Breaking: stale Telit bull committing market abuse?

Dbay’s withdrawal from the battle to buy the overvalued junk floated by mortgage fraudster Uzi Katz, that is to say Telit Communications (TCM) has left stale bulls lookimng increasingly daft.  And at least one appears to be getting desperate as the shares slide – and will continue to slide as I explained HERE.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Sorry Nigel, it is better to travel than to arrive

I forgot to say that day 7 of Joshua’s Advent calendar sees Mary & Joseph arrive in Bethlehem where there is no room at the inn. I then express frustrations with builders.  In the actual podcast I look at why I disagree with Margaret Hodge MP with whom I share a virtual platform shortly on anonymity on the internet, Ariana (AAU) where I am, of course, a loyal shareholder, Telit (TCM), and Coral Products (CRU).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - passing a 100% meaningless 25m landmark

I discuss a metric which for a private company, like ShareProphets, is meaningless. We do not seek to impress investors just to pay bills! I have a few words on life at the Welsh Hovel. Yes, Jayarani is eating into my sleep. Then it is onto Telit (TCM) and finally a discussion with Pierotlunaire on research notes and blackout period prompted by the WH Ireland & Pantheon (PANR) episode.

Telit – two possible bidders emerge for the historic fraud...but

Shares in Telit (TCM) the company founded by fugitive from US justice, the fraudster Oozi Katz, a man who is still the second largest shareholder and who the FCA seems intent on not prosecuting despite his bent share dumping ahead of a profits warning, says it has received two bid approaches. But before mug shareholders celebrate too much….

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Do not think that Telit crooks Yosi Fait and Oozi Cats are off the hook at the FCA

Another 12km training walk with my daughter looms and the little snowflake is bound to bleat as the skies darken. I will not enjoy the rain much either. So, as I suffer, please donate that tenner (or more) you know you want to give to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE. I look in detail at Sosandar (SOS), Mercantile Ports (MPL), Avacta (AVCT), Novacyt (NCYT) and Open Orphan (ORPH) setting new price targets for all three and then discuss the crooks at Telit (TCM) as the FCA concludes its corporate enquiry.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Even Shipston's Buffett is starting to panic

I am indeed with my father in Shipston this morning and even he has noticed that he is not quite as rich as he was two weeks ago. Shiuld we pamic about our holdings? On balance I am not suggesting that you do but certain stocks do look very vulnerable. Surely profits warnings from Telit (TCM), IQE (IQE) and Carnival (CCL) are in the pipeline. Then there is the issue of companies such as Bidstack (BIDS) which need placings urgently. Just how possible is that going to be in the current climate. Then to Sirius (SXX). The Sunday papers seem to think that sh\areholders may well reject the Anglo bid and so lose everything. I discuss this looming calamity, who is to blame and what the impact localised and more widely will be.

Telit – how about an update on that $38.5 million Chinese IOU?

On February 27 Telit (TCM) finally completed the $105 million sale of its Auto division. Well almost. There was the little matter of $38.5 million which was not paid on completion but via a “Vendor Loan”, to you and me, an IOU. But hang on, back then we were told:

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: why I am a journalist not a thirsty share blogger & count-down for Telit

I start by issuing a correction. That is what journalists do and thirsty share bloggers don't when they goof. That refers to Footasylum (FOOT) though my generic point still stands. I also cover Telit (TCM), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Dev Clever (DEV), Plus500 (PLUS) and Patagonia Gold (PGD) and other loss making companies that, for some reason, have net debt.

Dan Levi reckons that I was being beastly about Dev Clever PLC to sell it a stand at the UK Investor show. He says so without listening to what I actually said. Maybe I am also trying to flog stands to Telit, Accesso and Westminster Group? Oi fatso Baldry if I mention the 3DM fraud again will you take a stand at a show I don't actually own. Whatever... In this podcast I also cover Telit (TCM), Blue Rock Diamonds (BRD), Jim Mellon's SalvaRX (SALV), Accesso (ACSO) and Windar Photonics (WPHO). Telit – auto sale delayed how does FinnCap sign off on such nonsense with a straight face?

