In my day job I deal with stockmarket villains. The narrative does not change when you expose a big scandal. I publish a report. The company’s advisers, overpaid PR fluffies, put out a regulated announcement where they “refute” the allegations. And in due course I am vindicated and shares in that company collapse, sometimes to zero. It has happened so many times.

It was only a couple of weeks ago when the hapless Tory MP William Wragg was exposed for exposing himself on Grindr and then being blackmailed that I made reference to Uncle Chris, the late Christopher Booker HERE. The image from Private Eye of the Court of SuperMac dressed as if for the fall of Rome, which hangs in the downstairs loo at The Old Rectory, is again in my mind. It is as if Tory MP’s get an automatic account with the gay dating app Grindr when they are elected. Again, another Private Eye joke springs to mind.

In the house of my late uncle Christopher Booker the walls feature a number of original cartoons from the publication he co-founded, Private Eye. Yes kids… the professional celeb and media tart Ian Hislop did NOT found Private Eye. My favourite is one that is very much in my mind today amid news of the latest Tory sex scandal, one from the Profumo era of 1963, drawn by Willie Rushden.

Westminster Group (WSG) shares have plunged by well over 90% since Sir Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy became chairman in 2017. And now the cures of Baldry strikes again with a tacit admission of Westminster’s growing cash crisis. First up though, Westminster is changing its year end. How convenient just 18 days ahead of the year end.

One of the golden rules of AIM shares is never to own shares in a company associated with slug like ex Tory MP Tony Baldry. It always ends in tears for investors while Baldry troughs it. When Fat Sir Tone became chairman of Westminster Group (WSG) in the summer of 2017 the shares were 16p. Today they are 1.275p, giving a market cap of £4.4 million. But could things be about to get even worse?

Yes, Schofield and the cover up at ITV is a real scandal and there is a double standard there in that had Schofield been shagging a 17 year old junior female employee he’d have been out three years ago. As he today takes to the airwaves to accuse his critics of being motivated by homophobia there is a humungous double standard. This is the Kevin Spacey defence “Look I am gay so ignore the huge power disparity between me and that teenage boy I shagged but if a male executive shags a female intern he is exploiting a power gap and must be crucified. I so support #Metoo.” I discussed the ITV cover-up of Phil and how everyone knew HERE. However…

I have covered the career of left wing journalist Carole Cadwalladr on this website for many years, starting with her bogus claims of achieving success despite educational disadvantage, moving on through all the hoax stories which earned her an Orwell prize and then onto her libel case with Brexit bad boy, Arron Banks. Today Cadwalladr faces bankruptcy as she has been ordered to pay 60% of Bankski’s costs plus 100% of her own costs plus some damages as well. If she cannot find more than £2million she should be made bankrupt. Hooray. For Cadwalladr is a dangerous and unpleasant fantasist.

I start with a few words about how we are trapped up at the Greek Hovel. Then it is onto World Chess (CHSS). Finally the curse of Sir Tony Baldry, the slug like ex Tory MP, is – I sense- about to fall yet again on Westminster Group (WSG).

With a majority of just 834 Tory MP, almost, lifelong career politician, Andrew Bowie is probably already trying to find secure employment for after 2024 when he loses his seat. If so he was in the wrong place yesterday as, as a junior export minister, he pitched up to meet the blubbery lardball that is Neill Ricketts, the loathsome boss of Versarien (VRS) which is set to run out of money by Christmas. It won’t be in a position to make him a NED come 2024. From the winner of a reality TV show 21 years ago to a Tory MP who is not even a household name in his own household, Versarien sure pulls in the all the big stars.

Oh dear, oh dear. My old friend the champagne socialist Fleet Street Legend Brian Basham is a director of Net Zero Infrastructure (NZI) and was so hopeful when it listed on the (sub) Standard list at 3p last September 15th. In today’s podcast I look at Cineworld (CINE), Ocado (OCDO), Versarien (VRS), Rosslyn Data (RDT) – going right back to its fraudulent prospectus c.o Cenkos – and Westminster Group (WSG) where the curse of Baldry of the fraud 3DM infamy strikes yet again. Talking of vile Tory MPs, I mention Matt Hancock at the end. At least with Baldry his fingers were only in the pork barrel.

