This podcast is mainly on the pot bubble looking at Cellular Goods, Kanabo (KNB), Path Investments (PATH) and the odd goings on at Voyager CBD and strange share price moves ahead of today’s placing and Zoetic (ZOE). I also look at Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV), Yourgene (YGEN) and naughty Manc scallywag Dan Levi. Finally a comment or two on Scancell (SCLP). The Path/Voyager screenshot is below.

It is not quite in the league of that from Scancell (SCLP) but sub scale investment tidder Pires Investments (PIRI) is also clambering aboard the Covid bandwagon.

I have documented over many years what a rotten investment Scancell (SCLP) has been but its spoofing on its quest for a Covid vaccine is one of the biggest red flags fluttering. Today it plunged new depths of spoofery as it announced a collaboration with Cobra Biologics “for Cobra to manufacture Scancell’s COVID-19 vaccine.” Great except that…

It is now only four days to my 7th Wedding Anniversary. Given my track record I reckon that merits a round of applause. After you have finished the applause, I will apologise to Mr David Lenigas. If I have ever given the impression that he is a shameless ramper of worthless penny stocks, having considered his recent tweets on Wishbone Gold (WSBN) where my losses are now down to a mere £27,500, I would like to apologise. I now accept that Mr Lenigas provides quite brilliant and clear analysis of undervalued gold juniors and we should be profoundly grateful for his services. Elsewhere, I look at Avacta (AVCT), Novacyt (NCYT), Scancell (SCLP), Rurelec (RUR) and Amigo (AMGO).

This is my day of peak recordings – 7 hours of interviews and bearcast underway. I kid you not. apart from bearcast it is all great material for the Shareprophets shares show on May 9. I have just done the Jim Mellon recording which should knock your socks off. Poor man, he is trapped in lockdown in the Isle of Man but seems to be bearing up well. Anyhow, buy your ticket HERE. In this podcast I look at Eurasia Mining (EUA), Scancell (SCLP), 13 Energy (I3E), Arden Partners (ARDN), Petra Diamonds (PDL) and Intu (INTU).

I am doing a number of presentations at the Shareprophets Shares show but a major one will be on what makes a fraud. I will draw on a number of companies, some now in tita up alley others like Bidstack (BIDS) still listed. It will be a stonker and yet another reason to book your ticket now for the ShareProphets shares show on May 9 HERE. In today’s podcast I consider the Motley Crew that is Watchstone (WTG) – Quindell as was – Bidstack (BIDS), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Sacvncell (SCLP) and IQE (IQE)

In today’s podcast I look at Scancell (SCLP) which really is taking the Corona piss. I comment on I3 Energy (I3E) which looks as if it may be toast, Cineworld (CINE) where I just can’t get my head around its post Covid -19 plans, online shopping, and then at Lookers (LOOK) where, even without the fraud which gets ever bigger, there seem to me to be very real causes for concern. Finally, a reminder, it is just two weeks to the greatest ever British investor show. Please book your tickets now HERE

Do not worry it is not all macro babble in today's podcast but I reflect on why Sterling is roofing it and why this also makes the Paul Scott thesis on retailers and consumer facing stocks wrong - more of that on Saturday no doubt! I look at Amur Minerals (AMC) with the 1 question its dumb shareholders need to ask. I intrude on the private grief at Somerville towers regarding Scancell (SCLP) and suggest that there is more to come for poor Nigel. And I look at perennial dog Iofina and what it is NOT saying. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 - THIS SATURDAY - one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH. ORDER NOW - LAST POSTING TODAY

Buried in this podcast is a quiz question - in what respect is my son Joshua ( aged 16 months) ahead of more than a third of millennials. The answer is at the end of the podcast. I deal again with a woman who thinks citing folks who send death threats to investigate journalists ( i.e. me) gives her a basis for smearing me. I refer of course to Julie Meyer, a woman branded borderline hysterical by a Judge a few years ago. I discuss the placing by Fishing Republic (FISH) and its accompanying statement. It is talking carp. Is that a deliberate typo? I look at Filtronic (FTC), have news on Milestone (MSG) it does not want you hearing and comment on Scancell (SCLP) in a way that may annoy its long suffering shareholder Nigel Somerville. Finally I have an uber spivvy share trip for you all.