As I warned would happen yesterday, the sale of Telit’s (TCM) auto division to Hong Kong based TUS has again been delayed. We are now told that it won’t meet the 31 January (new) deadline but will happen on or before 20 February after the Chinese New Year. Part of the blame for that must lie with its morally bankrupt Nomad FinnCap. And so I have 10 questions for it and offer up my probable answers since Telit does not do transparency.

Telit - 3 profits warnings in four months, Yosi Fait "cleared" of insider dealing now full time boss - sell

Yosi Fait sold all his shares in Telit (TCM) AFTER it breached its banking covenants which as FD he must have known about as he must also have been aware that first half trading was way below forecast. But the company's new chairman has taken external legal guidance and said Yosi did nothing wrong and so has appointed him full time CEO. Well that's alright then. But there is yet another catastrophic profits warning ( as predicted) which begs the question of how great is debt now and will bank covenants be breached again?

Maybe the regulators are not utterly useless after all. Sky is this morning reporting that the FCA has launched a formal probe into Telit (TCM). It is ouzo O'Clock round at the Sheriff of AIM Towers!

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Is this peak blockchain insanity - the strange case of On Line up 350%

Shares in On Line (ONL) are - as I record - up c350%. Is this peak blockchain insanity or is Clem Chambers simply the greatest spoofer in the history of mankind? What happens next is the big question. Then I look at murky share dealings in Mkango Resources (MKA) by market abuser and serial fantasist Chris Oil. Does he not care about TR1 rules at all? Then it is onto Lombard Risk Management (LRM) where I have 2 more questions about its overdraft but a very big question about how the silky words of Phil "InterX" Crawford on July 19 tally with the utterly shite H1 results. Does Nomad Finncap of Telit (TCM) infamy care? I suspect it does not. I look again at BCA Marketplace (BCA)  - THE BIG SHORT - in light of recent macro data. It remains a stupendous short. I look at management greed and an impending placing to fund that at Arian Silver (AGQ) and then at the dire interims from System1 (SYS1) and profits alert from Attraqt (ATQT). It is the former which remains a stonking sell even after today's share price collapse. And I have a question or two for AIM dog Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the horrid truth behind Doorsteps.co.uk, a crowdfunding scandal and hot Telit gossip

Yesterday I discussed Doorsteps.co.uk which claims that it will flog your house for £99. I now look more closely at its history and the utterly shameless way that Crowdcube raised £400,000 for it; at the fact free and unquestioning BJ's its 19 year old founder has received from Fleet Street and speculate about how bad its metrics really are. That it has raised cash so easily is bad news for Purplebricks as it is now funded to nibble at its market share and so will be others until they all go bust. But it will be too late for Purplebricks by then. I then have hot gossip on Telit (TCM) which shows up the FT's dictation from PR men taking hacks for the fools they are and reinforces the shorting case big time. I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR), both need to place ASAP and in both cases it will be ugly. I also remind you again what UKOG is NOT saying.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The FT takes dictation from PR man for Telit again and spouts hogwash ... and other morons

Remember when the FT said Inmarsat (ISAT) was going to bid 140p a share for Avanti Coms (AVN) then at 30p now at 7.26p offer? Today it had a scoop on Telit (TCM) which the company has commented on. There is a grain of truth in the FT scoop but so much of what it writes is just PR spin as I demonstrate in this podcast. I hope the journalists responsible feel soiled and dirty. As for Telit I explain the various scenarios and why the downside is huge whatever happens. I cover UK Oil & Gas. A moron reckons he is going to make money by not paying to read ShareProphets and buying more UK Oil & Gas shares instead. Since his silly email the shares have lost another 14% and are now 4p bid. Next stop 3p then 2p then whatever. Truly the moron will be rich. Not. Then I rant about how troubled Interserv (IRV) lied to investors regarding the reason why its FD left and why that matters.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 18 minutes to the fit young mums

