Telit Communications (TCM) reckoned that a cash offer of £1.948 from Isle of Man based asset management business per share fundamentally undervalued the company. Dbay disagreed so has pulled the offer. Ooops.

Shares in Telit Communications (TCM), the company founded by mortgage fraudster Oozi Cats, have collapsed from 170p two months ago and 150p a month ago to just 114p to sell. There are three possible reasons for this and I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation asking it to force the poltroons at Nomad FinnCrap to force Telit to issue a statement. The letter is below.

Telit Communications (TCM) is a case study on why the AIM Casino is such a casino. Not only does it claim to be running at a cash profit while c$20 million of cash disappears in the first half of the year. But rules are broken and the folks meant to stop that, Nomads such as FinnCrap, do nothing to prevent it happening. And the regulators then do nothing about it. So other folks feel free to offend.

On May 22nd 2019 Telit Communications (TCM) issued an RNS with co broker Berenberg as one of the contacts. From the RNS of June 6 onwards Berenberg’s name has been missing from all releases. So is there, yet again, something that this company, founded by mortgage fraudster and fugitive from justice Uzi Katz, is not telling us?

You may remember our August 2017 shock expose HERE about how the founder and CEO of AIM listed Telit Communications (TCM) was not Oozi Cats but in fact Uzi Katz, a man who had fled the USA to avoid charges of mortgage fraud. Almost two years later the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation have acted. In a totally limp dick manner.

I am £155 and two teeth worse off after my encounter with Sir Laurence. I explain all. I am still not 100%. In the podcast I look at Milestone (MSG) where I have a hot rumour, Sabien (SNT), BlueJay Mining (BJAY), Tiso Blackstar (TBGR), Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR) and Telit Communications (TCM). Make sure you get your free ticket to UK Investor on April 21 using the promotional code WINNIFRITH when booking an investor class seat HERE - if only to hear a live 40 minute bearcast with myself & Paul Scott being recorded!

You rather lose count after a while. The first 2017 profits warning was on August 7, when mortgage fraudster and fugitive from US justice Uzi Katz served up the interims. Thereafter with insider dealer Yosi Fait taking over Telit Communications (TCM) has served up so many profits warnings that I have almost lost count. And today there is another...

Telit Communications (TCM), the AIM dog founded by Boston fraudster Uzi Katz and now run by insider dealer Yosi Fait has now clarified its most recent profits warning of 23 November. There is good news, bad news and very bad news indeed. And there is a lack of news on one front which is also bad news. In short this stinks.

Having bottomed at 105p, shares in Internet of Things/blatant fraud Telit Communications (TCM) bounced to almost 200p but have now slid back to 157.5p. Here are six reasons why they are going to head sharply lower in the next three months and will in due course go to zero.

The trade of the week was to buy shares in AIM listed fraud du jour Telit Communications (TCM) at 105p. I discuss why this is not a sensible strategy although it paid off last week and when it will end in tears. The podcast also covers Rose Petroleum (ROSE) the sort of utter crap that is all too common on the AIM Casino. I look at where Rose is heading and it is more compost bin than walled garden. Warning this barcast contains some bad language.

Telit Communications (TCM) is spinning hard to suggest that all is well despite its founder, CEO and largest shareholder Oozi Cats being"resigned" today. It started by planting today's RNS in the ever pliant FT yesterday afternoon - the paper of record is now the mouthpiece for fraudsters wanting to spin a line. The timing of that FT plant now exposes the lies of today. Now comes the formal statement and it does not wash at all and begs massive questions which are just not answered.
So here is the statement with each comment from The AIM fraud du jour followed with my comments in bold.

The Financial Times, always happy to help a company in trouble try to polish a turd with some PR spinning, is reporting that Telit Communications (TCM) is to part company with its founder, 12% shareholder and CEO Oozi Cats on a permanent basis. After our Boston fraudster revelations of last week Oozi had already stepped down pending an investigation by a law firm Cameron McKenna. After our revelations he was toast. But sacking Oozi is not enough after today's bombshells on this website - this is PR spinning and does not address the issue of wholesale fraud at Telit.

Following today's bombshell there can be no doubt that Telit Communications (TCM) is toast. Companies that lie and deceive so industrially in the way I demonstrated earlier HERE will always end in tears. In this podcast I look at the culture of corporate lying and wrongdoing and what it means for you as an investor. I look at rent boys at BP then at Quindell (QPP), Globo (GBO) and of course, in the main, at Telit

This is becoming Globo v2 at a an alarming rate. Today's bombshell dossier on Telit Communications (TCM) nails it as a slam dunk ZERO beyond all doubt. The only way that the shares do not completely crater in the morning is if they are suspended first. And that is exactly what should happen. As such I sent a couple of emails last night. One to tthe head of the Oxymorons Marcus Stuttard and his clueless colleagues, the Keystone Cops at AIM Regulation and the other to the folks at Nomad FinnCap from CEO Sam Smith via head of Corporate Finance Stuart Andrews down to analyst Lorne Daniel with a minor jackal in Corporate Finaance also included in case Andrews is too busy with his polo ponies to read emails on a Sunday. Enjoy!

