Alpha Growth Plc –where is the Prospectus for the acquisition announced on 11 February?

Alpha Growth (ALGW) is a company listed on the (Sub) Standard List of the LSE main market which specialises in the longevity asset space.  Its shares at time of writing are off 17% which values the company at £18 million.  For a company which reported turnover of just £90,264 and a loss of £223,971 in its last interim results, this is baking in a lot of hope value for its managed fund and its recent life insurance company acquisition.

BREAKING: Former Vast Resources director Brian Basham accuses AIM and the LSE of obfuscation and deception in not tackling clear abuse

Fleet Street legend Brian Basham is at war with Marcus Stuttard, his team of Oxymorons at AIM Regulation and the London Stock Exchange over its refusal to tackle what he sees as industrial scale abuse of market rules and shareholders’ funds at Vast Resources (VAST) where he was once a director. His correspondence with the hapless Stuttard, the self-styled Sheriff of AIM, began on April 20:

Easter Bulletin Board Moron contest – can anyone trump Supply@ME Capital owning Moron Darren

I don’t believe this is our Darren but another one, Darren042. He owns shares in Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and, with a hat tip to TR, I challenge anyone to find a bigger example of stupidity on the LSE, ADVFN or iii asylums or on twitter by midnight on Bank Holiday Monday. Today’s utterly barking left academic you fund to poison impressionable young minds – Dalia Gabriel

Hashem Abedi, the man who blew 22 men, women but mainly children to bits and maimed many others at a pop concert in Manchester, has been sentenced to 55 years in jail. Two and a half years per life seems remarkably lenient to me. But it seems some disagree. For to be a “progressive”, one cannot be on the side of the blown-up little girls but one must see Abedi as the real victim, a man given far too long a sentence. Meet Dalia Gabriel.

The Bulletin Board Moron of the week is, no great shock, a Versarien shareholder

Last week I asked you to supply your idea of the most moronic post on the ADVFN, LSE or iii Asylums or on twitter. There were some good entries as you can see HERE but thanks to Aiminvestor for spotting this gem from the ADVFN asylum, Versarien (VRS) thread, natch, explaining why shorters should be in prison  whatever they say but share rampers create wealth and should all be lauded whatever they say. Bulletin Board Moron of the week Competition – Coronavirus edition

The Bulletin Board Moron of the week does indeed own Versarien

A week ago, I asked you for examples of sheer lunacy from the ADVFN, iii and LSE Asylums and there were indeed many fine examples provided as you can see HERE. However, anyone who uses the Nazis to make their point is generally someone who has completely lost the plot and thus there can be only one winner.

Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest - can anyone trump this Versarien owning loon?

The Versarien (VRS) owning lunatic from the ADVFN Asylum cited below really does take paranoia to a new level. “infamy, infamy, they have all got it in for me”. The only suerprise is that he does not mention the Jews or Mossad in his deranged post below. Anyhow can you find something even crazier on the ADVFN, iii or LSE asylums or on twitter before midnight on Sunday. If so, post it in the comments section below. New Bulletin Board Moron contest in honour of the savants who own Eurasia Mining

Last night I was flamed on twitter by a host of Eurasia Mining (EUA) investors, a group who made your average Versarien (VRS) investor look like a true multi brained genius. I kid you not. One wanted me to hire him as a journalist as he had posted a few comments on BBs about Eurasia and that, he thought, qualified him. Another said I couldn;t be a proper journalist if I did not interview Eurasia, preferably by flying to the Indaba coke and hooker fest. And so it went on. The fact that Eurasia lies to investors ahead of fund raises & abuses market rules in private chatrooms was dismissed as irrelevant. Anyhow this is a hint as to where to seek out a winning entry in this week’s contest. What is the most moronic post you can find on the ADVFN, iii or LSE Asylums or on twitter? Entries should be posted in the comments section below with a deadline of midnight on Sunday 26th.

