In today’s Bearcast I look at the insolvent fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME), musicMagpie (MMAG), Parkmead Group (PMG), Upland Resources (UPL), Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Red Rock Resources (RRR), and Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL) and my old sparring partners at Tosser Fund.

Truly this guy is not only an investment sage but a budding poet. In today’s podcast I discuss Probiotix (PBX), Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX), Chapel Down, insider dealing, Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), Pennpetro (PPP), Tirupati Graphite (TGR) and Eco Buildings (ECOB).

I suspect many say the same about me. I start with Wishbone Gold (WSBN) then address Lansdowne Oil & Gas (LOGP), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) and more lack of Turkish Delight for big Dave Lenigas and the other promoters, Eurasia Mining (EUA) and Cellular Goods (CBX) where I am being spammed on Twitter by poltroonish supporters.

I still own some of these shares as a reminder to myself of how bloody stupid I can be. Every time I look at the share price it is an act of self-flagellation, a self-administered punishment beating at the hands of Wishbone Gold (WSBN). Whack, whack, that is for being so bloody moronic! Today we have another statement which is so much bullshit. It uses a template much favoured by the best friend of Wishbone boss Richard Poulden, Mr David Lenigas.

I start with a few ramblings on turning the Welsh Hovel into a homestead and an apple I have just eaten. I end with a reminder that 98% of you have yet to donate to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks. I am sure that you can each afford a tenner, please do donate HERE. Then I look in detail at Strix (KETL) and explain why Versarien (VRS) really is screwed. Unless you have dealt with banks when running a struggling company – as I have – you just won’t get why. I also look at BSF Enterprises (BSFA), Wishbone Gold (WSBN) and Inland (INL).

I start off with why the Times‘ demands for a Sheriff of Tipsters smacks of glass houses and throwing stones. Has its own tipster declared all conflict of interests. Then onto gold, looking at my portfolio and why I have not sold Red Rock (RRR) and Wishbone Gold (WSBN) yet despite my grave governance reservations and their failure to monetise assets whose quality I start to doubt. So why not sell and reinvest in a higher quality play I own like Centamin (CEY), Ariana (AAU) or even Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI). One reason was the illness that laid me so low I just forgot. But there are others which I explain in the podcast, my second of the day after this photo/podcast from Lake Vyrnwy which has given me great pleasure.

Maybe I have fallen out with these folks already: Colin Bird, Richard Poulden, and Andrew Bell. But after this podcast I sure will have done so. I own shares in two companies mentioned. It is my intent to cut my losses when back at my desk in Wales next week and to reinvest the little cash that comes in, in a boring gold play with a dividend which will not be passing the begging bowl around numerous times next year. I think probably I shall buy a few more Ariana (AAU). The three companies that I slate today are Red Rock Resources (RRR), Tiger Royalties (TIR) and Wishbone Gold (WSBN)

The other day I suggested that AIM needed to introduce a Lenigas law whereby if a known associate of a company director sold his asset to that company he needed to declare how much he paid for it. Lenigas has punted on 2 assets on an undisclosed mark up to his pal Richard Poulden at Wishbone Gold (WSBN) where, for reasons I find it increasingly hard to justify, I am a shareholder. But Alien Metals (UFO) is another can of worms. And guess which penny share huckster pushes this one.?

Events at Wishbone Gold (WSBN) where I am, of course, a loyal shareholder, prompt me to suggest a change to UK Regulation, the Lenigas Law. Today’s Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) exposé prompts me to suggest another. I comment on how if Rishi Sunak is “sound money” man then I am slimmer of the year before flagging up a far bigger political influence on markets over the coming six weeks.

In today’s podcast I discuss coverage of my friend Richard Poulden and Valereum Blockchain (VLRM) which is now utterly toxic. I mention Wishbone Gold (WSBN) en passant. I look at Verditek (VDTK) where AIM Regulation must now step in to tackle fraud then at IOG (IOG), lessons from the demise of Toople (TOOP) and then an expose of the events at Technology Minerals (TM1) where you really just could not make it up.

In today’s podcast I end with a few ShareStock logistics matters ahead of Saturday. Before that: Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Alien Metals (UFO), Avacta (AVCT), Asimilar (ASLR), TrustPilot (TRST), Ceres Power (CWR) and Deepverge (DVRG).

