Chill Brands (CHLL) is this morning boasting of how it has managed to issue £2.4 million of new shares at 3.75p. As ever, this company is wholly disingenuous. It is almost as if it and its disgraced adviser Allenby, of NightCap (NGHT) infamy, gets a strange sort of sexual pleasure from misleading investors and has become addicted to it.

Seriously this is worthy of April Fool’s Day. Rod McIlree was the promoter who pumped BlueJay Mining (JAY) shares hard on the back of the Dundas project in Greenland. Subsequent to his departure a new team admitted that all the money had gone and that the Dundas numbers pushed by Rod were all wrong and it was worthless. And so with the company running on vapours….

For months and months we morons who own shares in Red Rock Resources (RRR) have been told by our esteemed leader Andrew Bell that the sum of somewhere in the region of $7.5million was on its way from the DRC. The cheque is in the post. Except it’s not a cheque and it has not been posted.

On 1 December 2023 I wrote an article on Dispensa’s (DISP) interim accounts “EXPOSE: Dispensa Interims, a string of accounting howlers, the end game will be 0p” GOTCHA! The company and its shamed adviser, disgraced Andrew Monk at VSA, have had to reissue accounts. But this is not over yet…

I’d imagine advisors round at Peterhouse Capital must be increasingly embarrassed by the clownish antics of disgraced Rod McIllree of Bluejay Mining (JAY) infamy as he runs More Acquisitions (TMOR) into the ground. Today we can expose yet another monumental cash spaff by Rod.

Oh dear, Oh dear as disgraced share tipster Mike Walters used to say as yet another of his disastrous share tips went horribly Pete Tong. At Deepverge (DVRG) things go from bad to worse. You almost could not make this up: The company says that “Unfortunately”…

The maths on this share tip from disgraced Mike Walters of the frauds Minmet, Polly Peck, 3DM, and the list goes on and on, infamy are clear. Verditek (VDTK) is – as of today running on vapours and unless it can get a bucket shop – deeply discounted – placing away, the shares should be suspended pending clarification. To recap for chairman, Tory Toff, Lord Willetts:

No BBMs do not get too excited. It is not me for I have done nothing wrong. My discussions were about the obscene email one such moron sent me last Friday. After that I discuss IOG (IOG), pointing you to two tweets from morons below and the share price chart. I await apologies for I am never short but am usually right. IOG is very possibly a zero, today’s update is grim. Then it is onto Mirriad Advertising (MIRI), Cloudbreak Discovery (CDL) and its disgraced CEO, Unbound (UBG) , MGC Pharmaceutics (MXC) and Flip Flop’s Kavango Resources (KAV) and why Ben Turney should be sacked in disgrace.

You have to look long and hard to find the “material uncertainty” warning and most of the morons suckered into this stock by disgraced share Tipster Mike Walters of 3DM, Polly Peck, Minmet, etc, etc infamy and by the lies and bogus contracts announced by the company are too damn stupid to look. If the do the warning is utterly misleading. Verditek (VDTK) faces another imminent cash crisis and could go bust before the start of August.

I start with bollocks talked all round today about bailing out those suffering mortgage misery. Blah, blah, blah. Then it is on to bitcoin and Argo Blockchain (ARB), a deep dive into the stinkiest deal done in eons, Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) is the culprit. Then I look at Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR), more nonsense from Chill Brands (CHLL) and why Bidstack (BIDS) may go bust and why I hope it goes bust. En passant, I mention Cook’s Coffee (COOK) and the disgraced Andrew Monk who IPO’d it.

Oh dear, oh dear as my old pal the disgraced tipster Mike Walters used to say when one of his shite tips went tits up. The man who sold £3.5 million of shares at 243p AFTER sounding out folks about a placing which took place a few days later at 200p is gone. Yes, Peter Wall the CEO and ( for 18 months) “interim” chairman of Argo Blockchain (ARB) has announced his resignation with immediate effect.

In the bitcoin, NFT, blockchain frenzy of early last year the gang of Mike Edwards, Jonathan Bixby, disgraced Peter Wall of soon to go bust Argo Blockchain (ARB), disgraced broker Andy Frangos of (has just gone bust) Pello infamy and proven liar John Story staged a number of heists, or as they termed them IPOs.

Fear not. All of the rogues involved in ramping this one over the years have already made vast sums through share dumping and bloated cash payments. Peter Wall, Zak Mir, disgraced broker Andy Frangos, Adrian Beeston, John Story the list of colourful characters goes on and on but they are all okay, there is no need for them to launch a Go Fund Me page. A good portion of the business of Jarvis Securities (JIM) is providing the back office and custiodial functions for small brokers which don’t have the scale to do this for themselves. Clients include the disgraced Pello. It seems that a number of such firms have been onboarding the sort of clients who engage in certain practices which the FCA might frown on. And thus the FCA has forced Jarvis to halt all Model B clients from taking on new clients while a hugely expensive external consultant establishes what has been going on and what remedial action needs to be taken. Thanks to Winnileaks, the letter Jarvis sent is below.