I am in a bit of a rush today. The Mrs has all day meetings so it is just me and Joshua. That means we get an extra 30 minutes at the fit young mums coffee morning. But what do I say to a FYM? And what might she say back. That is clearly the big issue of the day. After that I look at MySquar (MYSQ) after Darren's meeting last night, at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) - placing at 2p? - Sound Energy (SOU) and Echo (ECHO) both slam dunk sells and similar to UKOG in many ways.I comment, en passant, on Renold (RNO) and the idea of pricing power and finally warn you that Telit (TCM) is indeed heading for 0p. And thank you for subscribing to ShareProphets. After 28 days we are within spitting distance of breakeven.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Has Uzi Katz dumped his Telit shares & the next Neil Woodford car crash awaits

I start with a discussion prompted by a reader request on whether a brand has a hidden added value which you should account for when making an investment. Another reader asks if it is time to buy back into Eden Research (EDEN). I think he is being spoofed and explain why. Then I look at the latest (non) news from Telit (TCM) and ask if the mortgage fraudster and fugitive from US Justice has dumped his shares. I look at what is happening at Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR) , at the latest Mosman spoof, comment again on Nighthawk (HAWK) and then at the next Neil Woodford car crash RM2 (RM2).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - insider dealing is investment, anything else is pure speculation

No I am not talking about Sam Smith's beau, the CEO of Telit (TCM), white collar criminal Yosi Fait. Instead I am talking about betting on oil exploration calls. I cover Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG), formerly Crap Oil, Providence Resources (PVR) which has always been a crap company and I look at Stellar Diamonds (STEL). I then look at the ghastly profits warning at UP Global (UPGS) and the read across from that. There will be more on the Big Issue seller in the Silver Merc on my own website later.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The 88 Energy trainwreck & would you rather back a company run by Steve Moore or Dave Lenigas

My relative radio silence since yesterday is explained by this video. Today's bearcast is my last recorded from Greece for almost three months. The view from where I record is spectacular. The only question is whether I can upload it given how piss poor the internet is here. I look at 88 Energy (88E) and see massive problems ahead, comment on BNN (BNN) and Telit (TCM) and that brings me to the issue of management. It is critical in investing. Ceteris paribus, would you rather a company you were invested in was run by our own Steve Moore or by Big Dave Lenigas?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - BNN shareholders take it up the Arsenal

Links with Arsenal, massive cash burn, China, always missing goals (like the Arse) - that was BNN Technology (BNN), shares in which have been suspended today along with its CEO and China boss. I look at BNN in detail plus Telit (TCM), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) after my weekend pieces HERE and HERE. I cover Blenheim (BNR) after its joke RNS today and also the dog Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) after its latest spoof. The Mrs says my headline is crude & arguably homophobic, but I know you will love it and it is not if you take it in context.

Three critical days in June & 3 more in July - why acting CEO at Telit Yosi Fait must be fired NOW!

Yesterday there were more revelations about Telit (TCM) which, as I noted, made the position of former FD now CEO Yosi Fait all the more tricky. Now I want to revisit three days in June and three in July - events then make Yosi's position utterly untenable and explain why he must be fired at once. He is guilty of either extreme and sackable levels of incompetence and of lying to shareholders and insider dealing or of just insider dealing. It is one or the other - there is no third way. So there is no way out for Telit, Yosi must be sacked at once.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Oozi Cats and the FBI & why Telit could well be tits up within weeks

The failure of the LSE to insist that hapless Nomad FinnCap forces Telit (TCM) to bring in a firm like KPMG to conduct a full forensic review will hurt it even more when this company goes tits up as I noted in a letter to Stock Exchange boss Donald Brydon earlier today HERE.  Two sources tell me that the FBI may have bad news for the Boston fraudster Oozi Cats and his Mrs as I explain in this podcast. But the meat of the podcast is explaining why Telit will go tits up and why that could be within six weeks. Enjoy

A letter to the chairman of the London Stock Exchange - why no independent review of the Telit fraud?