New Bulletin Board Moron contest of the week in honour of the ADVFN paedo guy

And there was I thinking that Clem Chambers had standards and would no platform such scum…. Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest: In honour of Neill Ricketts

What we are looking for is the most moroniic comment on shares on the LSE, iii or ADVFN Asylums or twitter. But this week you can also add in comments on the private Discord chat room where Ricketts tells lies to investors without his Nomad, hapless Quindell loving Bobbie Hilliam at Canaccord, knowing anything about it! The deadline for entry is midnight on Sunday 12 January ( my birthday). AIM Market – another year of decline: fewer companies in total but more bad ones among them, the real data...

The statistics for AIM for December 2019 show that the market contracted to 863 companies its lowest number since 2003.  The real concern for the LSE should be the shockingly low number of new listings a derisory 23, the lowest number of new issues ever since the market as formed in 1995.  The quantum of new monies raised was also very low by historic standards at £489 million and this figure is not adjusted for the impact of inflation.

Frontera shareholders you have been raped – "discussions with majors" exposed as meaningless MOU

Oh dear. Oh dear.  With the disgraced and widely reviled dirty tricks specialist Tim Thompson running its PR Frontera (FRR) was always going to play fast and loose with the rules of the AIM casino as it tried to ramp its shares ahead of yet another bailout placing. Today it announces a MOU which is really nothing of the sort and exposes this promote for the crock of shit that it is. Even the dullards on the LSE Asylum must now start to realise that they have been had.

Frontera had announced that it was having “discussions with industry majors.” Encouraged by the silky words of the paid ramper, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood, toxic Tim Thompson and others the LSE Asylum dwellers speculated about big farm in deals with BP and others. Telephone number sums were discussed in a wankfest of the mentally inadequate.

Management Resource Solutions Fined £85,000 by LSE but this is a whitewash and cover up

Management Resource Solutions (MRS) has today been fined £125,000 (reduced to £85,000 for co-operating with the LSE) for lying to investors back in 2015. But this is a whitewash and a cover-up protecting the establishment. The LSE notes that only the FD remains from 2015 and finds he was blameless. Cock. There is no censure of the Nomad (Northland) which was reckless in its lack of due diligence. How do I know this? Because it took me 30 minutes of internet research to expose this scandal back in April 2015 HERE.

Well it did arrive in a brown envelope! The eagle eyed among you will see that I appear not to have cashed the last cheque from this source, for 51p. I think I lost it. But I'm now entitled to 80p as a result of being a loyal shareholder in the London Stock Exchange (LSE). What scandals are the London Stock Exchange so desperate to hide - the disciplining of Nomad ZAI

There was a High Court Ruling this week which concerns attempts by the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and AIM to discipline the firm of ZAI Corporate Finance, a Nomad, or retained adviser, to firms on the AIM casino. The big question here is what dirty linen the Stock Exchange is desperate to hide. I should declare at this juncture that I am an expert witness in this case.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Oozi Cats and the FBI & why Telit could well be tits up within weeks

The failure of the LSE to insist that hapless Nomad FinnCap forces Telit (TCM) to bring in a firm like KPMG to conduct a full forensic review will hurt it even more when this company goes tits up as I noted in a letter to Stock Exchange boss Donald Brydon earlier today HERE.  Two sources tell me that the FBI may have bad news for the Boston fraudster Oozi Cats and his Mrs as I explain in this podcast. But the meat of the podcast is explaining why Telit will go tits up and why that could be within six weeks. Enjoy

A letter to the chairman of the London Stock Exchange - why no independent review of the Telit fraud?

You may remember that at the last AGM of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) its chairman,, Donald Brydon CBE, 'fessed up to being a ShareProphets reader and as we chatted afterwards he came over as a thoroughly decent man. But he has, yet again, been failed by his minions in their handling of the biggest AIM fraud of the year, so far, Telit (TCM). Lowly gofers such as the head of AIM Regulation, the fake Sheriff Mr Marcus Stuttad,  have allowed Telit to avoid any independent scrutiny of its accounts & business practices despite clear evidence of fraud. That has to change and maybe Brydon will push for that. I have sent him a letter.

