UK Oil & Gas: more worthless confetti vicar?

Another day and it's another placing from Lyin’ Steve Sanderson at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). As ever there is always a good reason. And as ever it is a hugely discounted bucket shop offering. Already the shares have slumped back to below 0.025p, the price at which £500,000 has been raised. There is a retail offer at the same price. Financial masochists know where to apply.

UK Oil & Gas: another placing amid a catalogue of lies

To me UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) doing a discounted placing to keep the lights on is like bears shitting in the woods, the Pope being a Catholic or Jeremy Corbyn praising his friends at Hamas. It is just what happens and so a raise of £750,000 at just 0.2p today should cause no surprises. But then again it is worth winding back a year to see the weasel worlds of both Lyin’ Steve Sanderson and the national treasure and lovable old rogue – who I hope is still off the fags – that is Mr David Lenigas.

Lyin’ Steve Sanderson at UKOG must think his shareholders are really dumb. You know what: he’s right!

Last week Lyin’ Steve was arguing that Horse Hill Developments, the operator of the Gatwick Gusher was so profitable and pregnant with cash that it was able to repay a stack of borrowings to UK Oil & Gas (UKOG). This week we see just what a joke that all is. Today we have news on the deal with Pennpetro (PPP) run by Dave Lenigas the founder of UK Oil & Gas.

UK Oil & Gas: what a Turkey – SMTM!

However Lyin’ Steve Sanderson, the grossly overpaid chairman and CEO of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) tries to spin it, today’s news from its piss poor Turkish operations screams out “when’s the next bailout placing suckers?” At least owners of this stock are used to it. Thanks to the issue of gazillions of shares over the years guess what the losses are for those buying at the top in 2015?

Video: UK Oil & Gas AGM disrupted by fit, if utterly deluded, birds & other eco loons

The Eco loons vs Lyin’ Steve Sanderson and Uk Oil & Gas (UKOG), it is hard to know which team to cheer for. You kind of want both to lose. The protestors at yesterday’s AGM seem to think banners are more efffective if upside down. As the burly UK staffer tries to remove a prostesting bird he is desparate not to use his hands less she screams #MeToo.  How entertaining.

Every Cloud has a silver lining – Lyin’ Steve Sanderson jumps on board the Ukrainian bandwagon

So what if women and children are being blown to shreds in Kiev. The “good” thing about that war is that it means we must stop using oil and gas produced by the evil Russians – we don’t use much anyway – and thus need to turn to UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) run by Lyin’ Steve Sanderson to bail us out. Talking of which, I wonder how the placing is going…

Lyin’ Steve Sanderson of UKOG takes the piss with another spoof purchase of shares

As I noted here last week, as things stand that hound from the AIM sewer UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) does not have sufficient cash to pay both its liabilities and its commitments and is burning cash like billy-o. Thus, it needs to ramp its shares aggressively to get away yet another discounted bucket shop placing, something that is imminent. And that brings us to Lyin’ Steve.

When is a director share buying a sell signal? Over to Lyin’ Steve Sanderson at UKOG

Lyin’ Steve at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) knows that his company will run out of cash within a few months. Thus he wants to spoof mug punters into buying the shares ahead of the next bailout discounted placing to push the shares higher. How many bailouts has Lyin’ Steve undertaken now? I lost count as we sprinted into double figures. So how to ramp? Announce a share purchase says which ever imbecile is advising him on PR.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - some very serious number crunching on Versarien and its failing death spiral

I start with Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV) and the FCA. UK Oil & Gas with another spoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooof – Lyin' Steve and the share purchase

UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) needs to get a placing away by St Valentine’s Day or it is deep in the merde as I explained HERE. No institution will touch this crock run by Lyin’ Steve Sanderson so the next bailout placing, like all the others, is a bucket shop special which is why Pinocchio  is ramping his arse off with spoof RNS after spoof RNS to try to get private investors buying the shares ahead of a placing at a big discount to the City spivs. Yesterday’s spoof RNS was a green one — today Lyin’ Steve spoofs with a share purchase.

UK Oil & Gas spoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooof!

Turkey is not proving much of a delight, UK onshore oil and gas is non commercial and, as I pointed out a couple of days ago, the next cash crisis looms. CEO Lyin’ Steve Sanderson cannot be expected to forego his bloated salary and so to keen the gravy train on the road another, no doubt deeply discounted, bailout placing is needed. What to do? Time for a green spooooooooooooooooof.