You may remember that at the last AGM of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) its chairman,, Donald Brydon CBE, 'fessed up to being a ShareProphets reader and as we chatted afterwards he came over as a thoroughly decent man. But he has, yet again, been failed by his minions in their handling of the biggest AIM fraud of the year, so far, Telit (TCM). Lowly gofers such as the head of AIM Regulation, the fake Sheriff Mr Marcus Stuttad,  have allowed Telit to avoid any independent scrutiny of its accounts & business practices despite clear evidence of fraud. That has to change and maybe Brydon will push for that. I have sent him a letter.

Telit - now here is another fine upstanding chap with a senior post: Eran Edri

The board of Telit (TCM) the fraud whose CEO until last week was an undeclared fugitive from justice sure has some colourful chappies in senior posts. There was Uzi Katz, the Boston fraudster himself. Then we had former chairman Avigdor Kelner who has only recently emerged from a stretch in the slammer in Israel. Yesterday we met "colourful" NED Ram Zeevi as I published some US Court papers concerning him. Now meet Eran Edri.

Telit: US Court Papers published on NED Ram Zeevi - a man who reckons Telit is clean.

We have already seen that a former Telit (TCM) chairman got sent to the slammer in Israel for fraud. Yesterday it was admitted that - as we revealed a week earlier - the founder, CEO and largest shareholder Oozi cats was also a fraudster and when IPO'ing Telit a fugutive from US justice. But despite compelling evidence from us HERE the rest of the board say Telit is not a fraud. And the folks at the bicycle repair store HERE which it claims to be its Vietnamese distribotor agree. So the rest of the board, all appointed by Oozi are squeaky clean right? Er...

Meet the Fund Manager buying into Telit - also Rob Terry's biggest fan at Quindell

Relief for Telit (TCM) bulls came at 4.05 PM Monday with news that Davide Serra had bought 1.6 million shares in Telit last week taking his holding from sub 3 to 4%. He only submitted his TR1 after the weekend but paying 160p-180p AFTER we exposed the, then, CEO Oozi cats as the Boston fraudster he clearly knew better than we did. But where did that name Davide Sella ring a bell?

Telit bombshell Part 2 - its Distributors are oft on a par with those of Globo

Earlier today I published a bombshell that demonstrated that Telit (TCM) was Globo v2 - that is to say a FRAUD heading for zero in short order.. One of the points that caused Globo to unravel within days were its bogus distributors. I covered that in some detail in Part 1 of this series but here in  part 2 I offer up some graphics to make my point. Distributors account for only 30% of claimed sales but if they are bogus then is anything genuine? It is game over for Telit, the Fat Lady is getting ready... Enjoy what follows...

Telit Communications – Mr Fat Katz unusual remuneration arrangements

After today's complete bombshell which shows that Telit (TCM) is a Globo style fraud and thus utterly worthless what follows may be a tad academic. But, none the less, it is yet another Red Flag which we all should have noticed earlier. Reading through the 2016 annual report of Telit it is apparent that Mr Fat Katz, sorry Mr Oozi Cats, had two unusual remuneration arrangements.

Note 5.2 in the Telit statement? Is this the smoking gun? When did it know it would breach covenants

There comes a moment in every Agatha Christie novel when Poirot scolds himself for being so blind to the obvious. I just wonder if for myself and Telit (TCM) that moment was late last night. That the CEO was a fraudster fugitive from justice when he floated Telit is one matter, the crminal investigations in Italy are another but the heart of the issue is the dire financials & possible behaviour of the Norfolk variety. In case you missed it, I refer you to note 5.2 of the most recent interims published August 7.

