Good news. We are now at £44,456.89 so almost at the £48,000 target. Please, if you are yet to donate do so today HERE. In the podcast I cover Sosandar (SOS), Amigo (AMGO), Online Blockchain (OBC), Telit (TCM), Argo Blockchain (ARB) and “guru” Michael Saylor, Bidstack (BIDS) and Colin Bird’s Tiger Royalties (TIR) which is a right old dog.

Dbay’s withdrawal from the battle to buy the overvalued junk floated by mortgage fraudster Uzi Katz, that is to say Telit Communications (TCM) has left stale bulls lookimng increasingly daft. And at least one appears to be getting desperate as the shares slide – and will continue to slide as I explained HERE.

I forgot to say that day 7 of Joshua’s Advent calendar sees Mary & Joseph arrive in Bethlehem where there is no room at the inn. I then express frustrations with builders. In the actual podcast I look at why I disagree with Margaret Hodge MP with whom I share a virtual platform shortly on anonymity on the internet, Ariana (AAU) where I am, of course, a loyal shareholder, Telit (TCM), and Coral Products (CRU).

I discuss a metric which for a private company, like ShareProphets, is meaningless. We do not seek to impress investors just to pay bills! I have a few words on life at the Welsh Hovel. Yes, Jayarani is eating into my sleep. Then it is onto Telit (TCM) and finally a discussion with Pierotlunaire on research notes and blackout period prompted by the WH Ireland & Pantheon (PANR) episode.

I start with the US election and stand by my prediction, a win for Donald J Trump but it will be close so I could well be wrong. Then it is onto Inspirit (INSP), Versarien (VRS), Amigo (AMGO) and Telit (TCM).

Shares in Telit (TCM) the company founded by fugitive from US justice, the fraudster Oozi Katz, a man who is still the second largest shareholder and who the FCA seems intent on not prosecuting despite his bent share dumping ahead of a profits warning, says it has received two bid approaches. But before mug shareholders celebrate too much….

Another 12km training walk with my daughter looms and the little snowflake is bound to bleat as the skies darken. I will not enjoy the rain much either. So, as I suffer, please donate that tenner (or more) you know you want to give to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE. I look in detail at Sosandar (SOS), Mercantile Ports (MPL), Avacta (AVCT), Novacyt (NCYT) and Open Orphan (ORPH) setting new price targets for all three and then discuss the crooks at Telit (TCM) as the FCA concludes its corporate enquiry.

Listeners, I have screwed up on social distancing. at least where my new orchard is concerned. I start with this pressing matter HERE. Then I discuss how I am bracing myself for flak for my latest coronavirus podcast on how the GroupThink mob get their maths all wrong regarding the NHS HERE. Then to matters financial: the markets and economic recovery, Eurasia Mining (EUA), Novacyt (NCYT), Telit (TCM), Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) and Castleton (CTP)

I have two guests in this week’s show which is sponsored by Open Orphan PLC (ORPH) .I also discuss Coronavirus and the markets an d my own experiences as a (failed) whistleblower. My first guest is Petrick Abbott, formerly head of Versarien’s US operations who sets the record straight on why he left and spills the beans on what is really happening, or not, at his old employer. Then I chat to Lucian Miers about the markets, his top 3 US shorts, Apple, NMC Health (NMC), De La Rue (DLAR), IQE (IQE), Tullow (TLW), Telit (TCM) and Versarien (VRS). I am walking 34 miles for Woodlarks with Lucian and others this June 13 and I ask you to sponsor we rogue bloggers HERE. If you like this podcast and can’t wait seven days for more of the same and are tired of being a cheapskate you should listen to my Bearcast and enjoy our cracking writen exposes and analysis every day HERE.

