Photo Article from the Greek Hovel- for N, my neighbour back in Wales

N restores old furniture and right now is assisting with the mending of an African table belonging to the Mrs. In return I shall be bringing him olive wood from the Greek hovel which has a distinctive and stunning core.  The good news is that, thanks to my new Albanian tree pruner, I have plenty of fine samples to bring back to the rain sodden second world. Gone are the days when security at Athens was so lax that, if you wanted to plant a bomb on a plane and make a clean getaway, Greece’s main airport was the place to go.
