Yesterday I flagged up that Arron Banks, the self styled Brexit bad boy – was tweeting about Iofina (IOF) where he had a disclosable stake. Bankski teased “ I’ve Got plans for Iofina.” The shares ticked higher. Today a TR1.
Having previously attempted regime change at Iofina (IOF), the self style Brexit bad boy Arron Banks cannot be considered a passive shareholder. And hence this tweet from him yesterday has seen Iofina shares nudge higher. Arron you are such a tease. But doesn’t flagging up that you are up to something make you a bit of an AIM bad boy?

I discuss the latest developments in Ukraine. Then I move on to Fevertree (FEVR), Tern (TERN), Braveheart (BRH), Iofina (IOF) and the fraud Chill Brands (CHLL) and the bucket shop based maths based on liquidity, or rather the lack of it.
The on off long term love affair between self-styled “Brexit bad boy” Arron Banks and perennial AIM dog Iofina (IOF) is back on, for reasons he explained to me in a tweet today as his stakebuilding emerged.
1269 days ago
I comment not on the Iofina (IOF) share price which has, pro tem, arrested a year-long decline, bouncing 21% today to 14.5p but on note 16 of its accounts out two days ago showing the shocking corporate governance at this company, something shareholder Brexit “bad boy” Arron Banks used to care about.

Obviously the big news today is on lavender. But I move swifty on to discuss the failings of the Standard List as exposed by Supply@ME Capital (SYME) in today’s shocker. Then I look at Xtract (XTR) where I confuse Panettone with Panna Cotta but flag up what is going on. Then it is Iofina (IOF), Online Blockchain (OBC) and finally Verditek (VDTK) where Tory Toff Lord Willetts needs to follow my lead and come clean ASAP.

Yes they have been in touch. Ok, Mike Turner, you attempts to get the boys in blue ( or birds in this case) onto me have failed but if you really think that you want to mess with me you gender fluid, Bidstack (BIDS) owning moron it is game on. I also discuss results from the POS that is Bidstack, woes for Arron Banks at Iofina (IOF) – he should have listened to me – Open Orphan (ORPH), and Motif Bio (INSANITY). PS Book your tickets for you know what HERE

This is all to do with my own panic shopping but what it told me about how others are behaving. If folks think that most consumers continue to act as if nothing is wrong, think again. Then I look at Future (FUTR) which i don’t believe as it issues a trading statement, round two of beer and popcorn at Iofina (IOF) as the great Brexit bad boy Arron Banks makes his move, French Connection (FCCN) and ValiRx (VAL) botb of which look pretty fecked.

In today’s podcast I start with an apology to Mitch Tarr for perhaps marginally misquoting him. But that turns into a demand that for all sorts of reasons BigDish (DISH) fires its chairman Jonathan Morley-Kirk, who should be in prison. Then I look at Coronavirus and Dignity (DTY) following a discussion with my GP sister. Then it is onto Sirius Minerals (SXX) and finally to why Brexit “bad boy” Arron Banks is a hero both for dealing with the ghastly Carole Cadwalladr and for his actions at Iofina (IOF) which I support for reasons I explain in great detail.

Get your beer and popcorn ready this is going to be fun. Iofina (IOF) has today issued an RNS via its morally bankrupt PR mothers at Yellow Jersey commenting on social media and press reports that the self-confessed bad boy of Brexit, Arron Banks, is calling a GM to oust useless chairman Lance Baller. Iofina says it has received no request and as such “ the Board believes that posting this type of information on social media, instead of by proper and legally permitted channels, to be wholly inappropriate and in potential violation of applicable law and regulation. Furthermore, the Board believes this action to be detrimental to shareholders of the Company as a whole.” Pompous knobheads.

