Last week Lyin’ Steve was arguing that Horse Hill Developments, the operator of the Gatwick Gusher was so profitable and pregnant with cash that it was able to repay a stack of borrowings to UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). This week we see just what a joke that all is. Today we have news on the deal with Pennpetro (PPP) run by Dave Lenigas the founder of UK Oil & Gas.

You may remember an aggressive debate in April between a fat Aussie penny share promoter ( D. Lenigas Esq) and someone who trained as an oil equities analyst (me) as to the financial health of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) of Horse Hill infamy. I insisted it needed a raise, Big Dave said that I did not know what I was talking about. Well guess what, guess who was right and who was wrong and should be sending a case of Metaxa to the Sheriff?
You may remember that when Big Dave was at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) right at the start of the Horse Hill farce, AIM regulation stepped in to force a retraction of claims that the area contained 6 billion barrels of oil. It seems that Big Dave is at it again.

Advisers to both companies must be tearing their hairs out IF they are aware of the antics of penny share hustler David Lenigas in a private Telegram chat group on UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). Well, as of the publication of this article, they cannot claim NOT to be aware. Big Dave created the cash guzzling monster that is UK Oil and has now seized control of Standard Listed Pennpetro (PPP), immediately signing farm in deals with his old gopher Lyin’ Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas regarding Horse Hill. How cosy.

Just a couple of weeks ago shamed Aussie penny share promoter David Lenigas was suggesting on twitter that I could not do my sums and there was no cash issue at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), one of his babies now 96% down over 5 years at 0.06p. Today comes news which should see the old rogue sending me a case of Metaxa by way of an apology. Not a placing but a massively dilutive farm-out of Horse Hill.

Of course this is good news for UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) though it does not change the elephant in the room, that is to say the looming cash crisis. Already this company has insufficiet cash to meet its liabilities and commitments and each day it burns another £5,000 to £10,000. The share price reaction today, a gain of 29% to 0.1475p is, thus, wholly unwarranted. The news is a positive but not that much of a positive.

Yesterday, I revealed how David Lenigas of Horse Hill infamy and a bunch of disgraced financiers were going to book 900% gains made in just two months via the Aquis listing of Hydrogen One. I am afraid that it gets much worse and NED Fungai Ndoro, who appears to be the only person involved in this nest of vipers not to be given cheap stock, must surely be considering her position.

You may think of David “Horse Hill is bigger than Saudi Arabia” Lenigas in many ways. But it appears that the shameless penny share promoter has one big fan. It is almost touching.
1305 days ago
Shameless Aussie penny share promoter David “Did I mention that Horse Hill is bigger than Saudi Arabia – Lenigas owns shed loads of shares in a tiny Aquis listed serial dog, Valereum Blockchain (VLRM), which has less than £300,000 cash and – as things stand – no actual revenues. par for the course with a Lenigas ramp. His ramping on twitter is bad enough but he saves the worst excesses for a private Telegram chat room where he assumes, one suspects, that he will not be exposed. Wrong!

The video is slick and features the Sith Lord Zak Mir blowing off UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) boss Lyin’ Steve Sanderson in a soft paid for interview. What investors might note is that the 2016 claims made by Lyin’ Steve have been shown to be utter fantasy. Meanwhile the protestors continue their fight and the way that UK Oil & Gas has tried to bully them with legal threats is no credit to capitalism. Enjoy.

Over the weekend, I published data on the so called Gatwick Gusher which demonstrates that Horse Hill, instead of gushing, saw output more than halve in the four months to July to just 120 bopd One assumes that UK Oil Gas boss Lyin’ Steve Sanderson is now sitting on even worse data from the summer. I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation:

If we do not get clarification from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) boss Lyin’ Steve Sanderson first thing Monday then AIM Regulation must surely act.

As the tweet below shows, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) operated Horse Hill has been over-run by the unthinking unwashed. For, perhaps, the first time ever my sympathies are with Lyin’ Steve Sanderson, Big Dave Lenigas et al who should, in my view turn on the water cannons full blast. After all there is plenty of water coming out of Horse Hill, why not use it?