The morons are getting terribly excited by an article by my old mucker Mark Watson Mitchell (HERE) suggesting that shares in Westminster Group (WSG) chaired by disgraced ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of the fraud 3DM infamy, are cheap as chips. The article is titled “Giving Money away” But it is all demonstrable bollocks targeting the stupidest investors to try and pump the shares ahead of a bailout placing. That will be the 35th such bailout in Westminster’s tawdry history.
This is abundantly clear. As I noted here after piss poor interims were published on 18 August, Westminster Group (WSG) is running on vapours and needs to get away yet another bailout placing PDQ if its obese chairman Sir Tony is not to find someone with a similar weight issue waddling to Banbury to sing. This bailout placing will be Westminster’s 35th fund raise as a quoted company!

Chaired by the vile ex Tory MP Tony Baldry, Westminster Group (WSG) is running on vapours (yet again) . That we all knew as explained here. But what the company is not admitting to is a hammer blow from Sierra Leone which will destroy the only profitable part of this business. Let me explain.

I explained yesterday how the curse of value destroying loathsome ex Tory MP Tony Baldry was about to strike again and that Westminster Group (WSG), where his chairmanship has seen a 5 year 90% share price collapse, was set to do another bailout placing. On reflection, the numbers presented are misleading and the merde in which this company is drowning is far greater than folks realise. Let me explain.

In one sense Tory MP Maria Caulfield is right. Anyone can get HIV but in encouraging us all to head off to the NHS, the envy of the world, with its record waiting lists to get a test is Ms Caulfield really being totally fair and balanced? Or just adding to the NHS waiting lists in order to appease certain vociferous minorities?

The finances of sleazy Tim Yeo are already known to be utterly ropey so how long will it be before he is forced to dump his remaining shares in Powerhouse Energy (PHE) the ramp where he was resigned as chairman this summer after being branded as a liar who breached his fiduciary duty by a High Court judge. It gets worse as you can see in the costs order below.

I start with four companies to boycott: Octopus Energy, Grolsch, Nivea and Kopparber. Not that it will make any difference. I then battle EasyJet (EZJ) to get my own money back and discuss why i would not own its shares. Then onto Bidstack (BIDS) which will meet payroll next week but will struggle in July, Verditek (VDTK) and finally Westminster Group (WSG) run by sleazy ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of the fraud 3DM infamy.

Today, the oil company that toxic David Sefton ramped, raised funds for, did undeclared related party deals with and still owes cash to, Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) was thrown off AIM as a near bankrupt shell. Last Friday it was the turn of the other company he destroyed with related party deals, Iconic (ICON) to have news and it all reads badly for Dave. I wonder how Dave’s business partner, the Tory, Damian Collins MP feels about this. More sleaze vicar?

Tony: you are a scumbag. This is a shocker.

This all looks fishier than a case of seven week old kippers left in the sun. You will remember that on 1 February 2021 the three patsy directors of Iconic (ICON), who were paid two hundred grand a year each to do the bidding of toxic Dave Sefton, quit before they were pushed and that day signed new contracts to work direct for toxic Dave’s Greencastle. Greencastle owned assets thanks to deals funded by Iconic in return for Iconic getting a management contract but that contract was also terminated on February 1. That should be a hanging offence but it gets worse.

How do you know when sleazy former Tory MP Tim Yeo is lying? Simple: his lips move. Let me give you an example as, the firm he chairs, Powerhouse Energy (PHE) today raised £10 million at 5.5p, a 35% discount, thanks to bucket shop broker Turner Pope. Whilst it is coke and hookers all round as Turner Pope considers its £500,000 commission, I want you to consider this statement from 9 September 2020:

Whatever is Tory MP Damian Collins doing getting mixed up in this shit show?.

On 30 December 2019, as I highlighted in my article of the same day, toxic Dave Sefton resigned from Board of Iconic (ICON) admitting that he had become a PR liability following a series of exposes on this website about how he had used company funds at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) to benefit his private interests and had then lied about repaying those funds which he has still not done in full.Sefton is thus utterly toxic but behind the scenes and a trio of directors each earning £200,000, toxic Dave remains very much active behind the scenes at this company operating with almost no revenue and racking up steep losses.. He is involved in both Infotagion and also the London Economic deals that Iconic has announced.

