My “crime” for which I should, presumably, be locked in the Tower is to have suggested in THIS ARTICLE that not only was Ukraine losing the war but that it had been losing since last summer and that thed political and media GroupThink had lied about numerous aspects of and events in this war. I cited specific examples of those lies.

Yesterday I revealed how JustGiving almost forces folks to make a voluntary “tip” claiming that the cash will go to help charities raise money/improve its service when in fact the vast majority of it is paid out in dividends, £31 million in the last reported year. Amazingly the FCA regulates the charity platform so appears to sanction this deceit. Today I have received an email from Just Giving…

Last week I asked if Bushveld Minerals (BMN) had LIED to punters when it said in a 5 December RNS that it HAS raised $18.4million. Of course it did lie as, as of today, it still has not received $12.5 million of that cash. So it had not raised the monies it claimed it merely had some dodgy chaps saying that they would put in money. That is very different. Natch stacks of morons who cannot see inside this paywall took to twitter blasting me for telling lies without having read what I actually wrote. Karma mothers. Karma.

To me UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) doing a discounted placing to keep the lights on is like bears shitting in the woods, the Pope being a Catholic or Jeremy Corbyn praising his friends at Hamas. It is just what happens and so a raise of £750,000 at just 0.2p today should cause no surprises. But then again it is worth winding back a year to see the weasel worlds of both Lyin’ Steve Sanderson and the national treasure and lovable old rogue – who I hope is still off the fags – that is Mr David Lenigas.

I suggest that Call Me Dave does indeed think that we oiks are just plain stupid and bring you, as evidence, a tweet he sent yesterday. Yes it is Russia again.

Rather like a celeb caught making sexist comments on social media and forced unto a grovelling apology, Mandhir Singh of Wildcat Petroleum (WCAT) has been caught telling complete lies and after hours yesterday came the confession via RNS. A “clarifying statement” is how the RNS is headed. It should be “Mandhir is a fucking liar.”

Your starter for 10: How long, before today, is it since KPMG was last reprimanded and fined by the FRC? Monk (Oriel College Oxford): Eight days! Correct! You now have three questions for five points each on lies told by Caracal Gold (GCAT). Today’s fine for KPMG is, of course totally meaningless but relates to the audit of The Works.co.uk (WRKS) for the year end 26 April 2020. KPMG really fucked up here and to reduce the fine admitted so very quickly.

Yesterday I pointed out the rapacious greed of David Lenigas and Richard Poulden in allotting themselves shares in Vinanz (BTC) at 0.25p two weeks before mug punters, roped in by salesmen charging 8% commission, paid 3p ahead of the Aquis IPO. Unable to deal with the awkward facts, Lenigas took to twitter yesterday to tell lies, with Poulden loyally retweeting every smear his master posted.

The narrattive is that women’s soccer is getting massive crowds every week. It is, of course, a complete lie as I have demonstrated time and time again. At some point I will do a piece on the attendances at WSL side West Ham Ladies and how they show what a joke the economics of women’s football has become. The entire media class colludes with this lie, terrified of being branded as sexist. Today the England National Side, the Lionesses, beat Italy 2-1 in the Arnold Clark cup today at Coventry’s CBS Arena and then boasted of the attendance, a record for this ground. This is just so 1984.

Even Pete Brailey the most staunchest of Tory members you could ever meet says he has given up on the party after today’s budget. I go through two lies Jeremy Hunt told and consider how he has screwed the poor, those of us running SMEs and is protecting super rich folks with sons at Eton with another lie. Like Peter I shall not vote Tory next time. Then onto a man who is not a liar, Optibiotix (OPTI) boss Steve O’Hara and the presentation he gave today which is below. I mention Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and an email exchange today at this point. Then a few words on Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI) follow then on to Argo Blockchain (ARB) which I expect to go bust next week and Ceres Power (CWR) whose valuation is still bonkers despite the shares slumping by 80% since peak ramp.

