GOTCHA! Parsley Box – delisting on the menu as the money runs out

The fight to be the worst IPO of 2021 is a bitter one but along with Made.com (MADE) which pre-published its own obituary this afternoon, Parsley Box (MEAL) has to be a contender and again I warned folks numerous times that this was a dog with fleas. Today it served up news which went down like a wet dream involving Liz Truss.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 30 October - Insider Dealing IS a crime

I start wth Marlowe (MRL) and a debate here about insider dealing. Then it is onto Quoram (QRM) and its delisting and Nakama (NAK) and its dire results - it should be delisted. Then it is onto Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) - another confetti issue, Fitbug (FITB) which needs a confetti issue, Peer TV (PTV) whose board need shooting as does Tim Coffman its disgusting POS Nomad and finally UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), David Lenigas and the truth about ISDX as opposed to Big Dave's PR bologny.

Visit to Jiasen International June 2015 - Red Flags Ahoy, when's the delisting?

A man known to me has recently been to China to see Jiasen (JSI). I was a bear before, having read this I am even more of a bear. Too many things just do not stack up. There clearly is a Jiasen business. But it is just nothing like what is claimed by the listed company. On the basis of this on the ground reporting by a fellow who understands industrial processes I state that beyond doubt I do not believe that its stated profits, sales and net assets are real.

The point made about who undertakes the local audit (the same fellows who signed off on the creative fiction that were fraud Naibu’s accounts) is utterly alarming. Anyone who remains associated with this enterprise needs their head examining. Target price: 0p or delisting. Our man in Fujian writes:

Lighthouse de-listing bid to Fail – Time for Board to Pull EGM and Quit

My pal John Lappin has produced a very good piece on the Lighthouse EGM in which he reckons that more than 30% of shareholders will certainly vote NO. And I know a few more – this number does not include any private investors who we know are all voting no. So the delisting proposal will not get the 75% it needs. Frankly it might even be defeated.

I explained earlier in the week why shareholders must make the effort to vote, should vote no and should then demand the head of Chairman David Hickey.