In today’s podcast brought to you from Shipston I look at the oil price and what it means for a range of oil shares from the majors down to shitty little oil explorers on AIM. I then return to the coronavirus ex oil and with especial reference to Telit (TCM), Cineworld (CINE) and The Restaurant Group (RTN).. Finally I look at the proposed comeback of disgraced Neil Woodford.
1730 days ago
In today’s podcast I look at Telit (TCM) whose, forced, trading statement does not stack up. I look at Finncap (FCAP) where the share price collapse is only just starting, at Bahamas Petroleum (BPC), Mirriad (MIRI) and at Versarien (VRS) and THAT INTERVIEW.
1734 days ago
I am indeed with my father in Shipston this morning and even he has noticed that he is not quite as rich as he was two weeks ago. Shiuld we pamic about our holdings? On balance I am not suggesting that you do but certain stocks do look very vulnerable. Surely profits warnings from Telit (TCM), IQE (IQE) and Carnival (CCL) are in the pipeline. Then there is the issue of companies such as Bidstack (BIDS) which need placings urgently. Just how possible is that going to be in the current climate. Then to Sirius (SXX). The Sunday papers seem to think that sh\areholders may well reject the Anglo bid and so lose everything. I discuss this looming calamity, who is to blame and what the impact localised and more widely will be.
1734 days ago
Sadly Lyin’ Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) has not been in touch about my offer to record a podcast but I have a former senior executive turned whistleblower to interview instead and I shall do that tonight and it will go live, togerher with a chat with Lucian Miers in the next edition of ShareProphets Radio out soon, Elsewhere I discuss NMC Heath (NMC) and lessons learned, Zenith Energy (ZEN) and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), whether Tullow (TLW) could be a sero, Aston Martin (AML), Cobra Resources (COBR) and finally ask when Telit (TCM) will serve up a profits warning. Surely it is due.
1785 days ago
In today’s podcast I discuss four companies: Shareprophets Ltd which is not insolvent (whatever the morons say), Lekoil (LEK) which might be, Eden Research (EDEN) which could be and should be and Telit (TCM) which is not but is still grossly overvalued.
1913 days ago
I start by discussing visiting my local chemist and a few more thoughts on the canabbis bubble referring the hound Highland Natural Resources (HNR) which is transitioning and now wishes to be known as the bitch ZOE. I comment on Versarien (VRS) and the shocking Iconic (ICON) RNS. Then I go to town on Telit (TCM) and its interims where the numbers simply make no sense at all.
1966 days ago
In today’s bearcast I look at Versarien (VRS), Telit (TCM) and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) . Three dogs.
1979 days ago
In today’s bearcast I look at FinnCrap (FCAP and two of its rotten clients: Telit (TCM) and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), at vile greed at Attis Oil & Gas (AOGL) , formerly Mayan/Northcote and at the latest FRC sanctions for shoddy audit work by Delotte and audit partner Helen George. I look at Weald Basin news from IGAS (IGAS) and what it means for Uk Oil 7 Gas (UKOG) et al and at daft Sound Energy (SOU) rumours.
2056 days ago
In today’s podcast I explain what happened with Mrs Chav’s pussy and also about how the move to Wales and the Grim North went and why this is now a bigger project than the Greek Hovel. I cover Bould (BOU) and systemic market abuse, Telit (TCM) and its dire results and the threats to Nigel Wray and myself from Julie Meyer. I gather the Times has also been threatened and it is standing its ground. How do you think I will respond ahead of a 5PM deadline? Meanwhile we are now at 25% of our £40,000 rogue bloggers for Woodlarks target and i urge you to check out the rioll call of heros ( even if you are a dripping lefty who thinks my world view stinks) and join them HERE.

On February 27 Telit (TCM) finally completed the $105 million sale of its Auto division. Well almost. There was the little matter of $38.5 million which was not paid on completion but via a “Vendor Loan”, to you and me, an IOU. But hang on, back then we were told:
2106 days ago
This was the $105 million deal, announced in July, that was meant to complete on December 7, then January 31 , then February 20 and now… well it appears China based TUS does not have all the moolah it needs yet.
2112 days ago
The sale of the auto division of the Telit (TCM) fraud to Hong Kong based TUS was meant to complete on December 7. Then on January 31. Then on February 20 and now… another few days we are told. Remember this deal was first announced last July so it is not as if anyone has had to move fast.