I start with a tale from my early career and then cover Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) – the two are related – Iofina (IOF), Portmerion (PMP) and its profits warning, but is it a buy? And finally I look at Audioboom (BOOM) and worry that another placing will be needed soon. Finally, we are over £20,000 now but most bearcast readers are yet to donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks, If you have donated I thank you. If not, please go HERE TODAY

Do not worry it is not all macro babble in today's podcast but I reflect on why Sterling is roofing it and why this also makes the Paul Scott thesis on retailers and consumer facing stocks wrong - more of that on Saturday no doubt! I look at Amur Minerals (AMC) with the 1 question its dumb shareholders need to ask. I intrude on the private grief at Somerville towers regarding Scancell (SCLP) and suggest that there is more to come for poor Nigel. And I look at perennial dog Iofina and what it is NOT saying. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 - THIS SATURDAY - one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH. ORDER NOW - LAST POSTING TODAY

In the main bearcast today I touch on the Cloudtag (CTAG) fraud but that is really covered in its own bearcast HERE. I do look at RapidCloud which was suspended today and will lose its AIM listing in a month. Who warned you that this would face a "terminal conclusion" 149 days ago? Was it PR wankers Walbrook or Nomad WH Ireland or savants on the LSE Asylum? Er no, it was me HERE. I then look at Challenger (CHAL) a zero in waiting, Iofina (IOF) and IGAS (IGAS) both of which should also be zeros. I commend today's excellent piece from Nigel, the Deputy Sheriff of AIM, on the Servision (SEV) scandal HERE. I take Nomad Allenby to task for failing to comment on this and for allowing Servision to mislead mug punters. AGAIN. Finally I take apart overvalued ramp Wey Education (WEY). Its shares are up 33% today. That is a ramp not a reflection of value.

And so the guy delivering a package for next door said "Hello Tom". He is a keen reader and owns shares in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), ScotGold (SGZ) and Xtract Resources (XTR). He must be a big fan of Big Dave Lenigas as well. It was a good chat. In this podcast I look at how quickly sentiment can change ref Nostra Terra (NTOG) and Optibiotix (OPTI). I cover Iofina (IOF) and Strat Aero (AERO) and reflect on how the curse of the Sheriff of AIM has fallen on Dolphin Capital (DCI). It took a while!

When it is described as a "corporate update". That is how Iofina's (IOF) prize piece of excrement PR person Dominic Barretto headlined yesterday's profits warning. It looked so tame why bother reading? But it was a warning and Barretto being a total wanker deliberately did not add in any hard numbers. You see he views investors with contempt. His job is to polish a turd not to inform. And boy is Iofina a turd.

I start with the bust up over marmite and other matters between Tesco (TSCO) and Unilever (ULVR). Naturally the democracy denying liberal establishment bastards at the BBC blame Brexit for sterling's slide and this - I explained here why this was wrong. I explain what this battle is really about. I then look at DiamondCorp (DCP), Iofina (IOF), Goldstone Resources (GRL) and Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). I end with a look at the AIM awards. I get really angry at this point and when the anarcho capitalist revolution arrives the 2,500 crony capitalists spending £750,000 of YOUR cash tonight merit a meeting with piano wire.

Iofina (IOF) has today served up a Q3 trading statement. What it says is fine enough. But what matters is what it does not say. Since there is no point in hiding good news one can only assume the worst. The ,market certainly does and it is right to do so. The shares are off by 15% at 10.75p-11p. Fair value is closer to zero.

Why is the FTSE 100 going up? Ask my friend the IRA man about his new mountain jacket. Elsewhere I look at Tern (TERN) and make a general point or two, at Iofina (IOF), Progility (PGY) and at Sports Direct (SPD). Capitalism is always the most efficient regulator not the State.

Happy birthday Lucian, it looks as if my son is hanging on to avoid joint parties in the future. Theresa May has a new idea on tackling fraud. Suffice to say what she proposes will damage industry and Britain PLC. I have another suggestion - enforce existing rules. Mrs May fails to understand the psyche of most fraudsters but also how useless the fraud busting agencies of the state are. I then move onto bad news for my good friend Jim Mellon at his latest AIM Disaster, Billing Services (BILL), then I cover XCite Energy (XEL) and read throughs at IGAS and Iofina (IOF). 88 Energy (88E), China fraud Zibao (ZBO) and the smelly business at Feedback (FDBK)

The pizza hardman took a test to see if he can stay in the UK and avoid deportation to the socialist hell hole that is Canada. I give you one of the questions whuch had me stumped since in part it depends on whether you live in the hard working South or the Northern welfare safaris. Then I answer a question on forward selling and another listener question on whether Sirius Minerals (SXX) is cheap. Then it is onto Harvest Minerals, (HMI), Iofina (IOF), Alba (ALBA) and the Jim Mellon joke that is SalvaRx (SALV) which I have covered in full HERE. Finally I am working on exposing an AIM listed company which has been engaging in industrial scale bribery. I hope to run the story tomorrow. Can you guess the company? Suggestions in the comments section below. Ho Ho Ho.

