Yes i did have a long chat with Harry Adams of Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) yesterday but I was not lied to and, put it this way, I am not going to sell my shares. I also ad a long chat with someone close to BlueBird Merchant Ventures (BMV) and am not selling there either. It is all go. I start with the lying and it was blatant lying by the BBC on Ukraine. Then it is onto how morally indefensible it is for loss making companies to spaff cash on vanity, ref John Lewis and what was Wandisco (WAND). Finally with reference to those high yielding FTSE 100 stocks, I am in no doubt that Labour will bollocks it all up even more than the useless Tories but think that risk is also discounted.

Due to its serial failures under Dame Sharon White, c11,000 employees (partners) at John Lewis will be getting their P45s over the next couple of years. At least they will miss the torture of the inhouse staff magazine “Identity,” a glossy 32 page publication sent to all70,000 (current) staff to celebrate LGBTQ History Month. I bring you a competition from the latest edition and you will be horrified.

John Lewis changed the redundancy terms for its 76,000 employees ( partners) last week. Now they will get 1 week’s pay for every year served instead of two. And it now emerges that 11,000 of the 76,000 staff are going to be getting P45s. To fund this the company has added to its debt pile and had to do a sale and leaseback on 11 stores. So who is to blame?

In today’s podcast which Matthew’s Dog and Catriona will enjoy I look at Alpha Growth (ALGW), Versarien (VRS), Horizonte Minerals (HZM), where the curse of O’Hara has hexed Gary Newman as he slumbers in the jungle, Canadian Overseas (COPL), the wretched failure of Sharon White at John Lewis and North Wales Police being such knobs. Why do I pay my taxes?

My current reading, the semi autobiographical Battlefields and Playgrounds by Janos Nyiri has the young Hungarian comparing BBC News in 1940 to that of the Hungarian state radio broadcaster. The BBC was always right, it always told the truth. I suspect that, where he still alive, Janos might take a different view these days. I could imagine him shouting “they’re BOTH lying” and throwing the cat at the radio. This brings us to news that abject failure Sharon Lewis is to walk the plank at John Lewis.

In today’s podcast I discuss forthcoming videos and look at Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Amaroq (AMRQ), Seed Innovations (SEED), John Lewis, Regtech Open Platform (RTOP), Online Blockchain (OBC), ADVFN (AFN), and THG (THG) run by that prick Matt Moulding which is surely still a short even at 70p.

Sharon White was appointed, with no retail experience whatsoever, as chair of John Lewis in 2019 on an annual salary of just shy of a Bernie. A year later, for services to the bien pensant community, when was made a Dame and unveiled a five year plan to get John Lewis to making £400 million of profit by 2025. Since then, it has been loss after loss after loss and today it got worse.

I start on journalist ethics, that is to say not selling shares before advising readers to and a chap called Magna Carta who reminds me of the weeds in my strawberry patch. Then onto Rogue Bloggers where Andrew Bell says he is joining us and bringing a fantasy woman. I shall bring Cheryl. Please donate HERE. Finally, referring to Sarah Willingham and Dame Sharon White of John Lewis infamy (see the Daily Mail article I refer to HERE) I suggest that a glass ceiling for women in business has been replaced by a wooden floor.

I start with a discussion on share buybacks, then turn to the woes of John Lewis and finally look at the US regionals with the charts below wondering whether the banking crisis could, notwithstanding UBS buying Credit Suisse, roll on.

I start with a big dilemma regarding neighbour E and bonfire night but then look at four companies: John Lewis, Vast Resources (VAST), Oxford Cannaboid (OCTP) and Argo Blockchain (ARB). I am quite angry today so Matthew & his dog are in for a treat.

After the debacle of the 7 year old transgender kid advert you would have thought that John Lewis might have erred on the side of caution when it came to alienating more of its “small c conservative” customer base. Er..no, as you can see below.

You will remember the advert, the one that sexualises a seven year old boy as he dresses up in his mum’s clothes and makeup and proceeds to trash her house. Agency Adam & Eve/DDB thought the advert edgy and, according to Pink News which says that only bigots can object to the ad: “the playful ad speaks to every gender non-conforming adult who was once a child sneaking into their parents’ closet. The traditionally “small c” conservative customer base of John Lewis was probably not impressed and this will only have added to the woes of the loss making chain. But now the FCA has waded in and John Lewis has had to pull the ad.

Since the start of the scamdemic, John Lewis has shut 16 of its 50 stores. The other 34 face a terribly uncertain future with the company’s über woke chair Sharon White talking about moves into social housing and financial services as the existing operations lost £29 million in the six months to July 31. So how to ensure your corporate demise is even more rapid?

John Lewis, which also owns Waitrose, has today lied to its 92,000 staff. It is such a demonstrably silly porkie that surely no-one can take it seriously? The polls, I fear, suggest that the wall of lies from Project Fear is starting to work.

Tesco, Waitrose, John Lewis and Now Etihad Airlines have all asked Google not to carry their ads on ShareProphets as a result of a campaign by Bulletin Board Jihadists who do not like what I have to say.
This website carries details of the “victories” of the free speech deniers.
The website states that it objects to by use of bad language. But the letter it sent to Etihad makes it clear that it is not my language but me that it wants to nail. I really am pissing myself that the jihadists told Etihad that I was insulting Muhammad by using the word “Prophet” in my website title.
The fact is that the free speech deniers really object to the fact that I tell the truth about companies – look at the tweet in the title. I predicted shares in African Minerals would tank. They are now suspended pending clarification. The QPPSAG (do not like what I reveal about Quindell and the fact that the shares are almost 90% off their peak. So they try to shoot the messenger.
Tesco, Etihad, Waitrose and John Lewis you are a bunch of cowardly motherfuckers. You are siding with free speech deniers against a free press because it makes your life easier. To n’est ce pas Charlie. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Do you think that I shall be changing my style? No way. Fuck the lot of you: Long live Free Speech & Liberty.