In today's podcast I discuss Lonmin (LMI) but more importantly why I'd not invest in any South Africa based company, Purplebricks (PURP), Telit (TCM), Dev Clever (DEV) and Optibiotix (OPTI).
2113 days ago
Today's podcast focusses in on the sheer stupidity of some private investors and covers Flybe (FLYB), Haydale (HAYD), Telit (TCM) and finally the disgraceful tale of crony capitalism that is Davictus (DVT).
2113 days ago
I start by issuing a correction. That is what journalists do and thirsty share bloggers don't when they goof. That refers to Footasylum (FOOT) though my generic point still stands. I also cover Telit (TCM), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Dev Clever (DEV), Plus500 (PLUS) and Patagonia Gold (PGD) and other loss making companies that, for some reason, have net debt.
2120 days ago
Dan Levi reckons that I was being beastly about Dev Clever PLC to sell it a stand at the UK Investor show. He says so without listening to what I actually said. Maybe I am also trying to flog stands to Telit, Accesso and Westminster Group? Oi fatso Baldry if I mention the 3DM fraud again will you take a stand at a show I don't actually own. Whatever... In this podcast I also cover Telit (TCM), Blue Rock Diamonds (BRD), Jim Mellon's SalvaRX (SALV), Accesso (ACSO) and Windar Photonics (WPHO). It is silliness like this that make me want to call it a day sooner rather than later.
2133 days ago
As I warned would happen yesterday, the sale of Telit’s (TCM) auto division to Hong Kong based TUS has again been delayed. We are now told that it won’t meet the 31 January (new) deadline but will happen on or before 20 February after the Chinese New Year. Whatever… the statement itself throws up an enormous red flag, how on earth Nomad FinnCrap (FCAP) signed off on this crap defies belief…it is almost as if it is only in it for the retainers and does not care about doing its job properly.
2150 days ago
There is good news and bad from Telit (TCM) today. But overall the company founded by mortgage fraudster & fugitive from US justice Uzi Katz, who is under FCA investigation and still pulling the strings, remains a total bargepole at 132p.
2173 days ago
I start with a look at Frontera Resources (FRR) and what should and what may happen on Monday in light of this weekend's revelations. You would not want to be long of this one. Then I look at the most shorted shares on AIM and explain why for many of them, notably IQE (IQE), Telit (TCM), ASOS (ASC), Boohoo (BOO) and Victoria (VCP) the bear c ase has just got that much stronger, by an order of n, in the past few weeks. Finally a warning for shareholders in First Derivatives (FDP) - I have a small present for you tomorrow. :)
2177 days ago
I start with the issue of fund managers and redemptions and thus forced selling of shares. Not just Neil Woodford, a special case, but generally. I look at this in the context of what corporate newsflow I expect in January. I also look at Urals Energy (UEN), Telit (TCM) and the FCA, Andalas (ADL) and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) answering a point posed by our own in house Bulletin Board loon Wildes HERE.
2178 days ago
The fraud that is Telit (TCM) continues to unravel. We already knew that ex FD and CEO Yosi fait was being investigated for selling all his shares in early July 2017 while he was aware of damaging price sensitive information ( a profits warning) – that would be insider dealing. We know that founder, former CEO and the man who is still running Telit via puppet directors, Uzi Katz, is being investigated for not admitting that he was a fraudster and fugitive from justice. Now it gets bigger.
2185 days ago
I prepare for Joshua's first meeting with Santa in 2018 and discuss that. I look at Telit (TCM) and its latest wholesale breach of AIM Rules. Why does FinnCrap (FCAP) not care? I ask when FinnCap will have its first profits warning. I look at Purplebricks (PURP), Mysale (MYSL) and Bilby (BILB).
2193 days ago
Gabriel's dossier should appear here 2.15 PM London time. It is explosive. In today's podcast I discuss Telit (TCM) and shamed FinnCrap, Halosource (HAL) and hapless Neil Woodford, Audioboom (BOOM) and a backfiring spoof, Tomco (TCM), Yourgene (YGEN) and the weather here in Greece as the olive harvest draws to a close.
2193 days ago
A delayed bearcast as it is all go at the Greek Hovel with the olive harvest. Comrade Andrew Bell has departed but the Albanian cavalry has arrived. More on that on my own website later, with photos. In today's podcast i start with the explosive news about how wretched Theresa May has misled MPs and the nation over Brexit. Surely she must go now. And I ponder events in France. Do we really want to be in bed with that sort of place. Then onto Telit (TCM) where the Sunday Times has big news. This could be a zero by tomorrow. I discuss in detail. I also comment on another fraud, MySquar (MYSQ)
2199 days ago
I am back at the Greek Hovel and the noise outside is quite unbelievably torrential rain. I discuss the weather and how stunning the Hovel now looks. Photos are starting to go up HERE on TomWinnifrith.com. I look at Optibiotix (OPTI) and today's stunning news. Cynical Bear needs to get ready to send me another bottle of ouzo. I look at Xeros (XSG), Thomas Cook (TCG) and Telit (TCM) where the clock is ticking ever louder. I have a few more words on the IPO of FinnCrap.
2202 days ago
In today's podcast I reveal what that game changing news I alluded to ten days ago is. I discuss why its wrong to blame Brexit for everything (as per Malcolm AGAIN today and others) and look at the particular problems of the EU, an economic corpse in waiting. Why would anyone wnat to tie us to such a zombie? Finally a look at Telit (TCM). Is its disposal of auto collapsing? A statement is needed. The shares look sickly.
2265 days ago
In today's bearcast I discuss my coverage of companies where the CEO is a friend. I ask what exactly Purplebricks (PURP) is hiding in Oz and explain why its shares are sliding amid new allegations, I look at Telit (TCM), Tungsten (TUNG), Xeros Group (XSG) and Westminster Group (WSG)