Over the past week I have shown that Telit Communications (TCM) is run by a man who fled fraud charges in the US but changed his name to avoid investors knowing, I have flagged up banking covenant breaches, red flag strewn interims and an Italian criminal investigation. But that was just an appetizer. Today I give you a full dossier with shocking NEW material, which shows this is Globo Mark 2. it is a fraud and its shares are going to zero.
2659 days ago
After my earlier story about the covenant breach which is, I am increasingly sure, a smoking gun, I explore some trends shown by the financial statements of Telit Communications (TCM) that may have been some the red flags that resulted in hedge funds making Telit the most heavily shorted AIM company - this is all about the balance sheet. It also highlights why some type of fund raise, equity or debt, was almost inevitable in May - without it the lights would have been switched off by now.

The poodles of the PR community, that is to say the deadwood press, were briefed that Telit Communications (TCM) would by Friday have completed the review of whether is CEO was charged with fraud in 1991 but did a runner pre trial. Telit did not deny the allegations we broke as companies invariably do, at first, when exposed. Anyhow it is now Friday.

You might have thought that the 1991 Boston Real Estate fraud was the only brush Telit Communications (TCM) boos Oozi Cats/ Uzi Katz had enjoyed with the law. Think again. Though there has been no RNS from Telit on the matter of the BAMES bankruptcy which saw 1400 Italians lose their jobs and a massive criminal investigation, perhaps it might give us an update now.

This is a very simple contest. Heck Oozi Cats, formerly of Telit Communications (RCM), you have time on your hands right now so why not enter! "don't talk about time" Mr Sheriff please!" said Uzi, Sorry Oozi. I digress. Please look at the four images below and tell us which is the odd one out and why. I have added a musical hint on the fourth one. Post your entries in the comments section below with a deadline of midnight Thursday.

I so enjoy misquoting my fellow Anglo Irishman Mr Wilde. He knew a bit about the inside of a jail cell and that brings me to Telit Communications (TCM). Oozi cats, aka Uzi Katz, has "temporarily" (my arse) left Telit Communications (TCM) following the Boston fraud revelations but this is not the first time that the company's officers have had a spot of bother with the law. Meet Avigdor Kelner.

The talents of Ruth Veronique Kats/Cats the wife of Telit Communications (TCM) boss Oozi/Uzi know no bounds. She is the owner of showjumping ponies which allow her daughter to compete for Israel. She owns a company producing arthouse films. Back in the early nineties it seems as if she, or someone born on the same day with the same name married to a man of the same name, had expertise in real estate fraud, as I revealed earlier today HERE. But still Ruth marches on, slaving away as a, no doubt well paid, employee of Telit. What does she do? Over to LinkedIn....

Okay so the Sheriff of AIM has got his man. Uzi/Oozi Katz/Cats has gone "temporarily" (my arse, again) from Telit Communications (TCM). So what happens next? I comment about what was NOT said in today's release, try to second guess Uzi (that is the real one not a bogus ballet dancer/statistician/award winning chef) as to his next move. Then I discuss the underlying business and explain why, to me, it has all the makings of a Globo, not a Quindell,. and why that means that its share price collapsersoonie could be sooner than you think, if banksters HSBC are anywhere close to being on the ball. Enjoy.

The 2005 flotation of Telit Communications (TCM) will - with hindsight - be seen as yet another badge of shame for AIM, the casino which laughably brands itself as the world's most successful growth market. Until 2004 the CEO of Telit & the companies it bought was, in official documents such as THIS, calling himself Uzi Katz. By the time of the IPO that was Oozi Cats. Let us now turn to section 6.7 of that document.

Following our barrage of revelations yesterday about the Boston fraudsters - Uzi and Ruth Katz (aka Oozi & Ruth Cats), Telit Communications (TCM) has announced that its CEO Uzi/Oozi is to go on a "leave of absence." Uzi ain't coming back.

By now the newly appointed Nomad to Telit Communications (TCM) that is to say FinnCap will be very much aware of the confusion about its CEO Oozi Cats whose real name is Uzi Katz and his Mrs, Ruth Veronique, and a couple of fellow Israelis with the same names and birthdays who took flight/skipped bail to avoid facing trial for real estate fraud in Boston in 1991. Natch this is all a big coincidence.