Yesterday I discussed how Ironveld Resources (IRON) via its PR man Tim Blythe of BlytheRay ands the awful Mail on Sunday was smearing Richard Jennings but ignoring the real issue which were breaches of AIM Rule 10 and 11. But what is sauce for the goose… I today read to you a string of remarks made by Giles Clarke, Ironveld’s chairman in WhatsApp messages now in my posession. After yesterday’s indignation perhaps Mr Clarke wants to consider his position. Then onto Abingdon Health (ABDX), liquidity drying up and what it can mean, Parsley Box (MEAL) and musicMagpie (MMAG). I also discuss Wishbone Gold (WSBN) urging a note of caution on “nearology.”

If this website has ever suggested that Mr David Lenigas is a fat Aussie spiv or a shamless promoter of penny shares who is often economic with the truth I must apologise. Not in the least bit influenced by my own ownrship of oodles of shares in Wishbone Gold (WSBN), the tweet exchange below clearly shows that Sir David – as he will soon surely be – is easily the leading objective analyst of small cap mining stocks, not only in Britain but in the world today. What cutting insight hee shows once again. Breathtaking!
1097 days ago
And I mean this most sincerely folks….my view is not coloured in the slightest by the fact that I, like Lenigas, own far too many shares in Wishbone Gold (WSBN). What follows below is one of many tweets sent out by Mr Lenigas this morning after Wishbone’s latest RNS demonstrating that any suggestion that he is a penny share ramping huckster is so wide of the mark. Big Dave is quite obviously the most talented objective analyst of fundamental value in small mining plays. Yes indeedy.

Of course, I should not, as a loyal shareholder in Wishbone Gold (WSBN), wish to question the incredible quality of the analysis of the company’s evolving story provided by London’s leading mining analyst Mr David Lenigas. However…

Shares in Wishbone Gold (WSBN) now trade at 14.75p valuing the company, now cashed up, at £24 million. This comes on news from the Red Setter project in Western Australia.
1372 days ago
Of course, I am not influenced at all by my ownership of a significant number of shares in Wishbone Gold (WSBN), at 15p valued at £24 million. I note the claim, below, by Mr David Lenigas that Wishbone’s gold asset may offer a bigger gold target than that of Greatland Gold, market cap £856 million. If I have ever given the impression that I consider Mr Lenigas a penny share pushing stock promoter prone to laughable hyperbole I would like to apologise. The man, as you can see below, is the most prudent and conservative analyst of high quality gold stocks in Britain today. He is a National treasure.

I start with today’s news from Wishbone Gold (WSBN). Despite the appointment of THIS MAN, I remain a loyal shareholder but the appointment is wrong. I can’t show a double standard here. I then look at market madness with reference to Iconic (ICON), Zoetic (ZOE), Versarien (VRS) & Eden Research (EDEN) while also discussing bottom fishing in retail after the bid interest at French Connection (FCCN).

I describe how my role in the garden at the Welsh Hovel moved from a purely managerial one today so our resident Euro loon really can’t out working class me today. Only kidding Jonathan, I know you really are an oik. In the main podcast I look at Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Greatland Gold (GGP) – great grades shame about the sleazy option news Mr Alex Borelli – Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Eurasia Mining (EUA) and car crash in waiting Zoetic (ZOE). I also look again at Gamestop and who really areb the good and bad guys. There are a lot of financially illiterate commentators talking bollocks on this matter.

If I have ever given the impression that Mr David Lenigas, aka Big Dave, is a shameless ramper and promoter of penny shares I would like to apologise most sincerely. As a fellow shareholder In Wishbone Gold (WSBN) I note the tweet below and it must now be clear to all, that Mr Lenigas is the most thoughtful, balanced and objective analyst of gold stocks here in London and, as the late great father of the late Paula Yates used to say “I mean that most sincerely.” Mind you, on this occasion, Mt Lenigas might actually be right.