Ben Harrington has another tale about Telit (TCM). Truly the fraudsters favourite journalist is a stain on an entire profession. So what to read into this latest Jackanory? Meanwhile some of those attacking me on twitter, after a Steve Holdsworth tweet in support, display almost the classic definition of stupidity. They will, I fear, remain in social housing with this approach. I also discuss Boris, shagging and nasty smears by wretched Theresa May.
2280 days ago
Davide Serra is a man with a track record of terrible calls. For starters he was pals with call Me Dave Cameron. Then he stuffed other folks cash – the funds he manages – into Quindell and sent pompous missives to the FCA demanding that we fraudbusters who were pointing out the blatant fraud be hung drawn and quartered. Quite simply Serra is a fool and a prick. Natch he has bought up 5% of Telit (TCM), the company founded by the US mortgage fraudster and fugitive from justice Oozi cats, nee Uzi Katz.
2282 days ago
I start with a few thoughts on just how wonderful it is up here at the Greek Hovel, truly it is peaceful and heavenly. Then a thank you for your kind emails and comments on poor Oakley. Then this podcast takes an in depth look at Telit (TCM), run by insider dealer Yosi Fait, after its interims yesterday and at Tesla (TSLA) run by nutso market abuser Elon Musk after his latest outburst.

I am now back from my 12-14 mile walk of which the first six were solidly uphill. I shall post details of what happened on my own website but it was an adventure. Think of me trekking up the mountain road and please make a donation to Woodlarks ahead of my 32 mile walk with Dan in two weeks time. Donate here. In today's podcast I look in detail at Audioboom (BOOM) and its statement of yesterday. And I flag up some more red flags regarding Telit (TCM).
2336 days ago
For reasons explained in the podcast my walk up into the mountains is postponed until Saturday. So the suffering is delayed. Don't delay with a donation to Woodlarks HERE. In the bearcast itself I look at Evil Knievil's World Cup gambles and who he is backing in the final, at a potentially horrid spat at Bacanora (BCN) which looks set to get very nasty indeed, into murky share deals at Cabot Energy (CAB) - a massive scandal in the making and in real detail at the Telit (TCM) disposal announced today. The numbers just do not stack up.
2338 days ago
I shall soon be on my first training walk in the 34 degree Greek heat. This is just a short five miler but on Friday I plan a 12 mile plus stroll of which the first five miles is solidly uphill. For that surely you can donate a tenner to the Woodlarks charity walk appeal HERE. In today's bearcast I look at MySquar (FRAUD) where I have breaking news, Audioboom (BOOM), Johnston Press (JPR), Safestyle (SFE), Telit (TCM), Conroy Gold (CGNR) and Indivior (INDV).
2339 days ago
Both men attended last night's UK Investor presentation and then plied me with drinks after the event and then at a pub. I rarely drink anything these days and I reacted very badly. God knows how I made the plane but, in the end, I did and woke up in Kalamata. A bit on last night and on Greece and then I look at Telit (TCM), Online Blockchain (OBC) where Clem Chambers' spoofing seems to be having less and less effect and finally the fraud MySquar (MYSQ). It is day two of the trial it wont tell you about.
2352 days ago
The mistake in yesterday's podcast was on Telit (TCM). In fact it is even worse than I thought! The good news is that sponsorship of the walk I'm doing with Brokerman Dan for Woodlarks has now topped £9,000. I explain here why this walk makes the difference bewteen Woodlarks having to cut services or carry on, please do give a tenner today. This afternoon sees Joshua and I on another training walk, my second in two days. Think of my pain and COUGH UP HERE. In a long bearcast I predict that, after today's shocking news, FastJet (FJET) will be sold for £1 and explain why. I look at Havelock Europa (HVE), 88 Energy (88E), Lyin' Steve Sanderson's UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Frontera (FRR), Andalas (DOG), Mysquar (FRAUD) and Audioboom (BOOM).
2357 days ago
In today's podcast I cover in detail Telit (TCM) and also look at MySquar (MYSQ) partially in light of today's stunning news HERE. I look at Audioboom (BOOM), Frontera (FRR), Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT), Prime People (PRP) and 88 Energy (88E). Tomorrow I will be bored to death by Lucian Miers, he will drone on about West Ham for 6 hours as we complete a 19 mile training walk from Bristol along the Avon to a few miles past Bath. I am building up to my 32 mile walk for Woodlarks with Brokerman Dan on 28 July. Think of my suffering tomorrow and please donate a small sum HERE.

