I start with a tale of two former babysitters, one of whom is dead as of the weekend and the other who has family in Israel. I do feel rather depressed today. Then it is Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Belluscura (BELL), Chill Brands (CHLL) and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) and flagging up an interview tomorrow with Liverpool’s finest: Doc Holliday. Questions please.

Truly this guy is not only an investment sage but a budding poet. In today’s podcast I discuss Probiotix (PBX), Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX), Chapel Down, insider dealing, Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Pennpetro (PPP), Tirupati Graphite (TGR) and Eco Buildings (ECOB).

I start with why I have reported a Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) shareholder to the Leicestershire OId Bill – #BoycottWoodlandsWholesaleNursery. I’ve had enough of it all and sooner or later some moron is going to get his collar felt. Bring it on. Then it is onto Versarien (VRS), Zoo Digital (ZOO), actors and porn actors and the march of AI, MGC Pharmaceuticals (MXC) and Argo Blockchain (ARB) whose shares are surging.

Yesterday I pointed out the latest menacing twitter tweet of Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) boss Lonny Baumgardner HERE. Quite simply normal CEOs do not behave like that anyone with half a brain cell can see that it is a red flag. Sadly, Keith Quick does not seem to have half a brain cell but instead has the IQ of a cheese sandwich..

As I found out to my cost, anyone who questions the bull case for Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) will be threatened by its thuggish boss Lonny “the prick” Baumgardner. Lonny, whose company will do anything to avoid issuing a prospectus, as it raises cash again and again and again, is at it again. You have been warned:, those chaps at Predator don’t like it up ‘em.

I write here as an observer of hilarity but not an entirely dispassionate one as I consider that Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) is grossly overvalued, run by scallywags and promoted on a daily basis by obsessional folks on twitter and on Bulletin Boards. Such folks don’t like critics and one such promoter, indeed one of the most enthusiastic promoters on twitter and the LSE Asylum is Graham Harrison. Yesterday he took exception to a post by a fellow called Johnny 12. Bulls of Predator quickly got the LSE Asylum to remove the post and Harrison declines to say what was alleged. None the less, yesterday afternoon he posted this on the Asylum. Oooh er missus!

In today’s bearcast I discuss Cloudbreak Discovery (CDL) and the relationship between crooked Andrew Male and Novum. Then Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Cellular Goods (CBX) and some incriminating emails on twitter and finally IOG (IOG) and why Evil Banksta reckons the bond price tells you this is a wipeout.

I start with the scandal and it is a scandal at Thames Water even if the greedy trougher of an ex CEO was a bird. Sure diversity blah, blah, blah. Then it is onto a reader request on Gemfields (GEM), Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Seed Innovations (SEED) – its own worst enemy – and finally Optibiotix (OPTI) and Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX). At least listen to what I have to say before abusing me!

I start with a meeting at Joshua’s school next Monday PM. If I am not here on Tuesday that is why. Then to the new share I have bought as I reshape my SIPP to be more grown up. Then I look at shameful David Lenigas and Pennpetro (PPP), Simec (SAE), Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), Centamin (CEY), Ariana (AAU), gold generally, and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD).

I am told it is a stock I am very bearish on and which already has a death spiral in place but who is it? I also cover Tingo (US:TIO), Powerhouse Energy (PHE) which also needs a placing Versarien (VRS), Genflow Biosciences (GENF) and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD). The Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks have now raised £17,250 all in. Thanks to all who have donated, there is still time to do so HERE, please do!

I only ask the question but perhaps Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) might clarify for simpletons like me. Let me explain.

The reference to the England women’s soccer team is explained HERE. I talk about Mike Lynch of Autonomy and why it is right that he has been extradited, THG (THG), nanosynth (NNN) ICG Longbow (LBOW), Aquila Energy Efficiency Trust (AEET), and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD).

An insider dealing director, directors who troll journalists on twitter or who threaten critics, these are never good signs. But worse is the determination of Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) to avoid issuing a prospectus when issuing shares. For the second time it has found a loophole to dodge making disclosures. Just what is the company hiding?