Firstly I have a problem with my box set of "The Omen" and ask for your help. I then discuss in light of today's three legal scoops with documents falling into my paws ( Strat Aero - HERE, Iofina - HERE and Golden Saint Resources - HERE) the 3Xs who help investigative journalists do their job and my encounters with all three on Quindell and other cases. At a company level I look at: Card factory (CARD), Iofina (IOF), Noricum Gold (NMG), Avanti Communications (AVN) and xCite Energy (XEL) and i also discuss why Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders are like a swarm of wasps and what that means.

AIM Rule 11 states that listed companies must notify investors via an RNS of material developments. But it seems that cash munching, drowning in debt, piece of Turkish Iofina (IOF) does not think the rules apply to it. No doubt it is aware that the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation won't enforce anything so it has opted NOT to tell you about a US legal setback on Monday.

Thanks firstly to those kind folks who showed some appreciation for the introduction to yesterday's bearcast - praise is always welcome. I am still in a bad mood so watch out for some choice French as I discuss Cloudtag (CTAG), Starcom (STAR), ECR Minerals (ECR), Kibo Mining (KIBO), Conroy (CGNR), Iofina (IOF) - in detail - and Sunrise Resources (SRES) and its broker Belfort Securities. Watch out it is placing ahoy at Sunrise as I explain in detail. Just do the math!

I end with a summary of the wildlife diversity encountered today at the Greek hovel as I start pruning the olive trees. I start with Iofina (IOF) where the numbers are ghastly, this is a ramp built on sand. I also cover China Africa (CAF), Opera (OPRA), Bango (BGO) and Optibiotix (OPTI). But my mind is really on the manual labour that lies ahead here in the mountains of Greece

I have writer's block. This is partly Steve Moore's fault and my own for writing things that bore me. It is partly my keyboard which does not me writing fecking hell or damn. On the markets I look at Iofina (IOF), Avanti Communications (AVN), Imaginitik (IMTK), SFO Prosecutions, Strat Aero (AERO) and I also again comment on the great news about Darren Winters from earlier today.

Firstly happy birthday to my father - I have a present see HERE. Then a message on landing times for UK Investor tickets. If you have not booked yet do so now. Then I am going to annoy Paul Scott by bashing Roger Lawson. Those who followed Lawson's advice as he endorsed blinkx (BLNX) without declaring his holding are 90% down. Yet he is yet to apologise to them or to those he attacked as we pointed out why his analysis was all cock. So let's look at the dire trading statement today. Then it is onto Asiamet (ARS), Strat Aero (AERO), Iofina (IOF), Fitbug (FITB), Vast Resources (VAST) and finally a detailed look at Rare Earth Minerals (REM) and some interesting points raised by Andrew Monk.

Rules are rules and whether it is soccer playing sex offenders or AIM Companies you have to stick to them. Moreover a COI is a COI even if sign off on and some may be legally kosher but are morally wrong. I refer to my rows with DS on 3Legs Resources (3LEG). I look at Monitise (MONI), rats leaving AIM, viz Edge Resources (EDG) & UMC Energy (UEP). I ask where is the fraud at African Potash (AFPO)? And then - to entertain Wildes - I look at LGO Energy (SHITE) again as well as at Iofina (IOF) - when will it fess up? I also ask a question of Audioboom (BOOM)

I urge you to follow the Quindell (QPP) lunatic Steamy, aka Marc Rowlands and sign a petition to Parliament if only to discredit the whole process. As an aside you now know the 322 stupidest people investing in AIM. I have a challenge for the lying toe-rag Paul McManus who does PR for FRAUD Eden Research (EDEN). I discuss Horse Hill stocks, Servision (SEV), Iofina (IOF) and Greka Drilling (GDL)

It is now 48 hours without nicotine and lefty luvvie Emma Thompson attracts my ire. there is also comment on the Horse Hill ramping and Leni-maths, the tobacco smugglers at Afriag (AFRI), Fusionex (FXI), Adolf Hitler's business cards, Iofina (IOF), Petroceltic (PCI), Environmental Recycling (ENRT), Edenville (EDL), Tertiary (TYM), Totally (TLY) and Igas (IGAS).