UK Oil & Gas – weedy operational update, the maths does not lie, it's time for another bailout placing

Shares in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) now change hands at less than 0.1p. At peak Leni-ramp, less than five years ago they were just under 9p. CEO Lyin’ Steve Sanderson has trousered a total package of in excess of £3million during those five years when mug punters have lost more than 98% of their money. But I guess you have to reward talent don’t you.

Time for UK Oil & Gas and Lyin' Steve Sanderson to fess up on Turkey - twitter storm brewing

The twitter account @OutSanderson which wants to remove the grossly overpaid Lyin’ Steve Sanderson from his post as boss of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) claims to have got hold of a series of photos from Basur in Turkey showing that on the ground nothing is happening. We were told after the most recent drilling failure that seismic would be shot in August before another sidetrack well is drilled. One tweet in this series is below. Perhaps Lyin’ Steve might update investors with a formal RNS on how much of a Turkey his Basur operations are and what, if anything,is happening on the ground.

Letter to AIM Regulation & The FCA – UK Oil & Gas, did it bury bad news during open offer?

I make no accusation here against UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and its boss Lyin’ Steve Sanderson. It is just that the recent timeline of disaster looks rather compressed to me. And given Lyin’ Steve’s form for er…lying, I have dropped the note, below, to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, cc’ing the woke dullards at the FCA since this relates to the conduct of an open offer.

No. For Lyin Steve neglected to tell us about that bad news as AIM Rules suggest he should have. But fear not the problem has been solved, well sort of.

UK Oil & Gas – almost as predicted, after the pump....

I warned that UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) was passing the hat around yet again to the bucket shop community at 0.17p. Almost right. Thanks to Bulletin board morons lapping up the horse, Lyin’ Steve Sanderson spouted on its Turkish prospects it has managed to raise £5 million at 0.18p. And there is also an open offer at the same price but with the spivs already flipping, the shares are 0.185p so I cannot see much more cash being raised. How long will this latest bailout last?

UK Oil & Gas – discounted placing at 0.17p underway already after delightful Turkish ramp today?

UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), the member of the minus 97% club run by Lyin’ Steve Sanderson, must be ready to pull the trigger on a bailout placing judging by news this week. Indeed there are suggestions that it is already looking to place 2 billion shares at 15% discount to the 0.2p bid so raising a gross £3.4 million, call it £3.1 million net. The pre dump ramp is from Turkey.

UK Oil & Gas – Lyin’ Steve warns of a cash crisis: but is this a ruse to save his wretched skin?

As at 9 AM yesterday, 68 shareholders in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), owning 1.87% of the equity, had pledged to sack grossly overpaid, value-destroying CEO Lyin’ Steve Sanderson if a GM is called. Rebels need just 5% to call a GM and with such a diffuse shareholder list with no institutions on board and the directors owning sod all stock, just 5% support might be enough to swing a vote. Lyin’ Steve knows that and so he has a cunning plan.

Breaking: Sack Lyin' Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas - campaign underway

So far shareholders owning just over 1% of Uk Oil & Gas (UKOG) have joined the campaign to sack the grotesquely overpaid CEO Lyin’ Steve Sanderson. UK Oil & Gas – here’s the pointless pump, now when’s the dump?

UK Oil & Gas and Horse Hill - the most ludicrous pre-placing ramp in the history of AIM exposed

There are two statements from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) today. One is a hard financial transaction which demonstrates clearly that UK Oil & Gas shares are horrendously overvalued and the other is the most ludicrous attaempt at share ramping in the history of AIM. Defenders of Steve Sanderson, UKOG's CEO, say that he is trying to distance himself from the Aussie share ramper David Lenigas. Frankly even Dave would have struggled to sign off on today's ramping. Fewer folk believe in Santa, The Tooth Fairy or the Horse Hill oil find - Alba placing falls badly short

I wonder how long it will be before that annual ritual occurs when the Daily Mail discovers a CofE vicar who has foolishly told the kiddies that Santa does not exist. The poor chap gets pilloried for a week or so before even the Mail accepts that he cannot be burned at the stake for telling the truth. I have felt a bit like the poor Rev when pointing out that whatever Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) says on camera – and then denies he ever said – there is NOT 100 billion barrels of oil at Horse Hill. Maybe the tide is now turning.

Okay the show is out and it demonstrates quite clearly who was ramping UK Oil & Gas with ludicrous claims: Steve Sanderson and David Lenigas.  You can watch the show on IPlayer on the link below.

David Lenigas & the Horse Hill Crew Brace Yourselves…BBC1 tonight

I somehow suspect that Big Dave Lenigas will not be unblocking me on twitter after tonight. Nor will little Steve Sanderson be inviting me to the UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) Christmas party. For tonight the Horse Shite rampers are in the spotlight on BBC1.
