If GBNews is regularly slammed by Ofcom for lack of Balance why is this Hamas propaganda by a proven Jew hater not seeing Sky in the dock?

I have never, for the record, watched GBNews. I rather dislike too many of its presenters who seem to revel as a low grade version of Fox. And some of them are frankly just plain stupid. But I note that it is regularly slammed by Ofcom for lack of balance. In that vein I bring you a twitter thread by the excellent David Collier covering a report by Sadiya Chowdhury covering a report on Sky News. Please read the thread and then ask yourself how, if Ofcom is itself balanced, can it not slate Sky for this garbage. as for Sky how on earth can it emplooy this fanatic and be taken seriously?

SHOCKER: The corrupt press (Sky News) City uber spivs, investment genius David Beckham and the pot heads & a filthy IPO

On Thursday 4th February at 7 AM a CBD company Cellular Goods announced its plans to raise £8 million on a £20 million valuation and join the (sub) Standard List, home to so many frauds and dogs. The night before, Sky News came up with the “scoop” that this news could be revealed as soon as the following morning and that David Beckham had invested and would soon sign a deal to promote the CBD skin product. Oooooooh a nice photo of Becks and blow off comment with no questions asked, this is the corrupt MSM and a PR drop all over again as I noted with the other listed company where Becks has “invested”, Guild Esports (GILD) the other day HERE.

Emily Thornberry - the default mechanism of a cornered lefty: scream "xxxism!"

Emily Thornberry is a rich fat slug living in a multi million pound Islington townhouse who sneers at folks living in chavtastically decorated former council houses and who work hard in the productive part of the economy driving white vans. Ms Thornberry is a state funded parasite whose vast wages are paid by white van man, by you and I. She is entitled to her snobbish views although it might seem a tad ungrateful to those who pay her wages. It is also rank hypocrisy since Emily is a front bench spokesperson for the party that claims to support the working man, the Labour Party. That gaffe was last year's foot in mouth.

Her new brush with the headlines results from an interview on Sky News in which she failed to name the French Foreign Minister. She them demanded that she be asked about Korea instead and then failed to name the new PM in South Korea. To be honest I know that the leader of the South Koreans is a woman but that is about it and as for the froggie I have not got a scooby. I suspect that less than 1% of us could name either the frog or the dog eater.

But then again

Avanti Coms tries to spin its way out of trouble - Inmarsat exposes the lie: not bidding

Three days ago Sky News reported that Inmarsat (ISAT) had approached Avanti Communications (AVN) with a view to making a bid. This was, as it happens, not true and today Inmarsat has exposed the lie in full. The story here is not only of the looming financial bankruptcy of Avanti but of its full blown moral bankruptcy too. This is shocking at every level, another milestone of shame for both Avanti and for the AIM Casino.

Vindication for Tom Winnifrith: Cenkos to be fined up to £700,000 over Quindell fraud - not enough

Sky News claims to have a source who says that Nomad and broker Cenkos (CNKS) is to be fined £700,000 by the FCA for its lamentable failings in the Quindell (QPP) fraud - Cenkos has now admiited that a probe is underway. Whilst I see this as another moment of vindication for my work in exposing that fraud it is simply not enough. The FCA is telling the City's banksters that turning a blind eye to white collar crime does pay. Its coke and hookers all round if this is the best that the FCA can do.

66% of Britons are officially thick - new poll re Steel Workers in Port Talbot

Sky News and the usual ramge of spokespeople for the deluded left are creaming themselves that a new poll show that 66% of our fellow citizens think we should nationalise the Port Talbot steel works to save jobs. Or put another way two thirds of Britons are oficially thick.

Perhaps if the question were rephrased we might get a different answer. How about:

"Do you think that the Government should close your local hospital in order to spunk a million quid a day keeping a few thousand sheep shaggers off the dole?"

Or:
