I start with discussing how my late Dad would have been fired had he still been a lecturer at Warwick University today. I am sure that I’d be getting a P45 in the corporate world in the wake of a new survey on workplace alcohol use. Then I move onto Frisby, a star speaker & also singer at ShareStock 2023, and Argo Blockchain (ARB), Versarien (VRS), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and in depth lessons from today’s collapse at Purplebricks (PURP), one I did get right. I also discuss the weather and, in that vein, urge you to donate to a great cause HERE.

It was just six months ago that smug bien pensant Davie Richards MBE was boasting that putting his staff on a four day week but paying them for five days had seen sales rocket. Then it emerged that most of those booked sales were completely bogus, booked by one rogue saleperson. As CEO, Richards, and his hapless CFO, had not bothered to call any of these big new customers, had not verified the contracts indeed had done nothing even as bills were not paid. Richards was too busy being one of the “great and the good.” Today, the price of Richards’ ineptitude became clear as Wandisco (WAND), battling to stay solvent, has started mass layoffs.

I explicitly told you that the £1.7 million fund raise by Versarien the other day was simply not enough and that by mid-year 2023, loathsome Neill Ricketts’ company will need another bailout. Today, a source suggests that Ricketts is preparing to fire some of his staff as an early Christmas treat. This is the maths on why.

Not, I stress, to Darren. I fired him yesterday as I have done about once a week for nine years. But to someone working at the Welsh Hovel. I explain what he does and ask if I should fire him. Answers in the comments section below. My sense is yes and that his behavioiur is down to massive scale money printing and what comes with it. After that I consider the SEC investigation into the bear community then answer your emails on Kefi (KEFI) and what is happening in Ethiopia this very day. Then I look at Bidstack (BIDS) in some detail and finally at Argo Blockchain (ARB).

I have spent most of the day recording videos for MineProphets and should warn you that Zak Mir has served up a double kiss of death. Anyway the content is – forgive my conceit – excellent so please book your seat now HERE. In the podcast I discuss scumbags at Blue Rock Diamonds (BRD), Great Western Mining (GWMO) and its scumbag broker Novum, Kefi Minerals (KEFI) where I was wrong about something and Big Sofa (BST).

I start with the latest statue pulldown, Frederick Douglas, and what it says about the insanity of 2020. I then move onto Peter Brailey and the P45, re Rock Rose Energy (RRE), Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Iconic (ICON), Boohoo (BOO) and Big Dish (DISH). Tomorrow I record the first video for MineProphets, remember to book your seat HERE.

On July 1 we revealed that having raised cash in a placing he said was not needed just a few days prior at 10p a few months ago, David Sefton was trying to raise £9 million more at c5p for AIM promote Anglo African Oil & Gas, HERE. By Wednesday we exposed the undeclared related party company screwing nature of that fund raise HERE. On Thursday we flagged up that the placing part of the fund raise was in trouble HERE. Now on day six of this scandal it is worth asking why David Sefton has not yet been fired?

Okay it was Julie Meyer. Whatever I think of her she is fairly hot in a weird sort of way. Anyhow I explain all in today's podcast. I then move onto IGAS (IGAS), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Avanti Communications (AVN), Sabien (SNT) - statement nbeeded Roland "Fatty" Cornish? And finally to Paternoster Resources (PRS) - black bag needed Amanda Van Dyke? PS My NHS Lies podcast I mentioned is HERE

I stgart with some bad language as I prepare for coffee with the fit young mums. Then it is on to Kefi (KEFI), Countrwide (CWD) and finally, at length, Paternoster Resources (PRS) where change is afoot. I also discuss the duties of a CEO, should he be a share ramper, ref Versarien (VRS).

On Monday evening we were treated to the shock news that blur (BLUR) founder Phil Letts had been given the order of the boot just 18 days after his ghastly Mrs Kara Cardinale was also handed a P45 and a black bin liner. While the two of them relax at their luxury Devon Estate, shares in blur have enjoyed a relief rally to 4.75p ( now just 98.5% off their peak) but is that share price spike justified. Like hell it is.