Yesterday, Made.com (MADE) admitted that having failed to refinance and failed to find a trade buyer the game was almost up. What else would you expect from a company founded by blaggers and bluffers like Lastminute’s Brent Hoberman and Chloe Macintosh who is now pushing Kama, a sexual awakening app and which has booked a stonking loss in every year of its 11 year history. Millionaire banksters might not have seen this coming but I sure did. Today the company had more news for investors as it AGAIN lied to its customers

First off, I am not a Putin apologist. That I must stress this, is a sign of the Group Think at play. I walk through the rewriting of history from World War Two to 2014, addressing the catalogue of lies we are fed by the political and media classes. It is not in my name. We must all consider the facts, and stand up to this – just as we should all have done during the Covid Group Think. Those of us who did challenge that Group Think, were told we had blood on our hands. We are now vindicated - it is the Group Think leaders who should be in jail. Before you slate me on Ukraine, listen to this podcast and consider the facts I present, not the lies you are being told.

As African Potash (AFPO) this company was booted off the AIM Casino after its Nomad quid when discovering – thanks to me – that the company had told grotesque lies to get placings away, it had committed fraud. Chris Cleverley, cousin of leading Tory James who is no longer claiming he wants to buy West Ham, then took Potash to the Aquis lobster pot, changed its name to Block Commodities (BLCC) and carried on telling lies to investors for which the company was censured and fined, after I pointed this out to regulators. On 10 July 2020, I published a devastating and detailed bear dossier on AIM darling Manolete (MANO) with the shares at 515p valuing it at more than £250 million. The company and its odious PR firm Instinctif responded with a pompous and unconvincing denial. I’ve warned you repeatedly since then and yesterday in the late afternoon came a shocking warning. The shares closed at 200p but as lies are exposed, worse, including a bailout placing, will come. So let’s start with the lies.

This is like shooting fish in a barrel. It is such a slam dunk and so easy that my cat could spot it. And best off, SP Angel the fraudster’s favourite Nomad has signed off on the lie. This morning Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) has announced in a semi-literate release drafted by Justine James of Alma PR:

Notwithstanding the receipt of an illegal Government loan from Neill Rickett’s Tory chums and the fact that it had one massive death spiral from Lanstead in place, the cash position of Versarien (VRS) has – as oft predicted here – become so grim that it has had to set up another death spiral to keep the lights on. There is also another daft acquisition which will only add to the cashburn and naturally all this bad news is wrapped up in a grotesquely misleading release which only a Nomad as bent as SP Angel, of the fraud MySquar infamy, could have signed off on.

Earlier, I pointed out that the number of deaths per 100,000 Brits so far this year is far from the highest of recent years. If you believe Matt Hancock or Mad Dog Mark Drakeford, there is an epidemic of deaths on a monumental scale and to stop that we must wreck the economy, destroy civil liberties etc. You should not believe either of these charlatans. Their next excuse for lockdown is that we must save the NHS which, they claim, is swamped. That too is a just a monstrous porky.

Here in Wales, thanks to First Minister, Mad Mark Drakeford, all 50 JD Wetherspoon (JDW) pubs are shuttered and will stay so for the foreseeable future. As I noted in a photo article just published, life just over the border in “free” England is not much better for the boozers. Tim Martin is, yet again, my hero of the day, using Wetherspoon’s AGM as a platform to expose the Government and a supine 4th estate which laps up lockdown lies without question. The great man opines:

What would you do if you were running a PLC with almost no cash and which was burning cash? It is a position I have been in and it is not a good place to be. You cut costs perhaps? Or you just do whatever is needed to raise fresh equity whatever the cost involved in doing that… And that brings me back, once again, to Verditek (VDTK), the AIM listed company that should win prizes for telling outright lies about bogus contract wins in the run up to fundraises. It has offended in this respect so many times since its August 2017 listing that on the Upper Volta Stock Exchange or any other market on this planet it would have been chucked off long ago. But this is AIM and the chairman, Lord Willetts, is a Tory Toff so the show just goes on.

