The BBC has reported every Democrat Triumph from the mid terms, before during and after it happened. That is to say retaining control of the Senate, though it may still be 50/50 after the Georgia run off on December 6. But on a night when the Republicans won more state governors and the popular vote there is still the matter of the House which for the past two years has been run by the Dems… All bar 12 contests have now been called and…

I start with a few words on UK press coverage of the mid terms. No the Democrats have not won! Then I look at bitcoin and its woes, Argo Blockchain (ARB) – bust by next week? – Revolution Beauty (REVB), Boohoo.com (BOO), Novacyt (NCYT) and Nightcap (NGHT) and the problems a CEO has when the media blows smoke up his or her arse for too long.

In the woke echo chamber that is twitter news that the Democrats will almost certainly still control the Senate is greeted with #DemocracyWins. Hmmm.

As we all face a cost of living crisis with the poor and the young hardest hit, Andrew Bell insists that Opera needs more subsidy. Is this a more tenable position than his defence of the Red Rock Resources (RRR) share price? I start with that then onto the two big losers from yesterday’s surprising mid terms in the USA. Then onto Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Ithaca Energy (ITH), MGC Pharmaceiticals (MXC) – which looks like a possible zero – and Dignity (DTY).

About a week ago, BBC Radio 4 turned its attention to the Georgia Senate race. This is one of the battleground Senate contests, Democrat incumbent Raphael Warnock facing a challenge from ex American football star Herschel Walker for the Republicans. The mid terms are going to be bleak for the Dems and the BBC is wetting its knickers, running frit.

I think it might be an impending thrashing for the Democrats in the mid terms a week tomorrow which will see both the House and the Senate switch to the GOP., which has prompted the 5th wave of RDS among the media elite. There is certainly a new wave of the pandemic for which there is no known cure but which appears to be linked to long term exposure to the Guardian, CNN or the BBC.. I refer to #TrumpDerangementSyndrome. Poor ex BBC staffer Jon Sopel, has yet again gone down with the syndrome as you can see below. He blames an attack on the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Donald Trump. The facts? They do not matter if like poor Jon you suffer from TDS.

The opinion polls suggest that Americans now rate Joe Biden as the worst President Ever. After more than 40 years Jimmy Carter has lost his crown and can breathe a sigh of relief. Folks see through the lie that Trump caused vast covid deaths as the body bag toll has gone through the roof under Biden – this was a disease not a political football weaponised by the Dems in 2020. Inflation is is the thief in the night and Americans feel robbed every day as they buy gasoline or groceries, just as they feel humiliated by events in Afghanistan.

In today's podcast I look at the US mid-terms and why they should make you bet heavily on #Trump2020. I look at Cabot Energy (CAB), Totally (TLY) in great detail at JD Wetherspoon (JDW) at why Persimmon (PSN) fired the wrong man in Jeff Fairburn and I reveal which AIM company we have just bought circa half a per cent of and exactly why. Don't laugh Wildes.

I accept that calling the US Mid-terms a week early is a tad dangerous. There are a number of wild cards which could upset my calculations but having called the Trump win in 2016, here are my predictions…

The BBC and its sister publication the Guardian had a weekend wankfest as large crowds gathered to protest against policies Donald Trump had already rescinded to deal with illegal migration across the Mexican border. But their coverage failed to show what is really happening. They are in denial as they serve up non-stop fake news.