Half calendar year numbers are predictably shite but thanks to the monthly trading updates, opaque as they are, we already had a fair old idea how much in the merde the company is, however much disgraced Peter Wall, and his PR gimps at Tancredi, who refuse to answer simple questions, might try to polish the turd.

Verditek (VDTK) is a company that I have exposed as a serial liar and warned about many times before and my bearishness has been vindicated. Last August, at peak ramp, the shares stood at 18p. Egged on by disgraced share tipster Mike Walters some folks paid almost 20p a pop. Today the spread is 3.7p-3.9p but even that values this business at £12.8 million which is insane as fair value is clearly zero. The valuation tells you everything you need to know about the insane market in which we operate.

The bulls are creaming themselves. The shares up by 13% at 40p and the cult-like followers of shameless Neill Ricketts say there are now real revenues from graphene sales. But I think not. Okay, I know that Neill Ricketts thinks that rules are for little people and since his Nomad is the disgraced SP Angel, which is quite happy to act for proven frauds, it probably does not care either. Maybe the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation need to whir into action?

Maybe having a Tory grandee, Lord Willetts, as your chairman means that you are allowed to commit securities fraud with impunity on the AIM Casino? As I exposed yesterday HERE, that is most certainly what Verditek (VDTK) has been up to. Given that it is currently technically insolvent and its shares are being ramped on an industrial scale by disgraced tipster Mike Walters of 3DM, Polly Peck, Minmet, etc etc infamy and others, another placing must be imminent. I have today written to the Chocolate Teapots at the FCA and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation asking it to try to, for once, stop fraud.

I also discuss the market sell off commending a reader who notes both my genius and my modesty on this matter.

The founder, until two weeks ago CEO,and sole plate spinner for the fraud MySquar (MYSQ) was Eric Schaer. We know that MySquar lied repeatedly to its mug investors and committed securities fraud so the fact that Schaer stands accused of another $8.5 million fraud is something disgraced ninth rate Nomad SP Angel should have advised us about via RNS. Natch it turned a blind eye. So how’s the case going and why does it matter to the poltroons who still own this stock.

Grossly overvalued AIM listed piece of crap Frontera Resources (FRR) is running on vapours. It has less cash than your average Venezuelan and is burning it at an alarming rate. After years of earning £170,000 as a reward for being a total disaster as CEO of Pathfinder Minerals (PFP), the new board has taken just ten days to part company with Nick “not for the many but for the Trew” but massive questions remain.

Natch, shamed and disgraced Nomad SP Angel of Mysquar (MYSQ) infamy is still refusing to say whether it dumped shares in Bluejay Mining (JAY) while advising its poor clients to buy. But I cannot blame it, if it did dump because the £132.8 million market cap – at 15.25p – is frankly barking. In large part that is because the climate for mining in Greenland is just very hostile, something SP angel neglects to mention in its ramptastic research.

In the main bearcast of the day I start by asking what payoff disgraced Dave Whitby got at worthless insolvent POS Andalas (ADL)? And were mugs who backed the latest placing told where much of their cash was going ( i.e. to Whitby). Feel free to contact me if you are an Andalas owning mug. The fat Lady arrives at Nighthawk (HAWK) and looks to be in the wings at Nature Group (NGR) while new problems emerge at Imaginatik (IMTK) - a former Rob Terry fave but I speculate on bigger worries that the Quindell fraudster faces - and at Management Consulting (MMC). I think the fat Lady may well also have an appointment with Widecells Group ( WDC) shortly. I comment on 4 reasons why Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) shares may be falling and on looming results at Optibiotix (OPTI), where we own shares.

The Nomad and broker to AIM Casino listed Nyota Minerals (NYO) have today announced that they will cease to act as of August 17. So Nyota has one month from then to get new advisers or its shares will be booted off the market. Nyota may well be a worthless bag of shit but it is what the Nomad, disgraced scumbags Beaumont Cornish, and broker Peterhouse Corporate Finance are NOT telling you that is the real scandal.

Having helped steer Beacon Hill Resources (BHR) onto the rocks and signing off on the infamous hairdresser share trade I am delighted to see that loathsome Murray D'Almeida was now come a cropper a second time on AIM, leaving the board of Management Resources Solutions (MRS) with immediate effect today. He jumped before he was pushed. But hang on, all is not what it seems.