First of all thanks to so many of you for your kind responses to yesterday's bearcast - I am now in a serious dialogue with the Police and I hope they will catch and prosecute the culprit. In today's podcast I look at the Sunday Times Rich List which is largely fiction, at Audioboom (BOOM), MySquar (MYSQ), Premaitha (NIPT - where we own shares and indeed have bought more - The People's Operator (TPOP) and Telit (TCM)
2407 days ago
The lawyer's letter? I must keen you in suspense as I discuss with my lawyers how to respond so you can still vote on who sent it HERE. I also chatted today to Lucian about three slam dunk shorts: Telit (TCM), Purplebricks (PURP) and Tesla (TSLA). Or are they slam dunks? Might disbelief be suspended forever.? I then look at Photonstar Led (PSL) at Conroy Gold (CGNR) and at how AIM gives capitalism a bad name by not letting bust companies such as Andalas (ADL) fail.
2407 days ago
I asked the question yesterday whether the net debt figure claimed by Telit (TCM) as at 31 December was representative. If so why have so much expensive debt but also so much cash yielding bugger all. A reader helps - this is window dressing.
2408 days ago
After getting back home from Sweden in the late afternoon I jotted down my thoughts on Andalas (ADL) a company still insolvent after a placing on Monday and where the stench of the greed of its ex CEO Dave Whitby is omnipresent. Then it was onto results from Telit (TCM), the insider dealing of its CEO, possible disposals, 88 definitions of profit and the ongoing mega cashburn which is the grim reality.
2444 days ago
What a great day. Telit (TCM) is under investigation by the FCA and Eqtec (ETQ) has really screwed up although why can't its PRs tell the truth for once and admit that its change of strategy was because I caught them all with their pants down and exposed them? This scandal begs real questions of Nomad Northland - hey chaps have you handed back the £75,000 yet? I also look at Optibiotix (OPTI) where last week's share purchase looks all the more prescient after news today. I look at Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) which is a dog whatever Zac Phillips is paid to say. I comment on Quartix (QTX) - insider dealing or bad luck? I comment on cash strapped SalVarx (SALV) - time for Jim Mellon to get his wallet out again methinks. And I look at Quadrise (QFI) where a placing looks inevitable after today's debacle.

I am very excited by working through the most wonkish of data sets to show Channel 4 was serving up A grade fake news as it reported on the drought in SA last night. More on that HERE. I start with the BMR (BMR) scandal where i am an angry small shareholder. The problem is that this is not an isolated incident, I look at Telit (TCM), MySquar (MYSQ) and Sefton (SER) where crime really did pay. Then I look at an Optibiotix (OPTI) share sale and indicate at what point i will, again, be buying. I look at a share sale in BCA Marketplace (BCA) and why that is such a massive red flag compounding the thesis explained in my major report of last Autumn, The Big Short.

Yesterday Telit (TCM) got tame journalist Ben Harrington to leak that it had received bids for its only asset of value its auto division. That has forced a statement which is, of course, all spin. Here is the ShareProphets translation service. Our comments are in bold.
2502 days ago
Ben Harrington is the go to journalist if you are a fraudster who wants to leak news and get a positive spin on it, just ask Rob Terry or the apologists for genocide and securities fraudsters at MySquar. So natch Telit (TCM) has asked him to leak news of the possible sale of its crown jewels , itts aiuto division. Hmmmm.

In today's bearcast I take inspiration from Roger Lawson looking at the sins of KPMG at Carillion (CLLN) and EMIS (EMIS), not to mention Quindell (QPP). What to do? I look more at Dignity (DTY) and conclude that - having examined numbers from Beyond - the company is fecked. I look at the dumbest snowflake financial journalist going - natch he works for the Daily Mail. And I wonder should one follow the bears, I review the most shorted stocks on AIm and the main market including IQE (IQE), Debenhams (DEB) and Telit (TCM)

Telit (TCM), the drowning in debt IOT company set up by fraudster and fugitive from Justice Uzi Kats, has announced that its bank has granted an advance waiver for the potential breach of covenants as at 31 December 2017. Telit says that it and its banksters "remain in discussions with regard to amending its covenant package for future periods." This begs two massive questions.
2542 days ago
I am livid about something not stockmarket related so the season of goodwill is cancelled in this house. On the agenda today: Earthport (EPO), Audioboom (CRAP), Minoan (MIN), Fishing Republic (TOAST), the quoted CFD providers, Telit (TCM) and Stanley Gibbons (SGI).
2559 days ago
After three profits warnings since August 7 and the forced departure of its founder and CEO, the Boston fraudster, Uzi Katz, Telit (TCM) is still not coming clean with us. Part of the blame for that must lie with its morally bankrupt Nomad FinnCap. And so I have 10 questions for it and offer up my probable answers since Telit does not do transparency.
2568 days ago
Yosi Fait sold all his shares in Telit (TCM) AFTER it breached its banking covenants which as FD he must have known about as he must also have been aware that first half trading was way below forecast. But the company's new chairman has taken external legal guidance and said Yosi did nothing wrong and so has appointed him full time CEO. Well that's alright then. But there is yet another catastrophic profits warning ( as predicted) which begs the question of how great is debt now and will bank covenants be breached again?