In today’s podcast I look at Versarien (VRS) and explain why Lucian Miers and I have fallen out over this one on the latest edition of ShareProphets Radio. I look at Tern’s (TERN) bollockese trading statement and ask “when’s the placing” or “Show Me The (lack of) Money”. I look at the (bad) news from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) regarding Horse Hill and for me the numbers still do not stack up even with the shares having slumped to 0.675p. Finally, I hope I did enough to stop Steve Holdsworth from cancelling his subscription, so Steve how about making a small initial donation by way of thanks to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE

As you can see below, Joshua watched Panorama on Neil Woodford avidly. He liked seeing me but had a major gripe. I reflect on the show. I look at the bonkers boss of you cannot be Sirius Minerals (SXX) and at his company and then on to the latest “news” on Horse Hill from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and, yes, Britain’s most talented chanteuse is relevant.

Folks like Lyin’ Steve Sanderson the boss of AIM casino listed UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and his shrinking band of chat-room cultist supporters still dream that Horse Hill will really turn out to be a Gatwick Gusher, not just another small scale UK onshore play. Today they should be doing some basic maths as UK has increased its stake in the asset from 50.6% to 85.6%.

Ok, so Horse Hill is now shown to have been a great big 100 billion barrel piss take. David Lenigas does not mind. He is no longer involved with any of the Horse Hill stable of related party companies he helped to create. He’s probably sold his shares. He’s almost certainly made millions of pounds and so he needs a new game,a new crock of shite to ramp. Step forward AfriAg (AFRI) on the NEX lobster pot and the tweet below.

In the first half of this podcast as I look at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Angus Energy (ANGS), Brockham, Horse Hill and the Weald Basin ramp I am joined by comrade Brokerman Dan. Then, alone, I look at Woodford Patient Captal Trust (WPCT) including the key missing info in today’s bullshit RNS, Costain (COST), Versarien (VRS) and Mirriad (MIRI).

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. This is a bleak day indeed for the Weald basin, Horse Hill, and all the fools who believed Lyin’ Steve Sanderson and shameless ramper Big Dave Lenigas. The dismal results first thing, from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) were enough to justify ouzo on my cornflakes at Sheriff of AIM towers but mid morning saw news from Angus Energy (ANGS) and its Brockham site which is disastrous for those who disseds me and believed Lyin’ Steve and Dave. It is the death knell of the shameless and morally repellent, Wield basin (bigger than Saudi Arabia) promote.

God willing, on Saturday at around 7.30 – 8 PM, 14 Rogue Bloggers & a trainer will complete the 33 miles from Horse Hill to Woodlarks. So in less than 24 hours time I shall be walking, somewhere along the Pilgrim’s Way.

Woodlarks is an amazing but incredibly unfashionable charity. If you give £10,000 to an organisation like Guide Dogs for the Blind or the RSPCA it makes no difference. Give £100 to Woodlarks and it will help change a life. And that is why, in ten days time I shall be walking the 33 miles from Horse Hill to the Woodlarks camp site.

Another day and another production update from Horse Hill which gives UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) boss Lyin’ Steve Sanderson to make the most outrageous claims which he could not substantiate in a month of Sundays. But the dull share price reaction suggests that these days the words of Lyin' Steve are about as credible as a Theresa May pledge on Brexit.

Hard data from sustained flow testing at Horse Hill is out today and if you think that it justifies a £100 million market cap for UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) then I know a Nigerian General who wants to send you an email with an offer you cannot refuse. This is terrible news but you were warned!

Below you will find shameless ramping on twitter from David Lenigas and also a link to BMD's take on the latest shameful RNS from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) on the "Gatwick Gusher." The language used in the RNS is misleading and what is served up offers no evidence at all that the shares are not grotesquely over-valued. Only a sordid festering boil on the side of AIM such as Nomad Roland "fatty" Cornish could have signed off on this tripe. There is lso a clear signal of m ore discount placings ahead with the appointment of bucket shop spivs Novum as co-broker. that means just one thing. All is explained in this bonus bearcast as I look at the real data offered not the Leni-maths.

