NightCap – read across from Revolution Bars warning

Thanks to the shocking revelations of a whistleblower HERE we known that NightCap (NGHT) will be unable to pay its rent as it falls due on March 25 after a Christmas period where it missed budgets by a country mile. Natch Sarah Willingham is in breach of AIM Rules in not ‘fessing to this but could things be getting even worse? Yes.

Letter to AIM Regulation: It must act against Nightcap NOW

Over the weekend I exposed some true bombshells about AIM listed Nightcap (NGHT) led by Dragon’s Den “star” Sarah Willingham. The company and its hapless adviser Nomad Allenby has yet to respond either via an RNS or directly to me. The whistleblower who is my source says they have more to come and so serious are the matters raised that silence is just not an option. I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation

BOMBSHELL: Nightcap bosses led by Dragon's Den Sarah Willingham skied with £15 an hour staff money, company has hid missing Christmas forecasts

This is devastating and raises questions not only about corporate governance as Nightcap (NGHT) the AIM listed bars chain run by Dragon’s Den star Sarah Willingham but also about its financial viability, it will run out of cash by March. A whistleblower has come forward and they have served up a string of dynamite exposes making this company uninvestable.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: A quitting FD is often a red flag, why La Willingham's Nightcap is so much in the merde

A taxi arrives at 4 AM tomorrow as I head to Greece for olive picking. So there may not be a bearcast on Sunday but I might do one if I can. Today I look at FD’s resigning and Nightcap (NGHT) in particular as a whistleblower has been in touch. I explain why it may well go bust soon.

Updated: Is the musicMagpie whistleblower its Chief Technology Officer? He says no!

Earlier I posted damning claims about musicMagpie (MMAG) by someone claiming to be an ex employee, which suggest that the busineses’s new ventures will flop and its existing business is in real decline. So who is this poster? It has been suggested that it is the company’s CTO David Hilton. The company’s PR firm Powerscourt cannot be arsed to return calls as promised which only fuels uncertainty whiile musicMagpie HQ was not even answering the phone mid afternoon. But Mr Hilton has better manners and has got back to me to say he is still employed at music and is not the whistleblower.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: sexual harassment, expense abuse and a disastrous IPO

I am today alone at the Greek Hovel, for reasons I explain. Walking up and down snake hill, I must have sweated off 15 lbs! In the podcast, I start with a look at Boohoo (BOO), ASOS (ASC) and the issue of earnings visibility, as business models are forced to change. On my return, I spoke to a whistleblower from a 2021 IPO roll-call-of-shame company; I relay some of the specific accusations made. I’m not sure when to name the company, and how I should play it. But I will do so when back in the UK. The said accusations compound a dire financial position, about which I have warned you numerous times.

BREAKING: A question for Roland Fatty Cornish – about that Octagonal Resignation no-one disclosed but which I can reveal

Yesterday I revealed how Roland “Fatty” Cornish was, as Nomad, to Octagonal (OCT) approached by a whistleblower about manifest and multiple regulatory failings but instead of acting on this matter he dobbed the whistleblower in to the company which saw the whistleblower getting a lawyers letter. This should see Fatty struck off as a Nomad now that the SEC – with FCA help – is charging Octagonal and its boss John Gunn over these matters and others. It gets worse for Fatty.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: My memories of Tom Cross of Parkmead from 1995 and why they are relevant - I think he's a chancer

Therev are some advantages of being old. Folks like Gary Newman are young so know of Tom Cross only from the glory days of Dana. I remember him as a bit of a chancer in its early days. I discuss that and Parkmead (PMG). Then I look at IQE (IQE) and the bulletin board morons. Tonight I am off to see a whistleblower on one of my old foes and am promised a trove of documents and recordings. Watch this space.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Hey whistleblowers don't go to the FCA, it's proven to be useless, come to me & here's why

Prompted by two phone calls today which could yield explosive results against an old adversary I reflect on why more and more whistleblowers come to me and why they are safe in doing so. Then, prompted by something very exciting I should be able to reveal  in September, I look at why going to the FCA is such a waste of time and what it needs to do to change its ways.

I have always believed that Purplebricks (PURP) stiffs both staff and customers and that is why it will eventually ru out of cash so stiffing shareholders too. This video below validates my thesis with a former employee giving hard numbers on that stiffing, a true whistleblower. Enjoy.

Julie Meyer backs down in attempt to out and gag whistleblower John Galt

Followers of Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer whill know that her most vociferous critic is whistleblower ex employee John Galt. Meyer's lawyer, Julian Pike of Farrer & Co, delighted in bullying web-hosting companies to remove 100% accurate blog posts by Galt. The next step was to force those web companies to disclose Galt's name and address....Pike and Meyer initiated legal action but as you can see below...

Whistleblower John Galt writes to Julie Meyer explaining why he is exposing her fraud

Over the past three months Julie "lingerie on expenses" and her loathsome lawyer Julian Pike of Farrer & Co have sought to gag whistleblower John Galt, a former employee of Ariadne who has exposed the wholesale fraud at the heart of Meyer's empire. Lying to Court on an industrial scale Meyer has striven to have Galt shut down. The letter below was sent by Galt to Meyer in March and explains why he is now ignoring the threats and speaking out as are so many others. Enjoy!

Julie Meyer critic John Galt has been silenced - by whom? But it will not be for long...

As you can see below the blog of Julie Meyer's biggest critic. former employee turned whistleblower John Galt, has been suspended. This happened last night and one can only conclude that the web hoster received a stern lawyer's letter from someone. Who do we know who has a habit of sending out threatening lawyers letters to all and sundry in response to factually accurate articles? Hmmmmm. Hint, might the old Bill in Malta currently be searching for this person after she skipped a court appearance?  The bad news for Julie....