I start with the murder of Jo Cox MP and the disgusting way EU suporters are using it to lie and smear as you can read HERE. In Greece today it is 40 degrees plus and I am a sweating wreck after a session of olive pruning, braving the snakes which brings me to Phil "InterX" Crawford of Lombard Risk Management (LRM) and the question he has to answer NOW. Elsewhere I look at Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) following up on this piece, C-Dialogues (CDOG), XCite Energy (XEL) - all shout Timber!!!!!! - Scancell (SCLP) and the uber dog Mkango Resources (MKA).

I warn you that there is a lot of bad language in this podcast. I start with the balls talked by D&D on Fastjet (FJET). I have put the company on the spot as to what $20 million cash available means and I await a response. It matters big time. Then there is Andrew Bell talking balls on Horse Hill ahead of placings ahoy across the board. Then those who denied placings at Pantheon (PANR) and the posh fuckwits who spin for Scancell (SCLP). Both denied my stories. Both placed today. Folks: you know where to send your ouzo apologies. I discuss those placings and also that of Armadale (ACP) - a pisser as we own those shares. Then I discuss dire results from Glenwick (GWIK), shares in which deserve to halve and which were ramped by the same sort of mothers who ramped CEB/Andalas. The result will be the same. And also a horrid profits warnig from Tandem Group (TND) comes under the spotlight. I also mention my articles today on greedy Junior Doctors ad the BBC's woeful Trump coverage HERE

Scancell (SCLP) has today issued results for the six months to 31 October 2015 which is jam packed with scientific waffle which is - I am sure - all terribly exciting and might get some Bulletin Board Morons buying the stock. That would help as the hard numbers on cash don't lie. It is placing ahoy, Scancell cannot dodge this bullet forever.

Corrected version: Scancell (SCLP) today served up news of a fairly orderly chairman succession but the mystery is of the dog that barked in the night. Yes, it did not. I refer to the apparent lapse of millions of incredibly in the money share options over Christmas.

I am now back from New York and arrived in Bristol about an hour ago. 7 hours sleep, since Saturday at 11 AM your time, and I am cream crackered. And so I shall shortly be joining the Mrs and my morbidly obese three legged cat Oakley in bed and going straight to sleep. Before that a bearcast covering BSD Crown (BSD), Inspirit (INSP), Evocutis (EVO), Scancell (SCLP) Motive TV (MTV) and the curent rumours surrounding 3 bent share tipsters and the FCA.

Sorry that material appeared late on this website today. I was out last night at a play on Christopher Street which some of you may well know well - that explains one part of the headline. Elsewhere I look at interims from Daniel Stewart (DAN) which is just a plain farce. Then onto Afriag (AFRI) and the attempted bribe and LGO Energy (LGO) the two Jabba The Hutt plays. Fraudster Rob Terry was a big fan of Daniel Stewart and also of Imaginatik (IMTK) which I discuss. Fitbug (FITB) is mentioned as - in more detail - is Scancell (SCLP) which seems to be pump priming for a placing.

Back on August 28 2015 I reported that Scancell (SCLP) wanted to do a placing after its results the following week. Some of the quite deranged followers of this company took it rather badly but as the shares slipped talk of a placing abated. I stood by my assertion that Scancell wanted to place and that its balance sheet was indicative of a company that would place. Hmmm.

One day before my second and 25th anniversaries and I am in Devon. a long walk beckons but before that a few thoughts on Scancell - there will be a placing but not, now, next week. And on Auhua and then on the pointless, despicable and corrupt crony capitalists of the PR world. No holds barred on that one.

I arrived back in Bristol after a long journey yesterday and opening my post it was just like Monopoly ( n a good way). To celebrate I look at the markets in general, comment on Scancell, predict a few no-one is watching O'Clock announcements tonight and then focus on Camkids but epecially JQW which sent out a big China fraud Red Flag today.

Shares in much ramped AIM listed biotech Scancell (SCLP) now trade at 28-30.5p valuing it at a stonking £65 million. But the balance sheet is painfully thin and the word is that there is a placing on the way at a big discount.