A man who slammed Elon Musk of Tesla for making irresponsible statements that he could not validate via twitter has just made the most ramptastic claim in history about the Gatwick Gusher. Step forward David Lenigas. Without extensive drilling which has yet to take place Big Dave Lenigas cannot justify this statement in any way shape or form. But apparently the Russians are quaking that little old UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) is going to transform the metrics of global oil supply... whatever...

In today's podcast i look at tweets from Big Dave Lenigas which at every level would, in the US, see him heading for the cell next to the one being prepared for Tesla's Elon Musk. He just cannot substantiate what he is saying. I then look at Pantheon Resources (PANR), have a question about May 25 2019 and the Horse Hill Woodlarks walk, at Condor Gold (CNR), one of Jim Mellon's dogs, at Imaginatik (IMTK) at what price would I buy for Vin Murria? Finally there is a detailed look at Marechale Capital (MAC) a true AIM Casino POS. The goat milking video to which I refer is HERE and the latest Hovel photos are HERE

Giving its piss poor drilling results elsewhere the future of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) is almost entirely a play on the Gatwick Gusher, aka, Horse Hill, aka the latest mega ramp engineered by David Lenigas. Today UK upped its stake in Horse Hill by an effective 4.55% to 36.985% in a deal which only demonstrates more clearly how grotestquely overvalued its own shares are. That is unless you are using Leni-maths.

There is one aspect of the latest commentary from Align Research regarding Alba (ALBA) and BlueJay (JAY with which I disagree strongly. Align argues that Alba must be cheap becuase it has similar assets to Bluejay and the Horse Hill stocks yet trades on a fraction of the ratings of Bluejay and the HH stocks. Surely it could just be that "the field" are grossly overvalued? Of Course I have very real issues with Bluejay and its shamed Nomad and broker SP Angel of MySquar infamy. But over to Align which opines:

The UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) twitter feed, dutifully retweeted with added hype by David Lenigas, has so far reported three tankers leaving Horse Hill full of oil to be sent to the BP refinery. But is this proof that the Gatwick Gusher is a gusher? That is what the Bulletin Board Morons believe but they would believe almost anything. Let’s look at the tweets below and do some maths, not Leni-maths, real maths.

Yesterday was my last big training walk – 22, 23 or 24 miles in the Somerset hills. I am not sure how long it was as the signs were dreadful and I got a bit lost. On Saturday myself, Brokerman Dan and Lucian Miers, aka the rogue bloggers, will walk 32 miles from the infamous Horse Hill “Gatwick Gusher” oil well to Woodlarks, aiming to raise £20,000 for that amazing charity. This tweet below is just one of a number of bullish tweets about Horse Hill where the biggest investor is UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) made by David Lenigas the founder of UK and, as far as we know still a shareholder. Today it has been forced by me to fess up that a bailout placing is underway. The problem with Big Dave's tweet is that it is bollocks. As to the idea that it is a pre-placing ramp, no way Jose, not David Lenigas, this is just a coincidence.

My son Joshua has stumbled across this shocking video which he tells me is the training video that Steve Sanderson of Uk Oil & Gas (UKOG) uses to help him persuade Bulletin Board Morons to buy into the story at Broadford Bridge and Horse Hill. Is this photo fake? I believe that it is genuine but do not know for sure. But it is starting to do the rounds on the interweb and appears to show drilling equipment being removed from the UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) site at Broadford Bridge. I would assume it is moving, with the goalposts, to Horse Hill.

You could not tell jokes, like the one I relay, in the City any more otherwise you'd be up in front of HR at once. Luckily I am not in the City so here goes. I also comment on Defenx (DFX), Bacanora (BCN), Solo Oil (SOLO) and the Horse Hill gang, And I have two pieces of good news for the Mrs. PS I have just had an email confirming ShareProphets readers have brains. It appears that not one of you, not even our in house pet Bulletin Board loon Wildes, took up the Primary Bid Solo offer. Well done chaps.