Shares in On Line (ONL) are - as I record - up c350%. Is this peak blockchain insanity or is Clem Chambers simply the greatest spoofer in the history of mankind? What happens next is the big question. Then I look at murky share dealings in Mkango Resources (MKA) by market abuser and serial fantasist Chris Oil. Does he not care about TR1 rules at all? Then it is onto Lombard Risk Management (LRM) where I have 2 more questions about its overdraft but a very big question about how the silky words of Phil "InterX" Crawford on July 19 tally with the utterly shite H1 results. Does Nomad Finncap of Telit (TCM) infamy care? I suspect it does not. I look again at BCA Marketplace (BCA) - THE BIG SHORT - in light of recent macro data. It remains a stupendous short. I look at management greed and an impending placing to fund that at Arian Silver (AGQ) and then at the dire interims from System1 (SYS1) and profits alert from Attraqt (ATQT). It is the former which remains a stonking sell even after today's share price collapse. And I have a question or two for AIM dog Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO)
2605 days ago
Yesterday I discussed Doorsteps.co.uk which claims that it will flog your house for £99. I now look more closely at its history and the utterly shameless way that Crowdcube raised £400,000 for it; at the fact free and unquestioning BJ's its 19 year old founder has received from Fleet Street and speculate about how bad its metrics really are. That it has raised cash so easily is bad news for Purplebricks as it is now funded to nibble at its market share and so will be others until they all go bust. But it will be too late for Purplebricks by then. I then have hot gossip on Telit (TCM) which shows up the FT's dictation from PR men taking hacks for the fools they are and reinforces the shorting case big time. I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR), both need to place ASAP and in both cases it will be ugly. I also remind you again what UKOG is NOT saying.
2605 days ago
Remember when the FT said Inmarsat (ISAT) was going to bid 140p a share for Avanti Coms (AVN) then at 30p now at 7.26p offer? Today it had a scoop on Telit (TCM) which the company has commented on. There is a grain of truth in the FT scoop but so much of what it writes is just PR spin as I demonstrate in this podcast. I hope the journalists responsible feel soiled and dirty. As for Telit I explain the various scenarios and why the downside is huge whatever happens. I cover UK Oil & Gas. A moron reckons he is going to make money by not paying to read ShareProphets and buying more UK Oil & Gas shares instead. Since his silly email the shares have lost another 14% and are now 4p bid. Next stop 3p then 2p then whatever. Truly the moron will be rich. Not. Then I rant about how troubled Interserv (IRV) lied to investors regarding the reason why its FD left and why that matters.

I am in a bit of a rush today. The Mrs has all day meetings so it is just me and Joshua. That means we get an extra 30 minutes at the fit young mums coffee morning. But what do I say to a FYM? And what might she say back. That is clearly the big issue of the day. After that I look at MySquar (MYSQ) after Darren's meeting last night, at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) - placing at 2p? - Sound Energy (SOU) and Echo (ECHO) both slam dunk sells and similar to UKOG in many ways.I comment, en passant, on Renold (RNO) and the idea of pricing power and finally warn you that Telit (TCM) is indeed heading for 0p. And thank you for subscribing to ShareProphets. After 28 days we are within spitting distance of breakeven.

I start with a discussion prompted by a reader request on whether a brand has a hidden added value which you should account for when making an investment. Another reader asks if it is time to buy back into Eden Research (EDEN). I think he is being spoofed and explain why. Then I look at the latest (non) news from Telit (TCM) and ask if the mortgage fraudster and fugitive from US Justice has dumped his shares. I look at what is happening at Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR) , at the latest Mosman spoof, comment again on Nighthawk (HAWK) and then at the next Neil Woodford car crash RM2 (RM2).

No I am not talking about Sam Smith's beau, the CEO of Telit (TCM), white collar criminal Yosi Fait. Instead I am talking about betting on oil exploration calls. I cover Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG), formerly Crap Oil, Providence Resources (PVR) which has always been a crap company and I look at Stellar Diamonds (STEL). I then look at the ghastly profits warning at UP Global (UPGS) and the read across from that. There will be more on the Big Issue seller in the Silver Merc on my own website later.

My relative radio silence since yesterday is explained by this video. Today's bearcast is my last recorded from Greece for almost three months. The view from where I record is spectacular. The only question is whether I can upload it given how piss poor the internet is here. I look at 88 Energy (88E) and see massive problems ahead, comment on BNN (BNN) and Telit (TCM) and that brings me to the issue of management. It is critical in investing. Ceteris paribus, would you rather a company you were invested in was run by our own Steve Moore or by Big Dave Lenigas?