All sorts of crap shares are going up today and some that are not crap but are just insanely overvalued. In a podcast riddled with bad langauge I discuss 88 Energy (88E), Fast Forward (FFWD), Phorm (PHRM), Hornby (HRN) and Glenwick (GWIK) among the risers and among the fallers I look at Auhua Clean (ACE), All Leisure (ALLG), Iofina (IOF), ETherapeutix (ETX), the frauds Jiasen (JSI) and Aquatic Foods (AFG) and finally I ask all the advisors (nomad, broker PR flunkies) to Magnolia (MAGP) just show shabby and dirty they feel today. If I was them I would feel sordid and ashamed. They are all beneath contempt.

I warn you that this podcast contains bad language from the start as I discuss how - as a customer - I hate BT (BT.A) with a passion. I then move onto China Norfolk Taihua (TAIH), a brief Jabba the Hutt section on Solo Oil (SOLO) and LGO Energy (LGO) and a look at SeaEnergy (SEA). Oil disasters dominate the fallers and in that vein I cover Petroceltic (PCI), MX Oil (MXO), Iofina (IOF), Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP), Bahamas Petroleum (BPC) and Range Resources (RRL). I also have a butchers at the fun and games at Altona (ANR).

A year end trading statement is meant to allow investors to make a rational decision on whether to buy hold or sell the shares. A statement such as that served up by Iofina (IOF) today fails to do that. If a company fails to announce critical metrics it is - 99.99% of the time - because those metrics are dire. And that is the truth behind today's turd polishing from this AIM listed POS.
3260 days ago
On today's regular bearcast naturally I do comment on a few Jabba The Hutt stocks - notably Afriag (TOAST) as they are tanking but the main David Lenigas leaves the AIM Casino bearcast is HERE. Elsewhere I look at 88 Energy (88E), New World Resources (NWR), Rightster (RSTR), CH Bailey (BLEY), Iofina (IOF), ECR Minerals (ECR), Gable (GAH), Concha (CHA), Conroy Gold (CGNR), Petropavlovsk (POG) and Alba Minerals (ALBA)

The pain killers are really starting to kick in and so I must warn you that this podcast contains some bad language. Well quite a lot of bad language actually. On the agenda are the delusional fantasists who are running both Rose Petroleum (ROSE) and Condor Gold (CNR) into the ground. There is an apology on LGO Energy (LGO) but its shares, down again today, are still toast - I discuss what a strategic review means and why Bulletin Board morons are just so blinkered...they are in love you see. Then it is onto Iofina (IOF), Quoram (QRM) and the dog Fitbug (FITB)
3278 days ago
Naturally I start the podcast with InternetQ (INTQ) after my bombshell report earlier HERE and the company's pathetic response which I counter HERE. Then it is onto DiamondCorp (DCP), Iofina (IOF), Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) and finally Rosslyn Data (RDT) - whose CEO just can't remember his career in adult films - but that is the least of his problems.

It is short podcast time as I am having issued sending material back to the UK. The Albanians did not turn up today so the olive harvest is delayed by 24 hours. It may be delayed again if I have to head to Athens on Global Shorting Conspiracy business. Things are starting to get interesting as I mention briefly and this is NOT Globo (GBO). Elsewhere I cover Edenville (EDL), Gulf Keystone (GKP), Sweet Group (CSG), Atlantic Coal (ATC), Iofina (IOF) and African Potash (AFPO). Warning: this podcast contains bad language and rather too many references to Britain's most talented chanteuse Ms Cheryl Cole.