Solo Oil (SOLO) is a natural resources investment company with a diverse portfolio of onshore assets, principally in Europe and Africa. It is involved in the Horse Hill play about which we are somewhat sceptical and thus we make no recommendation as it has announced a £2 million offer at 3.5p via PrimaryBid. Half ther cash will go on buying another 5% of Horse Hill from another company in the closely related nest of companies once associated with Big Dave Lenigas, Primorious.

I am still in a foul mood. Bah fucking humbug. The season of Goodwill is cancelled. This podcast contains a lot of bad language. I look at blockchain madness: Coinsilium (COIN), On Line (ONL), Vela (VELA) and Longfin (US:LFIN) on Nasdaq. Buy why is Milestone (MSG) missing out? Well Larry Cummins is a liar and that is just for starters. I look at Fishing Republic (FISH) where a statement is needed and then there is a detailed look at the latest horse served up by Uk Oil & Gas (UKOG) which is a stand out slam dunk sell for reasons I explain in detail.

UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) is almost out of cash and the see-through from the latest Horse Hill transaction shows that at 4.775p, a market cap of £169 million is absurd as I explained HERE. So at what price will the rescue £5-10 million bailout be priced a?. We know that it was offered some cash at 2p a few weeks back but that was before all the bad news. With a placing surely imminent the deadline to vote in this reader poll is midnight tonight (19 October)

On the agenda today as I prepare for my weekly coffee morning with my baby son Joshua and the fit young mums is: Andalas (ADL) a joke broker note, MySquar (MYSQ) another RNS which is all smoke and mirrors and a desperate attempt to prop up the shares but SP Angel refuses to force the company to come clean on the lies in the last RNS and the fraud. Pathetic. I look at Interserve (IRV) and its latest dire news. We did warn you. I "out" the company that was truing to raise $15 million via Cornhill yesterday. I look at former ZAI clients whose days on AIM are numbered and finally I read across from yesterday's Horse Hill trade involving Regency (RGM) and Alba (ALBA) to show just how monstrously overvalued is, out of cash and desperate to place, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG)

Injuneer is a man claiming to be a drilling engineer but whose "analysis" of Horse Hill and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) suggests otherwise and demonstrates once again that a (very) little knowledge is a dangerous thing. His "critique" of the analysis of Professor David Smythe is today rebutted by the good Prof in a way that shows again how utterly overvalued UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) shares are today at just under 7p. The Prof writes:

Remember Horse Hill? That was the original breakthrough site for UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). It was the Gatwick Gusher. It was the site that lyin' Steve Sanderson claimed contained a billion barrels of oil. Then he said he never claimed that. Then a video emerged of him saying that. So is that one big lie or two? Anyhow as UK Oil & Gas tries to ramp its shares ahead of a placing we have more ramptastic news from the Hill.

I have reported before on the work of top geologist Dr David K. Smythe. Last time we carried his work of the various Weald basin drill programmes including Horse Hill & Broadford Bridge Andrew Bell of Regency Mines (RGM) "played the man" as well as the ball and slammed his analysis. I note Regency has been selling down its position not buying and so judge it by its actions not its words. Now we have a new detailed dossier on Horse Hill.
It states that claims made by UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) have been "fundamentally flawed." Certainly

