In today’s Daily Mail Stephen Glover has penned an excellent piece on the flagrant bias of BBC Radio 4’s flagship Today show. I cannot argue with a word he says on that matter. Glover is prompted by Labour luvvie Lord Melvyn Bragg saying that more or less everything is wonderful about the State Funded fake news channel. Glover says that Bragg himself producs excellent objective material on his “In Our Time” programme. Funnily enough I listened to its Christmas show on Scrooge.

Gosh she is amazing. In a recent competition this 22 year old swimmer from the University of Pennsylvania managed a time of 4 minutes and 35 seconds putting her 12 seconds ahead of the next competitor and racking up the third fastest time in US college history. And until recently Lia was a nobody swimming in her college second team. Just how incredible is that? And Lia managed this without any performance enhancing drugs. Amazing.

The reason that university lecturers need long holidays is that they can publish research. The more research they publish, the more funding their university gets so the more they get promoted. Being a good and dedicated teacher really is not part of this process. Of course, all research must be peer group approved to get published and in the woke culture at Britain’s Marxist madrassas I guess you know what that leads to. So let’s go to Sheffield Hallam University where taxpayer cash has been wisely invested in a gender driven study of public toilets.

This is the difference between we on the right and the new left when it comes to free speech. When one of us says something the left do not like, they form a flash mob and try to get the sinner booted of twitter or youtube, they try to ruin his/her career, and the Marxist Madrassas students and lecturers unite to no platform the miscreant who is denounced. His or her opinion is silenced and his or her career may be ruined without any debate on what he or she actually said. We on the right want our opponents to enjoy free speech, not only because we hope, in vain, for the same for ourselves but also because we are confident that in a free debate, the folly and in some cases sheer toxicity of their views will be exposed. Meet Sasha Johnson, a leading member of BlackLivesMatter in the UK.

Hashem Abedi, the man who blew 22 men, women but mainly children to bits and maimed many others at a pop concert in Manchester, has been sentenced to 55 years in jail. Two and a half years per life seems remarkably lenient to me. But it seems some disagree. For to be a “progressive”, one cannot be on the side of the blown-up little girls but one must see Abedi as the real victim, a man given far too long a sentence. Meet Dalia Gabriel.