On 29 January 2019 Westminster Group (WSG) the dog chaired by ex Tory MP Tony “fatso” Baldry of 3DM infamy issued a ramptastic trading statement to ramp its shares up to 12p allowing it to do a bailout, keep the lights on, placing at 10p a few days later. Now, as it prepares for its next bailout placing we have more grim news marking the company out as utterly uninvestable. First the mess of its accounts.

In bearcast i raise unanswered questions about Westminster Group (WSG) run by smug lardarse Tony Baldry and ask how soon the next bailout placing will be and at what price. I look again at the most overvalued & over-ramped stock on AIM, Bidstack (BIDS), at BlueJay Mining (JAY) and at AO World (AO) and Purplebricks (PURP) two companies that boost profits by ripping off customers.

The behaviour of Westminster Group (WSG) chaired by disgraced ex Tory MP , Sir Tony Baldry of 3DM fraud infamy, displays everything that is worst about the AIM Cesspit. Having lost his seat at the last election, former MP Ben Gummer is constantly wheeled out by the BBC and other liberal news outlets as a “mainstream” Tory. That is to say that – unlike most Tory members - he wants to stay in the EU. He then trots out the most monstrous canards claiming them as facts and, naturally, goes unchallenged.

In today's podcast I look at Westminster Group (WSG) cursed by its association with ex Tory MP Tony Baldry of 3DM infamy, One Media (OMIP) a worse investment than a Nationwide BS savings account and now cursed with a tie up with the investment abomination that is Nicola Horlick. I also cover Andalas (ADL), shortly to be renamed PumpandDumpPLC

When a good company meets the salary expectations of “porker Baldry” of 3DM infamy as its chairman it will inevitably become a cash guzzler. When a bad company finds the loathsome lard bucket at its helm the outcome is not going to be a happy one for shareholders. And that brings us to Westminster Group (WSG) which has raised a paltry £500,000 (gross) today via seedy low grade bucket shop SVS just to keep the lights on until Christmas.

Shares in Westminster Group (WSG), run by loathsome ex Tory MP slug, Tony “fatso” Baldry of 3DM infamy have slipped again to just 9.2p to sell. MPs are meant to be our servants. Not the other way round. It is a point repeatedly lost of many of the expense grubbing toads of Westminster. Anna Soubry MP who last year claimed £203,228.11 in expenses and who once - charged the £14 cost of delivering remembrance day poppies to expenses - is one MP who really does not get it. Today she has attacked the Daily Mail as "silly and sinister". Okay the Mail is a rag but that is not the point.

Jennings has published a new letter with a dire warning to anyone prepared to back Trew & Sir Hal. Perhaps the campaign slogon for comrade Jennings should be "For the many not the Trew." Maybe that needs work? Jennings writes:

In today's bearcast I discuss the corporate history of Sir Henry Bellingham MP notably the fraud he was deeply involved with for six years - 3DM. That leaves me backing today's calls for him to resign from Pathfinder Minerals (PFP). He is a massive red flag just like ex Tory MP Tony Baldry now of Westminster (WSG) but who was also involved in the nest of vipers that was 3DM. I discuss my settlement with Roger Lawson of ShareSoc. I have not taken a view on Westminster Group (WSG) to date but it has done itself no favours at all with news today that it has appointed as its new NED, Tony Baldry, the Tory MP for Banbury until 2015 and a vile pig who demonstrates everything that is so repellent about the political establishment.

Apparently a Tory MP called Sarah Wollaston has switched sides from out to in in the Brexit debate. I take some interest in politics and could just about place this Sarah Wollaston. She is a doctor, I think, but that is about all I know about her. And I am not so sure about even that. And so from the 99% of the country who care even less about politics than I do this will be a question of Sarah Who?

In the debate about the Panama Papers and how Dodgy Dave Cameron has now published his tax returns, slimey Tory MP Alan Duncan stood up to say how important it was that ordinary MPs did not have to follow suit. The gist of Duncan's argument was that if hard working MPs had to disclose all their financial affairs a number of top notch fellows would simply opt not to be MPs and as such the Commons would be filled with, what this squirt terms, "low achievers".
Mr Duncan, being an odious little man, forgets that MPs are our servants not vice versa. It is the taxpayer

Earlier today I suggested a few more possible scare stories that the increasingly desperate "inners" campaign might spin in order to terrify us into not voting for Brexit. But even I did not think they would come up with a claim this daft.
Tory Minister Anna Soubry has just claimed on the BBC that if we left the EU, Britain would no longer be able to export anything to the EU. Anna knows we run a trade deficit with the EU so if we are blocked from that market and reciprocated the big loser would be the EU. She knows that before we joined the Common Market we were able to export to it. She knows that countries around the world export to the EU.
In short she knows that in stating that exports to the EU would " go down to almost absolutely zero if we come out" she is talking total bollocks.
Anna you cannot be serious.