I start with Joshua’s Advent calendar which today, I think, is #fakenews. Then I look at Wishbone Gold (WSBN), Coral Products (CRU) – you guys all owe me a bottle of ouzo, Sarah Willingham’s dog Nightcap, Remote Monitored Systems (RMS) and then finally don’t all fantasise about killing me at once the con that is Supply@ME Capital (SYME) and today’s misleading RNS. May i wish you and your families all a very Merry Christmas and please do not dare to reply with any message about Happy Holidays.

We hope very much that you took our strong advice to average down on Wishbone Gold (WSBN) at just 2.1p in August. If you did you must now be well ahead. I reckon that my losses on Wishbone Gold (WSBN) are now down to around £25,000. In that vein, I should like to apologise for any suggestion that Mr David Lenigas is an unscrupulous ramper of penny shares and make it clear that he is a thoughtful analyst who does detailed research before taking to twitter. For he is at it again.

Then I discuss what gold stocks I am buying before chatting to Steve Moore, a man with whom I have worked for all bar a few weeks of his working life. He is this year 38! Frightening. It is now only four days to my 7th Wedding Anniversary. Given my track record I reckon that merits a round of applause. After you have finished the applause, I will apologise to Mr David Lenigas. If I have ever given the impression that he is a shameless ramper of worthless penny stocks, having considered his recent tweets on Wishbone Gold (WSBN) where my losses are now down to a mere £27,500, I would like to apologise. I now accept that Mr Lenigas provides quite brilliant and clear analysis of undervalued gold juniors and we should be profoundly grateful for his services. Elsewhere, I look at Avacta (AVCT), Novacyt (NCYT), Scancell (SCLP), Rurelec (RUR) and Amigo (AMGO).

I admit that this has been an awful share tip and can only apologise again. If it is any consolation my losses on this are in excess of £30,000. The only way to make some of the losses back is to average down and I suggest you do that if you can at up to 2.4p becuase with a following wind these shares could easily hit 4.25p.

Well there is an annoying ex for starters. Then the folks taking the piss on a sash window here at the Welsh Hovel. Then PL defending Katie Potts spunking £1 million of other folks cash on Bidstack (BIDS) and why following TR1s is an error. I look at Wishbone Gold (WSBN), trying to be realistic, more cracking news from Xtract Resources (XTR) and at sording pumping and dumping at Europa Metals (EUZ). No doubt Messrs Laurence Read and Benjamin Turner will be taking me off their Christmas card lists after that. Hey ho. Finally a look at red flag goings on at a company where I have pointed out many red flags before, All Active Asset Capital Limited (AAA).

This has been a dreadful tip from me and the only consolation that you may have if you followed my advice is that I have lost a vast amount on this one myself.Wishboe Gold (WSBN) shares are up by 75% today at 2.45p but I calculate that i still need a gain of c 900% to break even from here. The stock is ahead on news that the company is going to start exploring for gold in Australia and the, rather fruity RNS mentions some grades from chip samples at surface.

Two caveats. Firstly, the analyst producing this note is Dr Michael Green who as PR man to the fraud Sefton (SER) earned a fat wedge protecting that fraud by, inter alia, masterminding a dirty tricks campaign against myself and Dan Levi. He is a motherfucker with no place in financial services and he should be cold shouldered by anyone with any sense of morality. Secondly, Align is a paid for research provider. Notwithstanding that I reckon Wishbone Gold (WSBN) shares, which we own and bought more of at 0.1p, are very cheap. So here is the Align research. The morally bankrupt Green who Align should fire on principle, opines:

I own shares in Wishbone Gold (WSBN) in my pension and so does FIML. So, for that matter, does my son Joshua. I think that in the end we will all make money and a lot of it but so far it has been "bumpy." Here to explain why the future is golden is founder and chairman Richard Poulden.

Declaration One: This has not been a cracking tip so far. Declaration two: this is the second time we have tipped it and the first time we banked big gains. We will again. Declaration three: both FIML and my one year old son Joshua and also my pension own a stack of shares. We will not be selling until they have almost doubled from here and we all got in much lower. A recent trading update was a bit of a curate’s egg but on balance, not that the share price reflects this, it is good news from Wishbone Gold (WSBN). The key point is that its gold trading operation Black Sand FZE is now receiving full volume shipments from its new supplier in Mali.