Oh no Paul Scott is giving me health advice again. If he promises never ever to waterboard me again with online retail gross margins I might just quit smoking. Away from that I look at car crash Slater & Gordon (SGH) following up from the earlier detailed piece HERE. In a similar vein I look at NAHL (NAH). Then it is onto EKF Diagnostics (EKF), Moneyswap (SWAP), Oilex (OEX), Forte Energy (FTE), Alliance Pharma (APH), Iofina (IOF) and the Fitbug (FITB) dog. There is no mention of Jabba The Hutt today, David Lenigas must wait for Gold & Bears on Saturday for his next drubbing. And boy will it be a drubbing.

Another podcast recorded at 6.30 AM in the apartment of my daighter's 80 year old Godparents in Brooklyn. So no shouting and no swearing. The lack of swearing seems to upset more folks than it pleases and so I shall be back to normal, God willing, tomorrow. In this bearcast I cover the joke at Golden Saint Resources (GSR), how to make money on AIM wth a Peter Lynch tale, InternetQ (INTQ), Creston (CRE), Tangent (TNG), Iofina (IOF) and Chamberlin (CMH)

Greetings from Brooklyn. The podcast starts with a look at dying Groupon and LivingSocial, dying unicorns. What does this tell us about buying shares in cash burning companies – think most stocks on AIM. Then it is onto Armstrong Ventures (AVP), Gulf Keystone (GKP), Iofina (IOF), Alecto (ALO) and Cloudbuy (CBUY). Sorry this is a short issue with no swearing at all, but a busy day beckons.

My uber foxy legal team is on standby. I trust that I will not get flamed in the way that whining tedious feminist Charlotte Proudman flamed her LinkedIn admirer, for saying that my barrister/lawyer legal team are very foxy. well they are. That is fact. And they are on standby for when our latest opponent can get round to serving me properly. I discuss that plus panic for myself and the cats as the Mrs returns then Vmoto (VMT), Carclo (CAR), PeerTV (PTV), Afriag (AFRI), Iofina (IOF) and Fitbug (FITB). CEB Resources (CEB) is coming up later.

In today's podcast I get a little help from Professor Ben Edelman as I discuss: blinkx (BLNX), Iofina (IOF), Adgorithms (ADGO), SeaEnergy (SEA) and Sefton Resources (SER). I have avoided mentioning Paul Scott since he has declined to send me any more tips on his guidance for healthy living for at least 48 hours.

In today's podcast I reveal how Paul Scott thinks we can all attain the body beautiful. I then move on to discuss Iofina (IOF), madness, sheer madness on buy to let, Grafenia (GRA), Botswana Diamonds (BOD), Boxhill Tech (BOX), JQW (JQW), Jiasen (JSI) and the crony capitalist beanfeast tomorrow YOU are paying for at the AIM awards dinner. I am angry about that and also discuss, in anger, SeaEnergy (SEA) and Eclectic Bars (BAR)

I am not picking on Mariana Resources too much. Okay I am and did so HERE. But the point in this podcast is to show how the actions of Mariana in destroying shareholder value while the crony capitalists plunder and profit are just symptomatic of how AIM works as a whole. I also cover Stanley Gibbons (SGI), Paragon Entertainment (PEL), the scumbags at Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN), Iofina (IOF), BTG (BTG) and Volex (VLX).

On 14th July 2015 AIM Casino dog Iofina (IOF) made its last announcement – the usual bag of shite trading update. Its shares closed the day at c22p. The shares are now 14.5p having fallen steadily over the past two months but aggressively of late. So when and what is the bad news?
Obviously Zak Mir tipping the shares as a buy on August 8th was a bit of a kiss of death but there must be something worse to come?

I start by clarifying certain rumous circulating that I am starting new businesses or getting involved with those who do. Au contraire. Very much au ffing contraire. Then it is onto today's ludicrous announcement from Quindell (QPP). I also cover Sefton Resources (SER), Goals Soccer Centres (GOAL), Auhua Clean Energy (ACE) - a dirty AIM dog if I ever I saw one - Asian Citrus (ACHL), Aquatic Foods (AFG), Daniel Stewart (DAN), Iofina (IOF) and of course Monitise (MONI)
Bulletin Board Morons can line up to apologise to me over Monitise and Iofina ( and of course Quindell) at any time. Don't all rush.