On Thursday the good folks of Clacton in the green and pleasant county of Essex vote in a by-election caused by sitting MP Douglas Carswell resigning his seat. 20 miles down the road from me vast tracts of land are underwater. Flanked by the local MPs (a double barrelled Tory upper class twit nonentity and a beardy weirdie Lib Dem wearing wellies over his sandals), minister Owen Patterson visited this week. Yup, shake down the money tree the feckless rich are to be bailed out with your cash.
I am hard on those on welfare who talk of rights without taking any sense of personal responsibility. No-one dares level the same charge against the feckless rich of Somerset but here I go.
The odd household of the 500 or so cut off by water or flooded comprises born and bred locals who have been happily married to their cousin, sister or aunt for years. The vast majority are incomers who have bought privately, often paying an arm and a leg. This is not a place just anyone can afford to live in.
When they bought they were fully aware that once in fifty or a hundred years they would get flooded. But flooding is like tossing a coin. Your two floods in 50 years could come 50 years apart or (as is the case today) in consecutive years. That is the way of nature and the folks knew it when buying.
Would I like a lovely farmhouse next to a fish filled river on the Levels? Yes I would love it. But I would want to pay a stack less than I would for an equivalent property in the hills where I know that I will not be swimming in sewerage once every few decades. In other works you pay for what you get.
The folks on the levels might have bought in relatively cheaply because they took this into account. Or they might simply have overpaid. But it was THEIR call. Now they are demanding that the rest of Britain spends millions on dredging (unproven) and on installing mammoth new pumping systems so that when the next floods come (whether that be 2015 or 2065) they will not be affected. This will naturally make their properties worth more.
If the folks ignored the flood risks and overpaid they are feckless spongers if they now expect the rest of us to bail them out and add to the value of their homes. If they got in at a discount price accepting flood risk and now demand we bail them out so increasing the value of their homes they are also scroungers.
These folks need to accept that they must take financial responsibility for their own decisions and not get bailed out by the rest of us. The fact that the posh folk of the Levels would be the first to condemn the residents of Benefits Street - who also talk of "rights" without accepting personal responsibility for their own actions and decisions - makes me feel even less sympathy for them now.
The taxpayer has an obligation to open up roads by draining off water. After that the folks of the Levels have got to live with the consequences of their own economic choices and if that means going to stay with granny in Taunton until the waters subside so be it.
The hard pressed taxpayer has no obligation or responsibility to bail them out.
Of course no politician will dare say that. All three parties still believe in the Money Tree.’

Mr P, the Tory MP whose lesbian housekeeper claimed that he (and Mrs P) tried to get her involved in a ménage a trois has been named. The housekeeper, sadly, lost her industrial tribunal this week and seems to have a history of this sort of thing. Anyhow who is Mr P?
He is Richard Drax the MP for South Dorset who does not appear to be exactly a household name. Even in his own household. The chap lives in his ancestral stately home and perhaps if he used his full name, Richard Grosvenor Plunkett-Ernle-Erle-Drax, he might attract more attention.
The first Mrs. Plunkett-Ernle-Erle-Drax was something to do with a Royal nanny but v2 is a Norwegian lady who is not a bad looker. Anyhow, having finally hit the headlines, The Right Honourable Mr Richard Grosvenor Plunkett-Ernle-Erle-Drax MP can now return to the obscurity from whence he came.

I have sad news to bring you. The lesbian housekeeper has lost her industrial tribunal against Mr and Mrs P, the Tory MP and his wife she accused of molesting her and suggesting a menage a trois. I guess the tribunal found it utterly unlikely that a married Tory MP would try to get it on with a woman, let alone two.
Sadly this means that we will never get to know the identity of Mr & Mrs P. My prayers to the great tribal god of sleaze went unanswered.