You want your share tip of the year to have the potential to double or treble. You will not get that with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Equally it is incredibly unlikely that you might lose 75% of your cash on Glaxo. Elephants do not gallop eith forwards or backwards. My third tip of the year is a stock that could lose 75% and become a cash shell. But it is also one that could easily treble and I think he odds are on the treble not the collapse. My last comment on Wishbone Gold (WSBN) was not exactly positive. The company's shares had raced ahead, in part methinks, down to comments made by me saying I'd not be selling until the shares were closer to 2p than 1p. It then raised £600,000 at just 0.75p with broker Beaufort Securites trousering not just commission but warrants. I write a fairly vicious piece HERE. But we did not sell and at 1p are still holding and hoping for better. I swapped emails with chairman Richard Poulden last week.
2974 days ago
I apologise to one and all over Wishbone Gold (WSBN) which has today completed a £600,000 placing at just 0.75p with broker Belfort Securities handing out shares to spiv bucket shop flippers. This was not on the script and I cannot recommend a purchase of the shares at 1.15p-1.2p. That the shares are up a tad today but fell in the run up to his placing tells you everything you need to know about forward selling on the AIM casino, especially when the broker is Belfort.

Still no news on Tom Jnr but I shall keep you posted. Actually the Mrs has banned the name Tom and is on a bit of a roll for cot related reasons. On the markets I look at Avanti Communications (AVN), Ocado (OCDO) and in detail Corero (CNS) and Tyratech (TYR) and cannot resist a smug mention of Wishbone Gold (WSBN) after my weekend comment HERE.

We are almost 200% ahead on our investment in Wishbone Gold (WSBN) with the shares at 0.815p and I must admit that in recent weeks, I have, several times, thought about banking a few gains. But then came Thursday's statement from the company and I did the maths again - am I mad? This stock could still be extraordinarily cheap. Hear me out before you send for the men in flapping white coats.
2996 days ago
I start with the cot which is still driving me mad. Meanwhile it looks like the Mrs is going to term and is coming home tonight so I must cover up evidence of two days of bachelor life, that is to say myself & Oakley not being that tidy. In company matters I comment on Strat Aero (AERO) but will do a longer piece later, on Wishbone Gold (WSBN), on Tower Resources (TRP) and on Cloudtag (CTAG). The mad nutters who ramp this on twitter are now accusing poor Lucian Miers of being part of a paedophile ring (he is not) for daring to suggest that this over-ramped POS is not a buy. I am reminded of when I first came across the man behind this worthless company.

Why on earth it took Wishbone Gold (WSBN), the owner of the Black Sand gold trading business, two working days with a weekend in between to release an AGM statement is beyond me. For what it is worth Wishbone Gold (WSBN) reported a loss of $1.12 million for calendar 2015 but that is all in the past. Perhaps the most noteworthy element of the historic numbers is the fact that the auditors cannot verify almost $100,000 of travel expenses and flag this up.

Shares in Wishbone Gold (WSBN), which is still not doing a placing as a certain ex bank robber insists but instead is raising debt but not for PLC costs, have slipped to 0.475p prompting a couple of readers to ask if Richard Poulden said something bad at the Mining Capital Conference yesterday?

Today's Bearcast contains bad language. Brokerman Dan Levi is not the only four letter word used. In it I cover Avocet Mining (AVM) and Waz Shakoor, Rose Petroloeum (ROSE), Outsourcery (OUT), Golden Saint Resources (GSR), Wishbone Gold (WSBN) and bullshitting by Brokerman Dan, New World Resources (BWR), African Potash (AFPO), the china fraud Jiasen (JSI), Blenheim (BNR) and Andalas (ADL) and bullshitting by Flip Flop Ben Turney, Big Gib and other rampers. As ever they are talking cock.
Postscript: I now have Wishbone Gold on the record. No placing is underway. It looks like the bank robber wins today's bullshitting contest.

Once again this main stage panel at UK Investor Show 2015 was chaired by scruffbum Ben Turney. On the panel were Amanda Van Dyke, John McGloin of Amara Mining, Andrew Bell of Red Rock Resources and Richard Poulden of Wishbone Gold.