At a number of levels this is critical and adds to the, already compelling, case for diching Rita Whittington at the forthcoming Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP) GM. Putting family on the payroll is bad enough, operational failure & misleading statement after misleading statement are clear but this is sordid.
Rita is the “sole operator” of Belle Trace Resources - that is to say she owns 100%

I think Deborah White of Milestone Group (MSG) should be fired and then made to to a perp walk for her blatant breach of AIM rules with regard to non disclosure of price sensitive information. But there is another reason to hand Debs a p45 today...her stunning record of non delivery. It is worth chronicling just how bad it is.

Yesterday you were asked if Graham Neary should be fired because he is just too "nice" to work here. The shock results of that poll are below as is the winner of our guess the chart contest from Monday. To the baby seal/ Andrex puppy P45 for Neary poll first.

In these times of austerity we are all in it together but sometimes one needs to consider a bit of budgetary restraint one must always look at ones overhead. In that vein, while Graham Neary said "sell" Fastjet (FJET) yesterday many of us feel that he was still too charitable. And then there was his article on Cloudtag (CTAG) where he failed to conclude that it was a worthless fraud. Is Graham just too nice to work at ShareProphets. I have a P45 with his name on it but should I use it? It is up to you to decide, the deadline for voting is midnight today (Wednesday 21st).

Stewart Dickson of Nomad Cantor Fitzgerald is today exposed for his role in the scandal at African Potash (AFPO) as the company misled investors ahead of a bailout placing, as it committed fraud. You can read about Dickson's role HERE as we launch the "Fire Stewart Dickson to clean up AIM campaign."

Oh dear, all those posh kids who were too thick to do anything else and ended up working at upmarket London Estate Agents Foxtons are going to get fired. It is almost P45 time for the young toffs as a dreadful profits warning is out today which, utterly unfairly, blames Brexit. Bloody Boris Johnson. He's not only screwed half the woman in London now he's fucked Foxton's too. The rotter.

When we are born we are all equal in the eyes of God. It matters not whether your parents live in Buckingham Palace or in the slums of Liverpool. We are equal. For me that is a core belief and as such I can be nothing other than a Republican.
I can't say that I feel strongly enough about the issue to do anything about it.

I am still a tad under the weather but still I am jolly productive on the article front. In today's podcast I cover a valid point made by a UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) owning moron, look at Andalas (ADL) and 88 Energy (88E) - you were warned folks. Likewise Northern Petroleum (NOP) where I have no sympathy for CEO Keith Bush. He deserves a black bag and a P45 pronto. Frankly after his 2014 bonus piano wire is called for.

Pensioner mugging stockbroker WH Ireland (WHI) has not announced this via RNS yet but just to remind it to come clean, my source close to the action says that the back office unit of its stockbroking operation is to be closed at the end of May. It is not clear if the almost 30 staff - many of whom have worked there for more than two decades - have been given the bad news yet. Well I guess they have now.

Folks like greedy & disgraced Richard Chase of Nyota think that the deadwood press is still king and that online publications do not count. He has clearly been too busy lubing up for his next job at King's Cross to notice that the Independent has shut its print edition and that this weekend both the Guardian and News International have announced that 100 of their staffers will be getting P45s in yet another round of cost cutting.
That 100 folks who earned their living from the BBC's sister publication Pravda are losing their jobs is naturally a cause for great celebration. I have already dug out a fine bottle of red from the garage to celebrate these redundos at the Grauniad tonight and will be cooking the Mrs a fine meal as a treat for this joyous news.

