) is share dealing like a dervish. I also look at the rebel at Inspirit (INSP) and explain why I think he is doomed to fail and why anyone buying the shares needs their head examined.

I start this bonus bearcast prompted by your emails and comments while I started to make some Damson Jam with Joshua with a few comments on the wisdom or otherwise of averaging down with reference to Wishbone Gold (WSBN). Then I look at NoGold’s claim ( poor fellow having no gold exposure of late) that gold is being driven higher by herd behaviour. Finally I am told that Messrs Andrew Bell (Red Rock Resources -RRR), Colin Bird (Xtract esources – XTR, and others) and Harry Adams (Kefi) are only looking like heros, rather than zeros as has been the case for many years, because gold is going higher. Referencing also Mr Kerim Sener of Ariana Resources (AAU) I discuss this and the nature of investing in mining stocks.

And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new, I hope, weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch some sparky interviews with Nigel Somerville on gold and where it goes next, on how to play the gold bull market, what stocks to buy and what non stocks to buy and how a gold bug positions the rest of his portfolio. Then Paul Atherley from a non gold miner, Pensana Rare Earths (PRE), a play on all this green shit everyone – bar me – seems to love. And I explain why I have bought Pensana shares even though I think man-made global warming is utter bunkum. Finally two stocks where the valuation is insane: Dev Clever (DEV) and Trainline (TRN). And now from Wales, by just 30 yards, it is my new, I hope, weekly video show. This costs 99p per episode, and you can either listen to, or watch some sparky interviews with Richard Poulden on the collapse of empires but also of the West at every level. Also covered is the death of oil and how we should save our finances against such a backdrop and with Kerim Sener of Ariana (AAU). I also explain why Supply@ME Capital (SYME) is a crooked zero and I review the six short ideas from the previous five shows, one of which is already a zero.

In this sixth edition of the ShareProphets Radio podcast sponsored by Riverfort Global Capital, this week, in order I discuss PC nonsense in the world of matresses and also the folly of Nigel Wray and Neil Woodford in this sector, I give Harry Adams of Kefi (KEFI) a right old grilling, I look at the pointless ramping of AIM rubbish via other podcasts and paid for research and then discuss all things resources & other matters with guru Gary Newman. If you like this and can’t wait seven days for more of the same you should listen to my Bearcast every day.

Harry has never been to Kalamata even though during the war of Independence that started in 1821 his family were fighters (for Greece natch) who lived near there. As I live near there now I have suggested he pay a visit. But not until he has created some real value for we shareholders in Kefi Minerals (KEFI). Here is Harry with his plan...

I was wondering what had happened to my old pal the uber posh convicted felon and cop beater, the Right Honourable "Champagne" Charlie Gibson. Well here the old boy is, interviewing Harry Adams of Kefi (KEFI) in which we own shares. Harry insists that all is on track and I think the shares are very cheap at a 2.8p bid having taken the sort of thrashing last week that Charlie thinks should be reserved for uppity members of the working classes. Finalise financing and approvals in Q1 2018 and they should race ahead. Anyhow, over to Harry and the UK's most upper class cop beater

Schumpeter was an economist of a Marxist bent and thus his thoughts can neatly be summarised as those of a prize loon who was wrong on all counts. But his concept of creative destruction can in a variant form be used to describe the beauty of capitalism and that brings us to what looks to be a cracking deal for AIM Listed Kefi Minerals (KEFI) announced today. I met up with the Kefi team yesterday and was made an insider and so have had time to ponder.
The main guy at Kefi (no offence to non exec Harry Adams) is Jeff Rayner who I first encountered donkeys years ago when he was a geologist at Gold Mines of Sardinia. He is a solid chaps who quite obviously would rather be chipping rock samples in the desert than talking to City tossers. But unlike rather to many geos he also has a clear commercial mind. Jeff runs a business not an academic project.