I start with Tortilla Mexican Grill (MEX) where, as is his wont, young Steve Moore was far too generous yesterday in calling at an avoid. I do the hard maths and it is in deep merde. Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Pennpetro (PPP), Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) and the bloody useless FCA. Finally Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) before, principally to annoy poster Magna Carta, a few words on why I ask you to donate today to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks - you can do so HERE

I pointed out a few weeks ago that Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) run by the troll Lonny Baumgardener and the share dealing just ahead of a placing whizz Paul Griffiths was pumping its shares ahead of an inevitable discounted bailout placing. Call me Mystic fecking Meg. So today Predator has raised £2 million at just 5.5p. But this is not just a straight placing. It stinks. With a hat tip to Evil Banksta let me explain.

I end with an apology to Tim. I start with the annual agony of a tax return. The Mrs is struggling. Then onto Vast Resources (VAST), Tintra (TNT), can anyone explain the mystery to me? Rosslyn Data (RDT), Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG).
I start with NatWest closing down a bank branch (quite rightly) and what the fuss made by MPs etc says about the doomed UK. Then I look at Predator (PRD) and others ramping for survival, a chance for bears not bulls. Finally a long look at Schroder UK Public Private Trust (SUPP), formerly WPCT, past present and future.

I am on a road trip from tonight on Warwick School business so am not sure when the next podcast is. Maybe tomorrow, maybe Friday or even Saturday. Then there is the news that 45% of ShareStock seats now taken – book yours for September 23 HERE. Ahead of that I have some very bearish macro ponderings about the state of the UK, then cover Caracal Gold (GCAT), Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Deepverge (DVRG) and – in depth – Inland Homes (INL)

Oh Dear. Oh Dear. Companies where there appears to be a culture of insider dealing and whose bosses think that trolling me on twitter is a way to create value are ones where it usually ends in tears for the morons and that brings us neatly to a company which, thanks to drilling failure today, is in crisis, Predator Oil & Gas (PRD).

Sarah Cope is not fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company. Her performance at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) before it was booted off the AIM Sewer was a case study in managerial incompetence. Today we have an announcement from Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), itself a dog and where share dealings are often, er, interesting.

The FCA has confirmed to me that it is looking into whether Paul Griffiths, the chairman of Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) is guilty of insider dealing. If so it would be the second time in two years that a Predator director has behaved in this way. In the paid for interview below, Griffiths hit back but not by addressing or denying the allegations. Gosh this man is vile and menacing.

Last year I forced the sacking of Ron Pilbeam as a director of Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) after I exposed his dodgy share dealings. You’d have thought his fellow directors would have learned. But this week I exposed the share dealings of chairman Paul Griffiths and the company’s financial adviser Peterhouse quit as a result of this matter. It would not act for a company whose chairman sold shares PA at 9p knowing that a placing (which was at 5.5p) HAD to happen within weeks to fund drilling commitments made but which investiors were unaware of. This looks an open and shut case.

The financial adviser to Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Peterhouse Capital has already resigned because of the share dealings by Mr Griffiths and it may well have contacted the FCA – as the regulator ( no sniggering at the back) of the Standard List and the guardian against financial crime ( STOP sniggering!) about the matter. Just in case it has not, I have written today.

The court case docket is below. I explain what it is all about and why it could crash Asimilar (ASLR), AAA (AAA) and Audioboom (BOOM), I also look at Westminster Group (WSG) where it is placing ahoy as vile ex Tory MP Sir Tony Baldry destroys yet more shareholder value, Ben’s Creek (BEN) and its placing and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) and the mounting regulatory storm concerning Paul Griffiths. He has got to go. Finally I will announce a new ShareStock speaker tomorrow, book your seats now HERE

It is sad to have to explain to some demented haters out there but this ouzo on cornflakes thing is my little joke and I am not an alcoholic and you are humourless bastards. These days, I reckon if I shift 5 units a week, that is a heavy week. Anyhow it is ouzo on cornflakes for me after this article and a word of praise for Peterhouse Capital for a shock resignation just before the close yesterday. Make no mistake this is about the growing share dealing scandal involving Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) chairman Paul Griffiths.

I start with preparations for Sharestock on 10 September - if you are coming please book your seats now HERE. Then it is onto Cineworld (CINE), the stench of dodgy share dealing at Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), more buit still incomplete disclosures on boardroom share dumping at the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and why Mahmud Kamani of Boohoo (BOO) is the last person on earth to follow as his company (adviser Zeus Capital) takes a 7.1% stake in Revolution Beauty (REVB) – adviser Zeus Capital. It is a small and cosy world innit?

