Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Malcolm can say what he likes about Ceres but he's wrong & a serious suggestion for Sus Barbatus at Skinbiotherapeutics

I start with it being the first day of Advent and a moan about folks starting Christmas far too early. Then onto Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX), why I am not selling and a suggestion for Stuart Ashman, a serious one, on how he can regain investor trust at a stroke. Then it is Tintra (TNT), Ceres Power (CWR), free speech on this website, Totally (TLY), Vast Resources (VAST) and Rua Life Sciences (RUA),the sponsor of today’s ouzo moment.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: As Tingo suspension extended the writing is on the wall for Technology Minerals, escape while you can! It will be a zero too.

I start with a report on yesterday’s soccer with daughter 2. Then I look at Belluscura (BELL) and as if Nigel Wray can really still justify the corporate action? Then it is on to Totally (TLY), the fraud Tingo (US:TIO), Technology Minerals (TM1), Doc Martens (DOCS) and Global Petroleum (GBP),

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: D day for Tingo is tomorrow, today is an Optibiotix day

I start with the fraud Tingo (TIO) then move on to Totally (TLY) , where I am vindicated yet again, Global Petroleum (GBP) , Golden Prospect Precious Metals (GPM) and finally what surely must be a 2024 tip of the year, Optibiotix (OPTI

Is Totally totally imploding? (As long predicted)

Interim numbers out this morning are truly dreadful. The balance sheet as ever is a timebomb waiting to blow up the company and, to put the icing on the cake, Totally (TLY) chairman Bob Holt who is the only grown up at this comedy show, has suffered long enough and his successor is a clown.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: a Totally bogus balance sheet & results statement

Today it is Haile Selassie who gets de-statued. This confuses me. Then Nigel Wray gets confused as to the value of the FTSE 100 and of Apple. I share his confusion, can you help me. I discuss Burford (BUR) and then go to town on Totally (TLY) where the balance sheet is a joke and today’s results statement needs to be rewritten and re-issued. Finally I have just filmed the first main stage presentation for MineProphets on July 18. It is almpst an hour long and, I learned a lot from it, it really is most excellent. Book your seat HERE

Totally trading statement – complete & utter gibberish and utterly meaningless

Totally (TLY) is probably insolvent, in that it cannot meet its existing current liabilities from existing resources,  but we do not quite know as today’s trading statement is just so much meaningless gibberish. What exactly is CEO Wendy Lawrence so desperate to hide?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Totally & Condor balance sheets under extreme scrutiny

I start with a look at PCGE (PCGE) and what CCJs actually mean before having a look at results from Capital & Regional (CAL) and what they say about the state of retail property. Look at the gaping chasm between the share price and NAV! Then a detailed look at the balance sheets of Condor Gold (CNR) and Totally (TLY), the latter using my new interest, non debt debt. If you enjoyed this, I think, profanity free bearcast, follow a bloke from the Grim North who donated enough to buy a whole house in the welfare safari and support the Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks HERE.

Make sure your kids do not listen to this podcast. Today I cover the latest bonkers idea from Malcolm Stacey, NetFlix (NFLX), tesla (TSLA), IQE (IQE), Dods (DODS), Flybe (FLYB) and Totally (TLY). I also explain why I am even more of a f*cking feminist than before, as of today.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: If First Derivatives only wants questions about how big its CEO's cock is I have a nasty surprise for it

In today's podcast I have some bad news for Bath Spa as the Mrs prepares to head to the Grim North relating to what happened after I gave this talk. I also have bad news for First Derivatives (FDP) as it prepares for a "Capital markets Day" session of mutual masturbation with the dumb sell side analysts and even dimmer fund managers who have stuffed other folks cash into this stock. I cover Totally (TLY), Wishbone (WSBN), Ariana (AAU), Quadrise Fuels (QFI) and Richoux (RIC)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I agree with everyone on one matter & with in house Bulletin Board loon Wildes on another

I start with that upon which we are all surely agreed. Theresa May's Brexit deal is awful, she has acted treasonously towards Ulster and she must go now. Then it seems that Wildes and I agree on one aspect of news from Falanx (FLX) - I discuss its news today. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Oily Piers gains from yellow journalism at the ES & is Amur about to go pop

I address issues raised by poltroons about yesterday';s bearcast and our new investment. I look at some awful yellow journalism at the Evening Standard regarding oily Piers Pottinger and the MySquar (MYSQ) fraud which demonstrates again why the dying deadwood press are part of the problem not the solution. I look at Amur Minerals (AMC) which is in VERY big trouble, I suggest. And also at Avanti Communications (AVN), Totally (TLY) and Venn Life (VENN). The big short dossier articler is on the runway and I should publish it very soon.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - we have just bought just under 0.5% of an AIM listed company