It is bad news for gender fluid, Bidstack (BIDS) owning, journalist-defaming moron Mike Turner - the countdown to the next bailout placing is underway. I crunch the numbers and speculate on what boss Lyin’ James Draper will do about it. After that I consider Verditek (VDTK) and its growing catalogue of lies and also warn Innovate UK that I am on its case as I have been alerted to another of its grant scandals. Finally I consider two companies that are desperate to be bid for but which, I suspect, will not be: Audioboom (BOOM) and Eurasia Mining (EUA).

Enough is enough. Two weeks ago, an article HERE forced Verditek (VDTK) to admit on August 12 2020 that the two big contract wins announced in 2019 had not gone through but it had raised money without telling investors of these massive setbacks. On Friday, I showed that it had actively misled investors ahead of placings in September 2019 and March 2020. Enough is enough. How many more lies have been told? I have written to the FCA & AIM Regulation asking for the shares to be suspended pending a full investigation into the company, its directors, and Nomad WH Ireland which, at best, has been asleep at the wheel.

The judgement which I publish in full below from the International Arbitration Court is damning. For those, such as scumbag PR advisers Yellow Jersey, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood and Nomad Cairn which, for years, helped the, formerly AIM listed, FRAUD Frontera Resources (FRR) to raise millions of pounds from mug punters, it is document demonstrating their wholesale moral bankruptcy. Those involved continued to push the shares even AFTER I had shown the company to be a fraud run by liars.

I outlined at the weekend how the Government will now lie about Covid 19 in a most brazen fashion and will make appalling policy decisions which only compound previous blunders, simply to cover up those initial blunders. The media and oposition almost all went along with the GroupThink response to Coronavirus so find it hard to offer questions now, other than on minor issues of implementation. But some in the media go further spinning outright lies on behalf of the Government in its hour of need. Today’s Daily Telegraph serves up a real shocker as you can see below.

The BBC was forced to grovel when Lord Lawson's disstening views on the global warming scam went unchallenged on air. For many, such as Pravda's own green guru, Roger Harrabin this is a "settled science" and thus those who dare to point out things like the fact that the world is getting colder, antarctic ice is at record levels and that the computer models have all been wrong, deserve to be no platformed. Cloudtag (CTAG) has released an after hours RNS. It beggars belief that Nomad Cairn has signed off on this shite, More lies to compound earlier lies but also an admission of more breaches of AIM Rules and that 2016 sales will be zero, contrary to earlier lies. It is all utter horseshite and in this special podcast I take apart this statement bit by bit. It is a bad day for AIM. Cairn you should be ashamed and is beneath contempt. Cloudtag has lied and committed fraud and its shares are a sell with a 0p target.

Time is running out for Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) as it scrabbles for additional finance but this time it really needs to start telling the truth to potential backers. In fact before I reveal more leaked emails I invite it to correct some previous lies told now.

I have just been made an insider and so cannot tell you why I am so fecking angry but I am spitting nails. I am also furious with a loathsome slug called Antony Browne who spins for the British Bankers Association, lies about Brexit and should be strung up with piano wire. Then it is onto Cobham (COB), Andes Energia (AEN), Tertiary Minerals (TYM), Sunrise Resources (SRES), Avocet Mining (BASTARDS) and the wider issue of the rape of Africa by the 1% of the West and of Africa and how it screws BOTH the 99% in Africa and the 99% here as well.

The PC Gauleiters at the BBC could not get enough of Dragon's Den star Piers Linney: black, working class, Northern, worth £100 million. Ab fab. All he needed to do was come out of the closet and chop his leg off and he would have been the perfect Royal Flush. The only thing was that his CV was not er...true. And documents filed by administrators to formerly AIM listed Outsourcery (OUT) show just what a Walter Mitty figure Piers was. Or maybe it was just BBC lies all along. Pravda does have form after all.