Today Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) has raised £3.3 million in a placing at 5.5p. This stinks and begs massive questions about share dealings by chairman Paul Griffiths. The FCA and regulators should be all over it.

I refer to 5 year old Joshua and explain. Then it is onto Carnival (CCL), Guild ESports (GILD), MyHealthChecked (MHC), Red Rock Resources (RRR), Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Parsley Box (MEAL) and S4 Capital (SFOR)

What does your listed client have to hide? The truth I suspect. But two days of silence on this Standard listed POS really is not good. I look at what is happening in Ukraine and what happens next and suggest that some Ukranians are now not being sensible or reasonable. I cover Omega Diagnostics (ODX), Amigo (AMGO), Guild ESports (GILD) and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD).

I comment on the weather here in Wales and then start with those sort of folks who engage in utterly reckless behaviour they know will ruin them. I think of vicars or Tory MPs having unsafe sex with rent boys in the era of the News of the Screws or of Paul Smith the, now ex, CEO of Morses Club (MCL). I look at ADVFN (AFN) and ask if its shares are now cheap at 63p? Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), and to Predator Oil (PRD) where I smell a pre-placing ramp and where the COO is now tweeting like a lunatic. Finally it is Guild ESports (GILD) and Cellular Goods (CBX).

In today’s podcast, I consider the video interview I’m doing later on the FCA, Ben’s Creek (BEN) and how its inevitable failure will come to haunt the AIM sewer, Vast Resources (VAST), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Seed Ventures (SEED), Eden Research (EDEN) and the dual list on OTC con, and Predator Oil & Gas (PRD)

An early podcast as Joshua and I are off exploring for an old bridge and a back road to Orova shortly. In today’s bearcast I look at Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) – a cause for extra ouzo tonight as Ron Pilbeam gets the order of the boot after my missive to the FCA – at new IPO Spinnaker Acquisitions (SPAQ) which looks like an overpriced nest of vipers and finally at the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) whose RNS today is just complete and utter bollocks.

I apologise for a late bearcast. I was meeting up with my mentor on goat milking. Meanwhile brave Ian Westbrook is now half way to target to ensure that bully boy Neill Ricketts does not steamroller his second biggest critic - please do donate HERE. After 24 hours I still cannot tell you what shares I will be buying. Maybe on Monday. In the podcast I look at Ptredator Oil & Gas (PRD), Simec (SAE), Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) and Acceler8 Ventures (AC8) where my take may surprise you.

Is the sound okay? The arrival of the Mrs and Jayarani means a change of recording location. I start with Peter Brailey’s Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) expose. If the FCA does not come down on director Ron Pilbeam like a ton of bricks we might as well all give up. Then I look at Vast Resources (VAST) – a total bargepole stock where I sniff a deeply discounted placing – then challenge you on two counts regarding Online Blockchain (OBC) before considering Argo Blockchain (ARB) its strangely worded RNS today and whether it will still be solvent on St Ledger’s day.

I shall explain why and what tomorrow. But I eat my own pudding in that I believe the recent sell off in small caps offers opportunity. But for some companies, notably those with funding issues it could be very bad news. I discuss Supply@ME Capital (SYME), its director Mr Bull and its mother of all death spirals, Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) where the cash, its only asset of value, is disappearing fast and Versarien (VRS) where I urge you to back Ian Westbrook TODAY as its 2 death spirals really start to bite. I also comment on Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) which looks to be a can of worms and Loop Up (LOOP) where maybe I am just a bit dim but isn’t it pointless?

I have been contacted by an elderly academic who has written up the events of Virginia Woolf’s 1932 tour of Greece. She claims to have been in Delphi when they discovered the body of my great Uncle David Cochrane. I rather doubt it and discuss this a) because it fascinates me and b) to annoy No Gold. Then it is onto Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) – is it placing ahoy? Versarien (FRAUD), Eurasia (EUA), Ascent Resources (AST), Sound Energy (SOU) and James “Dracula” Parsons and finally uber dog Mosman (MSMN).