Little Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) is a slimy little git. Do you remember the BBC expose where he was caught on camera making claims about Horse Hill which he then denied making? The shares before that scoop were 1.2p mid. But having raisred to get the issue away at 1p, hapless broker to frauds like Quindell, Lagos Securities is now struggling to get it away at 0.8p as we revealed last night. Even in the Snakefields of Greece I keep on breaking news! On 9th May I revealed that UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) was endeavouring to raise £6 million at 1p - with the shares then trading at 1.2p bid. Monaco tax haven based promoter David Lenigas is today ramping Horse Hill shares at a minor trade show run by another offshore based share promoter. "tax minimization 'R us - screw the NHS." There are two statements from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) today. One is a hard financial transaction which demonstrates clearly that UK Oil & Gas shares are horrendously overvalued and the other is the most ludicrous attaempt at share ramping in the history of AIM. Defenders of Steve Sanderson, UKOG's CEO, say that he is trying to distance himself from the Aussie share ramper David Lenigas. Frankly even Dave would have struggled to sign off on today's ramping. It is cringe-making and it is noticeable that although it relates to a Horse Hill study, no other Horse Shite company has dared publish these ridiculous claims.

I am not a classic tree hugging envoronmentalist but on the other hand if rules are in place, those capitalists who opt to flout them will - in the long run - not benefit either themselves or the cause of the private sector. And that brings me to David Lenigas, Steve Sanderson and the Horse Hill rampfest and the latest breaches of Environmental rules.
There are two things that Sanderson at al are pumping.

Earlier today I accused the Horse Shite companies led by UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) , run by proven liar Steve Sanderson, of ramping the "Gatwick Gusher" with misleading statements. Mr Andrew Bell of Regency Mines (RGM) denies this and has posted a few words in our comments section. I disagree with Mr Bell's spin but in the interests of balance here is Andrew talking his own book, oops I meant offering a considered response.

Just how much cash does UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) have left? At September 30 2015 net of trade payables it was c£4 million. PLC costs are £100,000 cash per month. And the cost of all the work at Horse Hill not to mention the Isle of Wight must have been closer to £2 million than £1 million. I reckon the number is now c£1.5 million which means a placing is needed fast. Fellow Horse Shite play Solo (SOLO) neess a placing within two weeks to pay its commitments in Bongo Bongo land hence today's ramptastic (misleading) RNS.

I warn you that there is a lot of bad language in this podcast. I start with the balls talked by D&D on Fastjet (FJET). I have put the company on the spot as to what $20 million cash available means and I await a response. It matters big time. Then there is Andrew Bell talking balls on Horse Hill ahead of placings ahoy across the board. Then those who denied placings at Pantheon (PANR) and the posh fuckwits who spin for Scancell (SCLP). Both denied my stories. Both placed today. Folks: you know where to send your ouzo apologies. I discuss those placings and also that of Armadale (ACP) - a pisser as we own those shares. Then I discuss dire results from Glenwick (GWIK), shares in which deserve to halve and which were ramped by the same sort of mothers who ramped CEB/Andalas. The result will be the same. And also a horrid profits warnig from Tandem Group (TND) comes under the spotlight. I also mention my articles today on greedy Junior Doctors ad the BBC's woeful Trump coverage HERE

The companies drilling Horse Hill, the so called Gatwick Gusher, have claimed that the oil that has flowed has flowed with minimal stimulation. But perhaps Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) - a proven liar - might clarify what minimal means given evidence emerging from local residents.

I ask you to examine two RNS statements issued by Lenigas ramp (how's the placing going) UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) concerning Horse Hill flow rates from 29 February. Then let's do some Leni-maths.

A day truncated by medical appointments sees me start the podcast with Grantchester and the Mighty Hammers - the article I mention on the latter is HERE. Then it is onto the disgrace at 3Legs (3LEG) for which there can be no excuse and where there is more to come. Then onto Horse Hill, a funny smell and the THREE placings on the way. I look at African Potash (AFPO), LGO Energy (TOAST) and the total farce at Petroceltic (PCI - bad language alert in that section.

In today's St David's Day podcast I wish my Welsh listeners a happy national day and - especially for you - discuss why sheep porn matters. I then move onto Horse Hill and today's news and why Ben Turney and the other silly rampers are talking shit. To make it simple, I use the analogy of Ms Cheryl Cole and Mr Wayne Rooney. I discuss African Potash (AFPO), letters of credit and thus Environmental Recycling (ENRT) and its fellow FRAUD Eden Research (EDEN). Its PR man Queenie McManus is - I assume - still smearing me as he chats to his pals the Bulletin Board Morons - but the company refuses to meet for an interview. What - other than fraud - is it hiding? I discuss Greka Drilling (GDL) as it heads down the pan and - after today's results from Barclays (BARC) - banks in general and why Old Getafix is wrong to be such a bull.