SHOCKING: London Stock Exchange: Fraud on AIM is nothing to do with us, nothing we can ( or will) do about it

The AIM casino has hosted the London stockmarket's biggest fraud for almost 40 years (Quindell) and a raft of smaller frauds in recent years. One might almost say that fraud is endemic. Yet, in a consultation paper published this week, the London Stock Exchange (LSE) has insisted that it is not within the remit of its own AIM Regulation department to tackle fraud or indeed do anything about it. This shows a complete contempt for investors - we bank the fees, you bank the losses.

Are we starting to see the revenge of the exploited AIM private investor? Or are they being double duped

Few, other than the clowns such as Marcus Stuttard at the LSE, can argue against AIM having delivered absolutely dreadful returns for investors. Since its launch the AIM Index is down by 5.4% (dividends included). The FTSE 100 has doubled over the same period and the FTSE Small Cap Index is 250% ahead. Actually the numbers are even worse. Strip out a handful of massive winners like ASOS and Domino's Pizza and the AIM Index is into double digit losses. But are private investors who have born the brunt of this wealth destruction now getting revenge with spate of attempted boardroom purges? Yes and No.

Oddly some of the crony capitalists running lifestyle businesses on AIM are

Cloudtag Moron - lets beat Tom Winnifrith up: LSE provides platform for inciting violence

Repeatedly, during the past six months, the London & South East Bulletin Board ( aka the LSE Asylum) has removed posts within minutes which offered any criticism at all of Cloudtag (CTAG). Selective fascist censorship on LSE Asylum as bear raider Waseem Shakoor lets rip again on the Cloudtag fraud

Bear raider Waseem Shakoor has let rip again on the fraud Cloudtag (CTAG). This is a strong follow up to yesterday's coke penis photo report from the Spring Fair. What is fascinating is how the LSE Asylum is applying selective censorship of Waseem who says that he has received a message from LSE asking me to refrain from saying "I've spoken to a Cloudtag source" as it couldn't be verified. So the London Stock Exchange (LSE) has just sent me 24p. Fear not, I shall not spend it all at once but on what do listeners think I should splash out? Meanwhile Graham Neary is just too nice to FastJet (FJET) today and unless he can start to act a bit more like a complete and utter bastard I fear that I shall have to fire him as he just won't fit in at ShareProphets. The bloated state and the pampered rich in bankrupt Britain - the whites who say BlackLivesmatter

Lardbucket welfare slut Emma Lawlor, who was featured earlier HERE, is a despicable parasite demonstrating that the welfare state is failing. But, at least, she can say that she was born into an area where life on benefits is deemed normal. There can be no such excuse for the parasites born into privilege. I refer as a case in point to the nine "activists" arrested last week campaigning for BlackLivesMatter and against the racism of climate change by disrupting London City Airport. In today's podcast I argue that it matters little who runs the London Stock Exchange (LSE) as long as it is not the idiots in charge now. I then move onto unnacceptable faces of capitalism: slob Mike Ashley, greedy pig Phil Green and the Wicked Witch Cherie Blair

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 23 Feb - Recording with 3 legged Oakley and an imaginary ffing dog

Thank you for your kind messages about my late cat Tara. Today I record with morbidly obese three legged Oakley listening and try to get him excited with an imaginary ffing dog. Actually it is the Chris Oil of cats. I explain. I also look at Stanley Gibbons (SGI), the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the first placing into the Horse Hill ramp - Evocutis (EVO). Next will be - I predict - Solo (SOLO). I also look at ISDX lobster pots and David Lenigas lies ref Afriag (AFRI).

Doc Holiday to join Lucian Miers & Tom Winnifrith at LSE AGM protest, will you come too?