Links with Arsenal, massive cash burn, China, always missing goals (like the Arse) - that was BNN Technology (BNN), shares in which have been suspended today along with its CEO and China boss. I look at BNN in detail plus Telit (TCM), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) after my weekend pieces HERE and HERE. I cover Blenheim (BNR) after its joke RNS today and also the dog Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) after its latest spoof. The Mrs says my headline is crude & arguably homophobic, but I know you will love it and it is not if you take it in context.

We asked you for suitable captions for the picture below of the leather man who took over from the cowboy as CEO of the Telit (TCM) village people. I refer, of course, to insider dealer Yosi Fait. You offered numerous suggestions as you can see HERE but there can be only one winner and it is

Do you think Yosi got the machine below from Telit's (TCM) Vietnamese distributor of Internet products? In light of today's article on the former FD of the AIM fraud du jour, now its CEO, perhaps you can supply a suitable caption in the comments section below - deadline midnight Monday 21st. If you want more photos of burly men in leather check out Yosi's facebook page.

Yesterday there were more revelations about Telit (TCM) which, as I noted, made the position of former FD now CEO Yosi Fait all the more tricky. Now I want to revisit three days in June and three in July - events then make Yosi's position utterly untenable and explain why he must be fired at once. He is guilty of either extreme and sackable levels of incompetence and of lying to shareholders and insider dealing or of just insider dealing. It is one or the other - there is no third way. So there is no way out for Telit, Yosi must be sacked at once.

Today's Sunday Times carries new shocking revelations about the shocking lack of corporate governance at AIM fraud du jour Telit (TCM) - surely now the former FD, now CEO Yosi Fait must follow his predecessor the Boston fraudster Oozi Cats/Uzi Katz and be resigned at once

In the piss poor results for the six months to 30 June 2017, Telit (TCM) highlighted that it had purchased GainSpan and provided the following rather limited commentary on its contribution to the interim results:

The failure of the LSE to insist that hapless Nomad FinnCap forces Telit (TCM) to bring in a firm like KPMG to conduct a full forensic review will hurt it even more when this company goes tits up as I noted in a letter to Stock Exchange boss Donald Brydon earlier today HERE. Two sources tell me that the FBI may have bad news for the Boston fraudster Oozi Cats and his Mrs as I explain in this podcast. But the meat of the podcast is explaining why Telit will go tits up and why that could be within six weeks. Enjoy

You may remember that at the last AGM of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) its chairman,, Donald Brydon CBE, 'fessed up to being a ShareProphets reader and as we chatted afterwards he came over as a thoroughly decent man. But he has, yet again, been failed by his minions in their handling of the biggest AIM fraud of the year, so far, Telit (TCM). Lowly gofers such as the head of AIM Regulation, the fake Sheriff Mr Marcus Stuttad, have allowed Telit to avoid any independent scrutiny of its accounts & business practices despite clear evidence of fraud. That has to change and maybe Brydon will push for that. I have sent him a letter.

The board of Telit (TCM) the fraud whose CEO until last week was an undeclared fugitive from justice sure has some colourful chappies in senior posts. There was Uzi Katz, the Boston fraudster himself. Then we had former chairman Avigdor Kelner who has only recently emerged from a stretch in the slammer in Israel. Yesterday we met "colourful" NED Ram Zeevi as I published some US Court papers concerning him. Now meet Eran Edri.

We have already seen that a former Telit (TCM) chairman got sent to the slammer in Israel for fraud. Yesterday it was admitted that - as we revealed a week earlier - the founder, CEO and largest shareholder Oozi cats was also a fraudster and when IPO'ing Telit a fugutive from US justice. But despite compelling evidence from us HERE the rest of the board say Telit is not a fraud. And the folks at the bicycle repair store HERE which it claims to be its Vietnamese distribotor agree. So the rest of the board, all appointed by Oozi are squeaky clean right? Er...

Relief for Telit (TCM) bulls came at 4.05 PM Monday with news that Davide Serra had bought 1.6 million shares in Telit last week taking his holding from sub 3 to 4%. He only submitted his TR1 after the weekend but paying 160p-180p AFTER we exposed the, then, CEO Oozi cats as the Boston fraudster he clearly knew better than we did. But where did that name Davide Sella ring a bell?