On the BBC today, liberal media establishment poseur Andrew Marr stated that Donald Trump is what everyone is talking about. By that he meant Trump and "pussygate" and by everyone he meant the mainstream press. But is that what most folks are talking about and is that what the mainstream press should be talking about.

Is Sterling collapsing? Well, er... yes and no. It partly depends on where we started? If it is sliding is that down to Brexit? That is far more of a no than a yes. So are the Tories to blame? As of last week, in part yes. Is the BBC telling lies because it still can't handle the Brexit result? Of course it is. Confused? All is explained in this week's podcast. And talking of lies my podcast I mention on Syria is HERE

The way that the middle class elite in the Labour Party views the way ordinary Britons, including millions of Labour voters, feel is demonstrated explicitly in an email just sent by senior MEP Clare Moody to party members tonight. Quite simply Ms Moody hates democracy when ordinary folks vote the wrong way.

As the bodies are prepared for burial the war of words as to who is to blame for the outrage in Nice is underway. Fresh from calling for a ban on guns in America after Dallas, the liberals are now calling for a ban on lorries in Europe. Okay they are not. No-one ever accused the liberal left of being consistent in its prejudices or thought processes. But if you wander around the Internet you can see more or less everyone gets blamed somewhere.
At this point I'd just remind you of the words of two former Prime Minsters and I start with the war criminal Tony Blair.

A month ago Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) announced that it had sold some assets it had bought days previously for $91,000 for £4 million in shares in fellow standard list dog Opera (OPRA) as well as £240,000 in cash. Today that joke deal has collapsed leaving Opera desperately seeking another acquisition and with its credibility in tatters and Highlands needing to explain the lies it has told.

The charming woman next to me on the plane back from Kalamata was a Greek living in Cardiff. She said that she was frightened. So were her friends: Italians, Poles and other bubbles living in Britain. How could they plan for the future when it looked as if they would be booted out post Brexit?
I asked: Who said this was going to happen? Which of the leaders of the vote leave campaign: Boris, Gove, Priti Patel, Nigel Farage, Carswell, Gisela Stuart, who?

As the earnest young people, mostly loathsome students, gather in London today they claim that they march for Europe. it sounds good to be an internationalist showing solidarity with a whole continent. MarchfortheEU does not sound quite so good. The EU is after all, as even its supporters in the remain campaign admitted, inefficient, corrupt and far from perfect. Moreover it is loathed across the continent.
Switzerland has just withdrawn its application to join. In France, Austria, Greece, Italy, Holland, Sweden and Denmark there are growing calls for their own referendum and signs that in many of those countries folks will vote to leave. For what these young people fail to see is that across Europe there is a widespread feeling that the EU serves an business, bankster, media and political establishment very well but for the ordinary Joe, for the 99% it sucks.
Here in Greece, youth unemployment is 60%. It would be far higher

Serial publisher of lies, US Oil & Gas (USOP) now has cash to spend having found some of the stupidest people on this planet to pony up cash in its 27p placing. Hence now it has to update us all on its quest for oil where there is none. I apologise on missing this gem from comedy central on 17 June but better late than never.

John Lewis, which also owns Waitrose, has today lied to its 92,000 staff. It is such a demonstrably silly porkie that surely no-one can take it seriously? The polls, I fear, suggest that the wall of lies from Project Fear is starting to work.

I am meant to be on a summer truce with David Lenigas so I shall interpret today's RNS from Lenigas Cuba (CUBA) as poor David being hoodwinked by the company he is meant to have done a JV with. That company is Commercial Funded Solar Ltd.

Anyone who uses the phrase "to be honest " or "I'll be honest" before making a statement is usually lying and that brings us to fraudster Rob Terry who uses that phrase in today's laughable interview with the Sunday Telegraph. One claim is that he made £30 million from the Quindell (QPP) fraud. Natch: Terry is lying as he does every time when there is a Y in the day he is speaking.

