There were some share promoters who pushed Dev Clever (DEV), which IPO’d at 1p, as being worth 50p per share and indeed the shares reached the 40s and were suspended at just over 30p making this a £250 million disaster waiting to happen. I pointed out that it was run from a lock up in Stafford, that it was a cash guzzling POS, the stinky share sales by the CEO ahead of a lack of profits warnings, spoof investments at a premium to the share price made by companies with no cash. My list of exposes was a long one as you can see HERE. This was always going to be a disaster but natch, mug punters knew otherwise.

The AIM Market statistics for July 2023 have arrived. Yo bogus Sheriff Marcus Stuttard: why do you think things are going so badly on the sewer?
July 2023 saw 1 new joiner and 5 departures taking AIM down to 788 companies.

It misses the point. I discuss why as I prepare a second Christmas meal for a ShareProphets reader. It is all part of the service. It could be you next year.

If it was not ouzo o'clock at the Sheriff's Greek bolt-hole after the Servision (SEV) debacle it sure is now after UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) fessed up to disastrous news from Broadford Bridge. We bear have been utterly vindicated but there is far worse to come for the morons who thought they knew better - the shares have slumped to 1.9p but they will now inevitably fall to as low as 0.5p in the coming weeks.

Waseem has a few wise things to say and I note why I always listen to him even if he is being beastly about a stock I own. Do you really benefit from closing your ears to a contrary viewpoint from a guy who is more often right than wrong? No. Elsewhere I look at how gravity cannot be defied forever and Inspirit (INSP), Avanti Comms (AVN), I3 Energy (I3E). Then I answer a question on Falanx (FLX) where I am long and very happy as results loom, about Snoozebox (ZZZ) which has gone tits up (Sheriff 1, Cynical Bear 0) and finally what to make of the Persimmon (PSN) statement.

This is a very simple contest. Heck Oozi Cats, formerly of Telit Communications (RCM), you have time on your hands right now so why not enter! "don't talk about time" Mr Sheriff please!" said Uzi, Sorry Oozi. I digress. Please look at the four images below and tell us which is the odd one out and why. I have added a musical hint on the fourth one. Post your entries in the comments section below with a deadline of midnight Thursday.

After day six of the olive harvest I am shattered but it looks as if tomorrow may be the final day which means a late night at the press in Kambos, ouzo and no bearcast. You have been warned, the Sheriff may have the whole day off so tomorrow is a good day for shysters on the AIM casino to issue dodgy press releases. I take two reader requests. One is on Sirius Petroleum (SRSP) the other on my specialist subject - what is ISDX. In terms of companies I cover Cloudtag (CTAG), African Potash (FRAUD), RedT Energy (RED), Bilby (BILB). In the ISDX piece I mention Chapel Down and Mechan, we own shares in the latter.

Are there any rules at all governing the withholding of damaging price sensitive information by AIM listed companies? Yes there are. The FCA under market abuse directives and and AIM Regulation both have the power to throw the book at CEOs and Nomads who offend. But will they? Gable (GAH), its CEO William Dewsall and, almost certainly, Nomad Zeus have broken the laws. I have written the letter below to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation and its boss, the bogus Sheriff Marcus Stuttard, as well as to the chocolate teapots at the FCA demanding urgent action

I bring you with no comment from myself something that I'd personally find unpalatable but which deputy Sheriff Nigel Somerville has unearthed. We simply ask you to post a caption in the comments section below with a deadline of midnight tonight, 7 June

Not only did I get into the AGM of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) but in response to one of my two questions chairman Donald Brydon fessed up to being a reader of my work, saying how glad he was that I had got in this year. And as I chatted to my new best friend afterwards up wandered the bogus Sheriff, Marcus Stuttard, head of the oxymorons at AIM Regulation and guess what?...He's a reader too.

Darren Winters sent me a lawyers letter in the Autumn for calling him a charlatan and snake oil salesman and threatening me with legal action if I did not withdraw what is a statement of fact. I shall see the Winters bitchez in court and he is a moron for thinking I'd say anything else. Anyhow Winters got another courtroom beating from team Sheriff today so maybe he has learned who not to try to bully. Back to real morons and this week's Bulletin Board Moron of the Week contest where there was only one winner...

Time and time again I have warned you that AIM listed Rightster (RSTR) was a wrongster, an accident waiting to run out of cash. An announcement on Friday must go up as another win for the Sheriff, it is five minutes to goodnight Charlie for shareholders.