Having been appointed as Nomad and broker to the highest profile AIM company of the week, Telit Communications (TCM) at 7.01 AM yesterday, Mr Stuart Andrews & Mr Richard Chambers of Finncap and their colleagues must be shitting briicks following today's quite stunning revelations earlier about Mr Oozi Cats/Uzi Katz, his Mrs Ruth and events in Boston 25 years ago. Or maybe it is just another couple holding Israeli passports with the same names and birthdays who were involved in multiple frauds?

Yesterday I discussed at length the woes of what was one of the largest companies on AIM, Telit Communications (TCM) where boss Oozi Cats sold £24 million of shares on May 25 - 24 hours ago the stock plunged for a range of reasons. Now here is the most amazing and embarrassing coincidence, meet an Israel couple who fled US justice in 1991. This must be so embarrassing for Oozi and his Mrs - Ruth Veronique Cats, it is just such an amazing coincidence.

I have just posted my analysis of today's disastrous interims from Telit Communications (TCM). This company is just drowning in red flags and the shares have crashed from 340p on May 25 when CEO Oozi Cats flogged £24 million worth to 156p. I could see this being a zero as explained in full HERE. But perhaps Oozi can help me on a few timeline issues just to explain why he is not an insider dealer. In return I have a special musical video just for him below...

Just three months ago some of Britain's top fund managers ploughed more than 50 million dollars into a placing organised by AIM dog Telit Communications despite numerous warnings from ourselves and others. But they knew better and anyhow it was other people's money. The shares have collapsed today to less than half the placing price after the most awful set of interims. But the fund managers will still earn Inter City salaries + ( more than 125) and fat bonuses so who cares? Are there any folks in the share world dumber than those fund managers? Er....

I am not sure if Neil Woodford had a big stake but Telit Communications (TCM) ticked all the other red flag boxes for AIM casino disasters waiting to happen. UK Investor Show attendees know that this has been high on the bear's hit list for a while. Today the train wreck happened and as I write, shares in what was the most shorted stock on the casino, are 39% down at 156p. But a £199 million market cap is still a rum and coke. The shares could be 20p and I still would not buy. Pro tem I count this as another big win for the Sheriff of AIM.

The Mrs goes back to work tomorrow after her maternity leave. So as of Friday i am dealing with nappy shit not AIM shit as my primary job. But Bearcast will return every day in September. Today the Mrs is out with Joshua so I am bored and have a lot to say. I start with MichaelMouse an ADVFN Bulletin Board moron committing market abuse as he shows he understands nothing - he really is a Mickey Mouse figure.. I have harsh words about Telit (TCM) and TrakM8 (TRAK) in that section. Then it is onto what "Strategic Review" means in plain English, ref Entu (ENTU). Finally to the meat of the podcast covering Mercantile Ports & Logistics (MPL), its fellow FRAUD Redcentric (RCN) and the worthless crap Magnolia (MAGP) and what it says about AIM and the failed Nomad system that Messrs Gandhi, Fisher and not so lovely Rita have not been fired. Warning: this bearcast contains some strong language and phrases of a sexual nature.

Telit Communications (TCM) is the most heavily shorted stock on AIM but its share price has proved incredibly resilient. At 275p it is almost up at 2016 year highs and the company is capitalised at £317 million. But you simply cannot defy gravity forever and, as a sell, it is my next share tip of the year.

Telit Communications (TCM), the most heavily shorted stock on AIM has issued a trading statement which it would no doubt describe as bullish. For bullish read bullshit.

On today's podcast I look in detail at Porta (PTCM) and other people businesses. Porta employs top PR person foxy Bex but even so its shares are a stonking sell. I then look at frauds Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) and Servision (SEV) and then onto the biggest short on AIM, Telit Communications (TCM)

It is red faces for Sir Richard Branson and for uber pious Richard Reed of Innocent as app firm Sup goes bust but the whole story is just so hilarious, a message on the stupidity of man and his inability to learn from his errors you will wet yourselves. The nature of the demise of this company is the highlight of my week and it will be yours too. Elsewhere I look at Telit Communications (TCM), Ambrian (AMBR), Aureus Energy (AUE) - I await your apologetic update Jo Hart - XCite (XEL) and Gulf Keystone (GKP).

Talking of jokes I mention, en passant, Sefton Resources (SER) but also the total joke that is Golden Saint Resources (GSR). Then there is BBA (BBA), Telit Communications (TCM), Surgical Innovations (SUN) - cue predictable Zak Mir joke - and eServGlobal (ESG). Finally I comment on Adgorithms (ADGO) and flag up superb Peel Hunt research HERE

There is so much I could have covered in this week’s caption contest but somehow the spark of interest is missing. I cannot think of anything at all funny to say and so I was tempted not to run a contest at all but with no prize on offer I offer up the following picture taken, I gather in Wales. In honour of PR prude Kay Larsen of College Group PR who thinks that she has the right to dictate exactly where her clients are covered and how, I offer up this picture.
For what it is worth my entry is:

The ram in the middle: I just want to shag some sheep