In my podcast yesterday I argued that smokers should not be punished via new budget taxes as this was regressive tax (it hits the poor far harder than the rich). I also said it was "liberal" middle class morality imposed on all of us in a selective way - why not a gay bath-house tax to pay for Aids care? Actually I'd have neither as explained HERE but I ask the question. A reader responds in a very unpleasant way which - as it happens - is also factually wrong:

Paul Scott has today dismissed THREE lies told by TrakM8 (TRAK) in RNS statements as irrelevant. Whatever. So let's go with a fourth and from there look at what was hailed as a transformative deal, the purchase of Box Telematics Ltd in a Reverse takeover in October 2013.

Britain's top share blogger Paul Scott seems to have fallen in love with TrakM8 (TRAK) and is thus blind to numerous red flags which in any other stock would be causing him to plunge the knife in. Let's start with the lie about net cash.

I found myself watching the BBC News this week and it was horrible in an Orwellian way. The biased BBC has a clear political agenda and it lies to its viewers by act and omission and by deliberately misleading them. On the public sector vs private sector wage issue the sleight of hand was obscene. On the migrants it just lied. The BBC should be privatized and lets see how many of us will actually pay to watch The Guardian on screen.

Yesterday, in a Bearcast special, I explained why the circular published by AIM Cesspit posterboy Hotel Corp (HCP) at no-one is watching O’Clock on Friday contained slam dunk lies designed to mislead investors into not voting out fat cat crony capitalist tax-haven dwelling chairman Derek Short. Today I have written to the company’s Nomad, Simon Clements of Sanlam demanding that the circular be withdrawn and that the directors be censured. In case Mr Clements dithers I am cc’ing AIM Regulation and the FCA to ask them to force his hand.

Some CEOs have clearly abused twitter telling outright lies (Rob Terry) and being somewhat aggressive with the Truth (Mr 3D I meant 2D seismic). But having failed to deal with major scandals of fraud and lying the oxymoron that is the AIM Regulation is wading in with draconian edicts that will achieve nothing.

In this part of the bearcast I go through all the frauds admitted to by Quindell today, the bungs, the lies, the non disclosures, the revenue recognition issues, the panama pumps. Most of this has been revealed on this website already but today Quindell fessed up. What we said abut Himex, TMC, Stretton Knowles, the fraudster Rob Terry...it was all true. And that means that Rob Terry WILL go to prison for this. And so will others.
Part two of this podcast - what happens now to shares in Quindell and Slater & Gordon is HERE

Over the weekend I warned you that the sensationalist reporting of Greece by the Daily Mail and notably the lying bitch Liz Jones was just all lies. She did not understand what was going on and was making things up in a sensationalist manner to help sell copies of that rag. One of la Jones lies was that they were running out of food here. As it happens, outside my front door is a street market...there are markets like this across Athens.
I remember this market from my last stay in this neighbourhood three years ago but on the off chance that the lying hyena Jones was correct I feared empty stands. Au contraire.
Just look at the photos below taken at 9 AM GMT today. The stalls are heaving. This is not a 3rd world country facing starvation as the headline seeking jackal Jones suggests. And this is Athens. Out in the countryside they have always produced their own food.
Ms Jones you are a disgrace to our profession and your lies about mighty Hellas are shocking. Just fuck off back to London and do not come back.

Once upon a time US Oil & Gas (USOP) was the darling of Bulletin Board loons. Okay it gotr booted off ISDX and had completely worthless assets but it huffed and puffed and its shares raced ahead on GXG markets. But as it teeters on the brink of insolvency surely it should update us all - if only to give us a good laugh - on how the regulatory enquiries into its numerous lies are going and on how close it is to bankruptcy.

Shares in Quindell (QPP) were suspended for six hours today as it was caught out for once again having told investors a pack of lies. It seems that it has sold Slater & Gordon rather more than was announced on Monday. This is just a total joke of regulation – when is someone going to prison?
On Monday Quindell said it had sold its Professional Services Division for £637 million. It retained its Technology unit. Er.. No. Today it fessed up that it had sold most of that as part of the deal too.