I comment on my smoking - after 12 days I am still clean and on the weekend's sport. Then onto ISDX and the silly claims by whichever pompous git runs it that it is the new AIM. I explain why it is not, what ISDX shares we own or wish we own (Mechan, Chapel Down & Coinsilium) and why we wont buy any more at all. I discuss the Alba pump and dump as the Horse Hill Gatwick flusher ( of mug punter cash down the pan) saga continuies. Finally my low point of the week: Independent Resources ( IRG) - it makes me feel sick...

Given the form of David Lenigas and others in lying about Horse Hill perhaps he might come clean on exactly how much stimulation was needed at the site in light of evidence from the protesters who are plaguing his operations.

Thank you for your kind messages about my late cat Tara. Today I record with morbidly obese three legged Oakley listening and try to get him excited with an imaginary ffing dog. Actually it is the Chris Oil of cats. I explain. I also look at Stanley Gibbons (SGI), the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the first placing into the Horse Hill ramp - Evocutis (EVO). Next will be - I predict - Solo (SOLO). I also look at ISDX lobster pots and David Lenigas lies ref Afriag (AFRI).

I urge you to follow the Quindell (QPP) lunatic Steamy, aka Marc Rowlands and sign a petition to Parliament if only to discredit the whole process. As an aside you now know the 322 stupidest people investing in AIM. I have a challenge for the lying toe-rag Paul McManus who does PR for FRAUD Eden Research (EDEN). I discuss Horse Hill stocks, Servision (SEV), Iofina (IOF) and Greka Drilling (GDL)

It is now 48 hours without nicotine and lefty luvvie Emma Thompson attracts my ire. there is also comment on the Horse Hill ramping and Leni-maths, the tobacco smugglers at Afriag (AFRI), Fusionex (FXI), Adolf Hitler's business cards, Iofina (IOF), Petroceltic (PCI), Environmental Recycling (ENRT), Edenville (EDL), Tertiary (TYM), Totally (TLY) and Igas (IGAS).

Yesterday I pointed out how David Lenigas and others were ramping Horse Hill like mad to get rescue placings away for companies such as Solo which are at death's door. The ramp continues today with new flow data. But in a private email to clients a leading broker explains just why the Leni-maths does not stack up at all.
You will note that this broker has been threatened with legal action by David Lenigas before for daring to question him. But bravely, depite the bullying of Jabba, the broker notes:

At least two of the companies involved in Horse Hill will go bust within weeks if they do not issue shares for a bailout placing and thus the ramping of today's (probably good but not great) news from Surrey was shameless with ther fat Aussie Share Pusher David "I won't say who made money from Danadav" Lenigas at the fore.
Jabba penned an article on his blog: Is the “Gatwick Gusher” real – hell, yes! The owner of a 100 foot yacht in the tax haven where he lives, is as modest as ever comparing himself to the Wright Brothers and Galileo. He writes:

As you might expect from a man on cold turkey in the nicotine department I am not in a good mood. Send me an ars-ish tweet and you are blocked, call me with a daft conspiracy theory (flip flop take note) and I curse you. I comment en passant on the Horse Hill ramping and it is ramping by David Lenigas and others. I comment on 88 Energy (88E) and on Tertiary Minerals (TYM), on Frontier Resources (FRI), Outsourcery (OUT), GTS Chemical (GTS) and Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). And I discuss a prediction by a Nomad that 250 of the 1000 companies on AIM will disappear by Christmas so allowing me to retire which I shall do.

UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) is on the ramp again but when Stephen "I did not say there were 100 billion barrels except when I did say that" Sanderson ramps these days, folks remember Horse Hill and only the true lunatics still believe.
The ramp concerns "volumetric analysis" carried out by Xodus Group for Sanderson. What that means is reinterpreting old 2D seismic and data from a well drilled in 1974. It is therefore at every single level pure guesswork.

We have featured a range of total wrong'uns on these pages during 2015 but who do you think was the biggest stockmarket villain of the year? Rob Terry for the Quindell fraud but also for his Knob Park antics at Imaginatik and Daniel Cesspit or was he the 2014 villain? David Lenigas for the fiasco at Lenigas Cuba and the disgraceful antics of Afriag as well as the Horse Hill fiasco? Peter Landau for finally getting his comeuppance? Criminal and liar Chris Oil who surely gets his collar felt in 2016? Naibu's Houyan Lin? What about Costis from Globo? The AIM Casino short list is in fact a depressingly long list but you can vote from the dirty dozen I have shortlisted below. Deadline midnight 3rd January.

And now we turn to Danadav Investments, yet anorher short lived and mysterious company which actively traded shares with two David Lenigas concerns and then just expired. Who owned Danadav? Perhaps Jabba might explain what on earth went on here.
UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) issued an RNS on 24 October 2014 announcing a 3.1million barrels (mmbl) oil discovery with a further 16.8 mmbl in an untested fault at the Horse Hill site - the Gatwick Gusher.

In this podcast I discuss OPEC and the oil price. I think you should have some oil exposure via BP (BP.A) and I am intyerested in a couple of gas plays, notably Ascent (AST). But I remain uber bearish on oil juniors as I have been (correctly) for four years. Among those heading for zero which I discuss are Gulf Keystone (GKP), Xcite Energy (XEL), IGAS (IGAS), Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN), Northern Petroleum (NOP) and LGO Energy (LGO). And there are others take may not hit zero within a year but which still face share price decimation such as Solo (SOLO) and the Horse Shite/ Horse Hill Gatwick Gusher plays.

And so today all the Horse shite stocks have served up news that appeared to have leaked onto every Bulletin Board and twitter ramping session days ago. Flow testing at the "Gatwick gusher" will start early next year. Since every BB Moron already knew this and since half the Horse Hill runners and riders have to do a placing to survive fairly soon, shares in this stable of dogs have not soared as promoters such as David "Jabba The Hutt" Lenigas wuld have hoped.
And so what is the news?

Almost a year since the first drilling “discovery” at Horse Hill and the companies involved, led by David Lenigas ramp UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) still decline to drill again, instead pumping out more and more meaningless reports on the prospect. Today's podcast finds me in a panic as Oakley and I need to do frantic tidying before the Mrs returns to cover our respective sins. Meanwhile Tara the cat is also misbehaving. On the agenda - the great unravels at LGO Energy (LGO) but more especially Tribal Group (TRB) - the latter getting a thorough analysis. Then it is onto JQW (JQW), Alba Minerals (ALba) and the Horse Hill/Horse Shite prospect and Michelmersh Brick (MBH) which leaves me confused, perhaps Chris Bailey of Financial Orbit is geekish enough to assist?

I wonder how long it will be before that annual ritual occurs when the Daily Mail discovers a CofE vicar who has foolishly told the kiddies that Santa does not exist. The poor chap gets pilloried for a week or so before even the Mail accepts that he cannot be burned at the stake for telling the truth. I have felt a bit like the poor Rev when pointing out that whatever Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) says on camera – and then denies he ever said – there is NOT 100 billion barrels of oil at Horse Hill. Maybe the tide is now turning.

After last night’s documentary on the BBC David Lenigas responded by sending me emails at 3.43 AM and 3.47 AM and by tweeting personal abuse. He did not answer questions about how he & Steve Sanderson ramped shares in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) with unjustifiable claims about Horse Hill. Big Dave you want war? Ok tell me about Mick Shemasian.