Christ I am naive. There was I thinking that all the twitter and Bulletin Board ramping during the past two weeks was there to allow disgraced PR genius Steffi to dump her few remaining shares in this worthless piece of Turkish. Oh no. Silly me. It was a pump before a different sort of dump. A bail-out placing dump. The release is a hoot. It can only have been written by a compulsive liar. Remind me: who does the PR again?

Equities First Holdings is back. You remember those chaps who "borrowed" shares from folks like Andrew Austin at IGAS, fraudster Rob Terry at Quindell (QPP) and Ronald Duncan at Cloudbuy (CBUY). Shares in all three companies crashed and all defaulted on the loans so completing what was in effect a hidden share sale. After almost two years the disgraced shysters of EFH are back and this time it is Edi Truell of Tungsten (TUNG) infamy who is dumping shares but wants to hide the fact.

It was 11 years ago that 3DM as was, Environmental Recycling (ENRT) as is and its sister company Eden Research (EDEN) were sending me lawyers letters. Both were frauds. Both are still frauds. Today Environmental lost its Nomad and as it is bust it is game over. Now I am going for Eden but in this podcast I tell the amazing story of both frauds, explain who was involved and is disgraced, accuse certain City folks of lying and worse as part of the cover up and demonstrate why this should have ended years ago but did not down to failings ( again) at AIM Regulation as well as disgraced Nomad WH Ireland. I warn you there is some bad language as I am pretty emotional right now. Enjoy, this is no holds barred stuff and it will shock you.

Are you listening Jon Bellis at Belfort Securities? You know your form is acting for fraudsters and shite companies yet you are happy for Belfort to keep banking the retainers. This is morally wrong. How do you sleep at night? In this podcast I discuss four stocks that are each worth 0p: Jiasen (FRAUD) - broker Belfort Securities, Servision (SEV) - where are your crooked accounts? Broker Belfort Securities, China New Energy (CNEL) a fraud, broker the disgraced Daniel Stewart and PCG Entertainment (PCGE) another China Norfolk, broker Belfort Securities.

Over the weekend shareholders in Teathers Financial (TEA) started to receive circulars for the forthcoming EGM. Having tried and failed to bully its shareholders into calling off the EGM, Teathers’ board has adopted new tactics in the circular - lies and smears.

ShareSoc, home to disgraced ramper Roger Lawson of blinkx, Globo and general infamy, reckons that AIM Can lose its Casino tag but needs reform. On the latter point that seems like a statement of the bleeding obvious but what does ShareSoc demand? Honestly you could not make this stuff up.

He has emerged again from under another stone. Now at disgraced WH Ireland (WHI), Shackleton represent a company called Croma (CSSG) which has not covered itself in glory today. I take a detailed look under its bonnet. Ho Ho ho. I do the same for Ambrian (AMBR) where Richard "piggy" Chase once worked and then discuss Nyota (NYO) which he trainwrecked suggesting a fair price for the placing it urgently needs. Ouch! And there are a few words on corporate governance, executive greed and Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO)

This short presentation by Nigel Somerville and Mr & Mrs Bagot went ahead in the face of fascistic legal threats from the disgraced pensioner mugging broker WH Ireland (WHI). This fight goes on. You will be shocked by this video.

A statement today from the disgraced AIM rule breaker, Dave Whitby of Andalas (ADL) - formerly ramptastic CEB Resources - begs a stack of questions. Not least is "how soon will Andalas go bust?". The rampers may love this but this bonus podcast sees me fire off a raft of queeries for Dave, his army of advisers and for this POS company.

Folks like greedy & disgraced Richard Chase of Nyota think that the deadwood press is still king and that online publications do not count. He has clearly been too busy lubing up for his next job at King's Cross to notice that the Independent has shut its print edition and that this weekend both the Guardian and News International have announced that 100 of their staffers will be getting P45s in yet another round of cost cutting.
That 100 folks who earned their living from the BBC's sister publication Pravda are losing their jobs is naturally a cause for great celebration. I have already dug out a fine bottle of red from the garage to celebrate these redundos at the Grauniad tonight and will be cooking the Mrs a fine meal as a treat for this joyous news.

Disgraced corporate adviser Daniel Stewart will have its shares thrown off the AIM Casino on Friday. Its balance sheet is a train wreck, it is burning cash, its reputation is in tatters and its shares are worthless. So what happens next?

Shares in disgraced City broker (no longer a Nomad) Daniel Cesspit (DAN) remain suspended (for the third time in a year) as it has yet to complete the bailout placing it first said would be finalised "shortly" on October 1st and thrice since but its annual champagne Christmas Party goes ahead none the less and is tonight. The Invitation - which we have obtained, see below - is uber-tacky so please supply a suitable caption in the commemts section.