The scouse blogger Doc Holliday has today said that he will be stealing a few hubcaps so that he can buy one share in the London Stock Exchange (LSE). That will alllow him to join the protests at its AGM in late April about its wholesale failure to tackle fraud and PLC lies on the AIM Casino. So that makes three comrades pledged to attend: Doc, myself and Lucian Miers. Will you come too? Here's the deal...

London Stock Exchange Brace Yourself for AGM Protest - This time you cannot stop me

Last year the London Stock Exchange (LSE) managed to deprive me of access to its facistic AGM even though its press office had previously said I could attend. This year they will not stop me as I have just dematerialised my two shares ( the certs are with me) and so will arrive in London in late April will all the documents I need to get in. So what trouble will I cause?

CIC Gold – I am sure its advisers are on top of this – can we see the Due Diligence file on its proposed COO?

Shares in CIC Gold (CICG) are currently suspended on the Standard List of the LSE pending a proposed RTO which is a load of bollocks as I explain HERE. But what was also announced last week was that senior NED His Excellency Ulambayar Barsbold is to become COO. Righty ho. I am sure that the corporate advisor is fully briefed.

C. Papadimitrakopoulos, CEO Globo PLC, receives the World Finance award for Best Telecoms Innovation

You think awards all a load of old cock? You think that being lauded by the London Stock Exchange is a bad sign? Yup lets watch a video of fraudster Konstantinos Papadimitrakopoulos, until today CEO of the fraud Globo (GBO) in action. Well done you old crook. But at least as you rot in jail know that the LSE once loved you.

David Lenigas turns £14,000 into £7 million with Lenigas Cuba but what happened to the LSE listing?

Yesterday I raised a number of red flags about the proposed listing of Lenigas Cuba on the joke ISDX market. Not least is the sheer greed of Big Dave Lenigas himself – this is the unacceptable face of capitalism.

China ReRun – Yet Another Filthy Forty China AIM casino stock onto Death Row – shares suspended

Oh dear. This reads badly for the LSE which reckons that Chinese stocks on the AIM Casino are as good as any other. Nomad Cairn has quit the China ReRun (CHRR) account and after less than two years on the Casino, its shares have been suspended. They will be booted off in a month when no other Nomad volunteers to take this on. No Nomad will touch this with a bargepole following this statement:

Tom Winnifrith - An Open Message to LSE Boss Xavier Rolet re the China Frauds on AIM

The smug froggie cannot bury his head in the sand anymore. Another China fraud on AIM bit the dust today. I suggest that Mr Rolet accept that this is a scandal, apologise to the retail investors who have lost millions and then take 2 urgent steps to clean up this mess.

Exclusive: Why Rangers was booted off the stockmarket – it was a London Stock Exchange covert killing… a warning for Sefton

On April 2nd 2015 Rangers Football Club (RFC) was booted off the AIM casino, the junior market of the London Stock Exchange.  A nominated adviser, Nomad, for many AIM companies has now contacted us to explain how this was a direct result of a covert killing by the London Stock Exchange (LSE) itself. Shareholders in Sefton Resources (SER) be warned…you may be next.

As a reminder, disgraced WH Ireland (WHI) resigned as Nomad to Rangers on March 4. Under AIM Rules if no new Nomad is found within a month a company loses its AIM listing.  And that is indeed what happened on April 2.

Rangers explained its humiliating ejection thus:

London Stock Exchange tries to screw us all – a broker complains

One of London’s top brokers argues that the London Stock Exchange’s (LSE) lust for screwing the last nickel out of anyone it can is a disgrace and perhaps a sign that on a PE of 42 the shares are a sell. Despite an Oxford degree this fellow need a grammar lesson so to spare his blushes I have semi-subbed accordingly? The broker writes:

Tom Winnifrith BearCast - Naibu I now have the smoking gun

I have some frigana to poison, some snakes to encounter and after that swimming and a late lunch with the Mrs at Kitries which is a small seaside town in the Mani that I would recommend to anyone. After that or perhaps tomorrow I shall publish the smoking gun on Naibu (NBU) demonstrating that its claim to have lots of cash and no debt was a slam dunk lie from the IPO onwards. This was a fraud and it was one that its Nomad (Daniel Cesspit), accountant (Clark Whitehall) and lawyers (Pinsent Masons) should have and could have spotted. So who should get sanctioned and what should the LSE do about other China Norfolks on AIM now? Amazingly I also have breaking news from the LSE about China which will horrify you all.