Warning: The podcast contains both bad language and also a lot of abuse directed at Australians.I start with the guys who run Slater & Gordon and accept that they can't be thrown to saltwater crocs who have not eaten since Christmas. shame. Its all down to geography. I then move onto the liar David Lenigas, Rare Earth Minerals (REM) and LGO Energy (LGO). Then to Bingo Bango Bongo (BGO) WTF is going on? Petroceltic (PCI) - the new Afren in every respect - and then to 4D Pharma (DDDD), Finally I dwell on the spectre of mass unemployment in certain sectors in China, the UK and the USA and what it means.
PS If you are a Slater & Gordon ambulance chasing lawyer now facing a P45 I have no sympathy - I look at the compensation you got for your clients - notably Savile victims - and how it related to your obscene fees, the costs to society of your activities and thus wish you a long stint on the dole.

Yesterday it was announced that shareholders owning c22% of ADVFN had demanded an EGM to vote on sacking the entire board. They cocked up the paperwork according to ADVFN but that will be rectified so there is going to be a vote. Obviously I am not entirely a disinterested party.
Clem Chambers and Mike Hodges are friends of mine. We work with ADVFN on a range of joint ventures so from a personal point of view I’d clearly like the status quo.
Clem reckons that the current board has 20-30% of the shareholders onside and as such using his mid-number this is too close to call. It is all down to how the army of small shareholders in ADVFN vote, if they can be bothered.
I suspect that the rebels will go for ADVFN

I have predicted it before but predict again – the imminent trading statement from Thomas Cook (TCG) will be a profits warning. Of that I am certain. My question is whether its self-important and image obsessed CEO Harriet Green gets a one way ticket out of the building the same day.
The share price chart implies that all is not well at Cook. The shares have nose-dived from 180p at the start of May to just over 120p now. Anecdotally I hear that most Travel Agents had a dire June as folks contemplated the World Cup rather than two weeks in Ibiza. I expect this to be confirmed by Cook shortly.
When Cook was a glory recovery play the fact that Harriet Green was obsessed with her own PR – as much as that of the company – did not matter. But now that the merde is hitting the fan she will find that that obsession of hers will make her vulnerable.

Justine Sacco is some American PR bird (quite high flying until yesterday) who tweeted ahead of a flight to South Africa “Going to Africa. Hope I don't get AIDS. Just Kidding. I'm White!' One suspects that her employer IAC will be sending her a P45 for Christmas.
IAC has already suspended her, airbrushed her name from its website and says it will be taking “appropriate action.”
Her tweet is tasteless and it is racist. IAC will undoubtedly be able to show that she has breached its employer handbook (bibles of political correctness and jargon) in some way and/or that she had brought it into disrepute. We all know that making a racist remark is now the most uber-crime of all. Ok it is marginally less of a heinous offence in the eyes of a Western liberal than first degree murder but it is marginal. Incidentally the crime is not just making a racist remark but making a remark that may be deemed racist. And that means saying more or less anything.
Hence in the 21st Century West Ms Sacco is toast.
For the avoidance of doubt I do regard her remark as racist.
Thirty years ago this thick woman would have made this “joke” next to the office water cooler and got away with it. Thanks to email and twitter comments like this go viral and once the “activists” and media elite get onto the case there can only be one outcome.
My Christmas hope? Ms Sacco learns her lesson. Her prejudice is unpleasant but if she can keep it to herself I hope that she finds another job and is allowed to get on with it.
Do those baying for her blood really want to ruin her whole life? I suspect many of them do. And I find that just as unpleasant as the prejudices of Ms Sacco.

Spurs (7th) have fired their boss already this season. Today as it happens. Sunderland in 20th place, Fulham (19th), Palace (18th ) and West Brom (16th) have doled out managerial P45s already and Cardiff (15th) look set to axe their boss, former West Ham player Malky Mackay, within days. So which team is in 17th spot and looking utterly useless right now?
Step forward my beloved West Ham. If Mackay becomes available surely a P45 for Fat Sam must be imminent? If Malky is not free I really do not care who we appoint: Paul Ince, Paulo di Canio, Marco Boogers, Harry Redknapp’s dog, the late Nelson Mandela. I just do not care anymore. Fat Sam must go.