Following the shock Rob Fielding revelations of yesterday, conversations with three current and former Quindell employees and some early morning reading of the Quenron (QPP) 2013 accounts, notably page 57, I have more shock disclosures about Quindell and its acquisitions and rather tough questions both for the fraudsters and for the bumbling incompetents at KPMG who signed off on such utter gibberish and obvious lies.

The stench of fraud, corruption, lies and deceit at Quenron (QPP) is now obvious to all but the biggest moron. In their desperation the shareholder morons (assisted by Quindell itself) throw ever nastier and more misleading rubbish at the critics, notably me. My response, I am not flinching I fight lies and smears with proof of FRAUD. Let's reveal another scandal at Quenron. This will horrify you. Meet Overland and meet Jason Cale.
On 26 September 2012 Quenron completed the purchase of Overland by issuing 140 million shares so valuing it at £14 million. The deal was originally announced on April 19 2012.. The September statement reads:

I really do not care about the POS company that is Touchstone Gold. It is typical of the detritus at the bottom of the AIM Cesspit. But its RNS today is a shocker - it is grotesquely misleading. Behind it lies a tale of management incompetence and greedy and venal crony capitalists on the AIM Casino who care about nothing other than lining their own pockets and funding the coke and hookers. Shareholders are just there to be screwed. All of the guilty parties are named and shamed and the lies exposed in this scorching podcast. Yes. I am angry.

In my weekly personal video postcard I look at the issue of the EU’s money grab on Britain, why UKIP is not the answer but why leaving the EU is.
In my financial video postcard I look at the kerfuffle and all the allegations about David Lenigas, Brokerman Daniel, Horse Hill. Neither of the two men are angels. For the avoidance of doubt neither do I claim to be a saint. However both Lenigas and Dan have come in for unfair stick in recent days and I explains why some of that criticism is so wide of the mark.
Yes both men are my friends but if you do not stand by your friends when they are under siege you are no friend. And some of the attacks made are well out of order. That video can be watched HERE

In my weekly video postcard I discuss BBC lies over ISIS and how our campaign in Iraq and Syria is ever more doomed to failure and makes we left in England ever more at risk, whatever lies our leaders tell us. You are being lied to by the media about how badly we are failing.
And you are beng lied to by all our leaders about how their actions make us all less safe. It is as simple as that.
In this week’s financial video postcard I discuss how the mood of investors is changing as the stockmarket falls to new year lows. Delusion, becomes denial becomes acceptance becomes anger. This will apply to specific stocks but also to the market as awhile and Tom discusses its ramifications HERE

”What do the following companies have in common: blinkx, Globo, Quindell, Range Resources and Sefton Resources? It is a two part answer.
The first is that all five have sent me at least one lawyer’s letter as they did not like what I have written. The second is that the share prices of all five halve fallen SINCE they sent the letter (as well as after my articles).
The reality is that companies that issue lies in an RNS

As I have demonstrated on a number of occasions US Oil & Gas (USOP) lies to the sad band of financial masochists on its shareholder list on a serial basis and its CEO young Brian McDonnell is a liar. Call Me Dave stated today that ISIS fighters were “not Muslims but Monsters.” I sounds like a good sound bite but the only thing is that it is untrue.
ISIS fighters are in fact ALL Muslims. They are also Monsters, on that Cameron and I agree. This s not saying that all Muslims are monsters. Very few are. Just like very few Jews or Christians are monsters.
Extremists of most religions tend to be fairly unpleasant fellows and in this respect ISIS fits the bill perfectly. But to try to suggest that they are not Moslems is just plain untrue.

The lies told in the Scottish Independence campaign are almost laughable and I start with a total whopper told by the SNP.
But having said that I regard Independence as great news for Scotland and Wales should go the same way. Only by being independent and learning to stand on their own two feet rather than mainlining subsidies and whinging will these nations thrive.
It would be good news for England too as I explain in this video.
My financial postcard covers bubbles emerging in residential housing and popping in IPOs. You can watch that video HERE