Telit: Look at all these hilarious Internet Uzi Katz's in Boston - now why don't any of them exist?

Now this really is bizarre. We have taken screen shots of internet sites set up in 2015 by a vast number of fellows called Uzi Katz who claimed to live in Boston. The Jewish population of Massachusetts is 274,000 and I will charitably assume that all live in Boston. So lets crunch the math before we look at the (hilarious) websites and draw an inevitable conclusion..

Lucian Miers chats to US Marshalls Office Massachusetts - Katz case not closed - a most generous offer to Telit boss

As followers of Naibu (NBU) know there is nothing stopping the CEO of an AIM listed company being in prison while remaining in office. After all this is the world's most successful growth market and the head of the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, Mr Marcus Stuttard, really is a top banana. As such fans of Telit Communications (TCM) will not worry a jot about this bombshell from infamous bear raider Lucian Miers, the Bard of the Boleyn.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 3 resignations: Telit (Nomad) & Avanti Coms & Redcentric CEOs - can I claim scalps?

That Telit (TCM) is going to zero is a given as I explained yesterday HERE. But now we need to know why Canaccord quit on May 26 as Nomad. I suggest the reason in this podcast and call for a wider AIM Casino rule change on Nomad resignations. Then it is on to 2 CEO resignations. The bombastic prick David Williams has gone from drowning in debt Avanti Communications (AVN). Avanti is toast but I run through the red flags pertaining to Williams himself and ask a question about his payoff for failure. As for Redcentric (RCN) can I claim this as a scalp? Frazer  Fisher must have known about the mega payroll fraud of March 31 2016 as I revealed HERE. Yet he trousered a big 2016 bonus and sold stacks of shares just after publishing the 2016 number which he KNEW WERE CROOK. This departure is to avoid him being in situe when the FCA, FRC and SFO announce their findings. Actually can the Sheriff claim a scalp on the bombastic prick Williams too? I got the FRC to pan his company and exposed all sorts of Avanti red flags and naughtiness. Two scalps in a day - ouzo time?

Statistics Lesson for those who think that Telit's Oozi Cats is NOT the Boston fraudster

It is just conceivable that there were two Israeli couples in Boston in the late 1980s - Uzi & Ruth Veronique Katz with the chap born in 1961 and the bird having a March 17 birthday. One went on to be the CEO and the art curator at Telit (TCM) the other were fraudsters. So what are the odds? A statistics lesson follows for you cynics (Leon Boros I am talking about you!):

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Sound Energy now firmly on the bears radar screens

I refer to young Steve's article earlier on the most shorted AIM shares. The fact is that most AIM shares cannot be shorted at all. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 550kg of olives harvested in one day, I'm cream crackered

I am utterly wiped out after day one of what looks like being a cracking harvest. A full photo report is HERE. In the podcast I discuss votes tomorrow in Austria and Italy and what they mean and why we bears are feeling good about the lack of a Santa Rally. Trump was Santa this year and that rally is over. I explain why I disagree with Malcolm Stacey's article today. I then look at a number of AIM stocks set to slide and why, as I refer to Steve's piece earlier. In focus: Avanti Communications (AVN), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Telit (TCM), Boohoo (BOO), Tungsten (TUNG), Fastjet (FJET), Cloudtag (CTAG), African Potash (AFPO) and I have a few words about Worthington (WRN)

Telit - now the biggest short on AIM?

There are many smaller companies on AIM that are heading for zero as they are either almost out of (other folks) cash - Avanti Communications (AVN), IGAS (IGAS) or are plain frauds like African Potash (AFPO) nor Cloudtag (CTAG). But if you are a looking for a big company with plenty of borrow that is ripe for a share price collapse look to Israeli tech stock Telit (TCM). At 278p the market cap is a monstrous £321 million, call it $400 million. That is a rum n coke.