In today's podcast I look at the US mid-terms and why they should make you bet heavily on #Trump2020. I look at Cabot Energy (CAB), Totally (TLY) in great detail at JD Wetherspoon (JDW) at why Persimmon (PSN) fired the wrong man in Jeff Fairburn and I reveal which AIM company we have just bought circa half a per cent of and exactly why. Don't laugh Wildes.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Distracted by the growing sex abuse scandal at Warwick School and by the rantings of Brokerman Dan

I have been greatly distracted today. In part by some ludicrous piffle from Brokerman Dan, I explain why he is deluded. More importantly there is the growing sex and physical abuse scandal at my old school Warwick as I explained earlier today HERE. Today I have spoken to a second sexual abuse victim and been contacted by the new Head Master. Maybe something will happen. On the markets I look at First Derivatives (FDP), Angus Energy (ANGS), Purplebrocks (PURP) Totally (TLY) where Stevie Wonder could see that it is placing ahoy and Goldplat (GDP)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Fuck Yu - ex FD but shareholders in Totally screwed too

Today's bearcast is recorded outside the Greek hovel as Joshua does not seem to understand why hard working folks here in Greece have an afternoon sleep. In the podcast I look at Yu Group (YU) in detail, Challenger Acquistions (CHAL) and MX Oil (MXO) en passant and, in real detail, Totally (TLY) where either CEO Wendy Lawrence or scumbag, low life, morally bankrupt PR Yellow Jersey, or both, must think investors are truly stupid to swallow the horse in today's trading statement.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Lyin' Steve now you really are taking the piss

In this podcast I look at Fronterra (FRR) where I'm vindicated and my twitter pest of the week - a detergent salesman - is now even more out of pocket. I look at Greka Drilling (GDL) and at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) where Lyin' Steve is now really taking the piss with his 0.4p options. Finally I wonder how close is Totally (TLY) to needing a bailout placing. With Allenby of Servision (SEV) infamy and the chap who assisted Quindell (QPP) at Cenkos on board it has a broking dream team in place. I take a detailed look. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 - THIS SATURDAY - one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: as a former tax dodger in the Isle of Man I can't say I'm shocked by the Paradise Papers

Of course when I was a crony capitalist I spent a couple of years in the Isle of Man with its progressive tax system.  That was all legit, it is called tax avoidance (legal) not tax evasion (illegal) but it is clear that the IOM facilitates a stack of illegal tax evasion. I am not shocked by the Paradise Papers revelations on this and explain why. Elsewhere there is follow on work on Totally (TLY) looking at more red flags and the vanity of sales, then coverage of Red Emperor (RMP) and P:aragon Entertainment (PEL)

The lying criminal Chris Oil has threatened me with physical violence and subsequently challenges me to a boxing match. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 5 January - Odey gets fingers burned badly on Home Retail - remember the Young Ones?

Apparently when going short of Home Retail (HOME) uber-posh fund manager Crispin Odey made some fairly nasty comments about poor people (aka folks who buy shares in David Lenigas companies). Well he has been burned today and that reminds me of a classic episode of The Young Ones (see below).  I reflect on why shorting is a bad risk reward play and what that means and also on the idiocy of buying by following fund managers. I mention Tungsten (TUNG) and Allied Minds (ALM) in this respect. Elsewhere I ponder Totally (TLY) and the wisdom - in this case - of Wildes and then Greka Drilling (GDL), Evocutis (EVO) and Golden Saint (GSR).

Inside the empty mind of a Bulletin Board Deramper/Moron – ref Totally

I am drawn to a certain Bulletin Board thread for AIM listed Totally (TLY) where after one recent announcement one poster published 52 separate negative pieces. What sort of moron spends his days like that? A Bulletin Board Moron of course. Now there is a comment on Shareprophets after our most recent piece HERE.  Let me address it.

The anonymous poster (Riverway) who may or may not be a moron states:

A Delay in results is nearly ALWAYS bad News

I compare and contrast two companies here: Totally (TLY) and Greka Drilling (GDL). The matter is the question of a delay in results.

The old market adage is that results are never delayed because of good news. The reality is that as a CEO you want good news out there in the market so that your share price goes up, folks write nice things about you on Bulletin Boards rather than accusing you of being even more useless than Tom Winnifrith, shareholders send you chocolates rather than shit in the post, etc, etc.