Earlier today I published a bombshell that demonstrated that Telit (TCM) was Globo v2 - that is to say a FRAUD heading for zero in short order.. One of the points that caused Globo to unravel within days were its bogus distributors. I covered that in some detail in Part 1 of this series but here in part 2 I offer up some graphics to make my point. Distributors account for only 30% of claimed sales but if they are bogus then is anything genuine? It is game over for Telit, the Fat Lady is getting ready... Enjoy what follows...

After today's complete bombshell which shows that Telit (TCM) is a Globo style fraud and thus utterly worthless what follows may be a tad academic. But, none the less, it is yet another Red Flag which we all should have noticed earlier. Reading through the 2016 annual report of Telit it is apparent that Mr Fat Katz, sorry Mr Oozi Cats, had two unusual remuneration arrangements.

There comes a moment in every Agatha Christie novel when Poirot scolds himself for being so blind to the obvious. I just wonder if for myself and Telit (TCM) that moment was late last night. That the CEO was a fraudster fugitive from justice when he floated Telit is one matter, the crminal investigations in Italy are another but the heart of the issue is the dire financials & possible behaviour of the Norfolk variety. In case you missed it, I refer you to note 5.2 of the most recent interims published August 7.

Now this really is bizarre. We have taken screen shots of internet sites set up in 2015 by a vast number of fellows called Uzi Katz who claimed to live in Boston. The Jewish population of Massachusetts is 274,000 and I will charitably assume that all live in Boston. So lets crunch the math before we look at the (hilarious) websites and draw an inevitable conclusion..

As followers of Naibu (NBU) know there is nothing stopping the CEO of an AIM listed company being in prison while remaining in office. After all this is the world's most successful growth market and the head of the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, Mr Marcus Stuttard, really is a top banana. As such fans of Telit Communications (TCM) will not worry a jot about this bombshell from infamous bear raider Lucian Miers, the Bard of the Boleyn.

That Telit (TCM) is going to zero is a given as I explained yesterday HERE. But now we need to know why Canaccord quit on May 26 as Nomad. I suggest the reason in this podcast and call for a wider AIM Casino rule change on Nomad resignations. Then it is on to 2 CEO resignations. The bombastic prick David Williams has gone from drowning in debt Avanti Communications (AVN). Avanti is toast but I run through the red flags pertaining to Williams himself and ask a question about his payoff for failure. As for Redcentric (RCN) can I claim this as a scalp? Frazer Fisher must have known about the mega payroll fraud of March 31 2016 as I revealed HERE. Yet he trousered a big 2016 bonus and sold stacks of shares just after publishing the 2016 number which he KNEW WERE CROOK. This departure is to avoid him being in situe when the FCA, FRC and SFO announce their findings. Actually can the Sheriff claim a scalp on the bombastic prick Williams too? I got the FRC to pan his company and exposed all sorts of Avanti red flags and naughtiness. Two scalps in a day - ouzo time?

It is just conceivable that there were two Israeli couples in Boston in the late 1980s - Uzi & Ruth Veronique Katz with the chap born in 1961 and the bird having a March 17 birthday. One went on to be the CEO and the art curator at Telit (TCM) the other were fraudsters. So what are the odds? A statistics lesson follows for you cynics (Leon Boros I am talking about you!):

If you do not follow my financial writings you will not be aware of the Telit PLC scandal which I broke yesterday. This is a big high profile stockmarket listed company and what I revealed HERE was just amazing. Jaw dropping. The shares have duly crashed.

I refer to young Steve's article earlier on the most shorted AIM shares. The fact is that most AIM shares cannot be shorted at all. There then follows a discussion on Sound Energy (SOU), Boohoo.com (BOO) and Telit (TCM). On a serarate note I look at LGO Energy (LGO). When the facts change what do you do?

I am utterly wiped out after day one of what looks like being a cracking harvest. A full photo report is HERE. In the podcast I discuss votes tomorrow in Austria and Italy and what they mean and why we bears are feeling good about the lack of a Santa Rally. Trump was Santa this year and that rally is over. I explain why I disagree with Malcolm Stacey's article today. I then look at a number of AIM stocks set to slide and why, as I refer to Steve's piece earlier. In focus: Avanti Communications (AVN), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Telit (TCM), Boohoo (BOO), Tungsten (TUNG), Fastjet (FJET), Cloudtag (CTAG), African Potash (AFPO) and I have a few words about Worthington (WRN)

There are many smaller companies on AIM that are heading for zero as they are either almost out of (other folks) cash - Avanti Communications (AVN), IGAS (IGAS) or are plain frauds like African Potash (AFPO) nor Cloudtag (CTAG). But if you are a looking for a big company with plenty of borrow that is ripe for a share price collapse look to Israeli tech stock Telit (TCM). At 278p the market cap is a monstrous £321 million, call it $400 million. That is a rum n coke.