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Our big LONG play for the year is coming back & worrying about Malcolm Stacey

This is a two part bearcast. In part one I discuss what is the biggest single investment we have made for a couple of years which comes back to the market this week. I explain why I am excited and why we have gone in big. Then I pick up on Malcolm Stacey's article yesterday on Day Trading. A) Don't do it and B) why this is one of many signs that remind me of the latter stages of the 2001 bull market. I recount my failings as a whistleblower then and why I am so depressed by the sordid antics of today's AIM

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - do not get fooled by Watchstone's cash claims & shoot the scumbag "rebels" at Stratex

Those seeking to oust the board at Stratex (STI) have not been playing with a straight bat as an RNS late yesterday made clear. They are vermin who should be sent packing. Ditto Professor Conroy of Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR). I have news on his latest courtroom scrape in Dublin and also on the Afren (AFR) whistleblower to whom I make a generous offer. I am warming to Blur (BLUR) after today's placing and am almost tempted to nibble now that ghastly Phil Letts and his even more ghastly Mrs have gone. There is a detailed analysis of interims from Watchstone (WTG) - Quindell as was. Do not get suckered by that headline cash number. It is not real and the shares are a sell. Finally there is an update on the African Potash (AFPO) and Paragon Diamonds (PRG) litigation.

BREAKING: Afren Whistleblower promises to tell all in London Tribunal on Monday

Remember the Afren (AFR) disaster 2015. Readers of this website were warned numerous times but still thousands of investors lost a packet. Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: this is going to cost me hard cash but sometimes you have to speak out

Speaking out against Bushveld Minerals (BMN) today will cost me hard cash but I want nothing to do with this company after its sordid antics of last week. I plan tomorrow to look at how ADVFN's (AFN) results snuck out at no-one is watching O'Clock yesterday do not give a full and fair picture and that may also cost me financially. So be it. 15 years ago I was a failed whistleblower. I think there are mitigating circumstances but I regret it none the less and relay that story. Sometimes, whatever the consequences, you just have to speak up.

EXPLOSIVE: African Potash and the £600,000 bung it neglected to mention in its pre-placing ramp

On December 1 2015 AIM listed African Potash (AFPO) announced what appeared an incredible marketing deal for its fertiliser with a company called Beryl - of course nothing has come of the deal and what African neglected to mention was a £600,000 bung. A source in London has sent me the signed contract. One month and 12 days ahead of a bailout placing investors were grossly mislead as to the nature of the Beryl deal. Potash shares need to be suspended at once and AIM Regulation and the FCA have to get involved.

Another ouzo, 1033kg of olives and real excitement

I am rather dreading heading back to the Greek Hovel tonight. I left at 3 PM as the electricity had gone again. I fled naturally to the Kourounis taverna where lovely Eleni assured me at 4 that it was back on. I sha;l find out shortly but have my torch ready just in case. But I postpone the trip back with another ouzo.

I hung around in Kambos because at 5 PM George the head olive picker arrived with the first 25 sacks from the Greek Hovel. We deposited them at the Olive Oil factory in the centre of the village and I now have a yellow slip saying that I have deposited 1033 kg ( just over a tonne) of olives. There is at least another half a tonne to arrive tomorrow as we finish up the harvest. Bags are stacked at the hovel and the only trees left to harvest are on the flat area next to the house. We are almost done.

So tomorrow we finish. It is Christmas pudding with Nikko, Vangelis and the others, steamed by Eleni. And we are done. And I had a Quindell whistleblower on the phone as a bonus. That job is almost done too. More on that tomorrow.

Silverdell – How Disgraced CEO Sean Nutley lied face to face with investors: whistleblower 2 of the day

Ooooooooh Er…Missus: The Silverdell whistleblowing hotline is humming tonight. Next up in the witness box is an investor who I regard very highly indeed and who attended a meeting with disgraced CEO Sean Nutley on 10th June 2013.

To read about how an internal whistleblower within Silverdell revealed to me how Nutley is clearly guilty of market abuse click HERE

If you would like to dish the dirt on Nutley or Silverdell simply email me at [email protected] or call me on the whistleblowing hotline 07761030374 – all sources will be 100% protected.

The investor states:

I attended a meeting with Silverdell on Monday 10 June 2013.

Silverdell – A Whistleblower Emerges: This looks Dreadful for Disgraced CEO Sean Nutley

A senior manager at Silverdell (SID) has been in touch and has given me a statement which makes dreadful reading for disgraced CEO Sean Nutley. If the regulators want to nail Sean this is not going to be hard. This statement also makes very awkward reading indeed for Nomad FinnCap.

You can see the rap sheet against Nutley HERE

And you can find out how you can (and should) complain to the regulators HERE

Nutley’s big crime (under market abuse – dissemination) is publishing an upbeat trading statement on 20th June when his main subsidiary had received a winding up order on 13th June (something which brought Silverdell down by July 2 but which Silverdell did not disclose to the market.) I speculated yesterday that perhaps Nutley did not know about Kitsons.

He did. The Whistleblower whose identity I must protect takes it up from here.

The Silverdell Scandal – is there a whistleblower at Kitsons who would like to get in touch?

It has been put to me that disgraced Silverdell CEO Sean Nutley might have one – utterly implausible - defence against the charge that he misled investors in June 2013. I wonder if any disgruntled (now) ex-employees of the Kitsons subsidiary would care to get in touch to help me publically shoot this down in flames.
