Before I gert any snotty lawyers letters from fascist law firm Web Sheriff which acts for celebs who drone on about promoting safe sex and AIDS awareness while not practising what they preach, the picture I furnish you with below is not actually an olive oil bath. But it could be. It is in fact a tank into which the oil from the Greek Hovel is actually pouring as this photo is being taken. We produced 449 litres which would fill this up to about three quarters full. That would easily be enough for a cosy bath for two, but maybe it would get a bit tight with three. What do you think?

I write this on a website hosted in the US and as someone currently resident in Greece. I hope that the law firm Web Sheriff takes this on board as it seeks to enforce a celebrity injunction applicable to media outlets in England and Wales but nowhere else. The law is an ass.

I am still spitting nails at the facist lawyers for a certain celebrity couple who got this entire website taken down on Friday by bullying our previous hosting company. The facist lawyers at Web Sheriff were not acting on behalf of a UK Court and acted on their own very dodgy interpretation of whether any legal threshold had been crossed by a certain article.
Fine. I have now republished the article which breaches no UK injunction, having moved my hosting to the United States and moved myself to the hovel in Greece which produces fantastic olive oil. If anyone reading this wants to buy some oil to use for whatever they want they know how to get in touch. Our new hosting company has balls of steel as you can see:

A few weeks ago I penned an article asking why a certain celebrity couple who usually adorn the tabloids had seemingly disappeared from the news. Publications across the world, but not in England & Wales, know why - you see there is an injunction out about the extra-marital activities of one of the two. But I did not mention that or any details of what the injunction covers, the article was 100% safe from a legal stance.
Lawyers acting for the celebs, the Web Sheriff firm, then emailed

This time I just told the Web Sheriff law firm where to stick it. The article it objects to mentioned none of the matters currently covered by the injunction it merely mentioned celebrities xxxxxx and xxxxxx in a wholly different context. Is there really now a blanket ban on reporting all aspects of their lives? No there is not.
It is not the job of the Web Sheriff law firm to enforce the innjunction and I have repeatedly asked it when the UK Government gave it authority to do so? Of course it has not. The Web Sheriff firm declines to answer that question and nor will it say for whom it acts although it is bloddy obvious.

Barring a successful last minute appeal by two married celebs the celebrity injunction will be lifted on Thursday morning. The celebs front up an Aids charity but do not want you to know that the younger of the two plays away from home having unprotected anal sex including in threesomes in baths filled with olive oil. The UK Courts are now minded to accept that an injunction is pointless since the latest polls suggest that 55% of folks in England & Wales can now name the celebs. This is the Streisand effect - gagging is counterproductive.

Ben Edelman promised new material on blinkx (BLNX) at the 2015 UK Investor show and he did not disappoint. I am working hard to get the full video of the Web Sheriff up as soon as possible but it is pretty explosive stuff.