Who would like to attend the LSE AGM with Lucian and myself on 29th April – half price pizza after

Ok I am up for it. In response to popular demand I will be coming up to London on April 29th in order to attend the London Stock Exchange (LSE) AGM to give the useless tossers in charge a hard time about fraud on AIM, both Chinese and otherwise. Lucian Miers is up for it, anyone else fancy a bunfight followed by pizza.

Our thesis is that the LSE does not give a FF about private investors losing cash on fraud after fraud on AIM, all it cares about is getting more fees for the casino it owns and pretends to regulate by allowing any POS to float.

We have questions about

Should I go to the London Stock Exchange AGM to ask about China frauds?

Whaddya think? Lucian Miers reckons that we should both buy a few shares (and this time I will have full documentation) and head along to the London Stock Exchange (LSE) AGM on April 29th to pick a fight over Naibu (NBU) and the other China frauds. Should we go?

The LSE owns the AIM casino

Pacific Tycoon – An Open Letter to Media Owners: Please Boycott this POS

I am goaded into writing a letter to those responsible for the only financial websites that matter (ADVFN, iii, LSE and Motley Fool) asking them to follow our lead at ShareProphets and to publicly refuse to take any advertising from Pacific Tycoon because quite simply it is a scheme that will ensure readers lose money.

Pacific Tycoon promises bumper returns from renting out shipping containers in Asia. The returns it promises are amazing. And yet after rewarding investors it still spends vast sums on renting lists from financial websites to promote its scheme. The fact that it pays so much more than normal is a Red Flag in itself. And why does it market so aggressively if the returns are both that good and real?

It must be tempting for some media owners to take the cash. We have refused point blank to take its advertising because as I have written HEREHERE and HERE we think it is a big con. And we do not want any part of it.

Join ShareProphets in our campaign to get LSE Bulletin Board Asylum to unban deluded Ramper QPP1000

Dreadful news for followers of the Quenron (QPP) saga – the LSE asylum has banned the most deluded ramper of all time QPP1000 from posting on its boards. We have begged the LSE to reconsider and allow this most entertaining of total nutters back in the interests both of free speech but also for sheer entertainment value.  We ask al ShareProphets readers to join us in our campaign to get QPP1000 unbanned. After all, who could forget such gems as:

The fact is – we cannot beat them at their own game because they will always be able to print more money than we can so that their central bank can make more dodgy loans to banks and hedge funds who then set about trying to ruin competitor companies on behalf of their masters. It’s called “ Superior Economic Growth Model “ don’t you know ? Cheers,

The Jew Hating Quindell Moron threatens to pay me a visit…here’s when I am free you Nazi scum

I have noted before how active QPPSAG member, the Jew hating DaveyCaferacer posts some utter crap about Quenron (QPP). It now seems he threatens to “pay me a visit.” From the asylum that is the LSE Bulletin board he writes:

If any Hedge Fund bases any of their investment decisions, even part of their decision on what the Blogger says on anything an amateur blogger who runs a sub-standard "Celitic" Pizza restaurant, they have serious issues,

Am back in the UK on Saturday after 2 years in the U.S. and have an agenda to have a meeting with The Blogger, who has not only illegally published my personal details on his website, but also contributed to the market abuse that the FCA have done nothing about. I'll be paying the Celtic Pizza Chef a visit next week if anyone would care to join me.

Ends.

Oooh er missus.