Okay the show is out and it demonstrates quite clearly who was ramping UK Oil & Gas with ludicrous claims: Steve Sanderson and David Lenigas. You can watch the show on IPlayer on the link below.

As I sat three miles from Horse Hill on Monday night I tried to distract myself from the thought of rolling green fields never to be tainted by industrial development, to the matter of oil. And to Sefton Resources (SER). Not that it is rolling in the stuff. Its main problem is lack of money – I sense that a rescue bailout is underway (see HERE). But it has a secondary problem, its much vaunted Indonesia deal must be in trouble.
3385 days ago
As I sit in a hotel at Gatwick Airport killing time ahead of a flight to Athens, I ponder a walk down to Horse Hill. But enough of never to be spoiled green fields, let’s talk about oil. Sefton Resources (SER) shares tanked again today and are now just 0.04p to sell – the market cap is sub £1.4 million. So when’s the rescue bailout? Is it underway already?

Just as an aside this podcast looks at the pros and cons of David Lenigas and how he operates, his genius spinner Lord Bick of Boleyn, the UK Oil & Gas placing and what really happened and that Horse Hill promotion. I give you full details of the next Dave Lenigas IPO and where to apply, not that I shall be doing so I stress. In this podcast I look back at some of the themes and highlights (for me) of UK Investor Show 2015. The hall was packed and I hope that folks all had fun. There are some pictures of the day HERE and to order tickets on an early bird 50% discount for April 16 2016 click HERE and there is a last chance to win a holday at the Greek Hovel HERE. Among the highlights for me were the Horse Hill panel, Ben Edelman on blinkx which was damming, the bears on Tungsten which was also pretty damming but the buy ideas from Mark Slater, Paul Scott and Paul Jourdan. Luke Johnson was a cracking performer and I think I wasnot too bad either. Anyhow, I reflect on yesterday.

Not hungover and after my first full night's sleep since Saturday I am back with my normal balanced and tolerant view of the AIM casino. Where do I start? Horse Hill, the POS ValiRx, Foxtons, Premaitha, Plethora, Telecom Plus (expect real fireworks on that one from Kevin Ashton on Saturday), Northern Petroleum and China Norfolk Jiasen.

Thank you to the uber-foxy PR bird for Symphony, brokers Tim & John, foxy bex and the PR spinner to David Lenigas for last night. This bear now has a very sore head and is feeling fragile. Notwithstanding that I go into battle today starting with the Horse Hill omnishambles notably in regard to Solo Oil, moving onto two Chinese POS stocks warning today, to that specialist in China Frauds Daniel Stewart and its own profits warning. I then look at why Kirkland Lake is to leave the Casino and then also at another China POS stock now on ISDX having been booted off the Casino. A second bearcast on Quindell & Slater Gordon is to follow.

In my financial video postcard I look at the kerfuffle and all the allegations about David Lenigas, Brokerman Daniel, Horse Hill. Neither of the two men are angels. For the avoidance of doubt neither do I claim to be a saint. However both Lenigas and Dan have come in for unfair stick in recent days and I explains why some of that criticism is so wide of the mark.

And so the formal announcement is out: The Horse Hill starting pistol has really been fired. How long do you have to wait for news? Not long!
First things first, yesterday’s statement from all six companies involved clarifies that this is not going to be fracked – it is a conventional play. That should keep the smelly protesters at bay. But it makes clear that the larger rig is now on site and that it will take just 60 days to reach the ultimate target depth – the big potential gas play.

The excitement is mounting at Horse Hill, the oil prospect near Gatwick. But what is the timescale and what is the upside. Soon and big! But caveat emptor.
The six companies involved (Stellar Resources, Regency Mines, Alba Minerals, UK Oil & Gas, Solo and Doriemus) announced that drilling had started on 3rd September and was targeting a total depth of 8,680 feet. As I understand it the first few hundred feet is drilling by one rig then a larger rig goes onto site. I have no idea when exactly that will happen but when it does the excitement begins as the larger rig can drill at such speed that the whole project will be completed within sixty days.
